【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、電子メール通信機能（電子メール送受信機能）を有する携帯電話やパーソナルコンピュータ等の通信端末装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
近年、電子メール通信機能を有する多機能の携帯電話の普及により、電子メールの利用が急速に増えている。
【０００３】
それに伴い、全く知らない人からメールが届いたり、開封した途端に電話をかけてしまうメールや、開封すると削除できなくなってしまう悪質なメールが届くなど、迷惑メールも急増している。

その対応策として、従来は、携帯電話の使用者が通信事業者側にメールアドレスの登録をして、登録しているメールアドレスからのメールだけ配信してもらうサービス（登録アドレスメール配信サービス）や、登録しているメールアドレスからのメールの受信を拒否するサービス（登録アドレスメール受信拒否サービス）がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上記登録アドレスメール配信サービスの場合は、未登録のメールアドレスからのメールは一切受け取ることができない。

また、上記登録アドレスメール受信拒否サービスの場合は、未登録アドレスからの迷惑メールに対しては全く意味をなさないという問題があった。

なお、上記の問題は、携帯電話に限らず、電子メール通信機能を有するパーソナルコンピュータ等の他の通信端末装置についても同様である。

本発明の目的は、メールは全て受信するが、不用意に迷惑メールを開封してしまうのを防止することができる通信端末装置を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために、本発明の通信端末装置は、メールを受信し、受信したメールを表示する通信端末装置であって、
アドレスを登録するメールアドレスリストと、メールを受信する受信部と、受信したメールの情報を記憶する受信メールリストと、制御部と、表示部と、入力部とを有し、
メールを前記受信部から受信すると、受信したメールのアドレスが前記メールアドレスリストに登録されているか否かを前記制御部が判定し、
受信したメールのアドレスが前記メールアドレスリストに登録されていると前記制御部が判定すると、メールアドレスリストに登録されている旨の情報と共に該受信したメールを前記受信メールリストに記憶し、
受信したメールのアドレスが前記メールアドレスリストに登録されていないと前記制御部が判定すると、メールアドレスリストに登録されていない旨の情報と共に該受信したメールを前記受信メールリストに記憶し、
前記受信メールリストの表示の指示が前記入力部からあった場合には、前記受信メールリストに記憶された前記メールアドレスリストに登録されている受信メールと前記メールアドレスリストに登録されていない受信メールとを一覧で表示する際に、前記受信メールリストに記憶されている前記メールアドレスリストに登録されているか否かの情報に基づいて、前記メールアドレスリストに登録されている旨の情報と共に記憶されているメールに対しては、メールアドレスリストに登録されているメールであることを示す表示を前記表示部に表示すると共に、前記メールアドレスリストに登録されていない旨の情報と共に記憶されているメールに対しては、メールアドレスリストに登録されていないメールであることを示す表示を前記表示部に表示し、
前記受信メールリストが表示された状態で、前記入力部から前記メールアドレスリストに登録されていないメールが開封の指示により選択された場合には、前記メールアドレスリストに登録されていないメールであることを示す確認表示として、前記メールアドレスリストに登録されていないメールであることを示すメッセージを表示すると共に、当該メールを開くことを指示する表示と当該メールを削除することを指示する表示とを含むメール開封画面を前記表示部に表示することを特徴とする。

