Description

【0001】

【0059】

[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Put a bather on the body 1. Slide the position of the pillow 9 according to the height and body shape of the bather.
The attachment mechanism 10 holds the pillow 9 on the body 1 in an adjustable state.
When the position of the pillow 9 is adjusted, an assistant pushes the pillow 9 by hand and moves it. When the hand is released, the pillow 9 is automatically moved by the restoring force of the elastic element 13 of the attachment mechanism 10 at that position. To fix.
[0007]
The attachment mechanism 10 interposed between the placing body 1 and the pillow 9 moves in a moving space 64 provided in the placing body 1 or the pillow 9. The elastic element 13 presses the sliding body 65 against the moving space 64.
[0008]
The attachment body 11 constituting the attachment mechanism 10 penetrates into the long hole 8 opened in the mounting body 1 and holds the pillow 9 in the movable state on the mounting body 1.
The spring 15 is externally fitted to the attachment body 11, and is located between the back surface of the mounting body 1 and the fastening body 14 provided at the front portion of the attachment body 11, and the attachment body 11 is attached by the restoring force of the spring 15. Then, the pillow 9 is pulled in the direction of the body 1, and the pillow 9 is held on the body 1 by frictional resistance generated between the back surface of the pillow 9 and the surface of the body 1.
[0009]
Since the frictional resistance is generated by the restoring force of the spring 15, a person can move the pillow against the restoring force to change and adjust the position of the pillow 9.
[0010]
The slider 12 attached to the attachment body 11 of the pillow 9 and partially facing the long hole 8 moves while appropriately rolling along the long hole 8 when moving the position of the pillow 9. Smooth movement.

