Description
【0001】

【0031】
<請求項7>

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a body fluid absorbent article such as disposable paper diapers and sanitary napkins.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The body fluid absorbent article is basically provided between the liquid-permeable surface layer provided on the side facing the body skin, the leak-proof layer provided on the side away from the body skin, and the both. It has a body fluid absorbing part.
[0003]
In this case, various configurations of the body fluid-absorbing part are known, and as the absorbent material, mainly absorbent paper such as superabsorbent polymer, cotton-like pulp (fluff pulp), and crepe paper is used. With the recent development of superabsorbent polymer technology, it is possible to form a thinner body fluid-absorbing part, thus improving the fit of the absorbent part of the product to the body and reducing the leakage.
[0004]
The improvement in the absorption characteristics of this product is a demand for consumers to develop a new product that is thin but has a large absorption capacity and can withstand long wear.
[0005]
However, in order to satisfy this requirement, for example, in the case of urine, the bodily fluid-absorbing part must absorb all of the urine output multiple times. However, every time urination is repeated, the absorption rate of the body fluid-absorbing part is slowed down, and in particular, body fluid is often not absorbed up to the end in the longitudinal direction of the body fluid-absorbing part. This is because the diffusion of the body fluid in the vertical direction (longitudinal direction of the product) is insufficient and so-called gel blocking phenomenon occurs in which the expansion wetting is inhibited by the swelling of the superabsorbent polymer.
[0006]
As a technique for solving these phenomena, a technique for assisting the wetting and spreading in the vertical direction, such as JP-T2000-510031 and JP-T2000-510033, JP-T2000-510031, JP-T2000-510033 A technique for preventing gel blocking of a superabsorbent polymer, such as a gazette, a shape of the superabsorbent polymer, a device for incorporation, and a method for ensuring a space that swells by wetting are proposed.
[0007]
However, using either method is not a sufficient solution. Considering this cause anew, the body fluid-absorbing part of the conventional body fluid-absorbing article is vertically long and arranged along the longitudinal direction of the product, and the body fluid discharge site is designed to be located substantially at the center of the body fluid-absorbing part, It was assumed that the bodily fluid from the discharge site would spread (diffuse) to the longitudinal end. Therefore, as long as the diffusion of the body fluid in the longitudinal direction is not sufficient, the body fluid cannot be absorbed by the whole body fluid absorbent portion.
[0008]
On the other hand, in view of such problems, the present inventors consider that there is a limit to the diffusion of body fluid in the body fluid-absorbing part, and the excretion site is caused by the absorbent material contracting and moving due to contact with body fluid. Various proposals have been made on body fluid absorbent articles configured to renew the corresponding absorbent material parts and their improved technologies. Specifically, in addition to the following
[0009]
According to such prior art, the entire absorbent material is effectively used, and as a whole, the absorption capacity is large, and more than one bodily fluid can be absorbed sufficiently. Enables sex goods.
[0010]
These series of prior arts have proposed various absorbent materials having a shrinking function. Among them, a carrier made of a ribbon-like fiber aggregate sheet or the like is made to be easy to manufacture. There is a merit and it is one of the preferred forms (hereinafter referred to as the prior art absorber).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the absorbent material in which the superabsorbent polymer is held on a carrier made of a ribbon-like fiber aggregate sheet or the like, there is room for improvement with respect to the aforementioned gel blocking problem.
[0012]
Then, the main subject of this invention is providing the bodily fluid absorptive article which the gel blocking by spot absorption does not generate | occur | produce easily, and the update function of an absorber is exhibited more reliably.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention that has solved the above problems is as follows.
<Invention of
A liquid-permeable surface layer provided on the side facing the body skin, a leak-proof layer provided on the side away from the body skin, and provided between the twoIncluding body fluid excretion sitesHaving a body fluid absorbent part,
Absorbent material having an absorption retention function of body fluid and a contraction function by contact with body fluid in the body fluid absorptive partExtends along the longitudinal direction of the article,
