Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a spray gun for injecting a cleaning liquid with a piston of a piston pump and cleaning textiles, equipment, and the like with the cleaning liquid.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The type of spray gun with a piston pump is used, but the cleaning liquid sprayed by the reciprocating motion of the piston becomes intermittent, and the cleaning liquid forms a mist and is applied to textiles, equipment, etc. It is used when dropping. Fig. 2 shows a conventional spray gun for cleaning. A supply hose (d) is provided by a piston (c) having an injection nozzle (b) at the tip of the piston pump (b) and reciprocating the piston pump (b). Then, the cleaning liquid is sucked up and sprayed from the spray nozzle (b).
[0003]
Here, the piston (c) is reciprocated by the motor (e), and the shaft (f) of the motor (e) is connected to the cam ring (g), and the eccentric shaft is connected to the cam ring (g). (H) is provided. This eccentric shaft (h) is loosely fitted in the loose fitting groove (n) of the slider (re), and if the cam ring (g) rotates, the slider (re) is the amount of eccentricity of the eccentric shaft (h). It will reciprocate within the range. Since the piston (c) is connected to the slider (g), the piston (c) can also reciprocate.
[0004]
A drain hose (L) is connected to the spray gun casing (v) in the vicinity of the supply hose (d), and the cleaning liquid leaked from the piston pump (A) is collected. There is almost no gap between the inner surface of the cylinder hole where the piston (c) fits and reciprocates, and it is sealed so that the cleaning liquid does not flow back. It flows backward and is collected as a drain. Since the cleaning liquid used is very expensive, there are various cases such as recovery from environmental problems if it is left in a leaked state, but the cleaning liquid leaking from the piston pump (a) can be dripped as it is. Absent.
[0005]
Therefore, connect the supply hose (d) to the upper side of the casing (e) and do not connect the drain hose (l). Instead, attach a collection container and fill the collection container with an absorbent. A method of absorbing drain is also known. In addition, the “cleaning spray gun” filed on November 15, 1994 by the applicant is “a free fitting groove formed on the slider by connecting the rear end of the piston to a slider that reciprocates in the guide hole of the casing. Is connected to the eccentric shaft of the cam ring attached to the shaft of the motor, while the supply hose is connected to the upper side of the cylinder, the drain hose is provided with a discharge port on the lower side of the casing, and the slider is further connected to the air pump. A space is formed at the rear end of the casing for use as a piston, and a hose is connected to the outlet of the space by connecting a hose, which leads from the upper side of the casing to the space between the rear end of the cylinder and the slider.
[0006]
In order to collect the drain in this way, various devices such as connecting a drain hose or providing a drain collection container have been made. However, it is preferable that the cleaning spray gun does not include such a drain hose and does not need to be attached with a drain collection container, and all the supplied cleaning liquid is sprayed from the spray nozzle and used effectively. In particular, when the drain is forcibly discharged with an air pump as described above, the structure of the spray gun becomes complicated and expensive.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Thus, the conventional cleaning spray gun has the above-mentioned problems. The problem to be solved by the present invention is this problem, and the cleaning spray that can be reused without wasting the cleaning liquid entering from the gap between the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder hole of the piston pump and the piston as a drain. Provide cancer.
[0008]
[Means for solving the problems]
The cleaning spray gun according to the present invention is configured such that the cleaning liquid leaked from the piston pump is again injected from the piston pump without necessarily using a drain hose. Therefore, a ring-shaped groove is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder hole in which the piston fits and reciprocates, and the groove communicates with the cleaning liquid supply port through a narrow hole.
[0009]
The cleaning liquid sucked from the supply port with the backward movement of the piston can be ejected from the nozzle at the tip of the cylinder, but a small amount of the cleaning liquid flows backward through the gap between the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder hole and the piston. However, the cleaning liquid accumulates in a ring-shaped groove provided in the middle of the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder hole, and this cleaning liquid flows through the hole communicated with the backward movement of the piston and is sucked into the supply port, together with the cleaning liquid supplied from the supply hose and the nozzle. Inject from. Here, the size and shape of the ring-shaped groove are not limited, and may not be a complete ring formed around the entire circumference of the cylinder hole. Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0010]

1 is an embodiment showing a cleaning spray gun of the present invention. The basic structure is the same as that of the cleaning spray gun described with reference to FIG. 2. The injection nozzle 2 is provided at the tip of the piston pump 1, and the

[0016]
As described above, the cleaning spray gun of the present invention forms a ring-shaped groove on the inner peripheral surface of a cylinder that reciprocates with a piston fitted, and communicates the ring-shaped groove and the supply port through a narrow hole. The following effects can be obtained.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
Since the cleaning spray gun of the present invention forms a ring-shaped groove on the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder that reciprocates with the piston fitted, the piston and the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder hole are not ejected from the injection nozzle by the advance of the piston. The cleaning liquid that enters and leaks into a very small gap between the two can accumulate in the ring-shaped groove. Since the ring-shaped groove communicates with the supply port through a narrow hole, the cleaning liquid accumulated in the ring-shaped groove as the piston moves backward flows through the hole and is sucked into the supply port. .
[0018]
And it is injected from an injection nozzle with the new washing | cleaning liquid supplied from a supply hose, and it becomes unnecessary to collect | recover as a drain. Some cleaning liquids are very expensive, and the spray gun of the present invention can be used without wasting this cleaning liquid. In the embodiment, a drain hose is provided. However, in the cleaning spray gun of the present invention, there is almost no cleaning liquid recovered as a drain.
