Claims (8)
- 入射する光を回折させることにより、被照射面において所定の照明パターンを形成させるレリーフ構造を有し、
前記レリーフ構造は、前記被照射面において、第1照明パターンと、前記第1照明パターンに付随する特定マークを構成する第2照明パターンとを、前記レリーフ構造全体を使用して、同時に形成させることを特徴とするホログラム素子。 - 前記第1照明パターンは、前記被照射面において整形、及び光量分布の均一化の少なくとも一方がなされた照明領域を構成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のホログラム素子。
- 前記特定マークが文字を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のホログラム素子。
- 前記レリーフ構造は、前記被照射面に前記第1照明パターンである照明領域を形成させ、かつ前記照明領域外に前記第2照明パターンを形成させることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のホログラム素子。
- 前記レリーフ構造は、前記第1照明パターンより低い照度で前記第2照明パターンを形成させることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のホログラム素子。
- 前記レリーフ構造は、前記被照射面に前記第1照明パターンである照明領域を形成させ、かつ前記照明領域内に前記第2照明パターンを形成させることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のホログラム素子。
- コヒーレント光を供給する光源部と、
前記コヒーレント光を回折させる請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のホログラム素子と、を有することを特徴とする照明装置。 - 請求項7に記載の照明装置と、
前記照明装置からの光を画像信号に応じて変調する空間光変調装置と、を有することを特徴とするプロジェクタ。
