Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a beverage container, and more particularly to a beverage container enclosing a beverage and a straw.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a flexible resin container has been widely used as a beverage container. In these beverage containers, when the upper portion of the container is cut to form a liquid injection opening and a straw is inserted into the liquid injection opening, the beverage in the beverage container can be sucked by the straw. However, in such a configuration, it takes time and effort to insert a straw, and it is necessary to prepare the straw separately from the container, which is not convenient as a beverage container.
[0003]
Therefore, a straw-enclosed beverage container 400 as shown in FIG. 8 has been proposed. The beverage container 400 includes a main body constituting unit 402 that accommodates a beverage by heat-sealing four sides of a quadrangle. The main body constituting unit 402 includes a front surface portion 405, a back surface portion 406 having the same shape as the front surface portion 405, and a bottom gusset portion 403 that connects the front surface portion 405 and the back surface portion 406 to form a bottom portion. The bottom gusset portion 403 is formed by folding inward into a V-shaped cross section by a bent portion 403a, and is fused to the front surface portion 405 and the back surface portion 406 by heat sealing. A narrow neck 409 where a liquid injection opening is to be formed by cutting is formed at one end of the uppermost part of the main body constituting part 402 by changing the heat seal width. A straw 413 for sucking a beverage is arranged inside the main body constituting unit 402. One end portion of the straw 413 enters the neck portion 409, and the straw 413 is disposed so as to be positioned diagonally in the main body constituting portion 402.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in such a beverage container 400, it is extremely difficult to open the beverage container 400 at the neck portion 409 by the tearing force of the consumer's finger, and if it is forcibly torn, an unexpected liquid leak occurs from the opening portion. Not only is there a possibility of opening, but an unexpected opening occurs. If scissors or the like are used, the neck 409 can be opened at a desired location. However, when the beverage container 400 is carried and opened outdoors, it is troublesome to prepare the scissors separately.
[0005]
Further, when opening the neck 409 using a tool such as scissors, it is necessary to cut the front surface portion 405 and the back surface portion 406 of the neck portion 409, avoiding the upper portion of the straw 419 located in the neck portion 409. In some cases, the upper portion of the straw 413 in the neck portion 409 may be cut with scissors, which makes it difficult to pull out the straw 13 from the ear portion 409.
[0006]
Therefore, the present invention is a beverage container having a straw disposed therein, and can be easily opened with the tearing force of the fingertip without using a tool such as scissors at the opening site, and the upper portion of the straw prevents the opening. In addition, an object is to provide a beverage container in which the upper part of the straw always protrudes from the opening after opening.
[0007]

[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A beverage container according to a first embodiment of the present invention and a manufacturing process thereof will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1 shows a beverage container 1 filled with a beverage. The beverage container 1 has a main body constituting unit 2 for containing a beverage. The main body constituting part 2 includes a bottom part 3, a front surface part 5, a back surface part 6 having the same shape as the front surface part 5, and a pair of gusset parts 7, 7 that form a side part by connecting the front surface part 5 and the back surface part 6. Consists of. The gusset portions 7 and 7 are formed by bending inwardly into a V-shaped cross section by bending portions 7a and 7a (FIG. 2), and are fused to the front surface portion 5 and the back surface portion 6 by heat sealing (thermal fusion) or the like. Worn. That is, the right and left edges of the front surface portion 5 and one edge of each of the gusset portions 7 and 7 and the left and right edges of the back surface portion 6 and the other edge of each of the gusset portions 7 and 7 are heat sealed. To form a heat seal portion (heat fusion portion) 8 having a width of 3 mm to 5 mm. FIG. 2 shows the shape of the beverage container 1 before beverage filling. The neck portion 9 and the upper edge portion of the beverage container 1 are heat sealed in advance, and the front surface portion 5 and the back surface portion 6 of the portion constituting the bottom portion 3 of the beverage container 1 and the gusset portion 7 are in an unfused state. The beverage is filled from the bottom opening of the beverage container, and the unwelded portions of 8b and 8c are heat-sealed after filling. As shown in FIG. 2, the folded portions 7 a and 7 a of the gusset portions 7 and 7 are positioned symmetrically and parallel to each other with respect to the longitudinal center line X of the main body constituting portion 2 in a state before filling the beverage.
