The present invention is attachable and ceilings recessed luminaire unit again and again relates ceiling ancillary facilities.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there are known ceiling-embedded lighting fixtures that are installed on a ceiling by being combined with various types of detectors installed on the ceiling surface, fire extinguishing equipment, and ceiling auxiliary equipment such as audio equipment. The ceiling-embedded lighting fixture includes a fixture main body embedded in the ceiling, a reflection plate attached in the fixture main body, and a translucent plate attached to the lower surface opening of the fixture main body, and the center of the fixture main body, the reflection plate and the translucent plate is provided. A penetrating through hole is provided, and a lamp is disposed around the through hole between the reflecting plate and the translucent plate in the instrument body.

An embedding hole for embedding the instrument body is provided on the ceiling surface, and a fire extinguishing pipe for fire extinguishing equipment, for example, is provided in advance as a ceiling accessory through the center of the embedding hole.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-11222 (first page, FIG. 2)

However, the conventional ceiling-mounted lighting fixture has only a through-hole that penetrates the ceiling-accompanied facility, and thus there is a problem that the shape and size of the ceiling-accommodated facility that can penetrate the through-hole are limited.

In addition, because the ceiling incidental equipment is attached to the ceiling structure etc. above the ceiling surface, not to the ceiling-mounted lighting fixture, the workability of the ceiling auxiliary equipment is poor and the ceiling auxiliary equipment cannot be easily changed. There is.

The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and can be attached to the fixture body with a ceiling-attached facility, can improve the workability of the ceiling-attached facility, and can easily change the ceiling-attached facility. and to provide a lighting fixtures.

The ceiling-embedded lighting fixture according to claim 1 has an annular lamp accommodating portion that accommodates a lamp in a peripheral region, and a ceiling accessory that can accommodate a ceiling incidental facility in a central region inside the annular lamp accommodating portion. An instrument main body having an opening through which the equipment accommodating portion and the ceiling incidental equipment are inserted ; a ceiling incidental equipment mounting body that is detachably attached to the central region of the instrument main body so as to cover the ceiling incidental equipment accommodating portion and the opening ; The attachment body is detachably attached to the fixture body, and in the installed state, the ceiling-attached equipment attachment body is elastically deformed so as to descend with respect to the instrument body due to its own weight, and between the ceiling-attached equipment attachment body and the instrument body. And an attaching means for forming a ventilation portion that communicates the lamp housing portion with the opening portion .

And in this structure, the ceiling incidental equipment accommodating part which can accommodate ceiling incidental equipment is provided in the central area inside the annular lamp accommodating part of the instrument main body, and the ceiling which covers the ceiling incidental equipment accommodating part in the central area of the instrument main body Because the accessory attachment is detachably attached, the ceiling accessory is attached to the fixture body using the ceiling accessory attachment, improving the workability of the ceiling accessory and removing the ceiling accessory attachment. It is possible to prevent the heat generated at the time from escaping to the outside and the lamp efficiency from decreasing. Furthermore, the ceiling ancillary equipment mounting body when mounted to the device body by mounting means having elasticity, and lowered with respect to the appliance body by the weight of the ceiling ancillary equipment mount pixel, the ceiling incidental facilities housing portion and the lamp housing Since a gap is formed between them, a ventilation portion is easily formed, and a reduction in lamp efficiency is suppressed.

Ceiling luminaires of claim 2, in ceiling luminaires of claim 1 Symbol placement, the side surface portion of the ceiling ancillary facilities mount is positioned so as to face the annular ramp, and, It functions as a reflecting surface of an annular lamp.

And in this structure, since the reflector in the instrument inner side direction of a lamp | ramp storage part is not provided separately, a number of parts is reduced .

According to the ceiling-embedded lighting fixture according to claim 1, there is provided a ceiling-attached facility accommodating portion capable of accommodating a ceiling-attached facility in a central region inside the annular lamp accommodating portion of the fixture body, and the central region of the fixture body Since the ceiling accessory equipment attachment that covers the ceiling accessory equipment housing is detachably attached, the ceiling accessory equipment can be attached to the instrument body using the ceiling accessory equipment, and the workability of the ceiling accessory can be improved. At the same time, the ceiling-attached equipment can be easily changed by attaching and detaching the ceiling-attached equipment attachment. In addition , since a ventilation portion is provided between the fixture body and the ceiling-attached equipment mounting body so as to communicate the lamp housing portion with the opening in the central region of the fixture body, lighting of the lamp accommodated in the lamp housing portion through this ventilation portion is provided. Heat generated at the time can be released to the outside, and the reduction in lamp efficiency can be suppressed. Furthermore, the ceiling ancillary equipment mounting body when mounted to the device body by mounting means having elasticity, and lowered with respect to the appliance body by the weight of the ceiling ancillary equipment mount pixel, the ceiling incidental facilities housing portion and the lamp housing Since a gap is formed between them, a ventilation portion can be easily formed, and a reduction in lamp efficiency can be suppressed.

