【0001】

【0060】
t=taにおいてステップS20が実行され、その後ステップS21〜S26がn回繰り返して実行される場合について詳細に見ると、ステップS25の1回目の実行により、xiハット(ta−n)に基づいてxiハット(ta−n+1)が求められる(i=1,2)。この新たに求められたxiハット(ta−n+1)に基づき、ステップS25の2回目の実行により、更にxiハット(ta−n+2)が求められる。そしてステップS25のn回目の実行により、xiハット(ta)が求められる。
【0061】

In order to obtain a desired prediction accuracy, it is necessary to give a predetermined learning period to the air conditioner. Therefore, the newly operated air conditioner cannot immediately obtain the desired accuracy.
[0004]
In view of this problem, proposals have been made to shorten the learning period of a newly activated air conditioner. For example, as introduced in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-264586, data of other air conditioners of the same scale having high similarity to a newly activated air conditioner is accumulated. The latter data is used until the former learning data is available. Alternatively, as introduced in, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-180650, the learning data of other air conditioners are converted and used until the learning data is collected in a newly activated air conditioner.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in order to select data having a high similarity to a newly activated air conditioner from various system data, it is necessary to perform a cumbersome work of storing a large amount of data and classifying the data by similarity. . In addition, the conversion of learning data may cause a problem in the accuracy of the data conversion rule.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and proposes another technique for shortening the learning period of a newly activated air conditioner.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the present invention, prediction using a Kalman filter is described as an example, but the present invention may be applied to other prediction methods. In the following, uppercase letters of the alphabet indicate matrices or vectors, and lowercase letters indicate scalar quantities.
[0024]
Moreover, although the case where it applies to an air conditioner as a prediction system is demonstrated to an example, you may apply to another system.
[0025]
First embodiment.
In a parameter t (t is a positive integer) giving an augmented information system, an output vector Y (t) of a certain system is expressed by a state variable vector X (t) of the system and an input matrix H (t) to the system. Assume that the relationship is expressed by equation (1). However, V (t) is a vector indicating observation noise generated in observation of the output vector Y (t).
[0026]
[Expression 1]
[0027]
As for the state variable vector X (t), it is assumed that a vector indicating the system noise of the system is sequentially changed with respect to the parameter t by W (t) and is in the relationship of Expression (2).
[0028]
[Expression 2]
[0029]
If the system is a system with two inputs and one output, the element of the output vector Y (t) is output y (t) and the element of the matrix H is input h1(T), h2(T), the elements of the state variable vector X (t) are weighted coefficients x1(T), x2(T), v (t) as an element of a vector V (t) indicating observation noise, and w as an element of a vector W (t) indicating system noise1(T), w2Using (t), it is expressed by equations (3) and (4).
[0030]
[Equation 3]
[0031]
[Expression 4]
[0032]
If an air conditioner is taken as an example of the system, it is assumed that the parameter t is updated every day.1(T), h2(T) is a predicted value (for example, daily average) of the outdoor air discomfort index, and an actual value of the outdoor temperature at a predetermined time (for example, 5 am), both of which are information on the outdoor air. The output y (t) is the daily load (daily load) of the air conditioner.
[0033]
Now, the state variable vector X (t), observation noise vector V (t), and system noise vector W (t) of the system cannot be measured. Therefore, using the input matrix H (t), the predicted value Y hat (t) for the output vector Y (t) is obtained by Equation (5). Here, the hat is written over the variable in the mathematical expression, and indicates the predicted value of the variable.
[0034]
[Equation 5]
[0035]
In order to obtain the predicted value Y hat (t) for the output from Equation (5), it is necessary to know the predicted value X hat (t-1) for the state variable. Therefore, the predicted value X hat (t) is obtained as follows for the parameter t.
[0036]
[Formula 6]
[0037]
The predicted value X hat (t) of the state variable can be updated when the actual value of the outdoor air discomfort index is available. Therefore, when the actual value of the outdoor air discomfort index is obtained, the input h1As (t), the actual value may be used instead of the predicted value of the outdoor air discomfort index.
[0038]
Here, the coefficient matrix K (t) represents the Kalman gain, the covariance matrix Q (t) for the observation noise vector V (t), and the covariance matrix R (t) for the system noise vector W (t−1). -1), sequentially obtained from the input matrix H (t).
[0039]
Equation (5) shows the step of calculating the predicted value of the state variable at the input to obtain the predicted value of the output. Equation (6) shows the predicted value of the state variable from the comparison result between the predicted value of the output and the actual value. Shows the steps to update.
[0040]
As described above, prediction by the Kalman filter can be performed, and the difference between the actual output value Y and the predicted value Y hat can be reduced. However, as can be understood from the equations (5) and (6), in the prediction using the Kalman filter, in order to obtain the predicted value Y hat (t) for the output, the initial value X hat (0) of the predicted value for the state variable. Is required. And in this invention, the predicted value of the state variable in another prediction system is employ | adopted as the initial value. In other prediction systems, it is desirable that the predicted values of the state variables are obtained using the equations (5) and (6) in the same manner as in the prediction system. And by adopting such an initial value, it is possible to obtain the predicted value of the state variable that keeps the difference between the actual value of the output and the predicted value within a predetermined range at an early stage as compared with the case of setting a completely new initial value. it can.
[0041]
Since the predicted value of the state variable is diverted from another prediction system, the amount of data to be diverted can be reduced. Further, it is not required that the similarity between another prediction system and the prediction system is high, and that the accuracy of the conversion rules for data from other prediction systems is high. For example, when an air conditioner is taken as an example, it is easy to assume a state variable corresponding to a normalized driving capability, and thus the above-described effect can be obtained regardless of the driving capability.