[0013]
The upper part of the front surface part 5 and the upper part of the back surface part 6 of the main body constituting part 2 are narrower than the remaining parts of the front surface part 5 and the back surface part 6, and the neck part 9 extending in the vertical direction and the neck part 9 downward. The shoulder portion 10 is gently inclined toward the head, and has a shape like a bottle neck. The neck portion 9 is disposed on the longitudinal center line X (FIG. 2) of the main body constituting portion 2, and the shoulder portions 10 and 10 are symmetrical with respect to the center line X.
[0014]
A remaining portion excluding the neck portion 9 and the shoulder portion 10 of the front surface portion 5 of the main body constituting portion 2; a remaining portion excluding the neck portion 9 and the shoulder portion 10 of the back surface portion 6; 7 comprises the main filling part 11 holding a drink, and the cross section B becomes a substantially square. And in order to form the bottom part 3 shown by FIG. 1, as shown in FIG. 2, the lower edge of each of the surface part 5 and the back surface part 6, and the lower edge of the gusset parts 7 and 7 are a pair of symmetrical inclination. It is comprised by the edge parts 8b and 8b and the center edge part 8c.
[0015]
A beverage suction straw 13 is arranged in the main body constituting unit 2. The straw 13 is made of a material having a specific gravity lighter than the specific gravity of the beverage filled in the main body constituting unit 2, for example, a resin. The length L of the straw 13 is shorter than the height h of the main body component 2 after filling the beverage. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the inner peripheral length of the liquid injection opening 4 is formed longer than the outer peripheral length of the straw 13. As shown in FIG. 2, the straw 13 is held between the bent portions 7a and 7a in a state before liquid filling. Thus, the straw 13 is held in a position where the gusset portion 7 does not exist and the thickness of the main body constituting portion 2 is thin, and it is convenient without being bulky when transporting a large number of the main portion constituting portions 2.
[0016]
The front surface portion 5 and the back surface portion 6 are configured by a laminate sheet of a flexible plastic material (resin film). As a specific example, a three-layer laminate film of a polyethylene terephthalate film (PET) having a thickness of 12 microns, a biaxially stretched nylon film having a thickness of 15 microns, and a linear low density polyethylene film having a thickness of 80 microns is used. Is done.
[0017]
The gusset portions 7 and 7 are preferably made of a softer material than the front surface portion 5 and the back surface portion 6. As a specific material, a two-layer laminate film of a biaxially stretched nylon film having a thickness of 15 microns and a linear low density polyethylene film having a thickness of 120 microns is used.
[0018]
Here, the PET film is a material that has excellent heat resistance and does not lose its shape, and is used to ensure dimensional stability in the bag making process. This material also has the advantage that it can be easily processed by heat sealing. The biaxially stretched nylon film is excellent in toughness and is used for obtaining a desired strength that does not bulk the beverage container 1 and can withstand transportation and handling. The linear low density polyethylene film has thermal adhesiveness and is used for forming the beverage container 1 by heat sealing. This material also has toughness, although not as much as a biaxially stretched nylon film. In this specific example, since the front surface portion 5 and the back surface portion 6 are made of a transparent material, the position of the straw 13 disposed in the main body constituting portion 2 can be confirmed from the outside.
[0019]
A notch 12 is formed in the heat seal portion 8 of the neck portion 9 as a guide for the tearing position of the neck portion 9. The front surface portion 5 and the back surface portion 6 are made of a laminate sheet as described above, but in a position corresponding to the position of the notch 12 on the front surface portion 5 and the back surface portion 6, the direction crossing the longitudinal center line X of the main body constituting portion 2. Further, a perforation 12 a is formed through the entire width of the neck portion 9 except for at least one layer of the laminate sheet constituting the front surface portion 5 and the back surface portion 6. However, since the perforation 12a does not penetrate at least one layer of the laminate sheet constituting the front surface portion 5 and the back surface portion 6, the front surface portion 5 and the back surface portion 6 itself do not penetrate. The perforation 12a of the front surface portion 5 and the perforation 12a of the back surface portion 6 overlap.
