【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、クレジットカードや公共サービス等の利用明細書を封筒に封入・封緘する封入・封緘システムに関する。

【従来の技術】
クレジットカードを用いて商品を購入したりサービス等を利用したりした場合、その代金は、利用者が指定する口座から後日引き落とされることになる。このため、利用者にとっては、現金を所持することなくショッピング等を行うことができることになり、クレジットカードの利用数は増加の一途を辿っている。

クレジットカードを利用した場合、その利用明細が記載された利用明細書がクレジットカード会社から利用者に送付される。この利用明細書には、利用者が利用したショッピング等の内容やその代金、口座から代金が引き落とされる日等が記載されており、利用者はこの利用明細書を受け取ることにより、クレジットカードの利用内容や利用代金等を確認している。

また、公共サービス等においては、その利用代金は、上述したようなクレジットカードを利用した場合と同様に、利用者が指定する口座から後日引き落とされるか、あるいは、その利用に伴う代金の請求書が後日利用者に送付され、利用者は送付されてきた請求書に従って利用代金を支払うことになる。

公共サービスを利用した場合、その利用明細が記載された利用明細書が公共サービスを運営する企業団体から利用者に送付される。この利用明細書には、利用者が利用したサービスの内容やその代金、口座から代金が引き落とされる日等が記載されており、利用者はこの利用明細書を受け取ることにより、公共サービスの利用内容や利用代金等を確認している。また、代金の口座振替を行わない場合は、その代金の請求書や振込用紙が利用明細書とともに利用者に送付され、利用者は、送付されてきた請求書に従って代金を支払ったり、振込用紙を用いて代金を支払ったりすることになる。

上述したような利用明細書は、封筒に封入・封緘されて利用者に郵送される。

近年、利用明細書を封筒に封入・封緘して利用者に郵送する場合、その宛先を封筒に印刷するのではなく、表面の一部が透明フィルムで構成された窓付き封筒を用いて、宛先情報を印刷した用紙を、その宛先情報が封筒の窓から見えるように封入し、その封筒に利用明細書を同封して郵送する場合が増えてきている。

その場合、宛先情報が記載された用紙と、利用明細が記載された利用明細書と、その他、利用者に提供される広告物等との複数の用紙が１つの封筒に封入・封緘されることになる。

図５は、従来の封入・封緘システムの一構成例を示す図である。

本従来例は図５に示すように、広告物が搬送されてくるコンベヤー１１０−１〜１１０−ｎと、利用明細書が搬送されてくるコンベヤー１２０と、利用明細書の宛先情報が記載された用紙（以下、表紙と称する）が搬送されてくるコンベヤー１３０と、コンベヤー１１０−１〜１１０−ｎ上を搬送されてくる広告物とコンベヤー１２０上を搬送されてくる利用明細書とコンベヤー１３０上を搬送されてくる表紙とを予め決められた組み合わせで順次重ね合わせて搬送するコンベヤー１４０と、コンベヤー１４０上にて重ね合わされた用紙が封入される封筒が搬送されてくるコンベヤー１５０と、コンベヤー１４０上にて重ね合わされた用紙をコンベヤー１５０にて搬送されてくる封筒に封入するためのプッシャー１７０と、プッシャー１７０にて用紙が封入された封筒を搬送するコンベヤー１６０とから構成されている。なお、コンベヤー１１０−１〜１１０−ｎ，１２０，１３０上を搬送されてくる広告物や利用明細書、あるいは表紙においては、それぞれ所定のプリンタにて印刷された後、コンベヤー１５０上を搬送されてくる封筒に封入可能な大きさに折りたたまれている。

以下に、上記のように構成された封入・封緘システムにおける封入・封緘方法について説明する。

まず、コンベヤー１１０−１〜１１０−ｎ上を搬送されてきた広告物が順次コンベヤー１４０上に互いに重なり合うように移載され、コンベヤー１４０上を搬送される。ここで、コンベヤー１１０−１〜１１０−ｎ上を搬送されてくる広告物においては、コンベヤー１１０−１〜１１０−ｎ毎に互いに異なるものであり、その組み合わせは後に重ね合わされる利用明細書及び表紙に対応するものとする。