また、本発明の通信端末装置は、メールを受信し、受信したメールを表示する通信端末装置であって、
受信したメールをそのまま開く送信元アドレスを登録する第１のメールアドレスリストと開封したくない発信元アドレスを登録する第２のメールアドレスリストと、メールを受信する受信部と、受信したメールの情報を記憶する受信メールリストと、制御部と、表示部と、入力部とを有し、
メールを前記受信部から受信すると、受信したメールのアドレスが前記第１のメールアドレスリストまたは前記第２のメールアドレスリストに登録されているかを前記制御部が判定し、
受信したメールのアドレスが前記第１のメールアドレスリストに登録されていると前記制御部が判定すると、第１のメールアドレスリストに登録されている旨の情報と共に該受信したメールを前記受信メールリストに記憶し、
受信したメールのアドレスが前記第２のメールアドレスリストに登録されていると前記制御部が判定すると、第２のメールアドレスリストに登録されている旨の情報と共に該受信したメールを前記受信メールリストに記憶し、
前記受信メールリストの表示の指示が前記入力部からあった場合には、前記受信メールリストに記憶された前記第１のメールアドレスリストに登録されている受信メールと前記第２のメールアドレスリストに登録されている受信メールとを一覧で表示する際に、前記受信メールリストに記憶されている前記第１のメールアドレスリストまたは前記第２のメールアドレスリストに登録されている旨の情報に基づいて、前記第１のメールアドレスリストに登録されている旨の情報と共に記憶されているメールに対しては、第１のメールアドレスリストに登録されているメールであることを示す表示を表示部に表示すると共に、前記第２のメールアドレスリストに登録されている旨の情報と共に記憶されているメールに対しては、第２のメールアドレスリストに登録されているメールであることを示す表示を表示部に表示し、
前記受信メールリストが表示された状態で、前記入力部から前記第１のメールアドレスリストに登録されているメールが開封の指示により選択された場合には、該メールの内容を前記表示部に表示し、前記入力部から前記第２のメールアドレスリストに登録されているメールが開封の指示により選択された場合には、前記第２のメールアドレスリストに登録されているメールであることを示す確認表示として、前記第２のメールアドレスリストに登録されているメールであることを示すメッセージを表示すると共に、当該メールを開くことを指示する表示と当該メールを削除することを指示する表示とを含むメール開封画面を前記表示部に表示することを特徴とする。

メールを前記受信部から受信すると、受信したメールのアドレスが前記第１のメールアドレスリストまたは前記第２のメールアドレスリストに登録されているか否かを前記制御部が判定し、
受信したメールのアドレスが前記第１のメールアドレスリストに登録されていると前記制御部が判定すると、第１のメールアドレスリストに登録されている旨の情報と共に該受信したメールを前記受信メールリストに記憶し、
受信したメールのアドレスが前記第２のメールアドレスリストに登録されていると前記制御部が判定すると、第２のメールアドレスリストに登録されている旨の情報と共に該受信したメールを前記受信メールリストに記憶し、
受信したメールのアドレスが前記第１のメールアドレスリストおよび前記第２のメールアドレスリストのいずれにも登録されていないと前記制御部が判定すると、メールアドレスリストに登録されていない旨の情報と共に該受信したメールを前記受信メールリストに記憶し、
前記受信メールリストの表示の指示が前記入力部からあった場合には、前記受信メールリストに記憶された前記第１のメールアドレスリストに登録されている受信メールと前記第２のメールアドレスリストに登録されている受信メールと前記メールアドレスリストに登録されていない受信メールを一覧で表示する際に、前記受信メールリストに記憶されている前記第１のメールアドレスリストに登録されている旨の情報と前記第２のメールアドレスリストに登録されている旨の情報と前記メールアドレスリストに登録されていない旨の情報に基づいて、前記第１のメールアドレスリストに登録されている旨の情報と共に記憶されているメールに対しては、第１のメールアドレスリストに登録されているメールであることを示す表示を表示部に表示し、前記第２のメールアドレスリストに登録されている旨の情報と共に記憶されているメールに対しては、第２のメールアドレスリストに登録されているメールであることを示す表示を表示部に表示し、前記メールアドレスリストに登録されていない旨の情報と共に記憶されているメールに対しては、メールアドレスリストに登録されていないメールであることを示す表示を表示部に表示し、

本発明の通信端末装置では、受信メールリストにおいて受信メール毎に表示の仕方を変えること（色分け、マーク付け、あるいはリストを区分する等）により、発信元の分からないメールや、開封したくない発信元からのメールであることが一目でわかり、不用意に迷惑メールを開いてしまうことを防止することができる。

また、発信元のわからないメールやメールアドレスリストのブラックリストに登録したメールアドレスからのメールに対しては、例えば開封前に注意を促すメッセージを表示することにより、不用意に迷惑メールを開いてしまうことを防止することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面を用いて本発明の実施の形態について詳細に説明する。なお、以下で説明する図面で、同一機能を有するものは同一符号を付け、その繰り返しの説明は省略する。

