【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、事業者によるサービスページの運営を支援するためのサービスページ運営支援システム及びサービスページ運営支援方法に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】
インターネット上では、さまざまな事業者によって、自社の商品や事業内容を紹介するための情報や、顧客（商品の購買者等）へのアフターサービスのための情報が示されたＷｅｂページ群（相互にリンクされた複数のＷｅｂページ：単一のＷｅｂページのこともある）が公開されている。

この１又は複数のＷｅｂページ（以下、サービスページと表記する）は、基本的には、自社の宣伝のために公開されているものであるので、多くの者によって頻繁に閲覧されるもの（集客力のあるもの）であることが望ましく、自社のサービスページをより集客力のあるものとするために、サービスページ上で各種のイベントを実施している事業者も存在している。また、サービスページの訪問者が自由に情報交換を行なえるＷｅｂページ（いわゆる、ＢＢＳ（掲示板）用のＷｅｂページ；以下、情報交換用ページと表記する）を、サービスページと関連づけた形（サービスページに含めた形、サービスページにリンクさせた形）で公開している事業者（つまり、情報交換用ページの利用者によって、サービスページが閲覧されることを期待して、情報交換用ページを公開している事業者）も、存在している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
情報交換用ページを、サービスページに関連づけた形で用意しておけば、そのサービスページが閲覧される頻度を向上させることが出来るが、サービスページを公開している事業者が自ら情報交換用ページを用意すべきであるとは言いきれない。

何故ならば、情報交換用ページを、サービスページが閲覧される頻度を向上させるための手段として有効に機能させるためには、情報交換用ページがレベルの低い記事のみが投稿されるものとなってしまわないように管理することが必要である。また、情報交換用ページのテーマを、サービスページの内容に興味を持つ可能性が高い者が多く集まり、かつ、そのテーマ自体に興味を持っている者が多いテーマとしておくことも必要である。そのようなテーマが設定可能な事業者については、１つの情報交換用ページを管理、運営すれば、サービスページの内容に興味を持ってくれる者を、或る程度、集められることになる。しかしながら、大多数の事業者については、サービスページで紹介している製品（情報）が多岐に渡っているが故に、或いは、サービスページで紹介している製品が限られた分野（特殊な分野）のものであるが故に、上記条件を満たす１つのテーマを設定することが出来ない。従って、そのような事業者は、テーマを違えた幾つかの情報交換用ページを管理、運営しなければ、実際にサービスページの内容に興味を持ってくれる者を集められないことになる。すなわち、情報交換用ページの運用によってサービスページが閲覧される頻度を向上させるという方法は、一般的な事業者にとっては、コスト・パフォーマンスが悪い方法となっている。

また、情報交換用ページを利用して不当な苦情申し出（いわゆる、クレーマー行為）が行なわれることも考えられるが、情報交換用ページを事業者自身が管理、運営している場合には、その苦情申し出が不当なものであるとして無視してしまう（或いは、情報交換用ページの公開を停止してしまう）訳にはいかない（そのようなことをすると、事業者の評判が悪くなると思われる）。従って、その苦情申し出が不当なものであることを、情報交換用ページ上で苦情申し出を行なった者並びに第３者に理解させなければならなくなると思われるが、この苦情申し出への対処作業は、多大な労力が必要とされる作業であり、また、穏便に収拾できなくなる場合がある作業となっている。情報交換用ページの運用によってサービスページが閲覧される頻度を向上させるという方法は、このリスクがあることを考慮に入れて実施しなければならない方法ともなっている。

本発明は、このような事情に鑑みなされたものであり、本発明の課題は、事業者によって運営されているサービスページの閲覧頻度がより高いものとなる状況を、事業者にとって好ましい形で実現することが出来るサービスページ運営支援システム及びサービスページ運営支援方法を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために、本発明では、それぞれ、事業者によって運営されているＷｅｂページ或いはＷｅｂページ群である１以上のサービスページを対象とするサービスページ運用支援システムを、それぞれ、特定分野に関する情報交換を行なうためのＷｅｂページであるとともに他のＷｅｂページへの幾つかのリンクを掲載するためのリンク掲載領域を有する複数の情報交換用ページを公開する情報交換用ページ公開手段と、この情報交換用ページ公開手段によって公開されている情報交換用ページ毎に、その情報交換用ページ上で交換されている情報の品質についての状況を含む運営状況を監視する運営状況監視手段と、１以上のサービスページのそれぞれについて、そのサービスページへのリンクを設ける情報交換用ページが満たすべき条件を情報交換が行なわれる情報の分野と運営状況監視手段によって監視される運営状況の内容とで規定する条件情報を、そのサービスページを運営している事業者から取得して記憶する条件情報記憶手段と、各サービスページへのリンクが条件情報記憶手段内のそのサービスページを運営する事業者に関する条件情報によって規定される条件を満たす情報交換用ページのリンク掲載領域にのみ掲載されている状態が形成されるように、運営状況監視手段による監視結果に応じて、情報交換用ページ公開手段により公開される幾つかの情報交換用ページの構成を変更する情報交換用ページ構成変更手段とを備えるものとする。

