本発明は、状態情報管理システム、状態情報管理装置、及び記録媒体に係り、より詳しくは、顧客の状態を示す状態情報を管理する状態情報管理システム、状態情報管理装置、及び状態情報管理プログラムを記録したコンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体に関する。

【従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】
近年のインターネット利用者の拡大に伴って、インターネットを利用したインスタント・メッセージ（Instant Message；以下、「ＩＭ」という。）サービスの利用者も拡大しつつある。

ＩＭサービスは、ユーザがインターネットに接続している際に着信したメッセージを、使用中の端末装置の画面に表示し、これを受けたユーザが直ちに返信することができるサービスである。このようなＩＭサービスを利用することによって、所望の相手の状態（例えば、端末装置を利用中ではない状態やメッセージを返信できない状態等）をリアルタイムに確認することができる。

しかしながら、このＩＭサービスは、ユーザ自身の端末装置と相手の端末装置の双方がインターネットに接続されていない場合は利用することができないため、状態を確認したい相手の端末装置がインターネットに接続されていない場合には、当該相手の状態を確認することができない、という問題点があった。

本発明は上記問題点を解消するために成されたものであり、他者の状態を常時確認することができる状態情報管理システム、状態情報管理装置、及び状態情報管理プログラムを記録したコンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、請求項１記載の状態情報管理システムは、顧客によって設定された顧客の状態を示す状態情報を通信回線を介して送信する状態情報送信手段と、顧客を示す顧客情報と他の顧客を示す他の顧客情報とを対応付けて登録させるための登録要求を通信回線を介して送信する登録要求送信手段と、前記登録要求により登録された他の顧客についての状態情報の提示要求を通信回線を介して送信する提示要求送信手段と、前記登録要求により登録された他の顧客情報の中から１以上の他の顧客情報を選択させるための選択要求を受信した場合に、該選択要求に対する選択結果を通信回線を介して送信する選択結果送信手段と、前記登録要求により登録された他の顧客情報を削除させるための削除要求を通信回線を介して送信する削除要求送信手段と、表示手段と、を有する情報送信装置と、

上記目的を達成するために、請求項１記載の状態情報管理システムは、顧客によって設定された顧客の状態を示す状態情報を通信回線を介して送信する情報送信装置と、前記情報送信装置から送信された状態情報を受信したときに、該受信した状態情報を前記顧客の提示すべき状態情報として前記顧客を示す顧客情報に対応付けて記憶手段に登録し、顧客についての状態情報の提示要求があったときに、該提示要求で指定された顧客情報に応じて顧客の提示すべき状態情報を前記記憶手段から読み出し、通信回線を介して該提示要求元に該読み出した状態情報をディスプレイに表示するためのデータを送信する情報提示装置と、を備えている。

なお、上記移動体無線端末装置としては、携帯電話器、ＰＤＡ（Personal Data Assistants；個人向け携帯型情報通信機器）、サブノートブック型パーソナル・コンピュータ等の、本発明の通信回線を無線で利用可能であり、かつ移動可能な全ての端末装置を適用することができるが、特に携帯電話器を適用することが、携帯性、普及率、本システムの利用に対して課金する場合の課金処理の容易性の面で有利である。

請求項３記載の状態情報管理装置は、情報送信装置から、顧客によって設定された顧客の状態を示す状態情報、顧客を示す顧客情報と他の顧客を示す他の顧客情報とを対応付けて前記記憶手段に登録させるための登録要求、登録された他の顧客についての状態情報の提示要求、登録された他の顧客情報の中から１以上の他の顧客情報を選択させるための選択要求に対する選択結果、および登録された他の顧客情報を削除させるための削除要求を通信回線を介して受信する。受信された状態情報、及び顧客情報は記憶手段に登録される。なお、上記通信回線には、インターネットやＬＡＮ、ＶＡＮ、公衆電話網等のあらゆる通信可能な回線が含まれる。また、上記記憶手段としては、ＲＡＭ、ＥＥＰＲＯＭ、フラッシュＥＥＰＲＯＭ等の半導体記憶素子、フロッピー・ディスク、ＣＤ−Ｒ、ＣＤ−ＲＷ、ＭＯディスク等の可搬記録媒体、ハードディスク等の固定記録媒体、あるいはネットワークに接続されたサーバ・コンピュータ等に設けられた外部記憶装置等を用いることができる。更に、上記顧客情報には、顧客を示す氏名、電話番号、住所、当該顧客に予め付与された識別情報（文字情報、数字情報等）等を含めることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面を参照して、本発明の実施の形態について詳細に説明する。まず、図１を参照して、本実施の形態に係る情報管理システム１０の構成を説明する。

同図に示すように、本実施の形態に係る情報管理システム１０は、情報管理システム１０を管理するシステム管理者が所有するサーバ２０と、情報管理システム１０を利用すべく上記システム管理者と所定の契約を締結した顧客が各々所有する端末装置４０と、が各々モデム、ルータ、ＴＡ（Terminal Adapter：ターミナル・アダプタ）等の接続装置７０を介してインターネット１２に接続されると共に、情報管理システム１０を利用すべく上記システム管理者と所定の契約を締結した顧客が各々所有する携帯電話器３０を含んで構成されている。

サーバ２０及び端末装置４０の各々には、各種情報を入力するためのキーボード、マウス等の入力装置、各種メニュー画面や処理結果等を表示するためのモニタ（ディスプレイ）、及び各種情報を印刷するためのプリンタが備えられている。なお、このハードウェア構成は一般的なものであるので、ここでの詳細な説明は省略する。

本実施の形態に係るサーバ２０はＷＷＷ（World Wide Web）サーバとして機能し、端末装置４０はＷＷＷクライアントとして機能する。