The absorbent material is a body fluid absorbent member formed by holding a superabsorbent polymer in a carrier; It is formed by integrating a shrinkable material that shrinks by contact with body fluids,
The shrinkage range of the absorbent material is the whole longitudinal direction of the absorbent material including at least the excretion site or a part thereof,
Only one end in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent material is a fixed part fixed to the article, the other end is a free end,
From at least a position corresponding to the excretion site to a predetermined site on the fixed part side, between the body fluid absorbent member and the contractile material,Body fluid diffusion member in contact with the body fluid absorbent memberIs provided,
A bodily fluid absorbent article characterized by the above.
[0014]
(Function and effect)
In the bodily fluid absorbent article targeted by the present invention, bodily fluid that has passed through the surface layer is absorbed by the absorbent material, and at this time, the shrinkage function of the absorbent material is expressed. Thereby, an absorber moves.
[0015]
When a body fluid diffusion member that is in contact with the body fluid absorbent member is provided as in the absorbent material of the present invention, the body fluid supplied to the absorbent material is supplied to a wider range of superabsorbent polymers through the body fluid diffusion member. Therefore, according to the present invention, gel blocking due to spot absorption is less likely to occur, and the contraction function works smoothly.
Also,When the predetermined part of the absorbent material is fixed to the article, the absorbent material contracts toward the fixing part when absorbing the body fluid, and as a result, the part of the absorbent material that has absorbed the body fluid escapes from the body fluid discharge part. Instead, a new part of the absorbent material is positioned instead. That is, the absorption part of the absorbent material is updated with the discharge of the body fluid and changes its position with respect to the body fluid discharge site.
Furthermore, as in the present invention,A shrinkage function can be imparted by integrating a shrinkable material with the absorbent material. That is, the bodily fluid that has passed through the surface layer is absorbed by the absorbent material, and at this time, a part of the bodily fluid contacts the shrinkable material and the contact portion contracts. As a result, the whole absorbent material in which the shrinkable material is integrated shrinks.
[0016]
<Invention of
A plurality of wall members having a body fluid absorbent member that holds a superabsorbent polymer in a carrier and a body fluid diffusion member that contacts the body fluid absorbent member are disposed at predetermined intervals in the body fluid absorbent portion,
The body fluid absorbent article according to
[0017]
(Function and effect)
When the absorbent material is arranged between the wall members in this way, the pressure from the side facing the skin of the body is supported by these wall members, and the shrinkage space of the absorbent material and the body fluid distribution channel are secured between them. Even when the body pressure exerted on the absorbent material side by the adherend is high when worn, the shrinkage space of the absorbent material is ensured, and the reliable and efficient shrinkage of the absorbent material, as well as the efficient absorption of body fluids It becomes possible.
[0018]
Further, if the wall member has a body fluid absorbent member similar to the absorbent material (no contractile material), the body fluid absorbent member absorbs the body fluid incidentally, so that the wall member crosses the wall member. Wetting and spreading are suppressed, thereby promoting wetting and spreading in the direction along the wall member. In particular, when the body fluid absorbing member expands like a superabsorbent polymer, the wall member expands due to body fluid absorption, and the above function is reliably exhibited.
[0019]
However, the wall member having such a body fluid-absorbing member may cause gel blocking due to spot absorption as in the case of the absorbent material, and there is a possibility that various functions of the wall member are hindered. Therefore, in the invention according to
[0020]
<Invention of
The bodily fluid absorbent article according to
[0021]
(Function and effect)
In the case of a body fluid absorbent member that retains a superabsorbent polymer on the carrier as described above, if the polymer retention amount exceeds a certain level, the polymer will fall off the sheet during swelling due to body fluid absorption and stay in the vicinity of the excretion site, and the expected contraction There is a problem that the function is not exhibited.
[0022]
When the body fluid-absorbing member is enclosed in the bag body as described in
[0023]
However, in this case, the body fluid may be easily retained locally by the bag. Therefore, the present invention is suitable for such a case.
[0024]
<Invention of Claim 4>

