【発明が属する技術分野】
本発明は、ギフト贈答者、ギフト受取者、及び百貨店や宅配事業者等のギフト関連事業者に対して行なうギフト用のメッセージのサービスに関し、詳細には、誕生日その他の記念日等のためのギフトの発送依頼を、希望配送日前に行なっているギフト贈答者が、ギフト受取者宛のマルチメディア・メッセージを配送完了時に配送できるメッセージサーバー、メッセージ配送システム、メッセージ配送プログラム、メッセージ配送プログラムが格納されたプログラム製品、及びメッセージ配送方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、記念日等のギフトでは、ギフト贈答者はギフトを購入し、記念日に配送時間帯を指定して宅配を依頼する。そして、記念日にはギフト贈答者自身がマルチメディア・メッセージを作成しておき、それを、記念日の決められたギフト配送時間帯等に合わせてギフト贈答者が電子メールで送信するが、多くの場合、その電子メールの着信時間とはずれてギフトが配送される。

そこで、ギフトの配送直後にギフト受取者宛のマルチメディア・メッセージの存在が判るようにしておけば、ギフト行為も盛り上がり、またメッセージの受取者の感動も大きなものとなる。

そのようにするためには、従来、互いに関連性を持つことなく別々に発送並びに送信されていたギフトとメッセージについて、互いに関連性を持たせたシステムが必要となる。

商店に負担をかけることなく、メッセージやギフトとしてのアイテムをタイムリーにギフト受取者に配送し、且つ、ギフト受取者の趣向に合致したギフトを配送できるようにしたものとして、特開２００２−４９８６３号公報記載の発明がある。それは、ギフト贈答者から、ギフト受取者のアドレスとメッセージの配送時刻とを含むメッセージ配送の注文情報を受信して記録し、当該配送時刻に達する前に、ギフト受取者宛のメッセージがあることを知らせる通知書をギフト受取者のアドレスに送信し、当該配送時刻に達したときに、メッセージをギフト受取者に配送するシステムを提案するものである。

また、お祝い等の音声によるメッセージを送る側が自由に登録し、メッセージを受け取る側にメッセージの存在を知らせるものとして、特開２００２−１７６４９７号公報記載の発明がある。それは、メッセージ配送用シートに表記された録音用アクセスコードを用いて接続されたギフト贈答者端末によって送信された音声メッセージを録音用アクセスコードに基づいて記憶して管理し、メッセージ配送用シートに表記された再生用アクセスコードを用いて接続されたギフト受取者端末からの要求に基づいて検索し、取得した音声メッセージを、再生用アクセスコードを用いて接続されるギフト受取者端末に対して送信するシステムを提案するものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上記特開２００２−４９８６３号公報記載の技術では、メッセージの受取後に受取者がギフトを選択するビジネスであるために、一般的に行なわれているギフトの形態、即ち、リアルなギフトショップでギフトを購入後、宅配事業者がギフトの宅配を行なうようなビジネスに適用することはできない。

また、特開２００２−１７６４９７号公報記載の技術では、録音用アクセスコード及び再生用アクセスコードは、剥離可能な保護シールによって隠蔽されているだけなので、故意又は偶然に保護シールが剥がれてしまえば、誰でも容易にメッセージを改ざんしたり、取得したりすることが可能となってしまう。