このように、本発明のサービスページ運営支援システムは、サービスページを公開している事業者から指定された条件を満たす情報交換用ページに、そのサービスページへのリンクを掲載することができる構成であって、その条件として、事業者が、情報交換が行なわれる情報の分野と運営状況監視手段によって監視される運営状況の内容とを指定できる構成を、有する。従って、このサービスページ運営支援システムは、事業者に対して、その事業者のサービスページへのリンクが、その事業者が望む内容（交換される情報の分野、交換されている情報の品質）の情報交換用ページのみに掲載される環境（交換されている情報の品質が悪くなった情報交換用ページからは、自身のサービスページへのリンクが自動的に除去される環境）を提供するシステム、つまり、事業者によって運営されているサービスページの閲覧頻度がより高いものとなる状況を、事業者にとって好ましい形で、情報交換用ページを利用して実現することが出来るシステムとして機能することになる。

なお、本発明のサービスページ運営支援システムは、上記したすべての手段として機能する１台の装置によって実現しても良く、ネットワーク接続された何台かの装置によって実現しても良い。また、運営状況監視手段よって監視される運営状況は、交換されている情報の品質についての状況を含むものであれば良いので、運営状況監視手段を、交換されている情報の品質についての状況のみを、運営状況として監視するものとしておいても良い。

また、本発明のサービスページ運営支援システムを実現するに際しては、条件情報記憶手段に記憶された条件情報毎に、その条件情報に対応づけられているＷｅｂページであるとともにその条件情報の設定を指示した事業者のサービスページに対応づけられている紹介ページを公開する紹介ページ公開手段と、各紹介ページにその紹介ページに対応づけられて条件情報記憶手段に記憶されている条件情報が規定する条件を満たす情報交換用ページへのリンクのみが掲載されている状態が形成されるように、運営状況監視手段による監視結果に応じて、紹介ページ公開手段によって公開される幾つかの紹介ページの構成を変更する紹介ページ構成変更手段とを、付加しておいても良い。

このように本発明のサービスページ運営支援システムを構成しておけば、各サービスページに関係する情報交換用ページの閲覧（探索）を容易に行なえる環境を、その閲覧者に対して提供できるシステムが得られることになる。

また、１以上のサービスページのそれぞれについて、そのサービスページに対応づけられたＷｅｂページである紹介ページを公開する紹介ページ公開手段と、紹介ページ公開手段によって公開されている１以上の紹介ページのそれぞれについて、その紹介ページにリンクを設ける情報交換用ページが満たすべき条件を情報交換が行なわれる情報の分野と運営状況監視手段によって監視される運営状況の内容とで規定する第２条件情報を、その紹介ページに対応づけられているサービスページから取得して記憶する第２条件情報記憶手段と、各紹介ページに、その紹介ページに関して第２条件情報記憶手段に記憶されている第２条件情報が規定する条件を満たす全ての情報交換用ページへのリンクが掲載されている状態が形成されるように、運営状況監視手段による監視結果に応じて、紹介ページ公開手段によって公開される幾つかの紹介ページの構成を変更する紹介ページ構成変更手段とを、付加しておいても良い。

このように本発明のサービスページ運営支援システムを構成しておけば、各サービスページに関係する情報交換用ページの閲覧（探索）を容易に行なえる環境を、その閲覧者に対して提供できるシステムであって、事業者が、自サービスページへのリンクを設ける情報公開用ページに関する条件と、紹介ページにリンクを設ける情報交換用ページに関する条件とを、独立して指定できるシステムが得られることになる。

