Description

【0001】
【0020】
上記木質繊維板2は、比重0.6〜0.9、厚さが1.0〜2.5mm(板状基材1の1/2〜1/5程度の厚さ)のものである。
【0021】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention belongs to a technical field related to a wooden decorative board excellent in decorativeness and workability and a method for producing the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a wooden decorative board used for a decorative flooring or the like, the upper edge corner is chamfered obliquely, or the decorative face has a V-shaped cross section in the vertical direction, the horizontal direction, or both directions on the decorative board surface. What formed the graben is well known.
[0003]
However, since the above-mentioned slant chamfered one or V-shaped decorative joint groove does not have a soft feeling, for example, as shown in JP-A-7-88992, the upper edge corner of the decorative plate Has been proposed that is formed into a curved surface. In this proposal, for example, when adjacent decorative plates are joined together by actual bonding, joint grooves with curved surfaces on both sides are formed between both decorative plates. Can be improved.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, when the curved surface portion is processed on the upper edge corner or the like of the decorative plate as described above, there is a disadvantage that the curved surface portion becomes rough, so that the curved surface portion is made smooth by grinding. Therefore, it has been attempted to smooth the curved surface portion by using a grinding means such as a grinding brush.
[0005]
However, if only the curved surface portion is provided at the upper edge corner of the wooden decorative board as in the above proposed example, the position of the brush blade edge is not stable, and the brush moves not only to the curved surface portion but also to the surface. In some cases, the surface may be partially scraped, and the boundary between the horizontal surface and the curved surface, which is the surface, becomes warm or irregular, and the cosmetic appearance is impaired.
[0006]
In addition, since the horizontal surface and the curved surface portion are continuous, particularly when a shallow joint groove having a depth of less than 1 mm is provided, the boundary between the horizontal surface and the curved surface portion is inconspicuous and the decorative value becomes poor. There is also a drawback.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of such points, and its purpose is to grind the curved surface portion of the upper edge corner by improving the shape and structure of the upper edge corner of the decorative plate as described above. In addition to grinding only the curved surface portion so that the surface is not scraped, the boundary between the horizontal surface and the curved surface portion, which is the surface, is clarified to enhance the decorative value.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, in the present invention, in addition to the curved side wall, a straight rising side wall extending substantially perpendicularly from the upper end of the upper edge corner of the decorative plate is formed.
[0009]
Specifically, in the invention of claim 1, as a wooden decorative board provided with a decorative layer on the surface of the wooden substrate, a linear rising side wall is formed at the upper edge corner of the wooden decorative board, and the rising side wall It is assumed that an outwardly bulged curved side wall is formed downward from the lower end.
[0010]
According to this configuration, since the straight rising side wall is provided at the upper edge corner portion of the wooden decorative board, and the curved side wall is formed below the rising side wall, the curved side wall is ground with a grinding means such as a brush. When grinding, the rising side wall serves as a guide for the grinding means, so that the surface that is a horizontal surface is not ground, and the curved side wall can be surely made smooth.
[0011]
Further, the rising side wall clearly separates the horizontal surface and the curved side wall, which is the surface, so that the decorative board can have a decorative appearance with a good decorativeness with the curved side wall emphasized.
[0012]
In the invention of claim 2, in addition to the configuration of the invention of claim 1, that is, the straight rising side wall and the curved side wall of the outer bulge, it further extends in the horizontal direction from the lower end of the curved side wall of the outer bulge. It is assumed that a bottom surface is formed.
[0013]
This bottom surface serves as a guide for the grinding means such as the blade edge of the brush and does not grind to the vertical surface which is the end surface of the decorative plates. When the decorative plates are joined together, the vertical surfaces are unevenly ground on the curved side walls. It can join in the state without a gap by.
[0014]
In addition, when the upper edge corner is formed on a curved side wall as in the case of a conventional decorative plate, when the decorative plates are joined to each other due to variations in processing accuracy of the decorative plate end surfaces, Irregular gaps may occur, and such a gap is not preferable for decoration. However, in the invention of claim 2, the bottom always appears due to the presence of the bottom surface, and the irregular gap due to the variation in the processing accuracy of the decorative plate end surface is conspicuous due to the presence of the bottom surface. Can be eliminated. In addition, the curved side wall can be more clearly revealed by the presence of both the bottom and the rising side wall, and the decorative appearance can be further improved.