[0020]
The distance between the edge portions of the neck portion 9 (the distance between the outer edges of the heat seal portion) is configured to be equal to or smaller than the distance between the bent portions 7a and 7a of the gusset portions 7 and 7. For this reason, in the neck part 9, the side part by the gusset parts 7 and 7 does not exist, but the edge part of the surface part 5 and the back surface part 6 is mutually melt | fused directly. In the present embodiment, the upper portion of the neck portion 9 has a cap shape, and here, the distance between the edge portions of the neck portion 9 is formed larger than the distance between the bent portions 7a and 7a of the gusset portions 7 and 7. However, the distance between the edges of the neck portion 9 should be equal to or smaller than the distance between the bent portions 7a and 7a of the gusset portions 7 and 7 in the portion where the notch 12 and the perforation 12 are formed. No problem. Further, in the vicinity of the notch 12 and the perforation 12, the heat seal 8 extends to the vicinity of the outer peripheral surface of the upper portion of the straw 113 to form a holding portion 8 d that holds the straw 113. The upper part of the straw 13 is located so as to extend into the neck part 9, and extends to the upper part from the position where the notch 12 and the perforation 12a are formed.
[0021]
Next, a method for forming the perforation 12a will be described. As described above, the front surface portion 5 and the back surface portion 6 are made of a polyethylene terephthalate film (PET) having a thickness of 12 microns, a biaxially stretched nylon film having a thickness of 15 microns, and a linear low density polyethylene having a thickness of 80 microns. It is composed of a three-layer laminate film. Hereinafter, the processing of the laminate sheet constituting the front surface portion 5 will be described, but the same applies to the processing of the laminate sheet constituting the back surface portion 6.
[0022]
As a first specific example of the method for forming the perforations 12a, first, as shown in FIG. 4A, a polyethylene terephthalate film layer 5A, a biaxially stretched nylon film layer 5B, and a linear low density polyethylene film layer 5C are used. A perforation that penetrates all of the above is formed. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 4 (b), the heat seal bar 20 or the like is brought into contact with the surface of the linear low density polyethylene film layer 5C to heat and melt, and the perforation processing penetrating the entire laminate film is performed. Processing to close on one side of the. Thus, the perforation 12a which penetrates the polyethylene terephthalate film layer 5A and the biaxially stretched nylon film layer 5B and does not penetrate the linear low density polyethylene film layer 5C is formed. According to such a forming method, both the formation of the perforation and the sealing of the perforation by the heat seal bar 20 can be performed in the bag making process.
[0023]
As a second specific example of the method for forming the perforation 12a, as shown in FIG. 4 (c), first, a polyethylene terephthalate film layer 5A having a thickness of 12 microns and a biaxially stretched nylon film layer having a thickness of 15 microns. 5B and a linear low density polyethylene film layer 5C having a thickness of 60 microns are laminated to form a three-layer laminate film. And the perforation which penetrates this laminate film is formed. Thereafter, a linear low density polyethylene film layer 5C ′ having a thickness of 20 microns is laminated on the surface of the linear low density polyethylene film layer 5C having a thickness of 60 microns. Thus, the perforation 12a which penetrates only the polyethylene terephthalate film layer 5A, the biaxially stretched nylon film layer 5B and the linear low density polyethylene film layer 5C can be provided. According to such a forming method, the linear low density polyethylene film layer 5C ′ is laminated on the laminate sheet formed with perforations, wound in a roll shape, and then subjected to a bag making process.
