【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、証券・金融情報等の相場情報を表示する情報表示装置に係り、特に表示された銘柄に関するニュースを抽出して表示し、利便性を向上させることができる情報表示装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
情報表示装置は、証券会社等に設けられ、証券・金融情報等の相場情報を配信する中央装置（ホスト）から送信された情報を受信して蓄積し、予め登録された条件を満たす情報を抽出して表示するものである。

従来の情報表示装置について図１２を使って説明する。図１２は、従来の情報表示装置の概略構成を示す構成ブロック図である。
図１２に示すように、従来の情報表示装置は、通信回線を介して中央装置から送信される証券・金融情報等の相場情報を受信して復調する受信部１と、受信データを編集する制御部２′と、受信データや表示すべき銘柄の銘柄コード等を記憶する記憶部３′と、相場情報を表示する表示部６と、利用者が画面の切り替えや抽出条件の入力を行う操作部５とから構成されている。

上記構成の従来の情報表示装置における基本的な動作について、相場情報として株価等の証券情報を表示する場合を例として説明する。
従来の情報表示装置では、受信部１が通信回線から証券情報を受信すると、受信した情報を復調して制御部２′に出力する。制御部２′では、受信した情報を記憶部３′に記憶し、受信情報が予め記憶部３′に登録されている抽出条件を満たすかどうかを判断して、条件を満たす場合には、表示データを編集して表示部６に出力し、表示部６において証券情報を表示する。

抽出条件としては、注目株等の特定の銘柄コードを含むデータ（登録銘柄）を抽出したり、値上がり率、値下がり率が一定値以上であるといった値動きが激しいデータを抽出する条件がある。

また、従来の情報表示装置では、証券情報の他にも通信回線を介してニュースや財務情報を受信して、記憶部３′に記憶しておき、操作部５からの指示により制御部２′がニュース等の情報を読み出して表示部６に出力するようになっていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、従来の情報表示装置では、表示されている相場情報に関連したニュースを表示させる場合には、利用者が操作部からキー操作によってニュース表示の指示を入力して検索しなければならず、画面選択やニュース検索等の作業が煩雑で不便であるという問題点があった。

本発明は上記実情に鑑みて為されたもので、相場情報に関連したニュース等の関連情報を自動的に検索して、相場情報と共に表示することにより、煩雑なキー操作を不要として迅速に情報を提供することができ、使い勝手を向上させることができる情報表示装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記従来例の問題点を解決するための本発明は、通信回線から銘柄コードを含む相場情報又は前記相場情報に関連した関連情報を受信する受信部と、前記受信部において受信された情報を表示する表示部と、前記受信された情報を記憶するデータベースと、前記受信された情報を前記表示部に出力する制御部とを備えた情報表示装置において、前記データベースが、前記関連情報中に含まれる銘柄コードに対応して前記関連情報を記憶するデータベースであり、前記制御部が、前記受信した相場情報を表示する際に、前記データベースから、前記相場情報に含まれる銘柄コードに対応する関連情報を読み出して前記相場情報と共に前記表示部に出力する制御部であることを特徴しており、利用者が特別なキー操作を行わなくても、相場情報とそれに関する関連情報とを同一画面上に表示して迅速な情報提供を行うことができ、煩雑なキー操作を不要として使い勝手を向上させることができる。

本発明は、通信回線から銘柄コードを含む相場情報又は前記相場情報に関連した関連情報を受信する受信部と、前記受信部において受信された情報を表示する表示部と、前記受信された情報を記憶するデータベースと、前記受信された情報の内前記表示部に表示すべき情報を抽出する抽出条件を記憶するパラメータメモリと、前記受信された情報の内前記抽出条件を満たす情報を前記表示部に出力する制御部とを備えた情報表示装置において、前記データベースが、前記関連情報中に含まれる銘柄コードに対応して前記関連情報を記憶するデータベースであり、前記制御部が、受信された情報中に前記抽出条件を満たす相場情報があると、前記データベースから、前記相場情報に含まれる銘柄コードに対応する関連情報を読み出して前記相場情報と共に前記表示部に出力する制御部であることを特徴としており、利用者が特別なキー操作を行わなくても、相場情報とそれに関する関連情報とを同一画面上に表示して迅速に情報提供を行うことができ、煩雑なキー操作を不要として使い勝手を向上させることができる。

