本発明は、物品が収納されて配送される通い箱の開閉管理方法と、それに使用される非接触ICタグに関する。

従来、企業が例えば本社と事業所、営業所と工場などの間で指示書類や、物品などを社内便を使用して運搬する際に、箱の中に所定の品物が収納完了して蓋を閉じられていれば発送OKであるものが、まだ収納作業が完了していない荷物が発送されて、その後の作業に支障をきたすことが多かった。
また、複数の通い箱を積載した車が、ドアを閉じる前、または、積載の途中でそれぞれの通い箱に正当な品物が収納完了しているか確認する方法が無かった。
更に、運搬車が運送途中に荷物を追加積載したり、降ろしたりする際に、積載を忘れたり、箱が盗難に遭ったりする例が多かった。

このような事故を防止するために、通い箱の収納物が正しく収納されているかの確認を含む通い箱の管理方法と、その管理のために使用する情報媒体を提供する。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題の目的を達成するために、本発明の請求項1に記載の非接触ICタグ付き収納箱は、収納部と、蓋と、蓋の先端に形成されたフラップ部と、を有する収納箱であって、前記収納部の壁面と前記蓋とに、それぞれほぼ同一の面積を有するパターンで構成されたアンテナが形成され、前記収納部の壁面に、ICチップが固定され、前記ICチップの接続端子と前記収納部の壁面に形成されたアンテナとが電気的に接続され、前記フラップ部にアンテナ接続回路が形成され、前記アンテナ接続回路と前記蓋に形成されたアンテナとが電気的に接続され、前記収納部の壁面であって、前記蓋を閉じた状態とした際に前記フラップ部に形成されたアンテナ接続回路と対向する部分に、前記アンテナ接続回路と電気的に導通する接続回路が形成されいることを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施形態】
以下本発明の非接触ICタグ付き収納箱の一実施形態について図面を参照して説明する。

図1は、本発明の非接触ICタグ付き収納箱の第1の実施例について説明するための図、図2は、図1の箱の組み立て前の箱の内側について説明するための図である。

本発明は、複数の物品収納箱の外側から電波を送信し、各収納箱から返信される電波を読み取って荷物の正当性を確認する方法、および、それに使用する情報媒体を提供するものであるが、前述のように、電波を送受信するために、収納箱は金属性のものは使用できない。
そこで、以下の実施例は、繰り返しの使用に耐える段ボール箱を使用した場合について説明する。

段ボール箱の形式は、JIS Z1507で溝切り形、テレスコープ形、組み立て形、差し込み形、ブリス形、のり付け簡易組立形などに分類されている。
以下の実施例では、何れも、溝切り形(コード0212)を使用して説明する。
また、ICタグの形成場所は、箱の内側でも外側でも機能的には問題ないが、以下の実施例では箱同士が擦れ合ってもICタグに損傷を与えにくい箱の内側壁面に形成した例について説明する。

(実施例1)
図1を参照して、本発明の非接触ICタグ付き収納箱の第1の実施例について説明する。
a図は、段ボール製の収納箱1の蓋11が開いている状態であるが、蓋11の内側にはアンテナ21が導電性インキで印刷されている。前記導電性インキで印刷されたアンテナ21の延長上のフラップ(差込み部)12に導電材、または、導電性インキでアンテナ21と電気的に接続した状態でアンテナ接続回路22が形成されている。
箱の収納部10のフラップ差込み側(正面側)にはその内側に収納側アンテナ24が導電性インキで印刷されており、その上端部は、ICチップ3の接続端子が接着剤(図示せず)で固定されている。
前述のアンテナに固定されたICチップ3は接着強度を持続するため、粘着ラベル状のプラスチックフィルムでチップの表面を被覆されている。

b図は、段ボール製の収納箱1の蓋11を閉じた状態であるが、閉じた状態で、蓋のフラップの外側に形成したアンテナ接続回路22が、収納部の内側に形成された接続回路23と対向して電気的に導通する。
上記接続回路23(a図参照)は、アンテナ24に接続されたICチップ3のもう一方のアンテナ接続端子に接着剤で接着されている。
b図の状態で、ICチップを挟んでその上下に略同じ形状、同じ面積のアンテナが形成されたことになって、非接触ICタグが外部装置と通信可能な状態となる。
即ち、a図の状態からb図の状態(収納箱の蓋が閉じられた状態)になったことによって、ICタグとして機能可能となり、信号待ちの状態となる。

a図において、アンテナ接続回路23は、フラップ12上に形成されたアンテナ接続回路22の上部と相似形のパターンに重ねられた際に、導通し易い形状にしてある。フラップ12の部分は正確に接触している必要があり小さなボタン状のマグネットなどを設けて接触をより確実にすることもできる。

箱の蓋11からフラップ12にかけて、台形のアンテナが形成されている。図示していないが、フラップ12の裏側には、前記アンテナ材料と導通したアンテナ接続回路が形成されている(図1のa図の22参照)。

箱の蓋11の部分が折り曲げられると、フラップ12の裏側(前述図1のa図の22参照)は、図2の右側アンテナ接続回路23に対向して接触する。アンテナ接続回路23、および、収納側アンテナ24は、導電性の接着剤でICチップ3の接続端子に接着されている。前述したようにICチップが段ボールから剥落しないようにICチップ3の上に粘着ラベルを貼付するか、または、絶縁性の樹脂で封止し(図示せず)て被覆する。なお、アンテナ接続回路22、23、箱の蓋11に形成されているアンテナ、収納側に形成されているアンテナ24は何れも導電性のインキで、スクリーン印刷によって印刷されている。

また、実施例1において、何れもアンテナ、アンテナ接続回路、および、導通回路を段ボールに直接印刷する例について説明してきたが、プラスチック製のベースフィルムに印刷して、ベースフィルムを段ボールに貼付する方法も選択することができる。したがって、収納箱の材質、および、表面状態によって直接印刷か、上記のようにプラスチックフィルムを介在させるかを選択すればよい。