[0024]
Thus, since the tear strength of the laminate sheet is reduced due to the formation of the perforations 12a, the customer can get over the upper portion of the straw 13 by tearing with the fingertip, and the heat seal portion 8a on the upper portion of the neck portion 9 can be used. And the beverage container 1 can be opened. On the other hand, since the perforation 12a does not penetrate the front surface portion 5 and the back surface portion 6 and is closed, liquid leakage from the inside of the beverage container 1 can be prevented.
[0025]
When the beverage is filled in the beverage container 1, as shown in FIG. 1, the V-shape of the gusset portions 7, 7 can be opened to increase the filling amount of the beverage, and the beverage container 1 has a stable three-dimensional structure. It becomes. The bottom 3 of the beverage container 1 at the time of filling the beverage is substantially square, and can be stably self-supported with the bottom 3 down and the neck 9 up.
[0026]
If the upper part of the neck 9 is gripped and pulled upward with the fingers of the other hand while holding the main body component with one hand, tearing occurs from the notch 12, and the straw 13 extends along the perforation 12 a from the notch 12. It is possible to remove the neck portion above the perforation 12a so as to get over the upper portion. At this time, the gusset portion 7 does not exist in the portion where tearing occurs, and only the front surface portion 5 and the back surface portion 6 exist. Therefore, compared with the case where the gusset 7 exists in the portion where tearing occurs, the tearing is required. Less power is required. In addition, since the perforation 12a is formed in the front surface portion 5 and the back surface portion 6 on the extension line of the notch 12, less force is required for tearing, and by pulling the upper portion of the neck portion 9 upward, Tearing occurs easily, and the neck 9 can be opened so as to get over the top of the straw 13. By opening, as shown in FIG. 3, a liquid injection opening 4 for pouring out the beverage as the contents is formed.
[0027]
As described above, in the vicinity of the notch 12 and the perforation 12, the heat seal 8 extends to the vicinity of the outer peripheral surface of the upper portion of the straw 113, thereby forming a holding portion 8 d that holds the straw 113. Accordingly, the liquid injection opening 4 formed when the heat seal portion 8a is removed and the beverage container 1 is opened is in close contact with the outer periphery of the straw 113 as shown in FIG. 3, and the straw 113 is held by the holding portion 8d. Is retained. Therefore, at the time of opening and after opening, the straw 113 does not sink into the main body constituting part 2 of the liquid container 1 but protrudes from the liquid injection opening 4 by the amount that has been extended beyond the position of the perforation 12a. Can be maintained.
[0028]
Next, a beverage container 100 according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The same reference numerals are used for portions having the same configuration as in the first embodiment, and description thereof is omitted. The upper portion of the straw 113 and below the perforation 12a is joined to the surface portion 5 by a point seal portion 8e formed by heat fusion. Therefore, at the time of opening and after opening, the straw 113 does not sink into the main body constituting part 2 of the liquid container 100 but protrudes from the liquid injection opening 4 by the amount that is extended from the position of the perforation 12a. Can be maintained. The point seal portion 8e is provided on the front surface portion 5 side in the present embodiment, but may be provided on the back surface portion 6 side, or provided on both the front surface portion 5 side and the back surface portion 6 side. Also good.
[0029]
Next, a beverage container 200 according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The same reference numerals are used for portions having the same configuration as in the first embodiment, and description thereof is omitted. In the beverage container 200 according to the present embodiment, the straw 213 is provided with a bellows portion 213A. The bellows part 213A is an upper part of the straw 213 and is formed at a position below the perforation 12a. The straw 213 is joined to the surface part 5 by the point seal part 8f at the position of the bellows part 213A. . Therefore, at the time of opening and after opening, the straw 213 does not sink into the main body constituting part 2 of the liquid container 200 but protrudes from the liquid injection opening 4 as much as it extends from the position of the perforation 12a. Can be maintained. Since the bellows part 213A is gathered with more material than the other straws 213, heat sealing is performed at the position of the bellows part 213A, so that the straw 213 is crushed by heat or pressure by forming the point seal part 8f. Can be avoided. In addition, the beverage can be easily sucked by the deformability of the bellows portion 213A. The point seal portion 8e is provided on the front surface portion 5 side in the present embodiment, but may be provided on the back surface portion 6 side, or provided on both the front surface portion 5 side and the back surface portion 6 side. Also good.