また、条件情報記憶手段として、１以上のサービスページのそれぞれについて、そのサービスページへのリンクを設けるべき情報交換用ページが満たすべき条件を情報交換が行なわれる情報の分野と運営状況監視手段によって監視される運営状況の内容とで規定する条件情報と、リンクを設ける情報交換用ページの最大数を規定する掲載数指定情報とを、記憶する手段を用い、情報交換用ページ構成変更手段として、各サービスページへのリンクが条件情報記憶手段内のその事業者に関する条件情報が規定する条件を満たす、その事業者に関する掲載数指定情報で規定される数以下の情報交換用ページのリンク掲載領域のそれぞれに掲載されている状態が形成されるように、監視手段による監視結果に応じて複数の情報交換用ページの中の幾つかの情報交換用ページの構成を変更する手段を用いても良い。

このように本発明のサービスページ運営支援システムを構成しておけば、自サービスページへのリンクを設ける情報交換用ページの数を、事業者が指定できるシステムが得られることになる。

そして、本発明のサービスページ運営支援方法は、それぞれ、事業者によって運営されているＷｅｂページ或いはＷｅｂページ群である１以上のサービスページを対象とする方法であって、１台又は複数台のコンピュータが実行する以下のステップを含む。
・それぞれ、特定分野に関する情報交換を行なうためのＷｅｂページであるとともに他のＷｅｂページへの幾つかのリンクを掲載するためのリンク掲載領域を有する複数の情報交換用ページを公開する情報交換用ページ公開ステップ
・この情報交換用ページ公開ステップにより公開されている情報交換用ページ毎に、その情報交換用ページ上で交換されている情報の品質についての状況を含む運営状況を監視する運用状況監視ステップ
・１以上のサービスページのそれぞれについての、そのサービスページへのリンクを設けるべき情報交換用ページが満たすべき条件を情報交換が行なわれる情報の分野と運用状況監視ステップによって監視される運営状況の内容とで規定する条件情報に基づき、各サービスページへのリンクが、各サービスページについての条件情報が規定している条件を満たす全ての情報交換用ページのリンク掲載領域のそれぞれに掲載されている状態が形成されるように、運営状況監視ステップによる監視結果に応じて、前記紹介ページ公開ステップにより公開される幾つかの情報交換用ページの構成を変更する情報交換用ページ構成変更ステップ

従って、本発明のサービスページ運営支援方法を用いれば、本発明のサービスページ運営支援システムと同様に、事業者に対して、その事業者のサービスページへのリンクが、その事業者が望む内容（交換される情報の分野、交換されている情報の品質）の情報交換用ページのみに掲載される環境（交換されている情報の品質が悪くなった情報交換用ページからは、自身のサービスページへのリンクが自動的に除去される環境）を提供することが出来ることになる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を、図面を参照して詳細に説明する。

本発明の一実施形態に係るサービスページ運営支援システムは、自社の製品や活動内容を紹介するための相互に連携されたＷｅｂページ群（場合によっては、１つのＷｅｂページ：以下、サービスページと表記する）を公開している事業者に対して、サービスページ運営支援サービスを提供するための装置である。ここで、サービスページ運営支援サービスとは、その提供を受けるための契約を終えた事業者（以下、契約事業者と表記する）のバナー（自社のサービスページへリンクされたもの）が幾つかのＢＢＳ(Bulletin Board System)ページに掲載されるとともに、幾つかのＢＢＳページへのリンクが設けられたＷｅｂページであるＢＢＳ紹介ページが、契約事業者のために作成、公開されるサービスのことである。

また、サービスページ運営支援サービスは、各契約事業者が、バナーを掲載すべきＢＢＳページや、ＢＢＳ紹介ページにリンクを設けるべきＢＢＳページを、そのＢＢＳページの運営状況（利用状況及びそのＢＢＳページに投稿されている情報の内容に関する状況）によって指定しておくことができるサービスともなっている。

なお、本サービスページ運営支援サービスにてバナーの掲載対象となるＢＢＳページは、サービスページ運営支援システムがその公開を行なっているものである。また、サービスページ運営支援システムによって或る契約事業者について作成されるＢＢＳ紹介ページは、その契約事業者によって公開されているサービスページの閲覧者が、そのサービスページに関連する情報を取得、発信できるＢＢＳページを簡単に訪れることが出来るようにするためのものである。従って、サービスページ運営支援サービスの提供を受けている各契約事業者のサービスページには、原則として、その契約事業者のために作成されたＢＢＳ紹介ページへのリンクが設けられる。

以上のことを前提として、以下、本実施形態に係るサービスページ運営支援システムの構成及び動作を、具体的に説明する。

図示したように、本実施形態に係るサービスページ運営支援システム１０は、ＢＢＳデータベース１１、契約情報データベース１２、ＢＢＳページ管理部１３及びＢＢＳ紹介ページ管理部１４を備える装置であり、インターネットに接続されて使用される。なお、このサービスページ運営支援システム１０は、高機能なコンピュータに、各種のプログラムをインストールすることによって構成されている。

