Description
The present invention relates to a public network connection for the purpose of making a return call in a private branch exchange accommodating an extension.
Conventionally, this type of public network connection has a destination automatic routing table in which the relationship between the caller identifier and the destination terminal number is registered, and the destination automatic routing table is based on the caller identifier received from the public network. One or more arbitrary destination terminal numbers are searched for reference, and the terminal having the destination terminal number is preferentially received (
In addition, caller identification information and user user information are stored at the time of an incoming call, and at the time of outgoing call, the caller identification information and user user information are output as a list, and the caller identification information or user user information selected from this list is displayed. A technique for automatically transmitting a line based on any of the numbers included is known (
However, in the above-described
Further, for example, when the caller telephone number notified by the extension A to the public network is received from the public network to the extension when the public terminal dials, the incoming call number is converted only to the extension A number. When the operator A who uses the extension A makes a call from the extension B to the public network, the return call from the public network calls the extension B, and the extension A cannot be called. There are also problems.
Further, for example, when the operator A who normally uses the extension A makes a call from the extension A to the public network, the return call from the public network sends the extension B to the operator B who responds to the received extension A. There is also a third problem that it is not possible to notify that the transmission of A is the operator A.
Moreover, in the
Further, for example, when the operator A who normally uses the extension A makes a call from the extension A to the public network, the return call from the public network sends the extension B to the operator B who responds to the received extension A. There is also a second problem that it is not possible to notify that the transmission of A is the operator A.
An object of the present invention is to provide a public network connection method and a public network connection program capable of automatically specifying a call partner of a return destination from a public terminal.
In the first aspect of the present invention, a caller extension number c which is an extension number of an extension terminal on which a caller performs a call operation, and a notification caller number d which is an external line number for the public network of the caller extension number c The caller identification number b, which is the ID of the caller, and the voice guidance g for the caller are associated with each other and stored in advance in the memory. Furthermore, at the time of a call origination operation by the caller, the caller extension number c, the callee public network terminal number e which is the other party's public terminal number, and the caller identification number b are stored in association with each other. Then, the caller extension number c at the time of the caller's call operation is converted into a caller ID d for notification and sent to the public network.
When the incoming call is returned, the notification source number d is converted into the source extension number c, and the caller identification number b corresponding to the converted source extension number c and destination public network terminal number e is searched. . Then, the incoming call arrives at the extension terminal of the converted caller extension number c, and when the extension terminal responds, the voice guidance g corresponding to the searched caller identification number b is played to designate the callee.
In the second aspect of the present invention, a caller extension number c which is an extension number of an extension terminal on which a caller performs a call operation, and a notification caller number d which is an external line number for the public network of the caller extension number c The caller identification number b, which is the ID of the caller, and the voice guidance g for the caller are associated with each other and stored in advance in the memory. Furthermore, at the time of a call origination operation by the caller, the notification caller number d, the callee public network terminal number e, which is the other party's public terminal number, and the caller identification number b are stored in the memory in association with each other. Then, the caller extension number c at the time of the caller's call operation is converted into a caller ID d for notification and sent to the public network.
When the incoming call is returned, the caller identification number b corresponding to the notification source number d and the destination public network terminal number e is searched, and the notification source number d is converted to the source extension number c. . Then, the incoming call arrives at the extension terminal of the converted caller extension number c, and when the extension terminal responds, the voice guidance g corresponding to the searched caller identification number b is played to designate the callee.
As described above, according to the present invention, the caller identification number and the extension number are in one-to-one correspondence or the voice guidance for the caller identification number is provided. Can be automatically identified.
The effect of the present invention is that the caller identification number and the extension number have a one-to-one correspondence or the voice guidance for the caller identification number is provided. It can be specified to.
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

As shown in FIG. 2, the caller identification specific number memory 121 stores in advance a caller identification number notification special number a which is a number for specifying the service described below.
As shown in FIG. 3, the caller identification information memory 122 stores in advance a caller identification number “b” that is an ID of a caller calling from the
As shown in FIG. 4, the notification number information memory 123 stores in advance information associating the extension telephone number (source extension number c) of the
The first public network transmission history information memory 124 shown in FIG. 5 stores a caller identification number b, a caller extension number c, and a callee public terminal telephone number every time there is a call for receiving this service from the
The extension designation information memory 126 shown in FIG. 7 stores an extension number f for each caller identification number b. The extension number f is the extension number of the
Now, when the extension terminal 2A on one side (referred to as A side) of the public network 4 makes a call with the extension terminal 2B on the other side (referred to as B) (not shown), the extension transmission operation and the incoming call from the public network The operation will be described with reference to FIGS. 9 and 10, respectively.
The caller on the A side has a service number (first dial number) that identifies the service content, a caller identification number (second dial number) that is the caller ID, and a destination public terminal number (third caller) that specifies the extension terminal 2B. Dial the dialed number sequentially. Then, the private branch exchange 1 on the A side executes a process as shown in FIG.