上記従来例の問題点を解決するための請求項３記載の発明は、請求項２記載の情報表示装置において、パラメータメモリが、表示時間帯毎に対応する抽出条件を記憶するパラメータメモリであり、制御部が、受信部において情報を受信すると、前記パラメータメモリを参照して、前記受信情報が現在時刻の属する表示時間帯に対応する抽出条件を満たすかどうかを判断し、前記抽出条件を満たす場合に、前記受信情報を表示部に出力する制御部であることを特徴としており、表示時間帯毎に抽出条件を設定しておけば、利用者が画面切り替え等の操作を行わなくても、時間帯毎に適切な表示内容で表示を行うことができ、新しい情報を迅速に提供することができ、利便性を向上させることができる。

上記従来例の問題点を解決するための請求項４記載の発明は、請求項３記載の情報表示装置において、パラメータメモリが、表示時間帯毎に対応する抽出条件を記憶すると共に、前記表示時間帯毎に対応して表示する関連情報の種類及び表示パターンを設定されているパラメータメモリであり、制御部が、抽出条件を満たす受信情報を表示部に出力する際に、前記パラメータメモリを参照して、データベースに蓄積されている関連情報の内、前記パラメータメモリに現在時刻が属する表示時間帯に対応して設定されている関連情報の種類で、前記受信情報の銘柄コードに対応する関連情報を読み出して、前記パラメータメモリに設定されている表示パターンに従って前記表示部に出力する制御部であることを特徴としており、利用者が検索操作を行わなくても、多くの関連情報の中から、表示する時間帯に適切な種類の情報を選択して、見やすい表示パターンで表示することができ、利便性を向上させることができる。

本発明は、上記情報表示装置において、関連情報の内、ニュースの受信件数を、特定の銘柄コードに対応した銘柄名毎に記憶するニュース受信件数テーブルを設け、制御部が、受信したニュース中に銘柄コードが含まれない場合に、前記ニュース受信件数テーブルを参照して、該テーブルに記憶されている銘柄名が前記受信ニュース中にあるかどうかを判断し、前記銘柄名が前記受信ニュース中にあれば、前記受信ニュースを前記銘柄の銘柄コードに対応付けてデータベースに記憶する制御部であることを特徴としており、ニュースに銘柄コードが付加されていない場合においても、受信ニュースを迅速に関連する銘柄と対応づけることができ、データベースへの格納処理を高速化することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態について図面を参照しながら説明する。
本発明の実施の形態に係る情報表示装置は、中央装置から送信されたニュースやチャート等の関連情報をデータベースに記憶しておき、銘柄コードをキーとしてデータベースを検索し、相場情報に含まれる銘柄コードに対応する関連情報を読み出して相場情報と共に表示するようにしており、利用者が特別なキー操作をしなくても、相場情報と関連情報とを同時に表示することができ、使い勝手を向上させることができるものであり、また、表示部における表示スケジュールを予め設定しておき、利用者がキー操作をしなくても順次タイムリーな情報を表示して、迅速に情報を提供することができるものである。

まず、本発明の実施の形態に係る情報表示装置の構成について図１を用いて説明する。図１は、本発明の実施の形態に係る情報表示装置（本装置）の構成ブロック図である。尚、図１２と同様の構成をとる部分については同一の符号を付して説明し、また、相場情報として株価等の証券情報を受信する場合を例として説明する。
図１に示すように、本実施の形態に係る情報表示装置（本装置）は、通信回線を介して中央装置（図示せず）からの情報を受信する受信部１と、情報の編集加工を行う制御部２と、受信データを蓄積するデータベース３と、表示フォーマットや表示情報の抽出条件を記憶するパラメータメモリ４と、利用者が指示を入力する操作部５と、情報を表示する表示部６と、報知音を出力するチャイム７とから構成されている。