[0030]
The beverage container according to the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications and improvements can be made within the scope described in the claims. For example, in the embodiment described above, the notch 12 is formed in the heat seal portion 8 of the neck portion 9 as a guide for the opening position. However, the heat seal portion may be printed instead of the notch. Further, in order to facilitate tearing, perforations are formed at predetermined locations in the predetermined layers of both the front surface portion and the back surface portion. However, as long as tearing can be easily realized, the perforation is only the front surface portion or the back surface portion. You may form only.
[0031]
Further, both the holding portion 8d and the point seal portion 8e or 8f may be provided.
[0032]
Further, as shown in FIG. 7, a notch portion is formed in the gusset portion 7 in the heat seal portion 8 of the shoulder portion 10, and the front surface portion 5 and the back surface portion 6 are directly heat-sealed at the edge portion of the shoulder portion 10. You may be made to do.
[0033]
【The invention's effect】
According to the beverage container of claim 1, as a measure of the tearing position of the neck part, the tearing position indicating part is provided in the thermal bonding part of the neck part, and the distance between the edge parts of the neck part is the bending of the gusset part. Since the front and back sides are directly fused, the strength is weak in the predetermined amount area corresponding to the tear position indicator, and tearing for opening is easy It is.
[0034]
Further, the front surface portion and the back surface portion are made of a laminate sheet, and at least one layer of the laminate sheet is formed over the entire width of the neck portion at a position corresponding to at least one of the front surface portion and the back surface portion. Since the perforation is formed so as to penetrate, the tear strength of the laminate sheet is reduced at the perforation portion. Therefore, the customer can tear the straw along the perforation from the tear instruction portion by tearing at the fingertip. It is possible to easily open the neck so as to get over the upper part. On the other hand, since the perforation does not penetrate the front surface portion and the back surface portion and is blocked, liquid leakage from the inside of the beverage container can be prevented.
[0035]
Furthermore, the upper portion of the straw is positioned to extend beyond the position where the perforation is formed in the neck, and a position holding means for holding the position of the straw with respect to the main body constituting portion is provided between the neck and the upper portion of the straw in the neck. Since it is provided in between, the straw can be kept protruding from the liquid injection opening as much as it extends from the position of the perforation without sinking into the main body constituting part of the liquid container at the time of opening and after opening. .
[0036]
According to the beverage container of the second aspect, since the notch or the mark indicating the upper liquid injection opening position is formed, it is convenient as an indication of the opening position.
[0037]
According to the beverage container of claim 3, the position holding means is configured such that only the heat fusion portion corresponding to the tearing position indicating portion among the heat fusion portions of the edge portion of the neck portion is the outer periphery of the upper portion of the straw. Since it is composed of an extended heat-sealed portion that extends to the vicinity of the surface and locally reduces the inner diameter of the neck, it is easy to form the position holding means, and can hold the straw, After the opening, the straw does not sink into the main body constituting part of the liquid container, and the state of being extended from the position of the tearing position indicating part and being protruded from the liquid injection opening can be maintained.
[0038]
According to the beverage container of claim 4, the position holding means is an upper part of the straw located in the neck part, and a part below the perforation and the surface part or the back surface part are locally. Since it is composed of a heat-sealed point seal part, it is easy to form the position holding means, and the straw can be held, and the straw sinks into the main body constituting part of the liquid container at the time of opening or after opening. In other words, it is possible to maintain a state of projecting from the liquid injection opening by an amount that extends beyond the position of the perforation.
[0039]
According to the beverage container of the fifth aspect, since the front surface portion and the back surface portion are made of a transparent or translucent material, the amount of the beverage can be easily grasped.