図１は、本発明の通信端末装置の実施の形態である携帯電話の概略構成を示すブロック図である。
本実施の形態の携帯電話１は、以下の要素から構成される。
すなわち、無線基地局（図示省略）と無線電波で接続するためのアンテナ２、アンテナ２から入力された高周波信号を変復調処理する（つまり、アナログ信号をディジタル信号に変換する処理を行う）無線部３、無線部３からの電気信号が入力され、通話に伴うディジタル信号処理、各種表示、光の点滅、鳴音等の制御、メール開封処理、各種機能設定などのプログラム制御を行う制御部４、制御部４に組み込まれた時計５、発信（オフフック）、終話（オンフック）等、特定の機能を行うための図形が示された特定機能キー７や、文字データを入力するための基本機能キー（数字キーや文字キー）８を有する入力部６、制御部４における演算処理プログラムや通信を行うためのプロトコルが記憶されているＲＯＭ（Read Only Memory）９、個人的な電話帳データ（ダイヤルデータや電子メールアドレスデータ）等を記憶するＲＡＭ（Random Access Memory）１０、着信があったことを光の点滅で告知するＬＥＤ（Light Emitting Diode）１１、鳴音で告知するリンガ１２、入力された文字データや通信状態等を表示する表示部１３、通信相手の声を出力するスピーカ１５、音声信号（アナログ信号）をピックアップするマイク１６、制御部４からのディジタル受話信号を音声信号に復号化処理し、スピーカ１５に通信相手の声を出力させたり、マイク１６からの音声信号をディジタル送話信号に変換する復調化処理を行う音声処理部１４等から構成される。

無線部３は受信部や送信部を含む無線送受信機能を備えており、無線基地局を介して他の通信端末装置等との間で通信を行うことができる。

また、電源が入っている状態（電源オン）では、電話やメールの待ち受け中となり、相手の通信端末装置からの呼出しに対して、無線基地局から制御チャネルによる呼出しを行い、無線基地局またはその加入者交換局（上位局）と本携帯電話との間の制御チャネルによる確認処理を行い、正規の携帯電話の場合に、リンガ１２の呼出音鳴動やＬＥＤ１１の点滅等が生じ、メールの受信が可能となり、また、それに応答する（つまり、オンフックキーを押下する）ことによって通話路が形成され、通話チャネルによる通話が可能となる。

また、携帯電話１の記憶部であるＲＡＭ１０は、入力部６のキー入力操作に従って、制御部４の制御により電話帳のダイヤルデータや電子メールアドレスデータ等を格納することができる。また、本発明に係る受信メールの発信元アドレスの照合に使用されるメールアドレスリスト１７、および受信したメールの情報を記憶する受信メールリスト１８、携帯電話１の所有者が設定変更した機能内容や各種フラグ（登録リストフラグ（ＭＬ）１９）等も格納される。ＲＡＭ１０の内容は、制御部４の制御により、液晶表示等の表示部１３に表示することができる。

図２は、図１の携帯電話１のＲＡＭ１０内に記憶されるメールアドレスリスト１７の構成例を示す図である。

メールアドレスリスト１７は、受信したメールをそのまま開く発信元メールアドレスが記憶されている「ＯＫリスト」と、開封したくない発信元メールアドレスが記憶されている「ブラックリスト」に分かれている。
なお、このメールアドレスリスト１７は、携帯電話１が通常持っているアドレス帳に付加する構成にしても構わない。

図３は、ＲＡＭ１０内に記憶される受信メールリスト１８の構成例を示す図である。

受信メールリスト１８は、受信したメールの発信元メールアドレス、件名、メール本文、着信日時、既読／未読の別、登録リストフラグ（ＭＬ）１９などが記憶されていて、メールを受信すると、空きナンバー列に情報が追加される。
既読／未読の別の欄は、メールを受信し、受信メールリスト１８に新規追加した時は「未」であるが、使用者がメールを開封すると、「既」に変わるようになっている。
登録リストフラグ１９の「１」が図２のメールアドレスリスト１７の「ＯＫリスト」、「２」が「ブラックリスト」、「０」がメールアドレスリスト１７にメールアドレスがないことを示している。

図４（ａ）、（ｂ）は、図３の受信メールリスト１８の表示方法の機能設定を実行する場合の表示部（図１の１３）の表示画面の一例を示す図で、（ａ）はメニュー画面、（ｂ）は着信メールの表示方法を設定する機能設定画面である。

迷惑メールの受信に備えて、携帯電話１の所有者が携帯電話１に受信メールリスト１８の表示方法を設定する場合、図４（ａ）に示すメニュー画面において、１番下の「機能」キーを押下すると、図４（ｂ）に示す機能設定画面が表示され、設定を行う。この機能設定画面では、受信メールリスト１８の表示方法、例えば「色分け（色指定）、マーク表示（マーク指定）、リスト分けなど」の設定を入力部６（図１）により入力または選択する。

