Description

The present invention relates to an electrical circuit unit to which various electrical components are attached and a wire harness that is electrically connected to the electrical component, and a method for attaching and detaching the electrical connection box in which the electrical circuit unit is assembled in a cassette type. And a detachable structure.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, an electrical junction box mounted on a vehicle such as an automobile is integrally provided with a plurality of attachment portions to which various electrical components such as fuses and relays are attached. A predetermined circuit is formed by a bus bar arranged in the electrical junction box so as to connect electrical components to each other, and each part of the vehicle is connected to the circuit via a wire harness that is electrically connected to the circuit and led out from the electrical junction box. For example, it was connected to a system such as an ignition system, an illumination system, and an electronic fuel injection system.

。   However, in the electrical junction box having the above configuration, a plurality of attachment portions to which electrical components are respectively attached are integrally provided. For example, if the number of fuses or relays increases or decreases, the electrical junction box itself needs to be changed. In addition, since it is necessary to change the arrangement of the bus bars, there is a problem that the specification change cannot be easily handled. Therefore, an electrical junction box is known in which a unit to which various electrical components are attached is detachable in a cassette manner (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

As shown in FIG. 11, an in-vehicle electrical junction box 100 disclosed in Patent Document 1 branches from a main power supply block 102 including a bus bar 101 constituting a main power supply circuit, and the main power supply circuit. Small power supply blocks 103a to 103c each incorporating various branch circuits connected to a vehicle system such as an ignition system, an illumination system, and an electronic fuel injection system. These small power supply blocks 103a to 103c are main power supply blocks. 102 are respectively fitted to fitting portions 105 a to 105 c divided into cases 104, and are detachably assembled to the electrical connection box 100.

The small power supply blocks 103a to 103c include necessary fuse cavities 106 and relay cavities 107, and the fuses and relays attached to the fuse cavities 106 and the relay cavities 107 are electrically connected to each other to form a predetermined branch circuit. A branch bus bar is housed inside, and a connection terminal connected to the main power supply circuit of the main power supply block 102 is provided in the branch bus bar. Each of the small power supply blocks 103a to 103c is provided with a connector mounting portion 108 for connecting a wire harness.

When assembling the electrical junction box 100, the main power supply block 102 is housed in the undercase 109, and the small power supply blocks 103a to 103c are inserted into the fitting portions 105a to 105c from the upper side of the case 104 of the main power supply block 102. The connection terminals of the small power supply blocks 103a to 103c are connected to the main power supply circuit of the main power supply block 102, and connector mounting portions 108 are provided at positions where the case 104 and the undercase 109 of the main power supply block 102 are aligned. Through the formed windows 110 and 111, the wire harness is exposed to the lower side of the undercase 109, and the exposed connector mounting part 108 is covered with a waterproof cover 112 as necessary.

Further, as shown in FIG. 12, another in-vehicle electrical junction box 200 disclosed in Patent Document 1 has a small size in which wire harnesses Wa to c are connected in advance to the connector mounting portions 108 of the small power supply blocks 103 a to 103 c. The power supply blocks 103 a to 103 c are inserted into the fitting portions 105 a to 105 c from the lower side of the case 104 of the main power supply block 102, and are derived from the main power supply circuit of the main power supply block 102. An electric wire 113 is electrically connected to the main power supply circuit. In general, the lower side of the case 104 is closed by a lower cover (not shown) in order to prevent the small power supply blocks 103a to 103c from dropping from the fitting portions 105a to 105c.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 1-212641 (page 2-3, FIGS. 1 and 5)

In the electrical junction box 100 described above, the small power supply blocks 103a to 103c are inserted into the fitting portions 105a to 105c from the upper side of the case 104 and removed from the fitting portions 105a to 105c to the upper side of the case 104. The electric connection box 100 is detachably attached. In this case, when the small power supply blocks 103a to 103c are assembled to the electrical connection box 100, the small power supply blocks 103a to 103c are inserted into the fitting portions 105a to 105c as described above, and then the small power supply blocks 103a to 103c are attached to the connectors. Since the wire harness is connected to the portion 108 from the lower side of the case 104, a plurality of wire harnesses exist without being gathered until they are connected to the small power supply blocks 103a to 103c, and the work may be complicated. In addition, it is conceivable that the wire harness is pulled out to the upper side of the case 104 and connected to the connector mounting portion 108 of the small power supply block 103a-c, and then the small power supply block 103a-c is inserted into the fitting portion 105a-c. Since it is necessary to pull out the wire harness once, there is a risk that the operation becomes complicated.

