Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a plate spring type tensioner device in which a chain transmission guide and a tensioner are integrated without a dedicated lubrication for the tensioner.
[0002]
[Prior art]
General tensioner devices are roughly classified into hydraulic, spring (spring type), and fixed types, and the hydraulic type projects the plunger by applying hydraulic pressure to support the tensioner lever that guides the chain. Although functioning, the processing cost of the oil supply path is increased and the volume of the oil pump is increased, so that a spring type tensioner device that does not require oil supply is often attached. There is also a fixed tensioner device, but this is not desirable because the initial tension rapidly decreases as the chain stretches.
[0003]
By the way, a slight dimensional error associated with the production of the chain exists, and a dimensional error also exists in the distance between the sprockets around which the chain is wound. The chain slack amount on the slack side of the chain changes by about 2% of the distance between the shafts for the error of the chain length tolerance of about 0 to 0.15%. For this reason, since the pressing force of the tensioner device that presses the slack side of the chain decreases, the necessary pressing force cannot be obtained from the initial stage of installation unless the initial pressing force is designed to be large. That is, the tensioner device can be attached based on a large allowable error, but in the case of a chain with a small error, the spring is greatly elastically deformed and the initial pressing force becomes too large. Then, the friction accompanying the pressing force increases, making it difficult to drive the chain and reducing the transmission efficiency.
[0004]
The relationship between the chain length error and the amount of slack is generally expressed by the following equation.
L ≒ l (1 + 8f 2 / 3l 2 )
l: distance between axes, f: amount of slack,
L: Chain length between the two sprockets on the slack side As can be seen from the above formula, it can be seen that as f / l increases, the chain length between the two sprockets on the slack side increases. And when this expression is graphed, it becomes as follows.
[0005]
“Adjustment device for chain drive system” according to Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-118006 is for removing slack due to an assembly error or a manufacturing error in a chain drive system. A plurality of springs that are provided in the block and a snubber member having an engaging member that comes into contact with the chain and that operate between the block and the snubber member and press the snubber member toward the extended position side. In this case, the snubber member is biased toward the extended position by the spring member, so that initial calibration or initial adjustment for removing or adjusting manufacturing and assembly errors can be achieved. The snubber member is fixed at a predetermined position of the block after the position adjustment for taking the error.
[0006]
However, the above-mentioned “adjustment device for chain drive system” has a complicated structure, and the production cost becomes high. This device is characterized by the removal of slack on the tension side, but on the tension side, since the chain tension is large and there is an influence of reaction force, the shoe cannot be protruded greatly. However, if a weak pressing force is applied, the chain is rebounded and the purpose of damping the chain cannot be achieved. On the contrary, if the pressing force is increased, the transmission efficiency is reduced and the life due to wear is shortened.
[0007]
Therefore, it is preferable to use a system in which the slack side is pressed and the tension side is damped by a fixed shoe along the chain. However, there is a drawback that manufacturing errors are concentrated on the slack side, and the change in the slack amount becomes large. On the other hand, the snubber member (base) to which the shoe is attached is a member having an L-shaped cross section, and the rivet functioning as a coil spring and a guide supports the snubber member. If the moving surface becomes rough and the coefficient of friction increases, it becomes difficult to move.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, the conventional spring tensioner device has the above-described problems. The problems to be solved by the present invention are these problems. When the amount of looseness of the chain is increased by absorbing the change in the amount of looseness of the chain due to assembly errors or manufacturing errors, the initial set state is increased. A leaf spring type tensioner device that can follow the above is provided.
[0009]
[Means for solving the problems]
The leaf spring type tensioner device according to the present invention has a base plate for a tension side shoe to which a tension side shoe is attached to one side of the base plate, and a base plate for the side shoe to which a slack side shoe is attached to the other side. ing. The base plate for the slack side shoe is slidable, and an adjustment screw is connected for this purpose.
[0010]
By rotating the adjustment screw, the slack side shoe base plate slides and is locked so as not to loosen at a predetermined position. A bow-shaped plate spring is attached to the base plate for the slack side shoe, and the slack side shoe is attached to the plate spring. Accordingly, the spring force of the leaf spring acts on the chain, preventing the chain from slackening and suppressing vibration and pulsation. Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0011]

As shown in FIG. 1, in the leaf spring type tensioner device, the tension side shoe plate for attaching the tension side shoe and the slack side shoe plate for attaching the slack side shoe are connected by an adjustment screw, and the adjustment screw is turned. 【The invention's effect】
The leaf spring type tensioner device of the present invention includes a tension side shoe and a slack side shoe, and can regulate both the tension side and the slack side of the chain. The tension side shoe plate for attaching the tension side shoe and the slack side shoe plate for attaching the slack side shoe are attached to the base plate, and the slack side shoe plate can be slid and positioned via the adjusting screw.
[0023]
Therefore, according to the slack amount generated based on the chain manufacturing dimensional error or the slack amount based on the dimensional error of the distance between the sprockets, the tension side shoe is arranged at a predetermined position along the tension side chain. It becomes possible to adjust the position of the slack side shoe in accordance with the slack amount of the slack side chain. That is, the slack side shoe plate is slid by turning the adjusting screw. Therefore, the extension of the chain in use can be dealt with by the spring deformation of the leaf spring, and the vibration and pulsation of the chain can be suppressed.
[0024]
On the other hand, the base plate is attached with a tension side shoe plate and a slack side shoe plate having a substantially U-shaped cross section, so that the base plate is reinforced and becomes a plate spring tensioner device having high strength and rigidity.