According to ceiling luminaires according to claim 2, in addition to the effects of the ceiling luminaires of claim 1 Symbol placement, the side surface portion of the ceiling ancillary equipment mounting body, so as to face the annular lamp And functions as a reflecting surface of the annular lamp, so that no reflector is provided in the direction of the inside of the lamp housing, so that the number of parts can be reduced .

As shown in FIG. 5, the body 42 descends with respect to the instrument main body 21, and a gap 59 is formed. By this gap 59, the lamp housing 22 communicates with the opening 41 of the ceiling accessory housing 24. Part 60 is formed.

An annular lamp storage portion 22 in which two lamps 14 are arranged horizontally is formed between the fixture main body 21 and the ceiling-attached facility attachment body 42, and the lower surface of the lamp storage portion 22 is irradiated with light. An annular irradiation opening 61 is formed.

Further, a light control body 71 that controls light from the lamp 14 is detachably attached to the irradiation opening 61 between the fixture body 21 and the ceiling-attached equipment attachment body 42. The light control body 71 is a louver body, and an annular outer frame portion 72 that engages with the inside of the instrument main body 21, an annular inner frame portion 73 that engages with the outside of the ceiling accessory equipment 42, and the like. A plurality of louver pieces 74 are provided radially between the outer frame portion 72 and the inner frame portion 73.

As shown in FIG. 6 (a), the outer frame portion 72 has a substantially L-shaped cross section, and the tip is raised and is positioned in the engaging step portion 31 that engages with the frame portion 27 of the instrument main body 21. A mounting portion 76 and a reflecting portion 77 located in the light shielding step portion 30 are formed. As shown in FIG. 6 (b), the inner frame portion 73 has an approximately L-shaped cross-section with a tip rising and engaging with the peripheral edge of the lower surface of the ceiling accessory equipment 42, and the light shielding step portion 47. The reflection part 79 located in is formed.

In order to attach the light control body 71 to the instrument body 21, as shown in FIG. 7, there are two or three places such as two or three places on the attachment step 31 of the instrument body 21, and the inner surface side of the attachment step 31 is provided. A semicircular protrusion 80 is formed in the circumferential direction that is cut and raised, and as shown in FIG. 8, a plurality of attachment portions 76 of the light control body 71 corresponding to the position of each protrusion 80 of the instrument body 21 Is formed with a substantially L-shaped mounting groove 81, and a tongue piece 82 is formed on the upper side of the mounting groove 81 from one side of the inlet opening above the mounting groove 81 to the innermost part of the mounting groove 81. ing. The upper part of the tongue piece 82 facing the inlet of the attachment groove 81 is provided at a position higher than the upper part of the attachment part 76, and projects into the attachment groove 81 at a position below the outer surface of the tongue piece 82 below the tongue piece 82. A restricting portion 83 is projected.

In addition, a lighting device 87 having an inverter lighting circuit for lighting the lamp 14 is disposed at a position closer to the outer peripheral side than the center of the upper surface of the fixture body 21 and at an upper position of the lamp socket 32. Thereby, the wiring distance between the lamp socket 32 and the lighting device 87 can be shortened, and the efficiency of high-frequency lighting of the lamp 14 by the inverter lighting circuit can be improved.

Then, in order to install the ceiling-embedded lighting fixture 11, the fixture body 21 in a state where the lamps 14, the light control bodies 71, and the ceiling-attached equipment mounting body 42 are removed is inserted into the buried holes 13 of the ceiling plate 12. Attach to the suspension bolts hanging from the ceiling structure. Next, the ceiling accessory installation body 42 is attached to the central region of the fixture body 21 by the attachment means 50, and each lamp 14 is attached to the lamp socket 32 and the lamp holder 33 to be accommodated in the lamp accommodating portion 22 and restricted to the irradiation opening 61. The light body 71 is attached.