まず、図２及び図３を用いて、ＢＢＳデータベース１１の構成と、契約情報データベース１２の構成とを、説明する。

図２に模式的に示したように、ＢＢＳデータベース１１は、複数のＢＢＳページのそれぞれについて、ＢＢＳページＵＲＬ、ＢＢＳ属性情報、ＢＢＳ分類情報、掲載中バナー情報、運営状況情報を、記憶することが出来るデータベースである。

ＢＢＳデータベース１１内の各情報の具体的な更新／参照手順については後述するが、ＢＢＳページＵＲＬは、自情報が対応づけられているＢＢＳページ（以下、対応ＢＢＳページと表記する）のＵＲＬ（ＨＴＭＬ４．０での表記は、ＵＲＩ）である。ＢＢＳ属性情報は、対応ＢＢＳページの開設手続きを行なった者の名前やＥメールアドレス、対応ＢＢＳページのタイトルや内容紹介用のテキスト等からなる情報である。また、ＢＢＳ分類情報は、対応ＢＢＳページがどのような分野に関する記事が投稿されるものであるかを示す情報である。このＢＢＳ分類情報は、対応ＢＢＳページに掲示される記事のカテゴリを示すカテゴリ値とそのカテゴリをさらに細分化するための幾つかのキーワードとからなっている。

掲載中バナー情報は、対応ＢＢＳページにどのようなバナーが掲載されているかを示す情報である。本実施形態では、この掲載中バナー情報として、対応ＢＢＳページに掲載されている各バナーの所有者（契約事業者）の事業者ＩＤからなる情報（幾つかの事業者ＩＤを並べた情報）が、用いられている。なお、事業者ＩＤとは、契約事業者に割り当てられている識別情報のことであり、事業者ＩＤの契約事業者への割当は、契約事業者となるための手続き時に行なわれる。

運営状況情報は、対応ＢＢＳページの現時点までの運営状況を示す情報であり、利用状況情報とＢＢＳページ評価情報とからなる。利用状況情報は、指定された期間中の総投稿数、総投稿者数、総アクセス数を特定できる情報（いわゆるログ情報）である。ＢＢＳページ評価情報は、所定数のＢＢＳページ評価値（最新のＢＢＳページ評価値及び過去の幾つかのＢＢＳページ評価値）と、各ＢＢＳページ評価値の算出日時を示す情報とからなる情報である。ここで、ＢＢＳページ評価値とは、バナーを掲載するもの（ＢＢＳ紹介ページにリンクを設けるもの）として適当なものであるかという観点から、サービスページ運営支援システム１０が対応ＢＢＳページに対して付けた評価点のことである。詳細については後述するが、このＢＢＳページ評価値の算出は、最大値が“０”となり、問題記事（他人（法人を含む）を誹謗／中傷するような記事）の投稿頻度がより多いＢＢＳページに関するＢＢＳページ評価値の方がより小さな値（絶対値が大きな負の値）となる算出手順（算出アルゴリズム）にて、行なわれる。

契約情報データベース１２は、図３に模式的に示したように、複数の契約事業者のそれぞれについて、事業者ＩＤ、パスワード、事業者属性情報、サービスページＵＲＬ、バナーファイル名、ＢＢＳ紹介ページＵＲＬ、掲載中リンク情報、リンク掲載・除去条件情報及びバナー掲載・除去条件情報を、記憶することが出来るデータベースである。

事業者ＩＤ、パスワード、事業者属性情報、サービスページＵＲＬ、バナーファイル名は、サービスページ運営支援システム１０にて、契約手続用処理が実行された際に、契約情報データベース１２に追加される情報である。

契約手続用処理は、サービスページ運営支援サービスの提供を受けることを希望している事業者が所定のアクセスを行なったときにサービスページ運営支援システム１０にて実行される処理である。具体的な処理手順についての説明は省略するが、この契約手続用処理時には、契約を希望している事業者から、インターネットを介して、その事業者が使用を希望するパスワードと、その事業者に関する属性情報（名称、Ｅメールアドレス等）である事業者属性情報と、その事業者が公開しているサービスページのＵＲＬであるサービスページＵＲＬと、その事業者に関するバナーの画像データファイルとを取得する処理が、行なわれる。次いで、取得した画像データファイルにバナーファイル名を付けるとともに、そのバナーファイル名にて読み出せる位置にその画像データファイルを記憶する処理が、行なわれる。そして、手続きを行なっている事業者に割り当てる事業者ＩＤを決定するとともに、決定した事業者ＩＤ及びバナーファイル名、事業者から得たパスワード、事業者属性情報及びサービスページＵＲＬを設定した契約状況情報を、契約情報データベース１２に追加する処理が行なわれる。その後、決定した事業者ＩＤと契約手続きの完了とを、手続き者に通知するための処理が行なわれて、契約手続用処理が終了される。