例えば、受信メールリスト１８を表示する際の表示方法として、「色分け」を選択する。
これにより、受信メールは、メールアドレスリスト１７（図２）に合わせて色分けされ、「ＯＫリスト」にメールアドレスが登録されている受信メールは「青色」、ブラックリストにメールアドレスが登録されている受信メールは「赤色」、メールアドレスリストにメールアドレスが未登録の受信メールは「黄色」で表示されるように設定されている。

図５は、受信メールリスト１８の表示画面の一例を示す図である。
図５に示すように、本表示例の受信メールリスト１８では、発信元メールアドレスと件名を、４件分表示する構成にしている。
ここでは、受信メールの１件目と３件目がメールアドレスリスト１７（図２）の「ＯＫリスト」に登録されていたメールアドレスから発信されたメール、２件目がメールアドレスリスト１７に未登録のメール、４件目が「ブラックリスト」に登録されていたアドレスから発信されたメールで、受信メールリスト１８の表示背景色をそれぞれ「青色」、「黄色」、「赤色」と区別して表示している。なお、表示画面をスクロールしたり、ぺージを変える構成にすることで表示項目や件数を増やしても構わない。

このように、本実施の形態の携帯電話１は、発信元のメールアドレスを複数の種類に分割して登録するメールアドレスリスト１７を記憶する手段（図１のＲＡＭ１０）と、メールアドレスリスト１７を参照し、受信メールの発信元のメールアドレスに基づいて、受信メールリスト１８における受信メールの表示の仕方（表示方法）を変える手段（図１の制御部４、ＲＯＭ９）とを有するものである。

図６（ａ）は、メールアドレスリスト１７のブラックリスト（図２）に登録されているメールアドレスの送信者から発信されたメールの開封画面に表示される表示確認メッセージの例を示す図である。図６（ｂ）は、メールアドレスリスト１７に未登録のメールアドレスの送信者から発信されたメールの開封画面に表示される表示確認メッセージの例を示す図である。

すなわち、メールアドレスリスト１７のブラックリストに登録されている（図３の受信メールリスト１８において、ＭＬ＝２）メールアドレスの送信者から発信されたメールの開封画面に表示される表示確認メッセージは、例えば「☆注意☆ ブラックリストに登録されています。このメールを開きますか」と表示される。

このように、ブラックリストに登録されている場合や、メールアドレスリスト１７に登録されていないメールアドレスのメールに対しては、携帯電話１の使用者から開封指示がキー入力されると、それぞれ図６（ａ）、（ｂ）に示すようなメッセージを表示し、キー入力操作を行わないとメールの表示（開封）が行われない。すなわち、メールを「開く」場合は、例えば、数字キーの「１０」を押下し、メールを「削除」する場合は、数字キーの「９９」を押下し、受信メールリスト１８（図５）を表示する場合は、数字キーの「００」を押下する。

なお、メールアドレスリスト１７のＯＫリスト（ＭＬ＝１）に登録されているメールアドレスからのメールに対しては、このような注意メッセージは表示せず、そのまま、メールの表示を行う。

このように、本実施の形態の携帯電話１は、受信メールの発信元のメールアドレスに基づいて、受信メールの開封画面（図６（ａ）、（ｂ））における表示の仕方を変える手段（図１の制御部４、ＲＯＭ９）とを有するものである。

図５に示す受信メールリスト１８において、使用者は、カーソルキーによりカーソルを上下に移動させ、メール内容を見たい受信メールを選択した後、確定キーを押下することにより、メールアドレスリスト１７の「ＯＫリスト」にメールアドレスが登録された１件目と３件目の受信メールは、メール内容がすぐ表示される。「ブラックリスト」にメールアドレスが登録された４件目の受信メールを選択して、確定キーを押下した場合は、図６（ａ）の表示確認メッセージが表示される。２件目の未登録のメールを選択して、確定キーを押下した場合は、図６（ｂ）の表示確認メッセージが表示される。