First, caller identification number notification special number a is read from caller identification specific number memory 121 (step A1 in FIG. 9), and caller identification number notification special number a is compared with the first dial number dialed at extension terminal 2A. (Step A2). If the results are equal, the service is being called.
Subsequently, the caller identification information memory 122 is searched (step A3), and it is checked whether any registered caller identification number b matches the second dial number (step A4). Thus, it is determined whether or not the person who has dialed is the target of receiving this service.
If there is a caller identification number b that matches the second dial number, it is checked whether the third dial number (destination public terminal number) is an ISDN public connection number (step A5). It can be determined by a known method what kind of destination public terminal number corresponds to the ISDN public connection number.
If the third dial number is an ISDN public connection number, the source extension number recognized by the private branch exchange 1 (extension number of the extension terminal 2A), the destination public terminal number (third dial number), and the caller identification number (Second dial number) is associated and stored in the first public network transmission history memory 124 (step A6).
Subsequently, the notification number information memory 123 is searched using the transmission source extension number (extension number of the extension terminal 2A) as a key, and the notification transmission source number d corresponding to the matching one is read (step A7). This converts the source extension number into a notification source number d.
Finally, the converted notification source number d is transmitted to the ISDN
In the above description, if it is negative in Steps A1 to A3 and Step A5, the process jumps to another outgoing call process outside this service. The same applies to the flowcharts shown in FIGS.
When the extension terminal 2B that has received the call from the extension terminal 2A can respond immediately, the communication is performed as it is. If the extension terminal 2B cannot respond immediately because it is busy or the responder is absent, the
When the extension terminal 2B becomes ready to respond, the caller of the extension terminal 2B corresponding to the destination public terminal number dials the notification source number d notified from the extension terminal A5 to make a call. When this outgoing call arrives from the ISDN
First, the notification number information memory 123 is searched using the dialed notification source number d as a key, and the source extension number c corresponding to the matched one is read (step B1 in FIG. 10). This is to convert the notification source number to the source extension number c, which is the reverse conversion of the conversion in step A7 in FIG.
Subsequently, the call is transmitted from the first public network transmission history information memory 124 using the caller extension number c read from the notification number information memory 123 and the callee public terminal number notified from the B side as keys. The person identification information b is read (step B2). Then, the caller identification information memory 122 is searched using the read caller identification number b as a key (step B3).
As a result, when it is found that the caller identification number b read from the first public network transmission history information memory 124 is registered in the caller identification information memory 122 (step B4), the caller identification number b is The extension number f is read from the extension designation information memory 126 as a key (step B5). This converts the caller identification number b into an extension number f.
Finally, the outgoing call from the B side is received at the extension terminal having the extension number f (step B6). In this case, as described above, the extension number f does not necessarily match the source extension number c. Therefore, even if the caller makes a call from the extension terminal 2 (source extension number c) different from the extension terminal 2 (extension number f) that is normally used, the caller receives the call at the extension terminal 2 (extension number f) that is normally used. can do.
In this embodiment, the caller identification number and the extension number have a one-to-one correspondence. Therefore, as described above, the B side can identify the called party on the A side by receiving the extension number on the A side only by dialing the notification source number d without being aware of the called party.
The second embodiment is a minor change of the first embodiment, and uses the second public network transmission history information memory 125 shown in FIG. 6 instead of the first public network transmission history information memory 124 shown in FIG. Is different. Accordingly, the
The second public network transmission history information memory 125 associates a caller identification number b, a notification source number d, and a destination public terminal telephone number e each time a call is received from the
In operation, the order of steps A6 and A7 in FIG. 9 showing the extension transmission operation is reversed and the order of step B1 in FIG. 10 showing the incoming operation from the public network is lowered.
Now, a case will be described in which an extension terminal 2A on one side (referred to as A side) of the public network 4 makes a call with an extension terminal 2B on the other side (referred to as B side) not shown.
The caller on the A side has a service number (first dial number) that identifies the service content, a caller identification number (second dial number) that is the caller ID, and a destination public terminal number (third caller) that specifies the extension terminal 2B. Dial the dialed number sequentially. Then, the
First, caller identification number notification special number a is read from caller identification specific number memory 121 (step C1 in FIG. 11), and caller identification number notification special number a is compared with the first dial number dialed at extension terminal 2A. (Step C2). If the results are equal, the service is being called.
Subsequently, the caller identification number memory 122 is searched (step C3), and it is checked whether any registered caller identification number b matches the second dial number (step C4). Thus, it is determined whether or not the person who has dialed is the target of receiving this service.
If there is a caller identification number b that matches the second dial number, it is checked whether the third dial number (destination public terminal number) is an ISDN public connection number (step C5). It can be determined by a known method what kind of destination public terminal number corresponds to the ISDN public connection number.
When the third dial number is an ISDN public connection number, the notification number information memory 123 is searched using the caller extension number (extension number of the extension terminal 2A) as a key, and the notification transmission corresponding to the matching one is performed. The original number d is read (step C6). This converts the source extension number into a notification source number d.