一方、ＢＢＳ紹介ページＵＲＬ、掲載中リンク情報、リンク掲載・除去条件情報及びバナー掲載・除去条件情報は、契約手続用処理とは異なる処理にてその設定が行なわれる情報となっている。これらの情報の具体的な更新／参照手順については後述するが、ＢＢＳ紹介ページＵＲＬは、対応契約事業者用に作成されたＢＢＳ紹介ページのＵＲＬである。掲載中リンク情報は、対応契約事業者用に作成されたＢＢＳ紹介ページにどのようなリンク（ハイパーリンク）が掲載されているかを示す情報（本実施形態では、リンクが設けられている幾つかのＢＢＳページのＵＲＬからなる情報）である。

リンク掲載・除去条件情報は、対応契約事業者用のＢＢＳ紹介ページを、どのようなＢＢＳページへのリンクが設けられたものとするかを、そのＢＢＳ紹介ページにリンクが設けられるべきＢＢＳページのＢＢＳ分類情報や運営状況情報が満たすべき条件で規定する情報である。このリンク掲載・除去条件情報は、掲載数指定値、分野指定情報、利用状況指定情報、評価値指定情報、除去用利用状況指定情報及び除去用評価値指定情報を含む情報となっている。

リンク掲載・除去条件情報に含まれる掲載数指定値は、ＢＢＳ紹介ページに掲載されるべきリンクの数（最大数）を規定する情報である。分野指定情報は、ＢＢＳ紹介ページにリンクが掲載されるべきＢＢＳページの分野を規定する情報である。この分野指定情報は、ＢＢＳデータベース１１内のＢＢＳ分類情報と比較される情報であり、ＢＢＳ分野情報と同様に、カテゴリ値と幾つかのキーワードとからなっている。

利用状況指定情報は、ＢＢＳ紹介ページにリンクを掲載すべきＢＢＳページが満たすべき条件を、利用状況情報の内容で規定する情報である。この利用状況指定情報としては、例えば、ＢＢＳ紹介ページにリンクを掲載すべきＢＢＳページが満たすべき条件を、最近、１ヶ月の間にアクセスがなされた回数の下限値で規定する情報や、開設時からの総投稿者数の下限値で規定する情報が、記憶される。評価値指定情報は、ＢＢＳ紹介ページにリンクを掲載すべきＢＢＳページが満たすべき条件を、ＢＢＳページ情報の内容（ＢＢＳページ情報を構成する所定数のＢＢＳページ評価値の平均値の下限値）で規定する情報である。また、除去用利用状況指定情報は、ＢＢＳ紹介ページに一旦掲載したリンクを取り除く条件を、利用状況情報の内容で規定する情報である。除去用評価値指定情報は、ＢＢＳ紹介ページに一旦掲載したリンクを取り除く条件を、運営状況情報の内容で規定する情報である。

バナー掲載・除去条件情報は、対応契約事業者のバナーを、どのようなＢＢＳページに掲載するかを、バナーが掲載されるべきＢＢＳページのＢＢＳ分類情報や運営状況情報が満たすべき条件で規定する情報である。このバナー掲載・除去条件情報は、リンク掲載・除去条件情報と同構成の情報（掲載数指定値、分野指定情報、利用状況指定情報、評価値指定情報、利用状況指定情報及び評価値指定情報を含む情報）となっている。

次に、ＢＢＳページ管理部１３の動作を説明する。

ＢＢＳページ管理部１３は、ＢＢＳページに関する処理を行なうユニットであり、図４に示した手順で動作している。

すなわち、ＢＢＳページ管理部１３は、通常の状態では、各種のイベントが発生するのを待機している（ステップＳ１０１）。このステップで発生が監視される主なイベントには、ＢＢＳ開設設定ページ要求の受信、開設指示情報の受信、ＢＢＳページ要求の受信、投稿指示情報の受信、チェック時刻の到来（チェック時刻と現在時刻との一致）といった５種のものがある。