本発明は、このような従来技術における問題点を解決するためになされたもので、事業者と消費者に対して行なうギフト用のギフトメッセージ配送サービスを、それぞれに有益に提供することができるメッセージサーバー、メッセージ配送システム、メッセージ配送プログラム、メッセージ配送プログラムが格納されたプログラム製品、及びメッセージ配送方法を提供することを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、ギフトメッセージ配送サービスについてのサービスＩＤデータを作成するサービスＩＤデータ作成手段と、前記サービスＩＤデータ作成手段で作成した前記サービスＩＤのデータを格納するサービスＩＤデータ格納手段と、インターネットに接続される宅配事業者端末からの要求に応じ、前記サービスＩＤデータ作成手段で作成した前記サービスＩＤデータに基づいて、前記サービスＩＤのリストを前記宅配事業者端末へ向けて送信するサービスＩＤリスト送信手段と、前記宅配事業者端末から発信されるギフトメッセージ配送サービス用宅配伝票（荷札等を含む）番号と前記サービスＩＤのマッチングリストを、インターネットを介して受信するマッチングリスト受信手段と、前記マッチングリスト受信手段で受信した前記マッチングリストに基づいて、前記マッチングリストについてのデータを作成するマッチングデータ作成手段と、前記マッチングデータ作成手段で作成した前記マッチングデータを格納するマッチングデータ格納手段と、インターネット又は公衆電話交換網に接続されるギフト贈答者端末から発信されるギフト発送伝票記載のサービスＩＤでのメッセージを、インターネット又は公衆電話交換網を介して受信するメッセージ受信手段と、前記メッセージ受信手段で受信した前記メッセージを格納するメッセージ格納手段と、前記宅配業者端末からのギフト配送完了伝票番号通知に応じ、前記マッチングデータ格納手段で格納した前記マッチングデータに基づいて、前記配送完了伝票番号のサービスＩＤのメッセージを視聴する視聴要求を、インターネット又は公衆電話交換網に接続されるギフト受取者端末から受付可能にする配送完了通知手段と、前記ギフト受取者端末からの受取伝票のサービスＩＤでのメッセージ視聴要求に応じ、前記メッセージ格納手段で格納した前記メッセージを、前記ギフト受取者端末へ向けて送信するメッセージ送信手段とを備えることを特徴とするメッセージサーバー（第１の構成）を提供することにより、前記課題を達成せんとするものである。

この第１の構成のメッセージサーバーにおいて、サービスＩＤデータ作成手段により作成されるサービスＩＤデータが前記宅配事業者端末にインターネットを介して送信され且つ前記宅配事業者端末でマッチングリスト作成可能である場合には、サービスＩＤデータ作成手段により作成されるサービスＩＤデータをそのままサービスＩＤリストとすることができる。

サービスＩＤデータ作成手段により作成されたサービスＩＤデータをそのままサービスＩＤリストとして採用しない場合、前記第１の構成のメッセージサーバーにおいて、サービスＩＤリストは、サービスＩＤデータの作成・更新に合わせてサービスＩＤリスト作成手段により作成されたり更新されたりして、所定の格納部（サービスＩＤリスト格納部）に格納しておき、宅配事業者端末からの要求に応じ、送信するようにすることができる。

また、宅配事業者端末からの要求を受けた際に、サービスＩＤデータに基づいてその都度作成するようにしてもよい。更に、最初に宅配事業者端末からの要求があったときに作成したサービスＩＤリストは所定の格納部に格納しておき、サービスＩＤデータに応じ更新し、宅配事業者端末からの要求が無い場合には作成しないようにすることもできる。

前記サービスＩＤデータ格納手段、マッチングデータ格納手段、及びメッセージ格納手段がサービスＩＤデータ、マッチングデータ、及び、メッセージをそれぞれ格納する格納先は、メッセージサーバーに具備されるハードディスク等の記憶装置とすることができる。

また、前記サービスＩＤデータ格納手段、マッチングデータ格納手段、及びメッセージ格納手段は、メッセージサーバーと所定の通信手段により接続される外部のコンピュータ等の端末装置にサービスＩＤデータ、マッチングデータ、及びメッセージをそれぞれ出力し、外部の端末装置の記憶装置に記憶させるものとすることも可能である。