次に、コンベヤー１２０上を搬送されてきた利用明細書が、コンベヤー１４０上を搬送されてきた広告物に重ね合わされるようにコンベヤー１４０上に移載される。ここで、コンベヤー１１０−１〜１１０−ｎ上を搬送されてくる広告物とコンベヤー１２０上を搬送されてくる利用明細書とは、どの利用明細書にどの広告物を同封するかが予め決められており、利用明細書に同封される広告物のみがコンベヤー１１０−１〜１１０−ｎからコンベヤー１４０に移載され、搬送されてくる。

次に、コンベヤー１３０上を搬送されてきた表紙が、コンベヤー１４０上を互いに重ね合わされて搬送されてきた広告物及び利用明細書にさらに重ね合わされるようにコンベヤー１４０上に移載される。ここで、コンベヤー１２０上を搬送されてくる利用明細書とコンベヤー１３０上を搬送されてくる表紙とは、コンベヤー１２０，１３０上を搬送される順序が互いに対応するように制御されており、それにより、コンベヤー１４０上を搬送されてきた利用明細書に、該利用明細書の送付先となる宛先情報が印刷された表紙が重ね合わされることになる。

一方、コンベヤー１５０上においては、コンベヤー１４０上を搬送されてきた用紙が封入される封筒が搬送されてくる。

コンベヤー１１０−１〜１１０−ｎ上を搬送されてきた広告物とコンベヤー１２０上を搬送されてきた利用明細書とコンベヤー１３０上を搬送されてきた表紙とが予め決められた組み合わせで重ね合わされた後、プッシャー１７０によって、封入位置１８０にてコンベヤー１５０上を搬送されたきた封筒に封入される。

その後、コンベヤー１４０上を搬送されてきた用紙が封入された封筒はコンベヤー１６０上を搬送されていき封緘され、利用者に郵送されることになる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記のように構成された封入・封緘システムにおいては、コンベヤー１２０，１３０上に利用明細書あるいは表紙が搭載される際に利用明細書と表紙とのマッチングが確認されているものの、その後、コンベヤー１４０上に、宛先が異なる２枚以上の利用明細書を移載してしまった場合、コンベヤー１４０上に移載された、宛先が異なる２枚以上の利用明細書に１つの宛先情報が記載された表紙が重ね合わされることになり、利用者に他の利用者の利用明細書が郵送されてしまうという問題点が生じてしまう。

本発明は、上述したような従来の技術が有する問題点に鑑みてなされたものであって、送付先ではない利用者に利用明細書を送付してしまうことを防止することができる封入・封緘システムを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために本発明は、
用紙を重ね合わせて搬送する搬送手段と、前記搬送手段における前記用紙の搬送方向に並べて配置され、前記搬送手段における前記用紙の搬送方向に直交する方向から前記用紙を前記搬送手段上に供給する複数の供給手段と、前記複数の供給手段から供給されて前記搬送手段上にて重ね合わされた用紙を封筒に封入する封入手段とを有してなる封入・封緘システムにおいて、
前記搬送手段上の前記複数の供給手段からの前記用紙の供給方向の延長線上にそれぞれ配置され、前記供給手段から供給された用紙の前記供給方向先端部に当接することにより、前記複数の供給手段から供給された用紙にそれぞれ記載された識別情報が目視可能な程度に、前記複数の供給手段から供給された用紙を前記搬送手段上にてずらして重ね合わせるための複数の係止手段と、
前記搬送手段上にて重ね合わされた複数の用紙にそれぞれ記載され、複数の用紙がずらして重ね合わされることにより目視可能となった識別情報を読み取る読取手段と、
前記読取手段における読取結果に基づいて、前記重ね合わされた用紙が予め決められた組み合わせである場合のみ、前記重ね合わされた用紙を前記封筒に封入するように前記封入手段を制御する管理手段とを有することを特徴とする。