ＢＢＳ開設設定ページ要求は、ＢＢＳ開設設定ページのＵＲＬをＷｅｂブラウザに入力する操作等が行われたコンピュータがインターネット上に送信する情報である。ここで、ＢＢＳ開設設定ページとは、ＢＢＳを開設したいユーザがアクセスすべき（自コンピュータに表示させるべき）、ＢＢＳページ管理部１３が保持しているＷｅｂページのことである。

ステップＳ１０３にて返送されるＢＢＳ開設設定ページは、図５に模式的に示したように、ＢＢＳのタイトル、ＢＢＳ属性情報（名前、Ｅメールアドレス等）、ＢＢＳ分類情報（カテゴリ値、キーワード）を入力することが出来るＷｅｂページとなっている。すなわち、ＢＢＳ開設設定ページは、そのような情報を設定するための複数のコントロール（ラジオボタン、テキストボックス等）が設けられたＷｅｂページとなっている。また、ＢＢＳ開設設定ページには、送信ボタンも設けられており、送信ボタンが押下された際、ＢＢＳ開設設定ページを表示しているコンピュータは、ＢＢＳ開設設定ページ上の各種コントロールの状態を示す情報（ユーザがＢＢＳ開設設定ページに対して入力した情報を含む情報）であるとともにサービスページ運営支援システム１０が受信することになる情報である開設指示情報を、インターネット上に送信する。

次いで、ＢＢＳページ管理部１３は、その開設指示情報に含まれていたＢＢＳ属性情報及びＢＢＳ分類情報と、作成したＢＢＳページのＵＲＬとを、ＢＢＳデータベース１１に登録（追加）する（ステップＳ１０５）。そして、ＢＢＳページ管理部１３は、その作成したＢＢＳページのＵＲＬ等を記したＷｅｂページを、開設指示情報を送信したコンピュータに返送（ステップＳ１０６）した後、ステップＳ１０１にて、再び、各種イベントの発生を待機する。

ステップＳ１０１にてその受信が監視されているＢＢＳページ要求は、ＢＢＳページ管理部１３が公開しているいずれかのＢＢＳページのＵＲＬをＷｅｂブラウザに入力するといった操作や、ＢＢＳ紹介ページ管理部１４が公開しているいずれかのＢＢＳ紹介ページに設けられているいずれかのリンクを選択するといった操作が行われたコンピュータが送信する情報である。

このＢＢＳページ要求を受信した場合、ＢＢＳページ管理部１３は、受信したＢＢＳページ要求に応じたＢＢＳページを、ＢＢＳページ要求を送信したコンピュータに返送する（ステップＳ１０７）。詳細は後述するが、このステップＳ１０７では、バナー掲載領域の内容がそのＢＢＳページに関する掲載中バナー情報に応じたものとされたＢＢＳページが、返送される。また、このステップＳ１０７において、ＢＢＳページ管理部１３は、そのＢＢＳページに関するＢＢＳデータベース１１内の利用状況情報（アクセス数に関する部分）を更新する処理も行なう。そして、ＢＢＳページ管理部１３は、ステップＳ１０１に戻り、再び、各種イベントの発生を待機する。

投稿内容情報を受信した場合（ステップＳ１０２；投稿内容情報受信）、ＢＢＳページ管理部１３は、記事の投稿が行われたＢＢＳページにその記事を追加するための処理を行なうとともに、そのＢＢＳページに関するＢＢＳデータベース１１内の利用状況情報（投稿者数、投稿数に関する部分）を変更する処理を行なう（ステップＳ１０８）。そして、ＢＢＳページ管理部１３は、記事内容評価処理（ステップＳ１０９）を行なう。

この記事内容評価処理時、ＢＢＳページ管理部１３は、投稿された記事の内容を自然言語処理により解釈し、その記事がインターネット上で公開される記事として適していない問題記事（他人（法人を含む）を、誹謗、中傷するような記事）であるか否かを判定する。そして、ＢＢＳページ管理部１３は、その判定結果に基づき、必要である場合には、ＢＢＳデータベース１１内の、その記事の投稿が行われたＢＢＳページに関するＢＢＳページ評価情報にＢＢＳページ評価値及び算出日時情報を追加する。

ここで、必要である場合とは、（ａ）最新のＢＢＳページ評価値が、負であり、かつ、記事が問題記事でなかった場合と、（ｂ）記事が問題記事であった場合とのことであり、（ａ）の場合、ＢＢＳページ管理部１３は、最新のＢＢＳページ評価値に所定値（＞０）を加えた結果をＢＢＳページ評価値として算出し、そのＢＢＳページ評価値を、現在日時を示す算出日時情報とともに、ＢＢＳページ評価情報に追加する。また、（ｂ）の場合、ＢＢＳページ管理部１３は、最新のＢＢＳページ評価値から問題記事の内容に応じた数値（＞０）を減じた結果をＢＢＳページ評価値として算出し、そのＢＢＳページ値と現在日時を示す算出日時情報とを、ＢＢＳページ評価情報に追加する。

