The operation of the above configuration will be described.
FIG. 5 is an explanatory view showing the conveyance route of banknotes during the deposit process of the embodiment, and FIG. 6 is an explanatory view showing the state of the deposit / withdrawal port at the time of banknote separation in the embodiment.
At the time of deposit processing when depositing deposited banknotes, the banknote P to be deposited by the cashier waits with the deposit / withdrawal port 2 of the banknote cash register change machine 1 in the state where the movable stage 63 shown in FIG. When it is inserted from the deposit / withdrawal port 2 , the banknote cashier change machine 1 that has detected this recognizes the set of banknotes P, activates the transport motor 13 and separation motors 31, 41, and activates the pulse motor 70, The screw gear 71 is pulled down via a reduction gear train (not shown), and the movable stage 63 is rotated in the direction of the feeding roller 27 by the urging force of the tension coil spring 64 and moved to the separation position shown in FIG. The uppermost banknote P placed thereon is pressed against the feeding roller 27.

At this time, the bill cash register change machine 1 starts the separation motor 21, the timing belt 24 is rotated in the direction indicated by the arrow A in FIG. 6, the feed roller 25 and the feeding roller 27 via a timing belt pulley 25a, FIG. 6, the uppermost banknote P is rotated in the counterclockwise direction (referred to as the feeding direction) by the frictional force of the feeding roller 27 in the direction of the holding portion between the feed roller 25 and the separation roller 29.

In this case, since the separation roller 29 is stopped by the one-way clutch, the second and subsequent banknotes taken out by the uppermost banknote P are stopped by the frictional force of the non-rotating separation roller, and the uppermost banknote P is stopped. One banknote P is separated and guided to a sandwiching portion between the feed roller 25 and the clamp roller 28, and is sandwiched between the feed roller 25 and the clamp roller 28. After the separation operation of the separation and accumulation mechanism 20, the separation and accumulation mechanism 20 is conveyed along a conveyance path indicated by a thick arrow in FIG. 5.

That is, when the leading end of the banknote P sandwiched between the feed roller 25 and the clamp roller 28 and guided by the transport guide 58 is detected by the transport detection sensor 51a, the banknote cash register changer 1 receives the first banknote on the banknote P. Then, the banknote P is transported between the transport belts 11 and 12 of the transport path 10 by sandwiching the banknote P between the transport belt 12 and the transport roller 12e.

The banknotes P sandwiched between the transport belts 11 and 12 are transported to the discrimination unit 3, the type of the banknotes P is discriminated by the discrimination sensor 3 a of the discrimination unit 3, and the number of sheets is counted.
The banknote P discriminated against the denomination is further transported by the transport path 10, and when the trigger sensor 52b detects the passage of the leading edge, the banknote cash register change machine 1 has a discrimination result of the discriminating unit 3 when the discrimination result is a thousand bill Is configured to switch the switching blade 19c in the direction of the thousand-thousand bill storage 4 and feed the bill P in the counterclockwise direction (referred to as the stacking direction) in FIG. The roller 38, the separation roller 39 and the tongue piece wheel 39a are guided.

Then, the banknote P sandwiched between the feed roller 35 and the separation roller 39 via the clamp roller 38 is carried into the Senju storage 4 by pushing the tongue piece of the tongue wheel 39a. After the end passes through the nipping portion between the feed roller 35 and the separation roller 39, the end is accumulated on the collecting plate 4 a while being struck by the tongue piece wheel 39 a. In this way, the stacking operation by the separation and stacking mechanism 30 is performed, and the received thousand ticket correct ticket is stored in the thousand ticket storage 4 for reuse.

Except discrimination results of banknote P tip trigger sensor 52b has passed the above, i.e. banknote 5,000 tickets, non dispensing mold species of the bill, and if the abnormal conveying bills and deposit rejected banknotes during payment, banknotes The cash register changer 1 switches the switching blade 19c to the direction of the 5,000-ticket storage 5 to guide the banknote P to the direction of the 5,000-ticket storage 2, and the separation and accumulation mechanism 40 is the same as the accumulation operation by the separation and accumulation mechanism 30. The banknote P is stored in the 5,000-ticket storage 5 by the stacking operation. As a result, 5,000 tickets for reuse are stored in the 5,000 ticket storage 5 and non-withdrawal denomination banknotes, deposit reject banknotes, etc. are temporarily stored in the 5,000 ticket storage 5. .

In this way, the banknote cash register change machine 1 executes the depositing process while counting the banknotes P inserted into the deposit / withdrawal port 2, and all of the inserted banknotes P are stored in the thousand ticket storage 4 or 5,000 ticket storage. 5, the pulse motor 70 is rotated in the opposite direction to return the movable stage 63 to the original position, and the separation motor 21, the conveyance motor 13, the separation motors 31, 41 are stopped in this order, and the depositing process is performed. A payment completion notice with the payment amount and / or the number of money types attached is sent to the register to end the payment process. The same applies when replenishing banknotes P.