When attaching the ceiling-attached equipment attachment body 42 to the appliance main body 21 by the attachment means 50, the spring bodies 53 are directed outwardly against the elasticity of the pair of expansion portions 58 attempting to expand with respect to the holding portion 54. In the state where it is moved to the fixture body 42 so that each pair of grooves 51 of the mounting edge 45 of the ceiling accessory equipment 42 engages a pair of parallel parts 55 of each spring body 53. After the spring members 53 are moved in the inner diameter direction, the spring bodies 53 themselves move in the inner diameter direction due to the elasticity of the pair of expanding portions 58 to expand with respect to the holding portion 54 by moving each spring body 53 in the inner diameter direction. The engaging portion 57 engages with the lower surface side of the attached piece 52, and the ceiling-attached equipment attaching body 42 can be urged with respect to the center position of the instrument main body 21 to be positioned and held. Further, when removing the ceiling accessory installation body 42, each spring body 53 is moved outwardly against the bias, and the engaging portion 57 is removed from the attached piece 52, whereby the ceiling accessory installation body is removed. 42 can be removed.

When attaching the light control body 71 to the fixture body 21, by pushing the light control body 71 up to the irradiation opening 61 of the tool body 21, the upper portion of the attachment portion 76 comes into contact with the protrusion 80, and the light control body 71 is in that state. Is rotated in a predetermined mounting direction so that the upper portion of the mounting portion 76 moves while sliding with respect to the projection 80, and the inside of the mounting groove 81 is reached when the inlet portion of the mounting groove 81 reaches the position of the projection 80. Protrusions 80 get into the. At this time, since the upper portion of the tongue piece 82 facing the inlet portion of the attachment groove 81 is provided at a position higher than the upper portion of the attachment portion 76, the protrusion 80 easily enters the attachment groove 81. Further, when the light control body 71 is pushed up and rotated in the mounting direction, the regulating portion 83 gets over the protrusion 80, and the innermost portion of the mounting groove 81 contacts the protrusion 80, so that the light control body 71 rotates. By stopping and releasing the push-up of the light control body 71 in this state, the tongue piece 82 rests on the protrusion 80, and the light control body 71 can be attached to the instrument body 21. Further, when removing the light control body 71 from the instrument body 21, the control part 83 gets over the protrusion 80 by rotating the light control body 71 in the removal direction opposite to the attachment direction, and the entrance of the attachment groove 81 The edge on the part side abuts against the protrusion 80, and the rotation of the light control body 71 stops. In this state, the light control body 71 can be removed by moving the light control body 71 downward. Therefore, it can be easily attached to and detached from the instrument body 21 by rotating the light control body 71. Further, the restricting portion 83 can give a sense of moderation by overcoming the protrusion 80 when the light control body 71 is attached or detached, and the light control body 71 can be rotated in the removal direction when the light control body 71 is attached. By restricting by engagement with the projection 80, the light control body 71 can be prevented from being accidentally dropped off.

In the ceiling-embedded lighting fixture 11 configured in this way, a ceiling-attached equipment accommodating portion 24 that can accommodate the ceiling-attached equipment 23 is provided in the central region inside the annular lamp accommodating portion 22 of the fixture body 21, Since the ceiling accessory installation body 42 that covers the ceiling accessory storage 24 is detachably attached to the central region of the instrument body 21, the ceiling accessory equipment 23 can be easily attached to the instrument body 21 using the ceiling accessory installation body 42. be able to.

Moreover, by attaching / detaching the ceiling accessory equipment 42 to / from the instrument body 21, the ceiling accessory 23 can be easily changed. For example, instead of the ceiling accessory facility 42 having the cover 48 as the ceiling accessory 23, as shown in FIG. 9, the ceiling accessory installation having the downlight 91 as another lighting fixture as the ceiling accessory 23 The body 42 can be attached to the fixture body 21 to constitute an illumination system. The downlight 91 has a cylindrical reflector 93 that opens downward to accommodate the bent lamp 92, and a socket 94 that connects the base of the lamp 92 is attached to the top of the reflector 93.

The ceiling accessory installation body 42 has a structure other than providing an opening 95 for disposing the reflector 93 of the downlight 91 on the lower surface 43 and a reflector attachment part 96 for attaching the reflector 93, in particular, an attachment structure to the instrument body 21, etc. Is a common structure.