また、ＢＢＳページ評価情報へのＢＢＳページ評価値等の追加により、ＢＢＳページ評価情報内のＢＢＳページ評価値の総数が所定数を超えた場合、ＢＢＳページ管理部１３は、ＢＢＳページ評価情報内の最古のＢＢＳページ評価値と算出日時情報とを消去する。

なお、記事内容評価処理時に最初に行なわれる判定処理は、実際には、記事が、問題記事、通常記事、及び、その他の記事（問題記事、通常記事のいずれとも判定できない記事）のいずれであるかが判定されるものとなっており、投稿された記事がその他の記事に分類されるものであった場合、ＢＢＳページ管理部１３は、その旨をオペレータに通知し、記事内容評価処理を終了する。そして、ＢＢＳページ管理部１３は、自身がその他の記事と判定した投稿記事に関するオペレータの判定結果が入力されたときに、その判定結果に応じた変更を、その記事の投稿が行われたＢＢＳページに関するＢＢＳページ評価情報に対して行なう。

図８に、バナー掲載対象リストアップ処理の流れ図を示す。図示したように、バナー掲載対象リストアップ処理時、ＢＢＳページ管理部１３は、まず、判定対象ＢＢＳページに関するＢＢＳページＵＲＬ、ＢＢＳ分類情報、掲載中バナー情報並びに運営状況情報を、ＢＢＳデータベース１１から読み出す（ステップＳ３０１）。ここで、判定対象ＢＢＳページとは、処理対象事業者のバナー（以下、処理対象バナーと表記する）を掲載するか否かの判定が行なわれるＢＢＳページのことである。なお、リストアップ処理時に繰り返し実行される各ステップＳ３０１では、未だ判定対象ＢＢＳページとされていないＢＢＳページが、順に、判定対象ＢＢＳページとされる。また、以下では、このステップＳ３０１で読み出されたＢＢＳページＵＲＬ、ＢＢＳ分類情報、掲載中バナー情報、運営状況情報のことを、判定対象ＢＢＳページＵＲＬ、判定対象ＢＢＳ分類情報、判定対象掲載中バナー情報、判定対象運営状況情報と、表記する。

判定対象ＢＢＳページに、処理対象バナーが掲載されていなかった場合（ステップＳ３０２；ＮＯ）、ＢＢＳページ管理部１３は、判定対象ＢＢＳ分類情報と判定対象運営状況情報と処理対象バナー掲載・除去条件情報とに基づき、判定対象ＢＢＳページが処理対象事業者によって設定されているバナーの掲載条件を満たしている程度を示す数値である適合度の算出を行なう（ステップＳ３０５）。

具体的には、このステップにおいてＢＢＳページ管理部１３は、判定対象ＢＢＳ分類情報及び判定対象運営状況情報に基づき、判定対象ＢＢＳページが、処理対象バナー掲載・除去条件情報内の分野指定情報、利用状況指定情報及び評価値指定情報によって指定されている各種の条件を全て満たすものであるかを判断する。そして、判定対象ＢＢＳページが、いずれかの条件を満たさないものであった場合、ＢＢＳページ管理部１３は、適合度として“０”を算出する。一方、判定対象ＢＢＳページが、全ての条件を満たしたものであった場合、ＢＢＳページ管理部１３は、複数の条件のそれぞれについて、下限値として指定されている値と実際の値との差異を算出し、それらの差異の重み付き平均値（条件に応じた重み付けを行なった平均値）を、適合度として算出する。

算出した適合度が“０”でなかった場合（ステップＳ３０６；ＮＯ）、ＢＢＳページ管理部１３は、掲載バナー特定用テーブルに、判定対象ＢＢＳページＵＲＬと算出した適合度との組み合わせを記憶（追加）する（ステップＳ３０７）。そして、ＢＢＳページ管理部１３は、ステップＳ３０８にて、バナー掲載・除去条件情報の設定を行なっている全契約事業者に対する処理が終了したかを判断する。一方、算出した適合度が“０”であった場合（ステップＳ３０６；ＹＥＳ）、ＢＢＳページ管理部１３は、ステップＳ３０７の処理を行なうことなく、ステップＳ３０８の処理（判断）を実行する。