FIG. 7 is an explanatory view showing the conveyance route of banknotes during the withdrawal process of the embodiment, and FIG. 8 is an explanatory view showing the state of the deposit / withdrawal port portion during the banknote accumulation of the embodiment.
At the time of the withdrawal process in the case of withdrawing the banknote P as change, when the banknote cash register change machine 1 receives a withdrawal command instructing the number of change banknotes and / or the withdrawal amount from a register (not shown), The movable stage 63 of the deposit / withdrawal port portion 2 starts the pulse motor 70 and pushes up the screw gear 71 through a reduction gear train (not shown), and the movable stage 63 resists the urging force of the tension coil spring 64 and the feeding roller 27. 4 is moved from the original position shown in FIG. 4 to the accumulation position shown in FIG. 8 to secure an accumulation space between the movable stage 63 and the feeding roller 27 and in conjunction with the rotation of the movable stage 63. The stopper claw 65 that moves is projected from the bill guide 62.

When the stopper claw 65 is protruded, the banknote cash register change machine 1 recognizes that the banknote P is ready to be collected, activates the transport motor 13, and activates the separation motors 31 and 41 to correspond to the designated change banknote. Are separated one by one by the separation / stacking mechanism 30 of the thousand ticket storage 4 and / or the separation / stacking mechanism 40 of the 5,000 ticket storage 5, and are fed to the transport path 10 and are transported by the transport path shown by a thick solid line in FIG. The banknotes P are transported sequentially.

For example, when a banknote banknote is separated and fed out from the banknote storage 4, the banknote cash register changer 1 switches the switching blade 19c to a direction in which the banknote storage 4 and the transport path 10 are connected to each other and moves up and down (not shown). By moving the stacking plate 4a upward by the apparatus, the uppermost banknote P is pressed against the feeding roller 37 rotating in the feeding direction, and one uppermost banknote P is put in the same manner as in the separation and stacking mechanism 20. It separates, guides to the clamping part of the feed roller 35 and the clamp roller 38, and is clamped by the feed roller 35 and the clamp roller 38.

When the leading end of the banknote P sandwiched between the feed roller 35 and the clamp roller 38 and guided and transported by the switching blade 19c is detected by the transport detection sensor 51b, the banknote cash register changer 1 stores 4 is tagged as the first banknote, and then the banknote P is transported between the transport belts 11 and 12 of the transport path 10. The same applies to the banknotes P separated by the separation / stacking mechanism 40 of the 5,000-ticket storage 5 and transported to the transport path 10.

The banknotes P sandwiched between the transport belts 11 and 12 are transported to the discrimination unit 3, the type of the banknotes P is discriminated by the discrimination sensor 3 a of the discrimination unit 3, and the number of sheets is counted.
The banknote P with the denomination identified is further transported by the transport path 10, and when the trigger sensor 52a detects the passage of the leading edge, the banknote cash register change machine 1 has the correct result of the discrimination section 3 with the correct result of 5 thousand In the case of a regular ticket of a thousand bills, that is, a genuine note of a banknote of withdrawal type, a feed roller 25 that switches the switching blade 19a in the direction of the deposit / withdrawal port 2 and rotates the banknote P in the stacking direction, and It is guided in the direction of the clamp roller 28, the separation roller 29, and the tongue wheel 29a that are rotated following this movement.

The banknotes P having their tips sandwiched between the feed roller 25 and the separation roller 29 via the conveyance guide 58 and the clamp roller 28 are accumulated on the movable stage 63 in the same manner as the accumulation operation of the separation and accumulation mechanism 30. Is done. At this time, since the stopper claw 65 protrudes from the bill guide 62, the bill P does not jump out of the deposit / withdrawal port 2.
The discrimination result of the banknote P whose tip has passed through the trigger sensor 52a is a banknote that is not used for withdrawal, that is, a banknote of a non-withdrawal denomination, and a withdrawal denomination thousand and 5,000 The banknote cash register change machine 1 is switched in the direction of the switching blade 19a branching conveyance path 18, the switching blade 19b is switched in the direction of the collection cassette 7, and the banknote P is indicated by a thick broken line in FIG. To the collection cassette 7, and after the passage confirmation by the passage confirmation sensor 53a by the accumulation operation similar to the accumulation operation of the separation and accumulation mechanism 30 by the feed roller 56 of the accumulation mechanism 55, the driven roller 7 and the tongue wheel 57a, the bill P Is stored in the storage box 7a of the recovery cassette 7. As a result, banknotes of non-withdrawal denomination and deposit reject banknotes that are not used for withdrawal are stored in the recovery cassette 7.

When the discrimination result of the banknote P whose tip has passed through the trigger sensor 52a is an abnormally conveyed banknote or unrecognizable banknote at the time of withdrawal, the banknote cash register changer 1 switches and switches the switching blade 19a in the direction of the branch conveying path 18. The blade 19b is switched in the direction of the withdrawal reject box 6, and the banknote P is transported to the withdrawal reject box 6 along the transport path indicated by the thick broken line in FIG. 7, and is pinched by the transport belt 11 and the pressure roller 17 to be withdrawn and rejected. The money is discharged to the storage 6, and the passage confirmation sensor 53b confirms the release, and stores the abnormally conveyed banknote and the unrecognizable banknote at the time of withdrawal in the withdrawal reject box 6.