更に、制御部２には、表示データの作成を行う表示編集手段２１と、データベースの検索を行うデータ検索手段２２と、受信データに基づいて演算を行う演算処理手段２４と、本装置の特徴部分であり、ニュースの受信件数を銘柄毎に管理するニュース受信件数テーブル２３とが設けられている。

また、データベース３には、ニュースを記憶するニュースデータベース３１と、株価情報を記憶する株価データベース３２と、企業の決算や財務情報を記憶する企業決算・財務データベース３３とが設けられており、パラメータメモリ４には、会社名と銘柄コードとを対応づける従来と同様の会社名−銘柄コードテーブル４２と、本装置の特徴部分である表示部６における表示スケジュール（時刻に対応した抽出条件）を記憶するスケジュール表４１とが記憶されている。

そして、上記構成部分の内、受信部１と、データベース３と、操作部５と、表示部６と、チャイム７は、従来と同様の部分である。

次に、各構成部分について具体的に説明する。
まず、データベース３のニュースデータベース３１について図２を用いて説明する。図２は、ニュースデータベース３１の模式説明図である。
図２に示すように、ニュースデータベース３１は、銘柄コード、ニュースの受信日付、時刻を検索キーとしてニュース本文を記憶するものである。ここでは、銘柄コードに対応して、受信順にニュース本文を記憶しているが、受信日付や時刻をキーとして情報を抽出することも可能である。このようにデータベース化することにより、データを迅速に格納・検索することができるものである。

また、ニュースデータベース３１には、受信した日付毎にニュース本文を記憶するエリアが設けられており、銘柄コードや会社名が特定されないニュース情報を記憶するようになっている。

次に、株価データベース３２について図３を用いて説明する。図３は、株価データベース３２の模式説明図である。
図３に示すように、株価データベース３２は、従来と同様の構成となっており、受信した証券情報及びそれに基づいて演算処理手段２４で算出された値を銘柄コード毎に記憶しておくものである。具体的には、日付、始値、高値、安値、終値（現在値）、売買高、年初値、５日間移動出来高、５日間移動株価、ＰＥＲ（Price Earnings Ratio;株価収益率）、ＲＯＥ、予想配当等の情報を記憶するようになっている。

次に、パラメータメモリ４について具体的に説明する。まず、会社名−銘柄コードテーブル４２について図４を用いて説明する。図４は、会社名−銘柄コードテーブル４２の模式説明図である。
図４に示すように、会社名−銘柄コードテーブル４２は、従来と同様の構成であり、銘柄コードと、会社名とを対応させて記憶するものである。

次に、本装置の特徴部分であるスケジュール表４１について図５を用いて説明する。図５は、スケジュール表４１の模式説明図である。
スケジュール表４１は、何時にどのような内容の情報をどのような形式で表示するか、といった表示部６における表示内容のスケジュールを記憶するものであり、表示編集手段２１の表示処理は、スケジュール表４１に従って行われるようになっている。尚、スケジュール表４１の内容は、操作部５から、制御部２を介して利用者が任意に登録できるものである。

図５に示すように、スケジュール表４１は、「表示時刻」と、それに対応する「表示内容」と、「表示形式」と、「関連情報」と、「チャイム」と、「データ色」と、「表示時間」とを記憶するものである。

ここで、「表示内容」は、表示時刻に対応する抽出条件であり、対応する時間帯において受信する情報の中から表示すべきデータとして抽出（選択）する情報の条件（抽出条件）を規定しているものである。

また、「表示形式」は、表示部６の画面の分割状態の形式を規定するものであり、ここでは、「Ａタイプ」は、全面を用いて表示する形式、「Ｂタイプ」は、画面を上下に分割してそれぞれ異なる情報を表示する形式としている。特に、本装置の特徴として、「Ｂタイプ」の形式は、上画面に証券情報を表示し、下画面にそれに関する関連情報を表示する場合に用いられている。