[0015]
【Example】
1 to 4 show a first embodiment of the present invention. 1 is a left side sectional view of the pillow 9, FIG. 2 is a partial plan view of the stretcher 2, FIG. 3 is a front sectional view of the pillow 9, and FIG. 4 is a right side view of the stretcher 2. The carrying body 1 according to the first embodiment is for carrying a bather, and is a stretcher 2 shown in FIGS. The stretcher 2 is divided into an upper body placing part 3, a buttocks placing part 4, an upper thigh placing part 5, and a crus placing part 6.
[0016]
A head-side handle hole 7 into which a hand is inserted when operating the stretcher 2 is opened at the upper end portion of the upper body placing portion 3 located on the upper portion of the stretcher 2 (= the side where the bather's head is located).
[0017]
A movement space 64 (in the specific example, a long hole 8) formed by two rows of long holes in the vertical direction (= longitudinal direction of the stretcher 2) is opened in parallel in the upper body placing portion 3. In another example, only one long hole 8 may be opened.
A pillow 9 is attached to the upper body placing portion 3 by an attachment mechanism 10 so as to be movable in the vertical direction.
[0018]
Specifically, an attachment body 11 is projected rearward from the back of the pillow 9 (= a backward direction of a bathing person who lies on his / her back), and the attachment body 11 passes through the long hole 8. First, a sliding body 65 (slider 12 in a specific example) is externally fitted to the attachment body 11 portion that penetrates the back side of the upper body placing portion 3, and then a resilient element 13 that holds the slider 12 is externally fitted. Further, a fastening body 14 that serves as a stopper for the elastic element 13 is screwed to the mounting body 11. (See Figure 1)
[0019]
The slider 12 includes a cylindrical portion 12 a that faces the elongated hole 8 and a washer portion 12 b that contacts the back surface of the upper body placing portion 3.
Specifically, the elastic element 13 is a spring 15, and the fixing body 14 is specifically a nut 16 and an insect screw 17 that is screwed to the nut 16 and prevents the nut 16 from rotating from the mounting body 11. .
[0020]
The pillow 9 is pulled backward by the extension force of the spring 15 to press the upper body mounting portion 3, and the slider 12 is pressed against the peripheral portion 64 a of the long hole 8 portion. The pillow 9 is held in the upper body placing portion 3 in a freely movable state by an appropriate operating force of an assistant or bather.
That is, when moving the position of the pillow 9 in the vertical direction of the stretcher 2, the pillow 9 is held up by hand and pushed up and down against the frictional resistance.
Further, when the assistant lifts the pillow 9 from the upper body placing portion 3, the spring 15 contracts and the frictional resistance decreases, and the pillow 9 can be further moved.
[0021]
Although the said attachment body 11 is attached to the back surface of the pillow 9, in another example, you may attach the attachment body 11 to the both sides, the upper and lower sides, etc. of the pillow 9.
[0022]
The upper leg placing portion 5 is disposed at a position close to the lower direction (= the direction in which the bather's foot is located) from the center portion of the side view stretcher 2 shown in FIG. A placement unit 6 is disposed.
The placing part of the stretcher 2 is provided in the order of the upper body placing part 3, the buttocks placing part 4, the upper thigh placing part 5, and the lower thigh placing part 6, and each placing part is provided with a frame that can tilt the upper surface. Mounted on the body 18.
[0023]
A foot rest 19 is provided on the crus placement unit 6 so as to be movable along the surface of the crus placement unit 6. The footrest 19 is not movable in a normal state, but when the footrest 19 is tilted upward and lifted, the footrest 19 becomes movable and the position of the footrest 19 can be adjusted.
[0024]
The locking member 20 is attached to the frame 18 so as to be positioned along the front-rear direction of the stretcher 2 on the left and right sides of the stretcher 2. A side fence 21 for preventing the bather from protruding sideways is provided on the locking device 20 so that the hanging state and the standing state can be changed, and a handle hole 23 is formed in a central portion of the upper portion of the fence 21. .
[0025]
1, 51 is the substrate of the pillow 9, 53 is a screw, 24 in FIG. 4, 24 is a gripping hand, 25 is a support tool, 26 is a sticking tool, 27 is a step for lower limbs, 28 is a flat plate, 29 is reclining A release handle, 30 is a mounting shaft, and 31 is a transfer roller.
[0026]
3 is additionally provided with a fixed slot 60, and a lock element 61 is additionally attached to the pillow 9. As shown in FIG.
The lock element 61 is formed by fitting a washer 33 on a sub-attachment 62 projecting rearward from the substrate 51 and screwing a fixing operation tool 63.
The sub-attachment 62 passes through the fixed long hole 60, and when the pillow 9 is free to slide freely, the fixing operation tool 63 of the lock element 61 is tightened and screwed into the fixed long hole 60, The pillow 9 is fixed to the upper body placing portion 5.
[0027]
The use situation of the first embodiment will be described. When bathing, first, the side fence 21 is placed in the suspended position, and the bather is placed on the stretcher 2. The assistant grasps the head side handle hole 7 and moves the stretcher 2, and further lifts and changes the upper body placing portion 3 to the reclining posture.
The lower leg placing part 6 is lifted, the front part of the lower leg placing part 6 and the rear part of the upper leg placing part 5 are formed in a mountain shape, and the bather is placed in the knee state.
[0028]
Next, the side fence 21 is rotated to change from the hanging position to the standing position. The side fence 21 has the effect | action which prevents the bather's protrusion and fall from each mounting part, and aims at safety.
[0029]
The bather himself or his / her assistant holds the pillow 9 and slides the position of the pillow 9 in accordance with the height and body shape of the bather. The attachment mechanism 10 holds the pillow 9 on the stretcher 2 in a movable state.
[0030]
The attachment body 11 penetrates into the long hole 8 and attaches the pillow 9 to the stretcher 2. The spring 15 provided in the outer fitting shape on the attachment body 11 exists on the fastening body 14 provided on the back surface of the stretcher 2 and the front portion of the attachment body 11, and is attached by the restoring force of the spring 15. The pillow 9 is pulled and pressed in the direction of the upper body placing portion 3 through the body 11.
A frictional resistance is generated between the back surface of the pillow 9 and the surface of the upper body placing portion 3, and the pillow 9 is held on the upper body placing portion 3 by the frictional resistance.
[0031]
Since the frictional resistance is generated by the restoring force of the spring 15, the assistant can change and adjust the position of the pillow 9 against the restoring force.
When adjusting the position of the pillow 9, the assistant moves the pillow 9 by pushing it by hand along the surface of the upper body placing portion 3. When the movement operation is stopped and the hand is released from the pillow 9, the pillow 9 automatically stops at that position.
[0032]
That is, if the pillow 9 is pushed in the front-rear direction against the friction existing between the pillow 9 and the upper body placing portion 3, the pillow 9 can move in the front-rear direction. Alternatively, the pillow 9 can be moved more easily in the vertical direction by pushing it up and down against the spring 15 against the spring. The pillow 9 can be adjusted by the bather himself.
[0033]
When the slider 12 that is externally fitted to the attachment body 11 and faces the long hole 8 moves the position of the pillow 9, the cylindrical portion 12a moves along the long hole 8, and the washer portion 12b moves to the upper body mounting portion 3. The peripheral edge part 64a of the long hole 8 in the back surface of this is pressed down.
The slider 12 suitably stops the pillow 9 on the upper body placing unit 3 or makes the pillow 9 move smoothly with respect to the upper body placing unit 3.
Next, the footrest 19 is moved according to the position of the bather's foot.
[0034]
When the bather's setting is completed on the stretcher 2, the stretcher 2 is transferred from the transport vehicle (not shown) to a cradle (not shown) in the bathtub (not shown), and then the bathtub is raised and the stretcher 2 is immersed in hot water. , Bathe the bather on the stretcher 2.
[0035]
At the time of debathing, the bathtub is lowered, the stretcher 2 is taken out of the hot water, and the stretcher 2 is transferred from the mount to the transport vehicle. Wiping is performed, the transport vehicle is moved to a desired position, the bather is lowered to the treatment bed, and the bathing is finished.
[0036]
In the above description, a specific example of the carrying body 1 is the stretcher 2, but in another example (= second embodiment), as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, 52 is a backrest portion.
In the backrest portion 52 shown in FIG. 6, the long hole 8 is not established in the backrest portion 52 but is established in the pillow 9. The attachment body 11 is attached to the backrest 52 side, the slider 12 is pressed against the peripheral edge 64a of the elongated hole 8 by the extension action of the spring 15, and the pillow 9 is held in a movable state by the backrest 52.
