BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a flame detection apparatus, and more particularly to a flame detection apparatus that detects infrared rays having a wavelength peculiar to a flame generated at the time of a fire and detects a flame by eliminating a false alarm source.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a conventional fire alarm of this kind, an invention described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 47-28898 is known. The “fire alarm” of the invention described in the above-mentioned publication measures the time interval of zero passage of the measurement signal appearing in the flicker frequency range. When at least a large number of all intervals measured during the measurement time have different interval values, the occurrence of a fire is judged and a notification is made. On the basis of such a measurement principle, this “fire alarm” explains that a periodic false alarm source such as a rotating lamp with a constant time interval for passing a measurement signal can be eliminated.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in general, the periodic false alarm source includes, for example, a period in which a first zero passage time interval, a second zero passage time interval, and a third zero passage time interval are periodically repeated. There are also sexual misinformation sources. As an example, it is a multi-lamp type rotating lamp that is lit instantly at regular intervals several times, and in this case, the time interval of zero passage of the measurement signal is not constant. Therefore, when a flicker signal such as a multi-lamp rotating lamp is input to the fire detection element, there is a problem that it is erroneously determined as a fire. Other sources of such periodic misinformation include a motorcycle engine with a small number of cylinders.
[0004]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems of the conventional “fire alarm”, and has introduced the concept of “autocorrelation value Sn” for evaluating the periodicity of the waveform of the detection signal. And, when the autocorrelation value Sn is larger than a certain threshold value, a flame detection device capable of discriminating from a periodic misreporting source and eliminating a periodic misreporting source such as a multi-lamp rotating lamp is realized. Is.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is a flame detection device that detects an infrared ray having a wavelength specific to a flame and detects a flame generated in a fire, and detects an infrared ray having a wavelength specific to the flame and outputs a detection signal corresponding to the wavelength of the detected infrared ray. A flame sensing element, a waveform periodicity evaluating means for evaluating the periodicity of the waveform of a detection signal detected by the flame sensing element, a detection signal detected by the flame sensing element and a waveform evaluated by the waveform periodicity evaluating means Flame determining means for determining flame based on the periodicity of the waveform, and the waveform periodicity evaluating means intersects each time the waveform of the detection signal detected by the flame sensing element intersects the reference potential. The time interval between the time and the time of the previous crossing is sequentially measured, and each time-series data storing a predetermined number of the time intervals or the waveform of the detection signal detected by the flame sensing element peaks, And the last time Measuring the time interval with the time of day, and evaluating the periodicity of the waveform based on time-series data storing a predetermined number of the time intervals, and calculating the autocorrelation value of the time-series data. The periodicity of the waveform is evaluated based on the calculated autocorrelation value, and the waveform periodicity evaluation means constitutes a flame detection device that determines a fire when the autocorrelation value is equal to or less than a threshold value .

In this embodiment, the interval value (time data) used as the time series data is the time interval of passage of the reference potential of the detection signal detected by the infrared detection means, but is detected by the infrared detection means, for example. The time interval between the peaks of the detected signal may be set. In this case, it is assumed that the
Further, if only the peak other than the vicinity of the bias voltage is used as the peak used for the interval value, a peak near the bias voltage due to the influence of a noise source such as a power supply noise can be detected among the peaks of the detection signal. As a result, a more accurate interval value can be obtained.

【The invention's effect】
The periodicity of the waveform is evaluated based on the calculated autocorrelation value, and the waveform periodicity evaluation means constitutes a flame detection device that determines that a fire occurs when the autocorrelation value is equal to or less than a threshold value .
[0028]
As described above, according to the present invention, the interval value obtained by measuring the time interval of passage of the reference potential of the detection signal detected by the infrared detection means, or the time interval between the peaks of the detection signal detected by the infrared detection means is set. The autocorrelation value Sn of the time series data of the measured interval value is calculated. The autocorrelation value Sn is used to evaluate the periodicity of the waveform of the detection signal. The waveform of the detection signal during a certain period of time and the detection signal shifted from the certain period of time. Similarities between waveforms are investigated. If both waveforms have periodicity, the autocorrelation value Sn is large, and if the waveform does not have periodicity, the autocorrelation value Sn is small. Therefore, when the autocorrelation value Sn is greater than a certain threshold, the period is Can be identified as a source of misinformation. For this reason, it is possible to prevent erroneous determination of a periodic misinformation source such as a multi-lamp rotating lamp in which the time interval of zero passage of the measurement signal is not constant.
[0029]
Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a flame detection device that can eliminate periodic false alarm sources and can detect a flame generated at the time of a fire with high accuracy.