[0015]
In the invention of claim 3, the substrate corresponding to the upper edge corner of the decorative board is formed of a wood fiber board having a specific gravity of 0.6 or more. Such a fine wood fiber board having a specific gravity of 0.6 or more has little vertical and horizontal directionality like plywood. Therefore, by using it on the substrate corresponding to the upper edge corner of the decorative board, a bolus cross section of a conduit, temporary conduit, or wood fiber at the upper edge corner in a direction perpendicular to the direction of the fiber, such as plywood. Appear, or the fibers are not cut cleanly and become fuzzy, so that the surface becomes less rough, and the curved side wall can be cut or ground better.
[0016]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the present invention, a decorative joint groove is provided in the center of the surface of the wooden decorative board in a direction parallel to at least one of the vertical and horizontal directions of the decorative board. Both side walls of the graben are formed from straight rising side walls and arcuate side walls having an outward bulge formed continuously downward from the lower ends of the rising side walls. Thus, the cross-sectional shape of the decorative joint groove becomes the same shape as the joint groove formed when the decorative plates of the invention of claim 1 are joined together. That is, when the decorative joint groove has a shape different from the joint groove of the joint portion, only the joint groove of the joint plate between the decorative plates has a curved surface shape.
[0017]
In the invention of claim 5, in the invention of claim 2, as in the invention of claim 4, the makeup that is continuous in a direction parallel to at least one of the longitudinal and lateral directions of the decorative board at the center of the surface of the wooden decorative board. A joint groove is provided, and both side walls of the decorative joint groove include a straight rising side wall, a curved side wall having an outward bulge formed continuously downward from the lower end of the rising side wall, and the curved side wall. It shall be formed from the horizontal bottom face located between lower parts. Thus, the cross-sectional shape of the decorative joint groove becomes the same shape as the joint groove formed when the decorative plates of the invention of claim 2 are joined together, and the joint between the decorative plates becomes difficult to understand.
[0018]
A sixth aspect of the present invention is a method for producing the wood decorative board. In this invention, the upper edge corner of the wooden decorative board provided with a decorative layer on the surface of the wooden substrate, the straight rising side wall by cutting and the curved surface of the outward bulge that continues downward from the lower end of the rising side wall The curved side wall is ground into a smooth surface using the side wall surface of the rising side wall as a guide. According to this invention, compared with the case where a wooden decorative board is press-molded, continuous production can be performed quickly using cutting and grinding, and the productivity of the wooden decorative board is good.
[0019]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
(Embodiment 1)
FIG. 2 shows a wooden decorative board A according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. This decorative board A is used as, for example, a decorative flooring material, and a wooden fiber board 2 is provided on the surface of a plate-like substrate 1 such as plywood. The wood substrate 3 is bonded, and the surface decorative layer 4 such as a veneer is bonded to and integrated with the upper surface (surface) of the wood substrate 3.
[0020]
The wood fiber board 2 has a specific gravity of 0.6 to 0.9 and a thickness of 1.0 to 2.5 mm (a thickness of about 1/2 to 1/5 of the plate-like substrate 1).
[0021]
The veneer constituting the surface decorative layer 4 is a hardwood veneer such as oak, beech, tamo, elm, sen, hippopotamus, zelkova, etc., or a softwood veneer such as hinoki, pine, or tsuga having a thickness of 0.2-3 mm. Yes, before being bonded to the substrate 3, it is immersed in a synthetic resin liquid such as an unsaturated polyester resin liquid or an acrylic resin liquid, or the synthetic resin liquid is applied to the veneer and impregnated and impregnated into the veneer. You may perform the process to make.
[0022]
Specifically, for example, a 9 mm thick plywood is used as the base material 1 and a 2.0 mm thick medium density fiber board (MDF) is used as the wood fiber board 2. A single plate made of 5 mm oak material may be used. Moreover, a cushion material can also be provided on the back surface of the wooden decorative board A.
[0023]
One of the pair of left and right side surfaces along the length direction of the plate-like substrate 1 in each of the decorative boards A so that the plurality of wooden decorative boards A, A,. The side surface (left side in the figure) has a female real part 6 formed by cutting out the central portion in the thickness direction of the side surface into a groove shape, and the other side (right side in the figure) has the front and back sides of the side surface. The male part 7 which is notched is formed, respectively, and as shown in FIG. 1, by fitting the male part 7 of the adjacent decorative board A to the female part 6 on the side of the decorative board A, both makeups The plates A, A are arranged side by side in the left-right direction and joined together.