「関連情報」とは、「表示内容」に関連した情報を表示するか否か、表示する場合には、ニュース、チャート、財務情報といった関連情報の中から、どのような種類の関連情報を表示するかを規定しているものであり、「チャイム」は、報知音を出力するか、出力する場合にはどういった音を出力するかを規定するものである。

図５の例を用いて具体的に説明すると、７：３０〜８：００の時間帯には受信情報の中から「今日の予定」と、「今週の予定」と、「新規上場」の情報を抽出して、表示形式「Ａタイプ」の画面にて表示し、関連情報の表示はせず、表示時間は各３０秒とする、という内容が登録されており、この時間帯には、表示編集手段２１は、「今日の予定」と、「今週の予定」と、「新規上場」の情報を表示データに変換して保持しておき、３０秒毎に「今日の予定」と、「今週の予定」と、「新規上場」とを順次切り替えて表示部６に出力する。

また、９：００〜１０：００の時間帯は、表示部６の画面の上半分に証券情報として、受信した情報の中から、「全取引所値上がり率５％以上株式」と、「全取引所値下がり率５％以上株式」と、「全取引所新値株」とを抽出して順次表示し、下半分に上画面に表示した情報に関連した関連情報として、「日足チャート」と「ニュース」とを表示するように規定している。

これにより、本装置では、従来のように利用者（営業担当者や投資家）が操作部から指示を入力して画面を切り替え、表示銘柄に関する関連情報を検索して表示させる操作を行わなくても、自動的に表示銘柄に関連した関連情報が表示され、利用者の使い勝手を向上させて業務効率を大幅に向上させることができるものである。

また、スケジュール表４１で時間帯毎にスケジュールが決められているので、利用者が特別なキー操作を行わなくても、タイムリーな情報を次々と画面に表示して情報提供を行うことにより、店舗に来ている顧客が飽きることなく、顧客の興味・関心を引くことができ、集客効果が得られるものである。

次に、制御部２について説明する。
表示編集手段２１は、パラメータメモリ４のスケジュール表４１を参照して、受信部１から受信した情報が、その時刻における抽出条件を満たすかどうかを判断し、条件を満たす場合には、表示データを作成して表示部６に出力するものである。表示編集手段２１における表示処理については後で詳細に説明する。

また、表示編集手段２１は、受信情報を分類し、証券情報をデータベース３の対応するエリアに格納し、関連情報をデータ検索手段２２に出力してデータ格納指示を出力するものである。

更に、表示編集手段２１は、スケジュール表４１に登録されている表示内容（抽出条件）に従って、演算処理手段２４に演算指示を出力し、更にスケジュール表４１に関連情報の表示が指定されている場合には、データ検索手段２２に対して、データベース３を検索して、受信銘柄の関連情報を読み出す検索指示を出力するものである。

そのため、制御部２には、その時刻における抽出条件を記憶する記憶エリアを備えており、表示編集手段２１は、スケジュール表４１における画面の切り替え時刻になると、スケジュール表４１を参照して制御部２に記憶されている抽出条件を更新するようになっている。

また、演算処理手段２４は、従来と同様のものであり、表示編集手段２１から入力されたデータに基づいて演算処理を行って、表示編集手段２１に結果を送出すると共にデータベース３にデータを格納するものである。例えば、「騰落率（値上がり率又は値下がり率）」は、騰落率（％）＝（前日比／（現在値−前日比））×１００（但し、前日比＝現在値−前日終値）によって算出されるものである。

次に、本装置の特徴部分であるニュース受信件数テーブル２３について図６を用いて説明する。図６は、ニュース受信件数テーブル２３の模式説明図である。図６に示すように、ニュース受信件数テーブル２３は、例えば、一日に受信したニュースの件数が多い銘柄コードを、受信件数の多い順に記憶するものである。つまり、ニュース受信件数テーブル２３の上位に登録されている銘柄は、話題性の高い銘柄ということになる。

