Description

【0001】

Harmful to humans. There is also a tendency of recent airtightness of houses and offices, and health damage called sick house syndrome and sick building syndrome caused by the VOC is a problem. In order to prevent such health damage, it is necessary to use building materials that do not contain VOCs or to remove VOCs after construction.
A bake out method is conventionally known as a method for removing VOC after construction. The bake-out method is a method of eliminating VOC intermittently in a short period of time. The room temperature is reduced to around 40 ° C in a state where the partitioned rooms (rooms) in the building (houses, buildings, etc.) are normally closed (unmanned). This is a method of raising and holding for a certain period of time to promote VOC emission, and then ventilating and exhausting by opening windows or using a blower.
Another method is to place a deodorant such as activated carbon in the room.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Although the bakeout method has some effect on VOC removal, it is not always easy to efficiently remove VOC from the room. In addition, a heating device is required and the bake-out process is troublesome.
Moreover, it is difficult to effectively remove and decompose VOCs by a method in which a deodorant such as activated carbon is disposed indoors.
An object of the present invention is to provide a cover sheet that does not require a special device such as a heating device and can adsorb and decompose VOC existing in an indoor environment.
[0004]

As a method for retaining a certain amount of the aqueous suspensions (a), (b), (c) and (d) described above on the fibrous base material (d) of the breathable sheet, a dip impregnation method, a gravure A constant amount of suspension can be applied to or held on the fibrous base material by using a commonly used coating method (or coating machine) such as a coater method or a die head coater method.
[0020]
After a certain amount of the suspension is held on the fibrous base material, it is heated for a predetermined time at a temperature not lower than the melting point of the thermoplastic resin and not higher than its thermal decomposition temperature. By this heat treatment, moisture is evaporated and removed, and the surface layer portion of the thermoplastic resin particles becomes soft and has a bonding force. The thermoplastic resin particles whose surface layer portion has been softened and have a binding force retain the spherical particle shape, capture and bond the particles (a) and (b) on the surface, and the thermoplastic resin particles ( c) The two are bonded to the fibrous base material while being bonded to each other at the contact portion.
[0021]
The heating time is a time during which moisture is evaporated and removed, the surface layer softens while the thermoplastic resin particles keep their spherical shape, and has a binding force. It is important not to overheat until the thermoplastic resin melts and becomes liquid. When the thermoplastic resin to be used is ultra high molecular weight polyethylene, the heating temperature is usually 130 to 200 ° C, preferably 140 to 180 ° C.
[0022]
In order to attach the sheet-like environmental purification material thus obtained to one side (back side) of the air-permeable cover sheet, the back surface of the cover sheet and one surface of the sheet-form environmental purification material are in contact with each other. It is only necessary to stack and heat and press between two end plates. The heating and pressing conditions vary depending on the thermoplastic resin used, but in the case of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene, it is 130 to 200 ° C. and 490 to 4900 KPa (5 to 50 kg / cm 2 ) for 5 to 120 minutes, preferably The treatment is performed at 140 to 170 ° C. and 980 to 2940 KPa (10 to 30 kg / cm 2 ) for 10 to 60 minutes.
[0023]
The thus obtained cover sheet with an environmental purification function is used as wallpaper (wall cloth) on the wall surface of a house or office, or as a cover sheet (or cloth) that decorates the surface of a partition or furniture. Available. To attach to the wall surface or partition, press the cover sheet with the front side facing up and the sheet-like environmental purification material facing the adherend side, using an electric iron or the like while heating to an appropriate temperature, for example, 80 to 150 ° C. That's fine. Therefore, it is not necessary to prepare an adhesive separately, and there is no occurrence of VOC based on the solvent of the adhesive.
[0024]
The present invention also provides a building material board in which at least one surface of the building material board is mounted with the above-described sheet for mounting with an environmental purification function.
Here, the building material board includes veneer plywood, particle board, chip board, wood board, gypsum board, and the like. In order to attach a cover sheet with an environmental purification function to a building material board, the above conditions, that is, 130 to 200 ° C., 490 to 4900 KPa (5 to 50 kg / cm 2 ) for 5 to 120 minutes, preferably 140 to 170 ° C. What is necessary is just to process for 10 to 60 minutes at 980-2940 KPa (10-30 kg / cm < 2 >). Also in this case, it is not necessary to prepare an adhesive separately, and there is no occurrence of VOC based on the solvent of the adhesive.
