本発明は、寸法計測やシート部材の切断に使用するアルミ直尺に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
アルミ直尺は、アルミの押し出し材で形成されており、多用されている断面形状は、一方側がその縁が低くなる傾斜面とし、他方側がその縁部を鉛直面としたもので、前記傾斜面の縁部側にそって寸法目盛りを設けたものである。また傾斜面と鉛直面(切断用定規として使用)との間は表裏面を凹部とし、裏面に滑止め用のゴムシート或いはスポンジシートを貼着している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、ある対象物の寸法を計測し、その計測寸法を他の物品に印付けを行い当該他の物品の加工目印とすることはよく行われる作業である。この寸法移しかえに際して、計測寸法を記憶したり、記録することは面倒であり、多数の目印を必要となると尚更煩雑となる。そこで本発明は、計測寸法等の記録を直接記入できる新規なアルミ直尺を提案したものである。

【課題を解決する手段】
本発明に係るアルミ直尺は、長手縁が低くなる傾斜面で、縁部に外側目盛りを表示した寸法目盛り部と、他縁側を鉛直面とした切断定規部と、前記寸法目盛り部と切断定規部との間の表面を、書き込み面として適用できる平滑底面を備えた所定の凹部としたアルミ押出材で形成され、寸法目盛り部における前記凹部との境界縁にも前記外側目盛りと同様の内側目盛りを設けると共に、前記凹部に書き込み可能な粘着シートを貼着して書き込み部を設けたことを特徴とするものである。

従ってある計測寸法を、内側目盛りを基準にして書き込み部に印をつけることで記録し、印付け対象物品に対して、前記記録印をみて、外側目盛りを使用して印付けを行う。

【実施の形態】
次に本発明の実施の形態について説明する。
実施形態に示したアルミ直尺は、従前と同様に本体は、アルミ押し出し材で形成したもので、その端面形状も、従前と同様に一方側がその縁が低くなる傾斜面とし、他方側がその縁部を鉛直面とし、傾斜面と鉛直面との間の表裏面を凹部としたものである。そして前記本体において、傾斜面部分を目盛り部1とし、鉛直他縁を切断定規部2とし、表面凹部箇所を書き込み部3とし、裏面凹部箇所には滑止めシートを貼着して滑り止め部4としたものである。

目盛り部1は、目盛りをエッチングやメッキ、印刷等で表示したもので、特に本発明においては、縁部に設けた外側目盛り11と、書き込み部3との境界部分を設けた内側目盛り12を備えたものである。また書き込み部3は、紙製粘着シート31を凹部32に貼着して形成したものである。

而して書き込み部3の紙製粘着シート31には、内側目盛り12を目安として鉛筆Aその他の筆記具で印Bを記入することができる。従って計測対象物品からの計測寸法は、外側目盛り11を使用して計測すると共に、当該計測数値は、内側目盛り12を使用して書き込み部3に印Bを付けることで記録でき、またこの印Bに基づいて、内側目盛り12を使用して記録寸法を読み取り、外側目盛り11を使用して他物品への寸法付けが容易に行うことができるものである。

特に前記実施形態では書き込みを行う部分が紙粘着シートで形成されているので、鉛筆Aで記入した印Bは消すことができ、何回も消去記入が可能であり、更にあまり汚れた場合には、張り替えれば良い。勿論紙粘着テープに替えて、各種のフィルム粘着テープでも良いが、印付け記入可能な筆記具を使用することは当然である。

更に前記の実施形態のように粘着テープを使用せずに、凹部面自体を艶消し面として、記入可能としても良い。勿論艶消し面の場合には、拭浄や洗浄で印を消去して再使用可能である筆記具を使用すると、何度も書き込みができることは言うまでもない。

【発明の効果】
以上の通り本発明は、アルミ直尺において、表面に書き込み部を形成すると共に、縁部に目盛りを設ける他、内側の書き込み部に添っても目盛りを設けたもので、内側目盛りを基準にしての印付けで、容易に寸法を記録しておくことができ、種々の作業における寸法移し替えに利便を有するようにしたものである。