[0024]
In each of the decorative plates A, the straight rising side wall 8 and the curved side wall 9 are respectively provided on the upper edge corners of the left and right side parts along the length direction at the same height position on the left and right side parts. It is provided in order from the upper side over the range of the decorative layer 4 or the wood fiber board 2. Each of the rising side walls 8 extends from the surface (upper surface) of the decorative board A in the vertical direction substantially orthogonal thereto. On the other hand, the curved side wall 9 is an outward bulge consisting of an arc surface that is continuous downward from the lower end of the rising side wall 8 and protrudes in a substantially arc shape in cross section toward the outer side in the left-right direction of the decorative board A. The end is continuous with the side surface of the wood fiber board 2 (decorative board A).
[0025]
As shown in FIG. 1, when the decorative plates A and A are joined together by actual connection, the rising side walls 8 and 8 and the curved side walls 9 and 9 of the decorative plates A and A face the left and right sides. The ground groove 12 is formed, and the right and left side walls of the joint groove 12 are composed of a straight rising side wall composed of the rising side walls 8 and 8 of both decorative plates A and A and a curved side wall 9 and 9 of the decorative plates A and A. The outer side wall is formed of an arcuate side wall having an outward bulge that is continuously formed downward from the lower end of the rising side wall and gradually increases in width toward the opening side (upper side) of the joint groove 12.
[0026]
Further, at the center of the surface of the decorative board A, there are a plurality of decorative joint grooves 14, 14,... Extending parallel to the longitudinal direction of the wooden decorative board A and extending from the surface decorative layer 4 to the wooden fiber board 2. Is provided. Each of the decorative joint grooves 14 has substantially the same cross-sectional shape as the joint groove 12 formed at the joint portion between the decorative plates A and A (see FIG. 1), and both side walls of each of the decorative joint grooves 14 are straight lines. Formed from a lower end of the rising side wall 14a and an arcuate side wall 14b having an outward bulge that is continuously formed downward from the lower end of the rising side wall 14a and bulges downward toward the center in the width direction of the decorative joint groove 14. Has been.
[0027]
A cutting tool such as a combination cutter, saw, or router is used for cutting the decorative plate A. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the curved side wall 9 at the upper edge corner of the decorative plate A is ground to a smooth surface while the cutting edge is guided by the side wall surface of the rising side wall 8 by the brush B of the grinding device. (Similarly, the arc-shaped side wall 14b is ground while guiding the cutting edge of the brush B with the side wall surface of the side wall 14a).
[0028]
The decorative joint grooves 14 can also be formed in the width direction of the decorative board A. That is, what is necessary is just to form so that it may continue in the direction parallel to at least one of the vertical direction of the decorative board A, or a horizontal direction.
[0029]
The surface of the surface decorative layer 4 and the inner surface of the decorative joint groove 14 are continuously coated with, for example, a urethane synthetic resin transparent paint to form a coating film.
[0030]
Therefore, in this embodiment, when arranging a plurality of wooden decorative boards A, A,... On a floor base material not shown as a decorative floor material, for example, the female fruit on one side of the adjacent decorative boards A, A By fitting the male part 7 of the other decorative plate A to the portion 6, both decorative plates A, A are joined in a line in the horizontal direction, and between the decorative plates A, A A joint groove 12 is formed. At that time, since the curved side wall 9 made of an arc surface projecting outward is provided at the upper edge corner of each decorative plate A, the joint groove 12 formed between the decorative plates A and A is provided. Is a joint groove 12 having curved surfaces on both side surfaces by the curved side walls 9 and 9, and can improve soft feeling and walking feeling.
[0031]
Moreover, since the joint groove | channel 14, 14, ... of the substantially same cross-sectional shape as the joint groove 12 of the junction part between the said decorative plates A and A is formed also in the center part of the surface of each decorative board A, soft feeling or The feeling of walking can be further improved.