また、本発明は、前記第１の構成のメッセージサーバーにおいて、ギフト目的に従ってサービス期間（例えば、ギフト目的がクリスマスプレゼントである場合には、通常サービス期間が１２月２５日迄で設定される）が設定され、前記サービス期間限定で行なわれるギフトメッセージ配送サービスについて、前記サービス期間と前記サービス期間でギフトメッセージ配送サービスを行なうギフト目的との対応を設定するサービス期間設定手段を備え、前記サービスＩＤデータ作成手段は、前記ギフトのギフト目的それぞれのサービスＩＤデータ又は前記サービス期間毎のサービスＩＤデータを作成し、前記サービスＩＤリストは、前記サービス期間設定手段で設定された前記サービス期間毎に、前記ギフト目的又は前記サービス期間とそれらの前記サービスＩＤとを対応させたリストであることを特徴とする請求項１に記載のメッセージサーバー（第２の構成）を提供することにより、前記課題を達成せんとするものである。

更に、本発明は、前記サービス期間設定手段で設定された前記対応に基づいて、各サービス期間に限定する前記ギフト目的のサービスＩＤでメッセージが登録されていない未登録サービスＩＤを検出する未登録サービスＩＤ検出手段と、前記未登録サービスＩＤ検出手段で前記未登録サービスＩＤが検出された場合に、前記サービスＩＤリスト送信手段で送信した宅配事業者端末へ警告を出力する警告出力手段とを備えることを特徴とする請求項２に記載のメッセージサーバー（第３の構成）を提供することにより、前記課題を達成せんとするものである。

前記プログラム製品とは、プログラムを備えた又はプログラムが物理的に存在する各種製品をいい、該当する製品としては、プログラムによる前記各機能を実現する記憶媒体、サーバーシステムコンピュータ、インターネットコンピュータ、コンピュータシステム、コンピュータ、その他の製品が挙げられる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の好適な実施の形態について、図１乃至５を参照して詳細に説明する。なお、本実施形態のメッセージ配送システムは、ギフトについてのメッセージ配送システムである。

図１は、本実施形態のメッセージ配送システムの概略構成を表した図である。この図１に示されるように、本実施形態のメッセージ配送システムは、本発明のメッセージサーバー１の一実施形態としてのＷＷＷサーバー１０、メール・サーバー１１、ＣＴＩサーバー１２、データベース・サーバー１３、ファイル・サーバー１４、及びパーソナル・コンピュータ１５と、メッセージサーバー１にインターネット６を介して接続され、データを送受信するとともに、送信するデータや受信したデータを処理する宅配事業者端末２としての宅配便集配管理サーバー２０及びパーソナル・コンピュータ２１と、宅配事業者端末２にインターネット６を介して接続され、データを送受信するとともに、送信するデータや受信したデータを処理するギフト配送者端末としてのハンディ・ターミナル３０と、メッセージサーバー１にインターネット６又は公衆電話交換網７を介して接続される、ギフト贈答者端末４としての携帯電話４０、パーソナル・コンピュータ４１、又は電話４２と、メッセージサーバー１にインターネット６又は公衆電話交換網７を介して接続される、ギフト受取者端末５としての携帯電話５０、パーソナル・コンピュータ５１、又は電話５２とを含んでいる。

ＷＷＷサーバー１０は、ＷＷＷサーバープログラム及びメッセージサーバープログラムを実行し、インターネット６を介して宅配事業者端末２へ、ギフトメッセージ配送サービスのサービスＩＤを示すサービスＩＤリストの送信処理を行ない、宅配事業者端末２から、ギフトメッセージ配送サービス用宅配伝票番号とサービスＩＤの対応を示すマッチングリストの受信処理を行ない、宅配事業者端末２からギフトの配送を完了した伝票番号通知の受信処理を行ない、ギフト受取者端末５へ、ギフト受取者宛のメッセージである静止画や動画等の送信処理を行なう。

メール・サーバー１１は、メール・サーバープログラム及びメッセージサーバープログラムを実行し、インターネット６を介してギフト贈答者端末４から、ギフト受取者宛のメッセージが添付された電子メールの受信処理を行なう。