また、データ検索手段２２は、表示編集手段２１の指示に従ってデータベース３を検索し、データベース３から関連情報を読み出して表示編集手段２１に送出するものである。
例えば、データ検索手段２２は、表示編集手段２１から「銘柄コード××××のニュース」といった検索指示が入力されると、図２に示したデータベース３のニュースデータベース３１から「銘柄コード××××」に対応するニュースを読み出して、表示編集手段２１に出力するようになっている。

また、データ検索手段２２は、ニュース受信件数テーブル２３の書き込み、並べ替え、読み出しを行うものである。

特に、本装置の特徴として、データ検索手段２２は、受信したニュース情報中に銘柄コードが含まれていない場合に、ニュース受信件数テーブル２３を参照して、ニュース受信件数テーブル２３に登録されている会社名がニュース本文中に含まれているかどうかをチェックし、含まれている場合に当該銘柄の銘柄コードに対応するニュースとしてニュースデータベース３１に格納する処理を行うものである。データ検索手段２２におけるデータ格納処理については後で詳細に説明する。

次に、本装置における動作について説明する。
まず、表示編集手段２１における処理について図７を用いて具体的に説明する。図７は、表示編集手段２１の情報受信時の処理を示すフローチャート図である。
図７に示すように、表示編集手段２１は、情報を受信すると（２００）、制御部２に記憶している抽出条件を満たすかどうかを判断し（２０２）、抽出条件を満たす場合には表示データに変換して表示処理を行う（２０４）。処理２０２では、演算処理が必要な情報については、演算処理手段２４に対して演算指示を出力し、その結果と抽出条件とを比較して、抽出条件を満たすかどうかを判断する。

そして、表示編集手段２１は、スケジュール表４１に関連情報が登録されているかどうかを判断し（２０６）、登録されている場合には、データ検索手段２２に対してデータ検索指示を出力し（２０８）、当該表示情報に関連した関連情報があれば（２１０）、関連情報を表示する（２１２）。

具体的には、スケジュール表４１において、関連情報として「ニュース」「チャート」「企業決算」等の指定があれば、表示編集手段２１は、データ検索手段２２に対して指定された関連情報を検索するよう指示し、検索された関連情報を受け取って、スケジュール表４１に規定された形式に基づいて表示するようになっている。

そして、表示編集手段２１は、受信情報が証券情報か、関連情報かを判断し（２２０）、証券情報であれば、株価データベース３２に格納し（２２２）、関連情報であれば、データ検索手段２２にデータを送出してデータ格納指示を出力する（２２４）。

また、処理２０２において、受信情報が抽出条件を満たさない場合と、処理２０６においてスケジュール表４１に関連情報が登録されていない場合と、処理２１０において関連情報がない場合には、処理２２０に移行してデータの格納を行う。
このようにして表示編集手段２１における処理が行われるものである。

これにより、抽出されて表示された証券情報と、それに関連する関連情報とを特別な操作無しで同一画面上に表示することができるものであり、利便性を向上させることができるものである。

次に、データ検索手段２２におけるデータ格納処理について図８を用いて説明する。図８は、データ検索手段２２におけるデータ格納処理を示すフローチャート図である。
図７に示すように、データ検索手段２２は、表示編集手段２１からデータ格納指示が入力されると（３００）、入力されたデータがニュースであるかどうかを判断し（３０２）、ニュースでなければ、データベース３の該当するエリアに格納して（３０４）、処理を終わる。

また、処理３０２で入力データがニュースであれば、データ検索手段２２は、データ中に銘柄コードが含まれているかどうかを判断し（３１０）、含まれていれば、データをニュースデータベース３１の当該銘柄コードに対応するエリアに格納し（３２０）、ニュース受信件数テーブル２３を更新する（３２２）。

また、処理３１０において、入力データ中に銘柄コードが含まれていない場合には、データ検索手段２２は、ニュース受信件数テーブル２３の先頭から順に銘柄コードを取得し（３１２）、会社名−銘柄コードテーブル４２から銘柄コードに対応する会社名を取得する（３１４）。