[0032]
Further, since the straight rising side wall 8 is formed above the curved side wall 9 at the upper edge corner of the decorative plate A, the curved side wall 9 is formed on the brush B of the grinding apparatus as shown in FIG. When grinding with the cutting edge, the side surface of the rising side wall 8 serves as a guide for the brush B, and the cutting edge of the brush B is ground while being guided by the rising side wall 8, and the cutting edge of the brush B passes over the rising side wall 8. It does not move to a horizontal surface and grind the surface. As a result, the curved side wall 9 can be efficiently and reliably ground to a smooth surface.
[0033]
In addition, since the portion of the substrate 3 corresponding to the upper edge corner of the decorative board A is made of the wood fiber board 2 having a specific gravity of 0.6 or more, the wood fiber board 2 has less vertical and horizontal directions than the plywood, In particular, a bolus section of a conduit, temporary conduit, or wood fiber appears at the corner of the upper edge perpendicular to the direction of the fiber, or the fiber at the corner of the upper edge is fluffed without being cut cleanly. Therefore, the curved side wall 9 can be prevented from becoming a rough surface, and the curved side wall 9 can be cut or ground more favorably.
[0034]
Further, since the rising side wall 8 is interposed between the horizontal surface which is the surface and the curved side wall 9, the horizontal surface and the curved side wall 9 are clearly separated by the rising side wall 8. The appearance of A can be made into a decorative appearance with good decorativeness with the curved side wall 9 emphasized.
[0035]
Furthermore, since each joint groove 14 at the center of the surface of each decorative plate A has substantially the same cross-sectional shape as the joint groove 12 at the joint between the decorative plates A and A, the joint between the decorative plates A and A is provided. It becomes difficult to distinguish between the groove 12 and the makeup joint grooves 14, 14,... At the center of the surface of each decorative plate A, and the appearance of the decorative plate A can be improved.
[0036]
(Embodiment 2)
4 and 5 show the second embodiment (in the following embodiments, the same parts as those in FIGS. 1 to 3 are denoted by the same reference numerals and detailed description thereof is omitted), and decorative plates A and A are shown. The shape of the joint groove 12 and each joint groove 14 formed between them is changed.
[0037]
That is, in this embodiment, in addition to the rising side wall 8 and the curved side wall 9, a bottom surface 10 extending substantially horizontally from the lower end of the curved side wall 9 is provided at the upper edge corner of the wooden decorative board A.
[0038]
In addition, each decorative joint groove 14 at the center of the surface of the decorative plate A is formed such that both side walls thereof are continuous from the straight rising side walls 14a, 14a and the lower ends of the rising side walls 14a, 14a downward. It is formed from arcuate side walls 14b, 14b of outer bulges and a horizontal bottom surface 14c located between the lower portions of the arcuate side walls 14b, 14b. Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment.
[0039]
Therefore, also in this embodiment, the same operational effects as those of the first embodiment can be obtained. In addition, since a bottom surface 10 extending in the horizontal direction from the lower end of the outwardly bulging curved side wall 9 is formed at the upper edge corner of the decorative board A, the curved surface is formed by the brush B in the same manner as described above. When the side wall 9 is ground (see FIG. 3), the cutting edge of the brush B can be guided by the bottom surface 10 and no longer grinds to the vertical surface that is the end surface of the decorative plate A, and the decorative plates A and A are joined together. Can be joined in a state where there is no gap due to uneven grinding of the curved side walls 9, 9.
[0040]
Further, in the joined state between the decorative plates A and A, the bottoms 10 always appear in the joint grooves 12 due to the presence of the bottom surface 10, and irregular gaps due to variations in the processing accuracy of the end surfaces of the decorative plates A are left. It can be made inconspicuous by the presence of eyes. That is, the curved side wall 9 can appear more clearly due to the presence of both the bottom and the rising side wall 8 by the bottom surface 10, and the decorative appearance can be further improved.
[0041]
Further, since a bottom surface 10 extending substantially horizontally from the lower end of the curved side wall 9 is provided at the upper edge corner of each decorative plate A, the joint groove 12 between the decorative plates A and A is provided on the bottom surface 10. It is formed in the joint groove with the bottom. For this reason, this joint floor becomes conspicuous, and after such construction, as shown by a virtual line in FIG. 4, it is assumed that a gap 16 is generated between the decorative plates A and A due to the dimensional change of the decorative plate A. However, as the joint bottom becomes more conspicuous, the gap 16 becomes less conspicuous and the appearance of the joint can be improved.