Subsequently, the converted notification source number d, destination public terminal number (third dial number) and caller identification number (second dial number) are associated and stored in the second public network transmission history memory 125. (Step C7).
Finally, the converted notification source number d is transmitted to the ISDN
When the extension terminal 2B that has received the call from the extension terminal 2A can respond immediately, the communication is performed as it is. If the extension terminal 2B cannot respond immediately because it is busy or the responder is absent, the
When the extension terminal 2B becomes ready to respond, the caller of the extension terminal 2B corresponding to the destination public terminal number dials the notification source number d notified from the extension terminal A5 to make a call. When this call is received from the ISDN
First, the caller identification number b is read from the second public network transmission history information memory 125 using the notification source number dialed from the B side and the destination public terminal number notified from the B side as keys. (Step D1 in FIG. 12). Then, the caller identification information memory 122 is searched using the read caller identification number b as a key (step D2).
As a result, when it is found that the caller identification number b read from the second public network transmission history information memory 125 is registered in the caller identification information memory 122 (step D3), the notification source number is set as the key. The number information memory for notification 123 is searched for, and the source extension number c corresponding to the matching one is read (step D4). This converts the notification source number d to the source extension number c.
Subsequently, the extension number f is read from the extension designation information memory 126 using the caller identification number b as a key (step D5). This converts the caller identification number b into an extension number f.
Finally, the incoming call from the B side is received at the extension terminal having the extension number f (step D6). In this case, as described above, the extension number f does not necessarily match the source extension number c. Therefore, even if the caller makes a call from the extension terminal 2 (source extension number c) different from the extension terminal 2 (extension number f) that is normally used, the caller receives the call at the extension terminal 2 (extension number f) that is normally used. can do.
Also in this embodiment, the caller identification number and the extension number have a one-to-one correspondence. Therefore, as described above, the B side can identify the called party on the A side by receiving the extension number on the A side only by dialing the notification source number d without being aware of the called party.
The third embodiment is an extension of the first embodiment, and uses a voice guidance information memory 127 instead of the extension designation information memory 126. Accordingly, the
27. The voice guidance information memory 127 records voice guidance for each caller identification number as shown in FIG.
There is no difference in extension transmission operation. Therefore, a flowchart in which only the reference numbers in FIG. 9 are changed is shown in FIG. 13, but the description thereof is omitted to avoid duplication. Further, the incoming operation from the public network is different in the final stage of the process (steps B5 and B6 in FIG. 10). Therefore, FIG. 14 corresponding to FIG. 10 is shown and described.
First, using the notification source number d that has been dialed as a key, the notification number information memory 123 is searched and the source extension number c corresponding to the matching one is read (step F1 in FIG. 14). This is to convert the notification source number to the source extension number c, which corresponds to the inverse conversion in step E7 in FIG.
Subsequently, the call is transmitted from the first public network transmission history information memory 124 using the caller extension number c read from the notification number information memory 123 and the callee public terminal number notified from the B side as keys. The person identification number b is read (step F2). Then, the caller identification information memory 122 is searched using the read caller identification number b as a key (step F3).
As a result, when it is found that the caller identification number b read from the first public network transmission history information memory 124 is registered in the caller identification information memory 122 (step F4), the extension of the caller extension number c The terminal 2A is caused to receive an incoming call (step F5). Then, when the extension terminal 2A of the caller extension number c responds, the voice guidance g is read from the voice guidance information memory 127 using the caller identification number b as a key, and voice guidance is played (step F6). The recipient can be specified by nominating with this voice guidance. The called party can perform a hooking operation and form a call state with the public terminal on the B side.
According to this embodiment, even if the caller identification number and the extension number do not have a one-to-one correspondence, if the B side dials the notification source number d without being aware of the callee, the A side An incoming call is received at the extension terminal, and the called party on the A side can be specified by voice guidance.
The fourth embodiment is an extension of the second embodiment, and uses a voice guidance information memory 127 instead of the extension designation information memory 126. Accordingly, the
There is no difference in extension transmission operation. Therefore, a flowchart in which only the reference numbers in FIG. 11 are changed is shown in FIG. 15, but the description thereof is omitted to avoid duplication. Further, the incoming operation from the public network is different in the final stage of the process (steps D5 and D6 in FIG. 12). Therefore, FIG. 16 corresponding to FIG. 12 is shown and described.

(Step H1 in FIG. 16). Then, the caller identification information memory 122 is searched using the read caller identification number b as a key (step H2).
As a result, when it is found that the caller identification number b read from the second public network transmission history information memory 125 is registered in the caller identification information memory 122 (step H3), the notification source number is set as the key. The number information memory for notification 123 is searched for, and the source extension number c corresponding to the matching one is read (step H4). This converts the notification source number d to the source extension number c.
Subsequently, the extension terminal 2A of the caller extension number c is received (step H5), and when the extension terminal 2A responds, the voice guidance g is read out from the voice guidance information memory 127 using the caller identification information b as a key and voice guidance is performed.
