本発明は、厨房装置に配設される収納装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、厨房装置としては、図10に示すように、加熱調理装置51や流し台52などを並列配置し、加熱調理装置51の上方には換気装置53を配設し、その側部の流し台52等の上部には各種収納装置54、55を配設したものが知られている。

また、それらの収納装置として、例えば特開平7−148037号公報に開示されているように、収納ラック体57を収納キャビネット56内に格納した位置と前方下方に引き出した使用位置との間で昇降可能に構成した昇降式の収納装置55も知られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、上記のような従来の厨房装置においては、換気装置53部分には収納装置が配設されていないため、空間利用効率が悪く、厨房装置における収納容積を十分に大きくとることができないという問題があった。

本発明は、上記従来の問題点に鑑み、厨房装置における収納容積を大きくできる収納装置を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の収納装置は、厨房装置に配設される収納装置であって、加熱調理装置の上部に配設された換気装置の上部に配設される収納手段と、この収納手段を建築躯体壁面との間に離隔空間をあけて取り付ける離隔取付手段とを備え、離隔取付手段は、ボックス状をした収納手段とは別体に構成され、収納手段の取付部と、取付部から建築躯体壁面に向けて延出され、その先端が壁面に取付けられる取付部材とからなり、離隔空間に換気装置の送風手段からの排気を導出する排気ダクトを配設し、上記ボックス状をした収納手段の内部から離隔空間に連通する点検口と、取外し自在な点検蓋を設け、収納手段の底面と換気装置上面との間に、不燃材層と空気対流空間を介在させたものであり、収納手段が建築躯体壁面との間に離隔空間をあけて配設されるので、その離隔空間にて換気装置の排気ダクトを配置する空間が確保され、かつ換気装置の上部に収納手段が配設されることによって収納容積を大きくでき、かつ収納手段は換気装置の上部の前部に位置するため容易に収納・取り出しができる。また、離隔取付手段を、ボックス状をした収納手段とは別体に構成し、収納手段の取付部と、取付部から建築躯体壁面に向けて延出され、その先端が壁面に取付けられる取付部材とから構成してあるので、別体の隔離取付手段内に排気ダクトを配設する空間を確保しながら、ボックス状をした収納手段の基本構成を既存のものと同一にすることができ、仕様を共通化してコスト低下を図りながら、多様な展開が可能となり、しかも、このように、ボックス状をした収納手段の基本構成を既存のものと同一にすることができて仕様を共通化できるように、離隔取付手段を、ボックス状をした収納手段とは別体に構成したにもかかわらず、収納手段の内部から離隔空間に連通する点検口と、取外し自在な点検蓋を設けてあるので、別体の隔離取付手段により確保される離隔空間に配設された排気ダクト等の点検に当って、別体のボックス状をした収納手段を取り外すことなく、容易に行うことができる。また、収納手段の底面と換気装置上面との間に、不燃材層と空気対流空間を介在させるので、不燃材層と空気対流空間を設けたことによって換気装置上面と収納手段底面との間隔を小さくすることができ、収納手段の容積を大きくとることができるとともに収納手段が下方に位置することによって収納・取り出しも容易でかつ外観も良くなる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の一実施形態について図1〜図8を参照して説明する。

図1において、1はキッチンに配設された厨房装置で、下部には加熱調理装置2や流し台3などが並列して配設され、加熱調理装置2の上方には換気装置4が配設されるとともにその上部に収納装置5が配設され、これら換気装置4や収納装置5の側方の流し台3などの上方にはその他の各種の収納装置6が並列して配設されている。
