前記受付手段が記録予約を受け付け、該記録予約を前記判定手段が割当可能と判定する都度、前記受付手段が受け付けた記録予約及び前記受信記録手段に既に割り当てられていた記録予約を、前記受信記録手段に再割当するようにしてあり、
未割当の記録予約のうち記録の開始時刻が最も早い記録予約を割当対象の記録予約として選択する選択手段と、
