【0018】
対処者携帯端末5は、無線通信機能を有するPDA(Personal Digital Assistance)にて構成され、警備センタ3からの対処指示信号を受信する。

[Field of the Invention]
The present invention relates to a self-contained security system in which, when an abnormality occurs in a monitoring target, an abnormal signal is reported to a mobile phone possessed by the user and the user basically responds to the abnormality. If the security system cannot respond abnormally, it relates to a security system that can request a security company to respond.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in Patent Document 1, when a home alarm is detected by a security alarm, a fire alarm, a surveillance camera, etc. installed in a home, a mobile phone owned by the resident or a local resident's agent terminal Therefore, a local self-defense security system for reporting abnormalities has been proposed.
This local self-defense security system tries to ensure the security of the home while helping each other in the area without using a security company. When an abnormality actually occurs, it is a system in which a resident or a specific neighbor can also request a response from the security company.
[0003]
Patent Document 2 is an online security system provided by a security company. When an abnormality occurs in the house during a security set, a countermeasure vehicle guidance device (guide light) installed outdoors is activated. The system is described. The coping person of the security company can quickly arrive at the house where the abnormality has occurred, using the countermeasure vehicle guidance device as a mark.
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2002-216271 A [Patent Document 2]
JP 59-3600 A
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In such a conventional self-contained security system, residents or neighbors basically respond, so these people know the location of the home where the abnormality has occurred and it is difficult to reach the home. There is nothing. However, the security company cooperator who responds to the request from the resident etc. does not necessarily know the house where the abnormality occurred, and is moving while checking the information such as the address. There was a problem that it took time to identify the house even after arriving.
[0006]
Also, as in Patent Document 2, if a self-contained security system is constructed in which the countermeasure vehicle guidance device is activated at the same time as the occurrence of an abnormality, a special response can be made by looking at the image sent by the resident to the mobile phone. Even if it is determined to be unnecessary, the operation of the countermeasure vehicle guidance device continues, so it is necessary for residents to return home and normalize the system. If it does not normalize, the operation of the response vehicle guidance device will continue, so for example, the abnormal lamp will continue to blink, and if the neighbor thinks suspiciously and contacts the police or rings the bell, it will be annoying to the neighborhood there were. If this happens frequently, neighbors will be insensitive to abnormal lamp lighting, and this will have a negative impact on crime prevention cooperation in the area.
[0007]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to enable a person in charge of a security company to be promptly and appropriately guided even by a self-contained security system.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve such a problem, the present invention provides a home server for reporting an abnormality to a user's portable terminal via a network when an abnormality occurs in a monitoring target, and the home via the network based on a request from the portable terminal. A security system comprising a security center that sets a server in a handling state, and when the home server is set in a handling state, provides a security system that operates a guidance display device for guiding a coping person to a monitoring target. To do.
With this configuration, the home server activates the guidance display device when the security company directs the coping person to the monitoring target. If there is no need to activate the guidance display device, such as when the user takes action even if an abnormality occurs or when the user does not do anything, the guidance display device does not activate. As a result, the guidance display device can be controlled at an appropriate timing.
[0009]
As a preferred aspect of the present invention, the security center releases the handling status of the home server via the network when receiving a handling end report from the handling person, and the home server guides the guidance when the handling status is released. Stop the display device.
As a result, it is possible to notify the outside of the abnormality in accordance with the coping state of the monitoring area.
[0010]
The second invention includes a step of determining that the coping state has been set, a step of starting the guidance display device when set to the coping state, a step of determining that the coping state has been released, and a coping state A security program is provided that includes at least a step of stopping the guidance display device when is released.
By introducing such a security program into a self-contained security system, it is possible to quickly proceed with a response by a security center operator.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a home security system to which a security system according to the present invention is applied will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a configuration diagram showing the overall configuration of the home security system.

The cellular phone 4 is possessed by a person using the home security system and has at least an electronic mail function, a telephone call function, and an image transmission / reception function. The mobile phone 4 receives from the home server 10 a notification mail including a later-described countermeasure code and an abnormal image, and displays the abnormality content on the display unit. When the user confirms this display and requests the security center 3 to deal with it, the notification mail received by the predetermined operation is transferred to the security center 3. On the other hand, if a request for handling is unnecessary, it is left untouched or left untouched.
[0014]
The security center 3 is a server system managed by a security company, and is composed of a database system, a display system, and an instruction system, and constantly monitors a monitoring target for which a controller has received a response request.
[0015]
The database system stores and manages information (profile information) of each user to be dealt with in the security center 3. That is, the user's name, address, telephone number, IP address of the
[0016]
The display system displays the user information of the database system, the response status to the response request, the monitoring target image requested for the response, etc. on the display based on the operation of the controller or the reception of the request signal.
[0017]
The instruction system transmits a countermeasure instruction signal to the coordinator mobile terminal 5 possessed by the cooperator corresponding to the countermeasure request, and transmits a countermeasure code to the
[0018]
The coping person portable terminal 5 is configured by a PDA (Personal Digital Assistance) having a wireless communication function, and receives a coping instruction signal from the security center 3. The handling instruction signal includes information about the user who is the handling destination, that is, an address to be monitored, a user name, an image at the time of abnormality, and the like. These are displayed on the display unit of the coping person portable terminal 5 and transmit a signal to the security center 3 that the coping request has been received by the coping person's operation. When the countermeasure is completed, a countermeasure end signal is transmitted to the security center 3.
[0019]
Next, the indoor system 1 will be described.