[0027]
(Function and effect)
In particular, the amount of the superabsorbent polymer retained per unit area of the carrier at the portion where the superabsorbent polymer is retained on the carrier is 300 g / m.2When it is above, spot absorption is likely to occur during body fluid absorption, and gel blocking due to adhesion between polymers is remarkable. Therefore, the present invention is suitable for such a case, and even if a large amount of the superabsorbent polymer is held on the carrier, spot absorption hardly occurs, and contraction function inhibition due to this hardly occurs.
[0028]
In particular, when the body fluid-absorbing member is sealed in the bag body, the shrinkage function is not impaired even if the polymer falls off. Even if the carrier is held in a large amount and the absorption performance is improved, the contraction function is not easily inhibited by dropping of the polymer.

The body fluid absorbent article according to Item.
[0030]
(Function and effect)
The body fluid diffusing member of the present invention may be any body as long as the spot absorption is alleviated by the body fluid diffusibility compared to the case without the body fluid diffusion member. A fiber assembly sheet having a function is suitable. In addition, the measuring method of water retention ability is mentioned later.

[0053]
The material of the body fluid diffusion member ds of the present invention is not particularly limited as long as the spot absorption is relieved by the body fluid diffusibility compared to the case without the material, but for example, a synthetic fiber (rayon fiber having a hydrophilic surface) Or a synthetic fiber (rayon fiber, etc.) and a cellulosic fiber (pulp fiber, etc.) having a hydrophilic surface and a basis weight of 30 to 100 g / m.2, Especially 30-50g / m2And the water absorption of Klem after 10 minutes with physiological saline specified in JIS P 8141 is 100 mm or more, particularly 150 mm or more, and the water retention capacity is 6.0 g / g or more, particularly 7.0 g / g or more. A certain fiber assembly sheet can be used. In particular, a fiber aggregate in which a web of rayon fibers is entangled with a water jet, or a fiber aggregate in which pulp fibers are laminated on a web of rayon fibers and entangled with each other by a water jet is preferable.
[0054]
Here, “water retention ability” in the present invention is measured by the following procedures (1) to (6).
(1) Prepare a sample cut into a size of 110 mm long × 100 mm wide.
(2) The unretained weight (g) of the sample is measured.
(3) The sample is immersed in a bat containing physiological saline for 1 minute.
(4) Next, the sample is taken out from the physiological saline and hung for 5 minutes in a posture in which the vertical direction follows the vertical direction.
(5) The weight (g) of the sample after water retention is measured.
(6) The value obtained by dividing the difference between the weight after retention of water (g) and the unretained weight (g) by the unretained weight is defined as the retention capacity (g / g).

As a method for joining the partition portions d, it is preferable to adopt a joining method that dissociates by contact with body fluid. For this reason, adhesives whose adhesive strength is weakened by contact with body fluids, such as water-dispersed hot melt adhesives mainly composed of polyvinyl alcohol, polyalkylene oxide, etc., and water-soluble adhesives such as starch paste and carboxymethyl cellulose The joining form using the agent can be taken. In this case, selection of adhesives, adhesive area / pattern (spiral, linear, curved, etc., in addition to various linear shapes, so that the adhesive strength is more than double the time when body fluids are not in contact, It is desirable to select a surface shape, a dot shape, or the like.

While various embodiments have been described above, the configuration disclosed in the prior application by the present applicant described in the section of the prior art can be appropriately selected and adopted within the scope of the present invention.
[0086]
Further, the excretion site Z in the present invention is determined as a region on the article from which body fluid is excreted, and is usually determined according to the position of the excretory organ, the sex of the user, and the like. Therefore, as long as the excretion site Z is determined as an area on the article from which body fluid is excreted, a circular range having a diameter of about 1 to 5 cm at the center in the longitudinal direction and the center in the width direction, and an elliptical range having the longitudinal axis in the longitudinal direction of the article as a major axis Alternatively, a rectangular range having a long side in the front-rear direction of the article can be set as appropriate. Further, the excretion site Z can be appropriately determined according to the type such as male, female, infant, and adult.

Furthermore, in the commercially available paper diapers, the non-shrinkable absorbent material formed by wrapping a rectangular absorbent core (semi-rigid) having a certain degree of rigidity, mainly made of cotton-like pulp (fluff pulp), with crepe paper, etc. It is provided in the absorbent part. The measurement results are shown in Table 1. In addition, when the diffusion state of the body fluid was observed during this experiment, in the comparative example in which the body fluid diffusion member of the present invention was not provided, gel blocking occurred during the first absorption, and the artificial urine was absorbed in the vicinity of the excretion site. However, in the example provided with the body fluid diffusion member of the present invention, the body fluid diffused in a wider range in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent material. As a result, as shown in Table 1, the absorbent material of the example according to the present invention was contracted and moved in a well-balanced manner from the first absorption to the fourth time as compared with the comparative example.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, gel blocking due to spot absorption is unlikely to occur, and the humor absorbent article can more reliably exhibit the renewal function of the absorbent material.