In this way, the banknote cash register change machine 1 executes the withdrawal process while counting the banknotes P transported to the deposit / withdrawal port 2 and collects all the banknotes P required as change banknotes on the movable stage 63 to separate them. The motors 31 and 41, the transport motor 13 and the separation motor 21 are stopped in this order, and the pulse motor 70 is rotated in the opposite direction to return the movable stage 63 to the original position. The banknote P is retracted inside and placed on the movable stage 63 and the banknote guide 62 so that the cashier can receive the change banknote, and the withdrawal amount and / or its money type is indicated to indicate the end of the withdrawal process. Is sent to the register to terminate the withdrawal process.

FIG. 9 is an explanatory diagram illustrating a banknote transport path during the collection process of the embodiment.
At the time of collection processing when collecting some or all of the banknotes P stored in the banknote cashier change machine 1 in the collection cassette 7, the banknote cashier change machine 1 determines the number of remaining banknotes from the register (not shown) and / or Alternatively, upon receipt of a collection command instructing a withdrawal amount (in the case of full collection for collecting all stored banknotes, the number of remaining banknotes is set to “0”), the movable stage of the deposit / withdrawal port 2 4, the switching blade 19a is switched in the direction of the branch conveyance path 18, and the switching blade 19b is switched in the direction of the collection cassette 7.

The banknote cash register change machine 1 that has switched the switching blades 19a and 19b recognizes the completion of the preparation for collecting the banknotes P, and sequentially starts from the thousand ticket storage 4 and the 5,000 ticket storage 5 in the same manner as the operation of the withdrawal process. The banknotes P are separated one by one and fed out to the conveyance path 10, and the banknotes P fed out along the conveyance path indicated by a thick solid line in FIG. 9 are conveyed.
And when the discrimination result of the banknote P which the front-end | tip passed the trigger sensor 52a is banknotes P other than the abnormal conveyance banknote at the time of collection | recovery and an unrecognizable banknote, the banknote cash register change machine 1 is switched switching blade 19a, 19b The bill P is transported from the transport path 10 to the collection cassette 7 via the branch transport path 18 and stored in the storage box 7a. As a result, only the banknote P whose denomination is determined is stored in the collection cassette 7.

When the discrimination result of the banknote P whose tip has passed through the trigger sensor 52a is an abnormally transported banknote and an unrecognizable banknote at the time of collection, the banknote cash register change machine 1 is left switched and the switching blade 19b is left as it is. The direction is changed to the withdrawal reject box 6, and the banknote P is transported from the transport path 10 to the withdrawal reject box 6 via the branch transport path 18 and stored.
In this way, the banknote cash register change machine 1 executes the collection process while counting the banknotes P fed out from each denomination storage, and leaves the remaining banknotes (in the case of full recovery, each denomination storage is empty. When the banknotes P are stored in the collection cassette 7 or the like, the separation motors 31 and 41, the transport motor 13 and the separation motor 21 are stopped in this order, and the collection amount and / or the number of money types are indicated to indicate that the collection process is completed. Is sent to the register to end the collection process.

As described above, in the present embodiment, the depositing port portion and the dispensing port portion are integrated into one place as the depositing / dispensing port portion, and a discrimination portion that enables discrimination of bills conveyed in the forward and reverse directions is provided. Connect the deposit / withdrawal port, discrimination section, and each denomination storage box with a single conveyance path consisting of opposed conveyance belts that can be conveyed in the forward and reverse directions, and use one of the conveyance belts to convey the conveyance belt. By forming a branch conveyance path to the collection cassette composed of rollers, the withdrawal port portion is integrated with the deposit port portion to be a single location, and the conveyance path leading to it is omitted to reduce the size of the apparatus. In addition, the manufacturing cost of the apparatus can be reduced.

Further, by making the deposit / withdrawal port one, it is possible to prevent an operation error such as a banknote set mistake of the cashier or forgetting to remove the banknote.
Further, by storing the deposit rejected banknotes in the collection cassette, the cashier does not need to perform additional processing such as re-payment processing, and the burden on the cashier can be reduced. The handling can be facilitated and the efficiency of the clearing work can be improved.

Furthermore, by making the stopper claw project at the deposit / withdrawal port during the withdrawal process, it is possible to prevent the banknotes from dropping out of the deposit / withdrawal port without using a shutter, and the device can be simplified. .
In the present embodiment, it has been described that the deposit reject banknotes are temporarily stored in the denomination storage, and the deposit reject banknotes are stored in the collection cassette at the time of the withdrawal process. The deposit reject banknote temporarily stored after a predetermined time may be fed out again and stored in the collection cassette.

Alternatively, when the depositing reject banknote, the abnormally transported banknote at the time of depositing, and the banknote of the non-withdrawal denomination are identified at the time of deposit processing, the transport path may be reversed and stored in the collection cassette.
In the present embodiment, the banknote depositing / withdrawing device has been described as a banknote cash register change machine, but the banknote depositing / dispensing device is not limited to the above, but a terminal device used by a bank employee such as a window terminal installed at a window of a financial institution or in a home It may be a home cash management terminal or the like used in.