Further, in the electrical junction box 200 described above, the small power supply blocks 103a to 103c are configured to be inserted into the fitting portions 105a to 105c from the lower side of the case 104, and generally in such a configuration. The small power supply blocks 103 a to 103 c are removed from the fitting portions 105 a to 105 c to the lower side of the case 104 to be attached to and detached from the electrical connection box 200. In this case, for example, when removing the small power supply blocks 103a to 103c from the electrical connection box 200 for maintenance or the like, it is necessary to remove the lower cover closing the lower side of the case 104, and a wire harness is led out in the electrical connection box 200. Since the work is performed on the other side, the work may be complicated.

As described above, an electric circuit unit (such as the above-described small power supply blocks 103a to 103c) to which various electric parts are attached and a wire harness electrically connected to the electric parts is connected in a cassette manner. In the electric junction box, the electric circuit unit is assembled from one side of the electric junction box and removed from the same side, and therefore, there is a possibility that complicated work is involved in either assembling or removing.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an attachment / detachment method and an attachment / detachment structure between an electric circuit unit and an electric junction box, which can easily perform both assembly and removal operations. Is to provide.

In order to achieve the above-described object, a method for attaching and detaching the electric circuit unit and the electric junction box according to the present invention includes:
Attachment and detachment of a substantially rectangular parallelepiped electric circuit unit to which various electric parts are attached and a wire harness electrically connected to the electric part, and an electric junction box in which the electric circuit unit is assembled in a cassette type In the method, the electrical connection box is provided with a storage portion that opens before and after the assembly direction of the electrical circuit unit to the electrical connection box, and the storage is provided on the inner surface of the storage portion and the outer surface of the electrical circuit unit. A locking means for locking the electric circuit unit is provided in the section, and when the electric circuit unit is assembled to the electric junction box, the electric circuit unit is received from the opening on the side from which the wire harness is led out. was inserted into section, along with the elastic latching pieces of the electric circuit unit engaging convex portion of the receiving portion is engaged from the lower side, set to the inner surface of the housing part The said locking means engaging stepped portions are engaged from the lower side of the electric circuit unit to the engaging portion of the obtained elastic latching pieces, engages the electrical circuit unit to the receptacle, also, the interpolation By inserting a jig from the opening opposite to the wearing side, the engagement state of the elastic locking piece of the electric circuit unit engaged from the lower side with the engagement convex portion of the housing portion is released. At the same time, the engagement state of the engagement step portion of the electric circuit unit engaged from the lower side with the engagement portion of the elastic engagement piece provided on the inner surface of the accommodation portion is released, and The inserted electric circuit unit is extracted from the opening opposite to the insertion side, and the extracted electric circuit unit is inserted into the housing portion from the opening opposite to the insertion side. It is characterized by being locked by the locking means.

In order to achieve the above-described object, the electric circuit unit according to the present invention has an attachment / detachment structure between the electric circuit unit and the electric junction box to which various electric parts are attached and a wire harness electrically connected to the electric parts is connected. An electric circuit unit having a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape and an electric connection box to which the electric circuit unit is assembled in a cassette type, wherein the electric connection box has the electric circuit unit connected to the electric connection box. A receiving portion that opens before and after the assembling direction is provided, and locking means for locking the electric circuit unit in the receiving portion is provided on the inner side surface of the receiving portion and the outer side surface of the electric circuit unit. When the electric circuit unit is assembled to the electric junction box, the electric circuit unit is moved from the opening on the side from which the wire harness is led out to the housing portion. Is deposited, the with elastic latching pieces of the electric circuit unit is engaged from the lower side to the engaging convex portion of the accommodating portion, the the engaging portion of the resilient locking pieces provided on the inner surface of the housing part The electric circuit unit is locked in the housing portion by the locking means with which the engaging step portion of the electric circuit unit is engaged from below , and a jig from the opening opposite to the insertion side. Insertion of the elastic engagement piece of the electric circuit unit engaged with the engagement convex portion of the housing portion from the lower side is released and the inner surface of the housing portion is provided. The engagement state of the engagement step portion of the electric circuit unit engaged from the lower side with the locking portion of the elastic locking piece is released, and the electric circuit unit inserted into the housing portion is inserted. Serial is characterized by being locked by the locking means is inserted into the receptacle from the side opposite the opening to the insertion side.

According to the attachment / detachment method and attachment / detachment structure between the electric circuit unit and the electric junction box configured as described above, when the electric circuit unit is assembled to the electric junction box, the wire harness is led out from the opening on the side to the accommodating portion. In addition, since it is not necessary to pull out the wire harness once, the work of assembling the electric circuit unit to the electric junction box becomes easy.