[0042]
Further, even when dust or dust falls in the joint groove 12 between the decorative plates A and A in a state where the gap 16 is generated between the decorative plates A and A as described above, the size of the dust or the like is large. The portion stays on the joint bottom (on the bottom surface 10, 10 of the joint groove 12), and any dust collected on the joint bottom becomes harder to be pushed into the joint gap 16, and dust etc. can be easily removed from the joint groove 12. It can be removed to facilitate cleaning.
[0043]
(Embodiment 3)
6 and 7 show the third embodiment. In the second embodiment, the bottom surfaces 10 and 10 are provided on both the left and right upper edge corners of the decorative board A, whereas the left and right upper edge angles of the decorative board A are shown. For example, the bottom surface 10 is provided only on one end side having the male part 7, for example. In this case, the joint bottom of the joint groove 12 at the joint portion of the decorative plate A is formed only by the bottom surface 10 on the one side. The rest of the configuration is the same as that of the second embodiment, and therefore, this embodiment can provide substantially the same effects as those of the second embodiment.
[0044]
In each of the above embodiments, the substrate 3 of the wooden decorative board A is formed by adhering the wooden fiberboard 2 to the surface of the plate-like base material 1 such as plywood. You may form from. Of course, the present invention can also be applied to a wooden decorative board used for purposes other than a decorative flooring.
[0045]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the straight rising side wall is formed at the upper edge corner of the wooden decorative board having the decorative layer provided on the surface of the wooden substrate, and the lower end of the rising side wall is directed downward. A continuous outer bulging curved side wall was provided. In the invention of claim 2, a bottom surface extending in the horizontal direction from the lower end of the curved side wall is further formed. According to these inventions, when the curved side wall of the upper edge corner of the decorative plate is ground by the grinding means such as the blade edge of the brush, the rising side wall serves as a guide for the grinding means and is ground to the surface which is a horizontal plane. The curved side wall can be surely made smooth, and the decorative surface of the decorative board can be improved by clearly separating the horizontal surface and the curved side wall from the rising side wall.
[0046]
In particular, according to the second aspect of the present invention, the grinding means is guided by the bottom surface extending in the horizontal direction from the lower end of the curved side wall, so that it does not grind to the vertical surface which is the end surface of the decorative plate. The vertical surfaces when joining each other can be joined in a state where there is no gap due to uneven grinding of the curved side walls, and the bottom surface is sure to appear due to the existence of the bottom surface, so that the processing accuracy of the decorative plate end face is improved. The irregular gap between the lower parts of the curved side wall due to the variation is made inconspicuous by the presence of the bottom, and the curved side wall is more clearly revealed by the presence of both the bottom and the rising side wall, further enhancing the decorative appearance. This can be further improved.
[0047]
According to the invention of claim 3, by forming the substrate of the portion corresponding to the upper edge corner portion of the decorative board with a wood fiber board having a specific gravity of 0.6 or more, the curved side wall can be cut and processed better. It can be ground.
[0048]
In the invention of claim 4, a decorative joint groove that is continuous in a direction parallel to at least one of the vertical and horizontal directions of the decorative board is provided at the center of the surface of the wooden decorative board of the invention of claim 1, and the decorative joint groove Both side walls were formed from a straight rising side wall and an arcuate side wall of an outward bulge formed continuously downward from the lower end of the rising side wall. Further, in the invention of claim 5, a decorative joint groove that is continuous in a direction parallel to at least one of the longitudinal and horizontal directions of the decorative board is provided at the center of the surface of the wooden decorative board of the invention of claim 2, and this decorative eye is provided. Both side walls of the graben include a straight rising side wall, a curved side wall having an outward bulge formed continuously downward from the lower end of the rising side wall, and a horizontal bottom surface located between the lower portions of the curved side wall, Formed from. According to these inventions, the cross-sectional shape of the decorative joint groove at the center of the surface of the wooden decorative board is the same shape as the joint groove formed when the decorative boards are joined together, making it difficult to understand the joint between the decorative boards. Can do.
[0049]
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, as a method for manufacturing the above-mentioned wood decorative board, the wooden decorative board is press-molded by grinding the curved side wall into a smooth surface using the side wall surface of the rising side wall at the upper edge corner of the decorative board as a guide. Compared to the case, it can be continuously produced by cutting and grinding, and the productivity of the wood decorative board can be improved.