ＣＴＩサーバー１２は、ＣＴＩサーバープログラム及びメッセージサーバープログラムを実行し、公衆電話交換網７を介してギフト贈答者端末４から、ギフト受取者宛のメッセージである音声の受信処理を行ない、ギフト受取者端末５へ、受取者宛のメッセージである音声の送信処理を行なう。

ファイル・サーバー１４は、ＷＷＷサーバー１０又はＣＴＩサーバー１２から送信される受取者宛の各種メッセージを保存している。そして、ＷＷＷサーバー１０に含まれる各種プログラムと、データベース・サーバー１３に含まれるデータベースサーバープログラムに従って、データの格納、更新、検索、及びＷＷＷサーバー１０への出力が行なわれるようになっている。

本実施形態においては、ＷＷＷサーバー１０は、ギフトメッセージ配送サービスについてのサービスＩＤデータを作成し、作成したサービスＩＤのデータをデータベース・サーバー１３に格納し、インターネット６に接続される宅配事業者端末からの要求に応じ、作成したサービスＩＤデータに基づいて、サービスＩＤのリストを宅配事業者端末２へ向けて送信し、宅配事業者端末２から発信されるギフトメッセージ配送サービス用宅配伝票番号とサービスＩＤのマッチングリストを、インターネット６を介して受信し、受信したマッチングリストに基づいて、マッチングリストについてのデータを作成し、作成したマッチングデータをデータベース・サーバー１３に格納し、宅配業者端末２からのギフト配送完了伝票番号通知に応じ、データベース・サーバー１３に格納されるマッチングデータに基づいて、配送完了伝票番号のサービスＩＤのメッセージを視聴する視聴要求を、インターネット６に接続されるギフト受取者端末５から受付可能にし、ギフト受取者端末５からの受取伝票のサービスＩＤでのメッセージ視聴要求に応じ、ファイル・サーバー１４に格納されるメッセージを、ギフト受取者端末５へ向けて送信するメッセージサーバーとして機能する。

本実施形態においては、メール・サーバー１１は、インターネット６に接続されるギフト贈答者端末４から発信されるギフト発送伝票記載のサービスＩＤでのメッセージを、インターネット６を介して受信し、受信したメッセージをファイル・サーバー１４に格納するメッセージサーバーとして機能する。

本実施形態においては、ＣＴＩサーバー１２は、公衆電話交換網７に接続されるギフト贈答者端末４から発信されるギフト発送伝票記載のサービスＩＤでのメッセージを、公衆電話交換網７を介して受信し、受信したメッセージをファイル・サーバー１４に格納し、ギフト受取者端末５からの受取伝票のサービスＩＤでのメッセージ視聴要求に応じ、ファイル・サーバー１４に格納されるメッセージを、ギフト受取者端末５へ向けて送信するメッセージサーバーとして機能する。

本実施形態において、メール・サーバー１１がギフト贈答者端末４から受信するギフト発送伝票記載のサービスＩＤでのメッセージは、静止画や動画等が添付された電子メールであり、ＣＴＩサーバー１２がギフト贈答者端末４から受信するギフト発送伝票記載のサービスＩＤでのメッセージは、音声のメッセージである。

また、ＷＷＷサーバー１０は、作成したサービスＩＤに基づいてデータベース・サーバー１３に格納されるサービスＩＤデータを作成し新たに格納してデータベース・サーバー１３のサービスＩＤデータを更新する。

そして、宅配事業者端末２からの要求があると、データベース・サーバー１３に格納されるサービスＩＤデータを呼び出し、このサービスＩＤデータに基づいてサービスＩＤリストを作成し、宅配事業者端末２へ向けて送信する。

そして、宅配事業者端末２からギフトメッセージ配送サービス用宅配伝票番号とサービスＩＤのマッチングリストを受信すると、受信したマッチングリストに基づいてデータベース・サーバー１３に格納されるマッチングデータを新たに格納してデータベース・サーバー１３のマッチングデータを更新する。本実施形態においては、サービスＩＤリスト及びマッチングリストは、テーブル構造のデータである。
