【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a storage management apparatus and system for managing medicines in schools and hospitals.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, there have been many incidents of exploiting useful chemicals as poisons. In order to prevent such misuse, it is necessary to manage who used what, what, and how much. As such a method, for example, it is conceivable to employ an automatic management system (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-51104) in which a storage having a large number of locations is provided and a weight detector is provided for each location.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, such a conventional system requires a weight detector at each location, which increases the cost.
In addition, it is necessary to make the system easy to use so as not to hinder original research.
[0004]
Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide an inexpensive and simple system for a storage management apparatus and system capable of safety management of medicines and the like.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the storage management device of the present invention first comprises an electronic scale for weighing the object to be weighed, an input means for inputting identification information of a handler, and an item name of the object to be weighed. And the display means for displaying the measured value, the operation means for setting the item name of the object to be handled and the mode of entry / exit, and the item name of the object to be handled are set by the operation means. Is provided with an output port for outputting a signal for unlocking the lock at the location where the object is stored, and a time measuring means for measuring the date and time when the object is handled. An electronic lock of a storage is connected to the output port.
Now, when the identification information of the operator is input from the input means and the product name is set from the operation means, an unlock signal for unlocking the location of the storage corresponding to the product name is output from the output port, and The lock at the location of the product name is unlocked.
Next, when the weighing object is placed on an electronic balance and weighed and the mode of entry / exit is set, information on the operator, the date and time of handling, the mode of entry / exit, and the item name and measurement value of the item to be weighed are recorded. .
Therefore, it is possible to manage who used what, what, and how much.
Furthermore, it is assumed that when taking out the object to be weighed from the storage, in addition to a key to be operated when the object to be weighed is not returned to the storage, the taken-out object to be weighed is returned to the storage. And a key to be operated when performing. Therefore, inventory management becomes easy.
[0006]
In the present invention, the “object to be weighed” is generally a drug used in a laboratory or a hospital.
As the “input means for inputting identification information”, an ID card reader and a recitation number input device are generally used, but either of them may be used.
As the “display means and operation means”, it is preferable to use a touch screen in which both are integrated, but each may be a separate body.
“To place an object on the electronic balance and weigh it and set the mode of entry / exit” means that the operator puts chemicals etc. on the electronic balance by himself / herself. The provided system is not included in the scope of the present invention.
“Setting the product name” means that a single electronic scale can handle a large number of objects to be weighed. As a method for “setting the product name”, a pre-registered product name itself may be directly set, or a call number, a product number, or a storage location may be set.
There are two types of “entry / outgoing modes”: taking out the objects to be weighed from the storage and putting the objects to be weighed into the storage.
“Information is recorded” means not only that the information is stored in a storage medium such as a memory card or a floppy disk, but also that the information is stored in the memory or immediately after being stored in the memory. Means that it may be output.
“Information relating to” means that, for example, the product name may be recorded with other information such as product number and location.

[0030]
By the way, if the case of “take-out” to be “returned” later is handled as “ship-out” and the inventory amount is subtracted, the stock will run out every time it is taken out, making inventory management difficult. On the other hand, in the present embodiment, since “take-out” and “return” modes are provided, inventory management becomes easy.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, when the identification information and the product name are set, the predetermined location of the storage is unlocked, the object to be weighed is placed on the electronic scale, and the mode of entry / exit is set. Since the handler, the date and time, the mode of entry / exit, the product name, the measured value, and the like are stored, it is possible to manage who, what, what, and how many grams of goods are taken in and out.
In particular, since the management can be performed with a single electronic balance, the management can be performed with an inexpensive and simple apparatus.
By the way, if the amount of inventory is subtracted by using the “take-out” case of “returning” later as “shipping”, the stock will run out every time it is taken out, making inventory management difficult. In contrast, in the present invention, since “take-out” and “return” modes are provided, inventory management becomes easy.
[0033]
Further, if the location of the storage corresponding to the product name is displayed, the handler does not need to memorize the location for each product name, and there is no possibility of taking out medicines of other product names by mistake.
[0035]
In addition, when performing a new loading / unloading operation, the net weight can be entered by entering the number, while when taking out the bottle in use, the total weight including the tare can be measured with an electronic balance and taken out. This makes it possible to manage the operator without having to be aware of the tare weight at all, and it is convenient because there is no need to take out and measure the medicine from the bottle.