（作用）
上記のように構成された本発明においては、第１の搬送手段上を搬送されてきた利用明細書と第２の搬送手段上を搬送されてきた宛先情報が記載された用紙とが第３の搬送手段上にて重ね合わされるように移載され、搬送されていく。ここで、第３の搬送手段上に設けられた移載位置制御手段において、第１の搬送手段上を搬送されてきた利用明細書と第２の搬送手段上を搬送されてきた用紙とが互いにずれて重なり合うようにその移載位置が制御される。第１の搬送手段上を搬送されてきた利用明細書と第２の搬送手段上を搬送されてきた用紙には、その宛先情報を識別可能な識別情報が記載されており、移載位置制御手段においては、その識別情報が目視可能な程度に第１の搬送手段上を搬送されてきた利用明細書と第２の搬送手段上を搬送されてきた用紙とをずらす。その後、読取手段において、第３の搬送手段上を互いに重なり合わされて搬送されてきた利用明細書と用紙に記載された識別情報を読み取り、両者が同一である場合のみ、あるいは、両者が同一の宛先情報を識別可能な情報である場合のみ管理手段において封入手段を制御し、第３の搬送手段上を互いに重なり合わされて搬送されてきた利用明細書と用紙とを第４の搬送手段上を搬送されてきた封筒に封入し、封緘する。

このように、第１の搬送手段上を搬送されてきた利用明細書と第２の搬送手段上を搬送されてきた宛先情報が記載された用紙とのマッチングが封筒への封入直前にて確認されているので、送付先ではない利用者に利用明細書が送付されてしまうことがなくなる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に、本発明の実施の形態について図面を参照して説明する。

図１は、本発明の封入・封緘システムの実施の一形態を示す図である。

本形態は図１に示すように、広告物が搬送されてくる供給手段であるコンベヤー１０−１〜１０−ｎと、利用明細書が搬送されてくる供給手段であるコンベヤー２０と、利用明細書の送付先を示す宛先情報が記載された用紙（以下、表紙と称する）が搬送されてくる供給手段であるコンベヤー３０と、コンベヤー１０−１〜１０−ｎ上を搬送されてくる広告物とコンベヤー２０上を搬送されてくる利用明細書とコンベヤー３０上を搬送されてくる表紙とを予め決められた組み合わせで順次重ね合わせて搬送する搬送手段であるコンベヤー４０と、コンベヤー４０上にて重ね合わされた用紙が封入される封筒が搬送されてくるコンベヤー５０と、コンベヤー４０上にて重ね合わされた用紙をコンベヤー５０にて搬送されてくる封筒に封入するための封入手段であるプッシャー７０と、プッシャー７０にて用紙が封入された封筒を搬送するコンベヤー６０と、コンベヤー４０上に設けられ、コンベヤー１０−１〜１０−ｎ上を搬送されてきた広告物のコンベヤー４０上への移載位置をそれぞれ制御するストッパー１１−１〜１１−ｎと、コンベヤー４０上に設けられ、コンベヤー２０上を搬送されてきた利用明細書のコンベヤー４０上への移載位置を制御するストッパー２１と、コンベヤー４０上に設けられ、コンベヤー３０上を搬送されてきた表紙のコンベヤー４０上への移載位置を制御するストッパー３１と、コンベヤー４０上を搬送されてきた用紙のうちコンベヤー１０−１〜１０−ｎからコンベヤー４０に移載された広告物に記載された識別情報を読み取るリーダー１２−１〜１２−ｎと、コンベヤー４０上を搬送されてきた用紙のうちコンベヤー２０からコンベヤー４０に移載された利用明細書に記載された識別情報を読み取るリーダー２２と、コンベヤー４０上を搬送されてきた用紙のうちコンベヤー３０からコンベヤー４０に移載された表紙に記載された識別情報を読み取るリーダー３２と、読取手段であるリーダー１２−１〜１２−ｎ，２２，３２における読み取り結果に基づいてプッシャー７０の動作を制御する管理部９０とから構成されている。なお、係止手段であるストッパー１１−１〜１１−ｎ，２１，３１は、コンベヤー１０−１〜１０−ｎ，２０，３０上を搬送されてきた広告物、利用明細書及び表紙がコンベヤー４０に移載される際に、広告物、利用明細書あるいは表紙と接触することによりそれらのコンベヤー４０への移載位置を制御するものであるが、その設置位置は、広告物、利用明細書及び表紙に記載された識別情報がリーダー１２−１〜１２−ｎ，２２，３２にて読み取り可能となる程度に、広告物、利用明細書及び表紙が互いにずれてコンベヤー４０上に移載されるような位置に設定されている。また、コンベヤー１０−１〜１０−ｎ，２０，３０上を搬送されてくる広告物や利用明細書、あるいは表紙においては、それぞれ所定のプリンタにて印刷された後、コンベヤー５０上を搬送されてくる封筒に封入可能な大きさに折りたたまれている。また、コンベヤー５０上を搬送されてくる封筒は、表面の一部に、内部が目視可能なように透明フィルムで構成された窓が設けられた窓付き封筒であり、コンベヤー４０上を搬送されてきた用紙をこの封筒に封入する際、コンベヤー３０上を搬送されてきた表紙に記載された宛先情報がこの窓から目視可能となるように封入処理が行われる。