そして、データ検索手段２２は、当該会社名がニュース本文中に含まれているかどうかを判断し、含まれている場合には、ニュースに銘柄コードを付加して（３１８）、処理３２０に移行し、ニュースデータベース３１の銘柄コードに対応するエリアに格納する。

また、処理３１６で会社名が本文中に含まれていない場合には、会社名−銘柄コードテーブル４２に登録されている会社名がニュース本文中にあるかどうかを判断し（３２４）、ある場合には処理３１８に移行する。

また、処理３２４で会社名がニュース本文中にない場合には、データをニュースデータベース３１の受信日付に対応するエリアに格納して（３２６）、処理を終わる。このようにしてデータ検索手段２２におけるデータ格納処理が行われるものである。

このように、本装置では、ニュース受信件数テーブル２３を設けることにより、受信したニュースに銘柄コードが付加されていない場合の格納処理を迅速に行うことができるものである。すなわち、話題性の高い銘柄のほうが、低い銘柄よりもニュースを受信する可能性が高いため、受信したニュース本文中に含まれている会社名を検索するのに、最初から会社名−銘柄コードテーブル４２の検索を行うよりも、話題性の高い銘柄から順に格納されているニュース受信件数テーブル２３を先にチェックする方がヒットする可能性が高く、効率が良い。

次に、本装置の表示部６における表示例について図９〜図１１を用いて説明する。図９は、証券情報とニュースとを同一画面に表示した表示例を示す説明図であり、図１０は、証券情報とチャートとを同一画面に表示した表示例を示す説明図であり、図１１は、「今日の予定」を表示した表示例を示す説明図である。

図９の画面例１は、図５に示したスケジュール表４１の９：００〜１０：００における表示例であり、上画面に騰落率の大きい銘柄（Ａ社、Ｒ社、Ｑ社）の情報を受信順に表示し、下画面には上画面に表示した銘柄に関連したニュースを表示している。上画面、下画面共に最下行まで表示された場合には、最上行に上書きするか、スクロール式に１行ずつ上にずらして表示する。また、図１０の画面例２は、図９に示した画面例１と同時間帯の表示例であるが、関連情報としてＡ社の日足チャートを表示している。

また、図１１に示した画面例３は、図５に示したスケジュール表４１の７：３０〜８：００の時間帯における「今日の予定」の表示例であり、その日一日の予定が一覧表示されるようになっている。

本発明の実施の形態に係る情報表示装置によれば、パラメータメモリ４に、時間帯毎の抽出条件と関連情報の表示の有無及び表示パターン等を記憶するスケジュール表４１を設け、表示編集手段２１が、スケジュール表４１を参照して、受信情報中から現在時刻に対応する抽出条件に合致する情報を抽出して表示し、それと共に、データ検索手段２２がスケジュール表４１に従ってデータベース３から表示情報に関連する関連情報を検索して表示編集手段２１に送出し、表示編集手段２１がスケジュール表４１に設定された表示パターンで関連情報を表示するようにしているので、利用者が特別なキー操作を行わなくても、表示情報に関連したニュースやチャート等の関連情報を見やすいパターンで表示部６に表示することができ、使い勝手を向上させることができる効果がある。

また、本装置によれば、表示銘柄に関するニュースなどの関連情報もあわせて表示することにより、なぜ大きな値動きがあるかといった判断材料となる有効な情報を迅速に提供することができる効果がある。

また、本装置によれば、スケジュール表４１に表示時間帯に対応する抽出条件を記憶しておき、表示編集手段２１が、スケジュール表４１を参照して、受信情報中から現在時刻が属する時間帯に対応する抽出条件に合致する情報を抽出して表示するようにしているので、利用者が画面切り替えや抽出条件の変更等の指示を入力しなくても、次々と表示内容が変わってタイムリーな情報を表示することができ、顧客の興味・関心を引くことができ、集客効果が期待できる。