In step S14, the actual load value y (t) of the daily load of the air conditioner is obtained. In step S15, the actual value y (t) is obtained in accordance with equation (6).1Hat (t), x2A hat (t) is calculated and written into the

[0049]
In the present invention, Expression (2) is used for the state variable X, and it is assumed that the state variable X does not depend on the parameter t except for the noise vector W (t). Therefore, when the initial value Xo hat of the predicted value X hat is obtained from another

As described above, the present invention does not assume that the state variable X is very sensitive to the parameter t. Therefore, if the number of times that the predicted value X hat of the state variable is updated for a value of a certain parameter t is set to the number of times that the state variable X is not significantly changed with respect to the parameter t, the output predicted value Y hat and the actual value The difference from Y is considered to become smaller earlier in updating the parameter t.
[0053]
FIG. 3 is a flowchart illustrating the operation of the air conditioning
[0054]
First, in step S20, n-1 is set as the parameter m. Then, the same calculation is performed as when the parameter t in steps S11 to S16 is replaced with the parameter (t−m). Proceeding to step S 21, element x of predicted value X hat (t−m−1) of the state variable from parameter storage unit 105.1Hat (tm-1), x2Read the hat (tm-1). Since this process is necessary, in this embodiment, the

[0056]
Next, in step S23, the predicted daily load y hat (t−m) of the air conditioner is set to h.1(T−m), h2(T−m), x1Hat (tm-1), x2Using hat (t−m−1), calculation is performed according to equation (5). Specifically, the predicted value y hat (t−m) is obtained by the equation shown in the block of step S23. In step S23, unlike step S13, the predicted value y hat (t−m) is not output to the
[0057]
Next, in step S25, the predicted value of the state variable is updated according to the equation (6), that is, x1Hat (tm), x2A hat (tm) is obtained. Specifically, x is determined by the expression shown in the block of step S25.1Hat (tm), x2The hat (t−m) is calculated and written into the
[0058]
Thereafter, it is determined in step S27 whether the parameter m is 0, the significance of which will be described later. Since the parameter m is set to (n−1) in step S20, if n> 1, if the determination in step S27 is first made for the parameter t, the determination result is “NO”, and step S26 Proceed to In step S26, the parameter m is decreased by 1, and the process returns to step S21.
[0059]
In step S26, steps S21 to S25 are repeatedly executed while the parameter m is updated for a certain parameter t. When the parameter m is updated (n−1) times, it is determined in step S27 that the parameter m is 0, and the process proceeds to step S28. Thus, in combination with steps S26 and S27, for a certain parameter t, the parameter m is updated from (n−1) to 0, and step S25 is sequentially repeated n times.
[0060]
When step S20 is executed at t = ta and then steps S21 to S26 are repeatedly executed n times, in detail, the first execution of step S25 results in xiX based on hat (ta-n)iA hat (ta-n + 1) is obtained (i = 1, 2). This newly sought xiBased on the hat (ta-n + 1), the second execution of step S25 further increases xiA hat (ta-n + 2) is obtained. Then, by executing the step S25 for the nth time, xiA hat (ta) is determined.

If the determination result in
[0062]
After step S28 has already been executed at t = ta, step S20 is executed with t = ta + 1. That is, in step S21, xiHat (ta-n + 1) is read out, and based on this, in step S25, xiHat (ta-n + 2) to xiA hat (ta + 1) will be obtained. This xiX obtained in step S25 when t = ta as a hat (ta-n + 1)iIf the hat (ta) is adopted, when calculating the predicted value y hat (t) of the daily load of the air conditioner, the parameter t is returned by (n-1) and the calculation is repeated n times. The difference between the predicted value Y hat and the actual value Y becomes smaller.

All the predicted values of the graphs L1, L2, and L3 are in good agreement with the actual value at t ≧ 10, but the graph L3 shows good agreement from the first operation day (t = 1).
[0067]