以下に、上記のように構成された封入・封緘システムにおける封入・封緘方法について説明する。

まず、コンベヤー１０−１〜１０−ｎ上を搬送されてきた広告物が順次コンベヤー４０上に互いに重なり合うように移載され、コンベヤー４０上を搬送される（ステップＳ１）。ここで、コンベヤー１０−１〜１０−ｎ上を搬送されてくる広告物においては、コンベヤー１０−１〜１０−ｎ毎に互いに異なるものであり、その組み合わせは後に重ね合わされる利用明細書及び表紙に対応するものとする。また、コンベヤー１０−１〜１０−ｎ上を搬送されてくる広告物には、それぞれ所定の領域に宛先情報が識別可能な識別情報が記載されている。

コンベヤー１０−１〜１０−ｎ上を搬送されてきた広告物のコンベヤー４０上への移載位置は、ストッパー１１−１〜１１−ｎによって、広告物に記載された識別情報が目視可能となる程度に互いにずれる位置になるように制御される。

次に、コンベヤー２０上を搬送されてきた利用明細書が、コンベヤー４０上を搬送されてきた広告物に重ね合わされるようにコンベヤー４０上に移載される（ステップＳ２）。ここで、コンベヤー２０上を搬送されてくる利用明細書においても、コンベヤー１０−１〜１０−ｎ上を搬送されてくる広告物と同様に、所定の領域に宛先情報を識別可能な識別情報が記載されている。

コンベヤー１０−１〜１０−ｎ上を搬送されてきた広告物とコンベヤー２０上を搬送されてきた利用明細書とコンベヤー３０上を搬送されてきた表紙とが予め決められた組み合わせで、かつ、それぞれに記載された識別情報が見えるように重ね合わされた後、リーダー１２−１〜１２−ｎ，２２，３２において、それぞれに記載された識別情報が読み取られる（ステップＳ４）。具体的には、広告物に記載された識別情報がリーダー１２−１〜１２−ｎにて読み取られ、利用明細書に記載された識別情報がリーダー２２にて読み取られ、表紙に記載された識別情報がリーダー３２にて読み取られる。

リーダー１２−１〜１２−ｎ，２２，３２における読取結果は、管理部９０に送られる。

管理部９０においては、宛先情報と識別情報とが対応づけて管理されており、リーダー１２−１〜１２−ｎ，２２，３２における読取結果に基づいて、１つの封筒に封入されるべき表紙、利用明細書及び広告物が正確に組み合わされているかどうかが判断される（ステップＳ５）。なお、コンベヤー１０−１〜１０−ｎ上を搬送されてくる広告物に記載された識別情報とコンベヤー２０上を搬送されてくる利用明細書に記載された識別情報とコンベヤー３０上を搬送されてくる表紙に記載された識別情報とは、コンベヤー３０上を搬送されてくる表紙に記載された宛先情報に対応して１つのものであってもよいし、管理部９０にて宛先情報にそれぞれ対応づけられていれば互いに異なるものであってもよい。また、コンベヤー１０−１〜１０−ｎ上を搬送されてくる広告物の種類毎に異なる識別情報を記載し、管理部９０において、どの宛先にどの広告物を送付するかを管理しておき、それに基づいて宛先情報と識別情報を管理する構成としてもよい。