And since the electric circuit unit accommodated in the accommodating portion can be inserted / removed from the opening opposite to the insertion side, the electric circuit unit is removed from the electric connection box for maintenance, for example, and again in the electric connection box. When assembling, the work on the side where the wire harnesses of the electrical junction box are dense can be avoided, and the work becomes easy.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 6, the pair of inner side surfaces including the long side of the accommodating portion 4 are engaged between the pair of guide ribs 13 so as to protrude toward the other inner side surface facing each other. Each of the convex portions 21 is provided, and the upper end surface of the engaging convex portion 21 is formed so as to be inclined downward toward the other opposite inner side surface.

When the electric circuit unit 5 is accommodated in the accommodating portion 4, the accommodating portion is provided on the outer surface of the case 8 of the electric circuit unit 5, which is opposed to the inner surface provided with the engaging convex portion 21 of the accommodating portion 4. An elastic locking piece 22 that engages with the four engaging projections 21 from below is provided. The elastic locking piece 22 is connected to the outer side surface of the case 8, and protrudes toward the inner side surface of the opposing accommodating portion 4. The elastic locking piece 22 is bent at a substantially right angle from the base end portion 22 a. 9 has an outer side surface of the case 8 to which the portion 22a is connected and a distal end portion 22b extending upward with a gap. As shown in FIG. 9, the outer side of the case 8 to which the base end portion 22a is connected The bent portion is mainly elastically deformable so that the protruding end of the tip 22b approaches the side surface. A locking portion 22c that protrudes further toward the inner side surface of the opposing storage portion 4 is provided at the protruding end of the distal end portion 22b, and the lower end surface of the locking portion 22 is an engagement protrusion of the storage portion 4. It is formed to be inclined at substantially the same angle as the inclined upper end surface of the portion 21.

Further, of the pair of inner side surfaces of the accommodating portion 4 including the short side in the plan view shown in FIG. 2, the inner side surfaces separated from the engagement convex portions 22 are as shown in FIGS. Further, a locking piece 23 having elasticity is projected. The elastic locking piece 23 is connected to one inner side surface of the accommodating portion 4 and is bent at a substantially right angle from the base end portion 23a protruding toward the other inner side surface facing the base end portion 23a. The inner side surface of the accommodating part 4 which has the inner side surface to which the edge part 23a is connected, and the front-end | tip part 23b extended in a downward direction with a clearance gap are shown in FIG. It is possible to be elastically deformed mainly at the bent portion so that the tip of the tip portion 23b approaches. The protruding end of the tip portion 23b is provided with a locking portion 23c that further protrudes toward the other opposing inner surface, and the upper end surface of the locking portion 23c is directed toward the other opposing inner surface. Inclined downward.

When the electric circuit unit 5 is accommodated in the accommodating portion 4, the outer surface of the case 8 of the electric circuit unit 5, which is opposed to the inner surface of the accommodating portion 4 provided with the elastic locking piece 23, is elastically engaged. An engaging step portion 24 is provided to engage with a locking portion 23c provided at the protruding end of the distal end portion 23b of the stopper piece 23 from below.

In the detachable structure 1 between the electric circuit unit 5 and the electric junction box 2 having such a configuration, the electric circuit unit 5 has a wire harness 6 connected to the lower end portion of the electric circuit unit 5 as shown in FIG. It is inserted into the accommodating part 4 from the opening on the lower side of the accommodating part 4 serving as the side to be processed.

Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the electrical circuit unit 5 is provided on the outer surface of the electrical circuit unit 5 as the electrical circuit unit 5 is inserted into the housing part 4 from the lower opening of the housing part 4. The formed engaging projections 18 and 20 come into contact with the lower end surfaces of the locking portions 17c and 19c of the corresponding elastic locking pieces 17 and 19 provided on the inner side surface of the housing portion 4 at the upper end surface. At this time, since the lower end surfaces of the locking portions 17c and 19c of the elastic locking pieces 17 and 19 are inclined as described above, the elastic locking pieces 17 and 19 are connected to the inside of the housing portion 4 to which they are connected. It elastically deforms so that the protruding ends of the tip portions 17b and 19b approach the side surface, thereby allowing the electric circuit unit 5 to enter.

When the electric circuit unit 5 is completely inserted into the housing portion 4, the engaging projections 18 and 20 get over the locking portions 17c and 19c of the elastic locking pieces 17 and 19 and return from the elastic deformation. The engaging portions 17c and 19c of the elastic locking pieces 17 and 19 are engaged from above, whereby the electric circuit unit 5 is prevented from being removed from the lower opening of the accommodating portion 4. Further, at this time, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the front end locking portion 22 c of the elastic locking piece 22 provided on the outer surface of the electric circuit unit 5 is provided on the inner surface of the housing portion 4. At the same time, the engaging step portion 24 provided on the outer surface of the electric circuit unit 5 is engaged with the mating convex portion 21 from the lower side, and the engaging portion of the elastic locking piece 23 provided on the inner surface of the accommodating portion 4. The electrical circuit unit 5 is also prevented from being pulled out from the opening on the upper side of the housing portion 4.