図７は、本発明の実施の形態の携帯電話１の動作の流れを示すフローチャートである。

携帯電話１（図１）は電源が入っている状態（電源オン。電話、電子メールの待ち受け状態）であり、メールアドレスの登録、受信メールリスト１８の表示方法は、使用者によって携帯電話１に予め設定されているものとする。
携帯電話１は、メールを受信すると（図７のＳ１）、受信したメールの発信元のメールアドレスがアドレスリスト１７（図２）にあるかどうかを確認する（Ｓ２）。
受信メールのメールアドレスがアドレスリスト１７のＯＫリストにあった場合は、受信メールリスト１８（図３）の登録リストフラグＭＬに１を設定し（Ｓ３）、ブラックリストにあった場合はＭＬに２を設定し（Ｓ４）、アドレスリスト１７にない場合にはＭＬに０を設定し（Ｓ５）、受信メールリスト１８にＭＬの値とともに、受信したメールの情報（発信元メールアドレス、件名、メール本文、着信日時など）を追加する（Ｓ６）。
その後、鳴音あるいは振動、表示部１３（図１）への表示などにより、携帯電話１の使用者に通知する（Ｓ７）。
受信メールリスト１８の表示の指示が使用者によって入力されたかどうかを確認し（Ｓ８）、入力されない場合はＳ８に戻り、入力された場合は、受信メールリスト１８から情報を読み込んで表示部１３に表示する（Ｓ９）。
メールの内容表示の指示が使用者によって入力されたかどうかを確認し（Ｓ１０）、入力されない場合はＳ１０に戻り、入力された場合は、対象メールのＭＬを確認し（Ｓ１１）、ＭＬ＝１の場合は、そのまま指定されたメールを表示部１３に表示し（Ｓ１２）、受信メールリスト１８における対象メールの「既／未読」の欄を「既」に変更する（Ｓ１３）。

受信メールの削除の指示が入力されたか、受信メールリスト１８の表示の指示が入力されたかを確認し（Ｓ１４）、受信メールリスト１８の表示の指示が入力された場合は、Ｓ９に戻って受信メールリスト１８を表示し、受信メールの削除の指示が入力された場合は、受信メールリストから対象メールの情報を削除し（Ｓ１５）、処理を終了する（Ｓ１６）。
Ｓ１１において、ＭＬ＝２の場合は、図６（ａ）に示した第１の表示確認メッセージを表示し（Ｓ１７）、メール表示、メール削除、受信メールリスト１８の表示の指示の入力を確認し（Ｓ１８）、メール表示の指示の入力があった場合は、表示部１３にメールを表示し（Ｓ１２）、メール削除の指示の場合は、受信メールリスト１８から対象メールの情報を削除し（Ｓ１５）、受信メールリスト１８の表示の指示があった場合は、Ｓ９に戻り、受信メールリスト１８を表示する。
Ｓ１１において、ＭＬ＝０の場合は、図６（ｂ）に示した第２の表示確認メッセージを表示し（Ｓ１９）、Ｓ１８と同様に、メール表示、メール削除、受信メールリスト１８の表示の指示の入力を確認し（Ｓ２０）、メール表示の指示の場合は、表示部１３にメールを表示し（Ｓ１２）、メール削除の指示の場合は、受信メールリスト１８から対象メールの情報を削除し（Ｓ１５）、受信メールリスト１８の表示の指示があった場合は、Ｓ９に戻り、受信メールリスト１８を表示する。

以上説明したように、本実施の形態の携帯電話１では、受信メールリスト１８において受信メール毎に表示の仕方を変えること（色分け、マーク付け、リストを区分する等）により、発信元の分からないメールや、開封したくない発信元からのメールであることが一目でわかり、不用意に迷惑メールを開いてしまうことを防止することができる。
また、発信元のわからないメールやメールアドレスリスト１７のブラックリストに登録したメールアドレスからのメールに対しては、開封前に注意を促すメッセージ（図６（ａ）、（ｂ））を表示し、追加でキー入力操作を行わないと開封しないようにしているため、リストをよく確認しないでキー入力操作を行った場合でも、不用意に迷惑メールを開いてしまうことを防止することができる。

以上本発明を実施の形態に基づいて具体的に説明したが、本発明は上記実施の形態に限定されるものではなく、その要旨を逸脱しない範囲において種々変更可能であることは勿論である。例えば、上記実施の形態では、本発明を携帯電話１に適用した例について説明したが、電子メール通信機能を有するパーソナルコンピュータ等の他の通信端末装置に適用可能なことは言うまでもない。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、本発明の通信端末装置によれば、受信メールリストにおいて受信メール毎に表示の仕方を変えることにより、発信元の分からないメールや、開封したくない発信元からのメールであることが一目でわかり、不用意に迷惑メールを開いてしまうことを防止することができる。また、発信元のわからないメールやメールアドレスリストのブラックリストに登録したメールアドレスからのメールに対しては、例えば開封前に注意を促すメッセージを表示することにより、不用意に迷惑メールを開いてしまうことを防止することができる。
