Description
1歯当たりの角度は(360°/Y)で表わすことができる。すなわち、角度θの範囲内に配置されているアイドラギヤのピッチ数は以下の式(2)になる。
このように計算したピッチ数がほぼ整数である場合には、噛合い位相が逆位相になっていることがわかる。ピッチ数がほぼ整数になるように角度θを選定することにより、噛合い位相を逆位相にすることができる。
Claims (6)
- 第1歯車と、
前記第1歯車に噛合う中間歯車と、
前記中間歯車に噛合う第2歯車と
を備え、
前記第1歯車および前記第2歯車は、互いに同一の歯数、同一の基準円直径および同一の基準ピッチを有し、
前記第1歯車は、互いに同一の歯面形状を有する複数の歯を有し、
前記第2歯車は、互いに同一の歯面形状を有する複数の歯を有し、
前記第1歯車の歯面形状と前記第2歯車の歯面形状が、互いに異なるように形成されている、動力伝達装置 - 前記歯面形状は、圧力角、捩れ角、相手側の歯車と当接する歯面における歯車の円周方向に膨らむ歯形丸み、およびクラウニングのうち、少なくとも一の形状を含む、請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記第1歯車および前記中間歯車の噛合いと、前記中間歯車および前記第2歯車の噛合いは、噛合い位相が逆位相になるように形成されている、請求項1または2に記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記第1歯車の前記歯面形状および前記第2歯車の前記歯面形状は、前記第1歯車および前記中間歯車の噛合い伝達誤差が、前記中間歯車および前記第2歯車の噛合い伝達誤差を打ち消すように形成されている、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記第1歯車の前記歯面形状および前記第2歯車の前記歯面形状は、前記第1歯車および前記中間歯車の噛合い伝達誤差の振幅の大きさが、前記中間歯車および前記第2歯車の噛合い伝達誤差の振幅の大きさと同じになるように形成されている、請求項3または4に記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記第1歯車、前記中間歯車および前記第2歯車のそれぞれは、はすば歯車を含む、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の動力伝達装置。