全てのＢＢＳページについての処理が終了していなかった場合（ステップＳ３０８；ＮＯ）、ＢＢＳページ管理部１３は、次の判定対象ＢＢＳページについて、ステップＳ３０１からの処理を実行する。

判定対象ＢＢＳページが処理対象バナー掲載・除去条件情報が示しているバナーの除去条件を満たすものとなっていた場合（ステップＳ３０３；ＹＥＳ）、ＢＢＳページ管理部１３は、ステップＳ３０８に進み、全ＢＢＳページに関する処理が終了したか否かを判断する。一方、判定対象ＢＢＳページが処理対象バナー掲載・除去条件情報が示しているバナーの除去条件を満たすものとなっていなかった場合（ステップＳ３０３；ＮＯ）、ＢＢＳページ管理部１３は、ＢＢＳデータベース１１内の判定対象ＢＢＳページに関する掲載中バナー情報から、判定対象バナーに関する情報を消去（ステップＳ３０４）してから、ステップＳ３０５以降の処理を行なう。

ステップＳ２０４を終えたＢＢＳページ管理部１３は、全契約事業者についての処理が終了したか否かを判断（ステップＳ２０５）し、終了していなかった場合（ステップＳ２０５；ＮＯ）には、次の契約事業者についてステップＳ２０１からの処理を実行する。

ここで、ステップＳ１０７の処理内容の補足説明を行なうことにする。既に概略説明を行なったように、ステップＳ１０７にて、ＢＢＳページ管理部１３は、バナー掲載領域の内容をそのＢＢＳページに関する掲載中バナー情報に応じたものとしたＢＢＳページを、ＢＢＳページ要求を送信したコンピュータに返送するのであるが、このステップＳ１０７において、ＢＢＳページ管理部１３は、まず、要求されているＢＢＳページに関する掲載中バナー情報に含まれている事業者ＩＤの数を把握する。そして、その数が規定数以下であった場合、ＢＢＳページ管理部１３は、返送するＢＢＳページのバナー掲載領域を、掲載中バナー情報に事業者ＩＤが含まれている全ての事業者に関するバナーが掲載されているもの（掲載中バナー情報内の各事業者ＩＤに対応づけられて契約情報データベース１２に記憶されているバナーファイル名とサービスページＵＲＬとを含めたもの）とする。一方、要求されているＢＢＳページに関する掲載中バナー情報に、規定数を超える数の事業者ＩＤが含まれていた場合、ＢＢＳページ管理部１３は、掲載中バナー情報に含まれている事業者ＩＤの中から、ランダムに、規定数の事業者ＩＤを選択する。そして、ＢＢＳページ管理部１３は、返送するＢＢＳページのバナー掲載領域を、選択した規定数の事業者ＩＤによって識別される規定数の事業者のそれぞれに関するバナーが掲載されているものとする。

このＢＢＳ紹介ページ要求を受信した場合、ＢＢＳ紹介ページ管理部１４は、受信したＢＢＳページ紹介要求に応じたＢＢＳ紹介ページ（いずれかの契約事業者のＢＢＳ紹介ページ）を、ＢＢＳ紹介ページ要求を送信したコンピュータに返送する（ステップＳ４０５）。そして、ＢＢＳ紹介ページ管理部１４は、ステップＳ４０１に戻り、再び、各種イベントの発生を待機する。

ログインページ要求を送信したコンピュータに返送されるログインページは、それぞれ、事業者ＩＤ、パスワードが入力されるべき２つのテキストボックス、事業者ＩＤ及びパスワードの入力後に押下されるべきログインボタン等を備えたＷｅｂページとなっている。また、このログインページを表示しているコンピュータは、ログインボタンが押下されたとき、上記した２つのテキストボックスに入力されている２つのテキスト情報（事業者ＩＤとパスワード）を含む情報であるとともに、サービスページ運営支援システム１０が受信する情報であるログイン要求を、インターネット上に送信する。

なお、掲載条件設定ページを、ログイン要求を送信したコンピュータに返送する場合、ＢＢＳ紹介ページ管理部１４は、契約情報データベース１２内に処理対象事業者に関するＢＢＳ紹介ページＵＲＬが記憶されているか否かを判断し、記憶されていた場合（この場合、契約情報データベース１２に、処理対象事業者が前回設定したリンク掲載・除去条件情報、バナー掲載・除去条件情報が記憶されている）には、各コントロールの初期値を処理対象事業者が前回設定した値に設定した掲載条件設定ページを返送する。