リーダー１２−１〜１２−ｎ，２２，３２における読取結果に基づいて、管理部９０において、１つの封筒に封入されるべき表紙、利用明細書及び広告物が正確に組み合わされていると判断された場合、管理部９０の制御によってプッシャー７０が駆動し、コンベヤー４０上を搬送されてきた用紙が封入位置８０にてコンベヤー５０上を搬送されてきた封筒に封入される（ステップＳ６）。その際、コンベヤー３０上を搬送されてきた表紙に記載された宛先情報が、封筒に設けられた窓から目視可能となるように封入処理が行われる。

また、管理部９０において、１つの封筒に封入されるべき表紙、利用明細書及び広告物が正確に組み合わされていないと判断された場合は、プッシャー７０が駆動せず、エラーが出力される（ステップＳ７）。

その後、コンベヤー４０上を搬送されてきた用紙が封入された封筒はコンベヤー６０上を搬送されていき封緘され、封筒の窓から目視可能な宛先情報に基づいて利用者に郵送されることになる。

なお、コンベヤー１０−１〜１０−ｎ上を搬送されてきた広告物やコンベヤー２０上を搬送されてきた利用明細書やコンベヤー３０上を搬送されてきた広告物に記載された識別情報においては、バーコードを用いたものやステルスインクによって印刷したもの等が考えられるが、ステルスインクによって印刷したものにおいては、識別情報が目視されることがないため、リーダー１２−１〜１２−ｎ，２２，３２にて読取可能な領域であれば、コンベヤー１０−１〜１０−ｎ上を搬送されてきた広告物やコンベヤー２０上を搬送されてきた利用明細書やコンベヤー３０上を搬送されてきた表紙のデザインを損ねることなく所望の領域に識別情報を記載することが可能となる。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように本発明においては、第１の搬送手段上を搬送されてくる利用明細書と第２の搬送手段上を搬送されてくる宛先情報が記載された用紙のそれぞれに、その宛先情報を識別可能な識別情報を記載し、第１の搬送手段上を搬送されてきた利用明細書と第２の搬送手段上を搬送されてきた用紙とを第３の搬送手段上にて重ね合わせる際に、第１の搬送手段上を搬送されてきた利用明細書と第２の搬送手段上を搬送されてきた用紙とを、それぞれに記載された識別情報が目視可能となる程度に移載位置制御手段によってずらし、その後、読取手段において、第３の搬送手段上を互いに重なり合わされて搬送されてきた利用明細書と用紙に記載された識別情報を読み取り、両者が同一である場合のみ、あるいは、両者が同一の宛先情報を識別可能な情報である場合のみ管理手段において封入手段を制御し、第３の搬送手段上を互いに重なり合わされて搬送されてきた利用明細書と用紙とを第４の搬送手段上を搬送されてきた封筒に封入し、封緘する構成としたため、第１の搬送手段上を搬送されてきた利用明細書と第２の搬送手段上を搬送されてきた宛先情報が記載された用紙とのマッチングが封筒への封入直前にて確認されることになり、送付先ではない利用者に利用明細書が送付されてしまうことを防止することができる。

また、第１の搬送手段上を搬送されてくる利用明細書や第２の搬送手段上を搬送されてくる用紙に記載されている識別情報が、ステルスインクを用いて印刷されているものにおいては、記載されている識別情報が目視されることがないため、読取手段にて読取可能な領域であれば、第１の搬送手段上を搬送されてくる利用明細書や第２の搬送手段上を搬送されてくる用紙のデザインを損ねることなく所望の領域に識別情報を記載することができる。
