この発明は、上記する目的を達成するにあたって、具体的には、広幅織物を織成方向に対し、経糸方向および緯糸方向に沿ってのびる第1および第2のヒートカットライン上でヒートカットして製造した織ネーム、ワッペン等の織物において、前記広幅織物が、前記第1および第2のヒートカットラインに沿った所望幅の第1の織組織部と、前記第1の織組織部によって区画される第2の織組織部とを有するものからなり、前記第1の織組織部が、平織あるいは綾織により表裏一体に組織されており、前記第2の織組織部が、袋織その他の二重織手段によって同時に織成した表地および裏地を含む2層組織でなっており、表地および裏地の少なくとも一方が、その内面側において緯糸により粗くとめた経糸組織により構成されており、ヒートセット処理による経糸の縮みにより前記第2の織組織部を膨脹させてなる立体感を有する織ネーム、ワッペン等の織物を構成するものである。