The downlight 91 is disposed in the ceiling-accommodated equipment accommodating portion 24 of the instrument main body 21 and has a height dimension, so that the upper side of the downlight 91 can be disposed to protrude upward from the opening 41 of the instrument main body 21.

Further, as shown in FIG. 10, a lighting system can be configured by applying various ceiling-attached facilities 23 to the ceiling-embedded lighting fixture 11. 10 (a) and 10 (b) show examples of the cover 48 and the downlight 91 described above, FIG. 10 (c) shows an example of the emergency light 101, and FIG. 10 (d) shows a detector such as a human sensor. FIG. 10E shows an example of the speaker 103, and FIG. 10F shows an example of the camera 104. In any case, since the mounting structure of the ceiling accessory installation body 42 is a common structure, each ceiling accessory equipment 23 can be attached to the fixture body 21 using this ceiling accessory installation body 42. Moreover, each ceiling-attached facility 23 can be easily changed by attaching and detaching the ceiling-attached facility attachment body 42. In addition, at least two or more types of the emergency lights 101, downlights 91, detectors 102, speakers 103, and cameras 104 with a ceiling accessory 23 should be appropriately arranged on the instrument main body 21 by using a ceiling accessory installation body 42. You can also.

And since the opening 41 for inserting the ceiling accessory equipment covered with the ceiling accessory equipment attachment body 42 is provided in the central region of the instrument body 21, the dimension in the height direction of the instrument body 21 is the ceiling accessory equipment attachment body 42. Since it is not influenced by the height direction dimension of the ceiling accessory 23 provided, the instrument main body 21 can be thinned.

Further, in a state where the ceiling-attached equipment attachment body 42 is attached to the fixture body 21, as shown in FIG. 5, the lamp housing portion 22 and the central region of the fixture body 21 are located between the fixture body 21 and the ceiling-attachment equipment attachment body 42. Since the ventilation part 60 communicating with the opening 41 of the lamp is provided, heat generated when the lamp 14 accommodated in the lamp accommodation part 22 is radiated to the outside through the ventilation part 60, and the efficiency of the lamp 14 is reduced. Can be suppressed. Moreover, when the ceiling-attached equipment mounting body 42 is attached to the fixture main body 21 with the elastic spring body 53, the ceiling-attached equipment mounting body 42 has a gap between the ceiling-attached equipment housing section 24 and the lamp housing section 22 due to its own weight. Since 59 is formed, it is possible to easily form the ventilation part 60 and to suppress the efficiency of the lamp 14 from being lowered.

Further, since the side surface portion of the ceiling-attached facility attachment body 42 is positioned so as to face the annular lamp 14 and functions as the reflecting surface 46 of the annular lamp 14, reflection in the direction of the inside of the lamp housing portion 22 is performed. Since there is no separate plate, the number of parts can be reduced.

Further, by using the spring member 53 as a mounting means 50 of the ceiling ancillary equipment mount 42, Ru can be easily detached ceiling ancillary equipment mount 42.

Further, in the state where the light control body 71 is attached to the irradiation opening 61 of the instrument body 21, as shown in FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b), the reflection part 77 outside the light control body 71 is used for shielding the instrument body 21 from light. Since the reflection part 79 inside the light control body 71 is located in the light shielding step part 47 of the ceiling accessory equipment 42, the light control body 71 has a substantially L-shaped cross section. And the engagement portion 75 that engages with the frame portion 27 of the instrument main body 21 and the engagement portion 78 that has a substantially L-shaped cross section and engages with the peripheral edge of the lower surface of the ceiling accessory equipment 42. Light from the lamp 14 can be prevented from leaking to the outside through between the light control body 71 and the fixture main body 21 and the ceiling-attached equipment attachment body 42.

Note that the lamp 14 and the lamp housing portion 22 of the appliance main body 21 that houses the lamp 14 are not limited to an annular shape, and can be similarly applied to a polygonal shape such as a square shape.

Further, the lamp 14 accommodated in the annular lamp accommodating portion 22 is not limited to an annular shape, but may be a polygonal annular shape such as a square annular shape, or a straight tube lamp may be annularly arranged.

The light control body 71 is not limited to the louver, and a milky white shade having translucency can also be used.