When the electric circuit unit 5 accommodated in the accommodating portion 4 is removed from the electrical junction box 2, for example, the electric circuit unit 5 is cured between the outer surface of the electric circuit unit 5 and the inner surface of the accommodating portion 4 from the upper opening of the accommodating portion 4. The engagement state of the elastic locking piece 22 of the electric circuit unit 5 engaged with the engaging convex portion 21 of the accommodating portion 4 from the lower side is released, and the inner surface of the accommodating portion 4 is The electric circuit unit 5 is accommodated in the state in which the engagement step 24 of the electric circuit unit 5 engaged from the lower side with the engaging portion 23c of the provided elastic engaging piece 23 is released. 4 is removed from the upper opening.

When the electric circuit unit 5 that has been removed from the upper opening of the housing part 4 and removed from the electric connection box 2 is assembled to the electric connection box 2 again, the electric circuit unit 5 is placed on the upper side of the housing part 4. It is inserted into the accommodating portion 4 from the opening.

Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the electric circuit unit 5 is provided on the outer surface of the electric circuit unit 5 as the electric circuit unit 5 is inserted into the housing portion 4 from the upper opening of the housing portion 4. The locking portion 22c of the elastic locking piece 22 is in contact with the upper end surface of the corresponding engagement convex portion 21 provided on the inner surface of the accommodating portion 4 at the lower end surface thereof, and the lower end of the electric circuit unit 5 The edge abuts on the upper end surface of the locking portion 23 c of the elastic locking piece 23 provided on the inner surface of the housing portion 4. At this time, the lower end surface of the locking portion 22c of the elastic locking piece 22 provided on the outer surface of the electric circuit unit 5 and the locking portion 23c of the elastic locking piece 23 provided on the inner side surface of the housing portion 4 are used. Since the upper end surface is formed to be inclined as described above, the elastic locking piece 22 is elastically deformed so that the protruding end of the tip end portion 22b approaches the outer surface of the connected electric circuit unit 5, and is elastic. The locking piece 23 is elastically deformed so that the protruding end of the distal end portion 23b approaches the inner side surface of the accommodating portion 4 to which the locking piece 23 is connected, so that the electric circuit unit 5 is allowed to enter.

When the electric circuit unit 5 is completely inserted into the housing portion 4, the distal end locking portion 22 c of the elastic locking piece 22 provided on the outer surface of the electric circuit unit 5 is provided on the inner side surface of the housing portion 4. At the same time, the engaging step portion 24 provided on the outer side surface of the electric circuit unit 5 is engaged with the engaging convex portion 21 provided on the inner side surface of the housing portion 4. The engaging portion 23c is engaged from the lower side, whereby the electric circuit unit 5 is also prevented from being removed from the upper opening of the accommodating portion 4. At this time, the engaging projections 18 and 20 provided on the outer side surface of the electric circuit unit 5 are connected to the locking portions 17c and 19c of the elastic locking pieces 17 and 19 provided on the inner side surface of the housing portion 4, respectively. The electric circuit unit 5 is prevented from being pulled out from the lower opening of the housing portion 4 by engaging from above.

As described above, according to the method for attaching / detaching the electric circuit unit 5 and the electric junction box 2 and the attachment / detachment structure 1 of the present embodiment, the wire harness 6 is derived when the electric circuit unit 5 is assembled to the electric junction box 2. Since the wire harness 6 is connected to the electric circuit unit 5 in advance, the electric circuit unit 5 can be assembled to the electric junction box 2 in advance, and the plurality of pieces as in the prior art. The wire harness does not exist all together, and it is not necessary to pull out the wire harness once. Therefore, the work of assembling the electric circuit unit 5 to the electric junction box 2 becomes easy.

And since the electric circuit unit 5 accommodated in the accommodating part 4 can be inserted / removed from the opening of the upper side (namely, the side opposite to the insertion side), the electric circuit unit 5 is connected to the electric junction box 2 for maintenance, for example. When it is detached from the electrical connection box 2 and assembled again, the work on the lower side where the wire harnesses 6 of the electrical connection box 2 are dense can be avoided, and the work becomes easy.

In addition, this invention is not limited to embodiment mentioned above, A deformation | transformation, improvement, etc. are possible suitably. In addition, the material, shape, dimension, numerical value, form, number, location, and the like of each component in the above-described embodiment are arbitrary and are not limited as long as the present invention can be achieved.

For example, the elastic locking pieces 17, 19, 22, which constitute locking means for locking the electric circuit unit 5 inserted into the housing portion 4 so as to be detachable from the opening opposite to the insertion side. 23 and the corresponding engaging convex portions 18, 20, 21 and the engaging step portion 24 are arranged in any number and number, and are not limited to the above-described embodiment.
