Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a character input conversion device that converts character input with reference to a dictionary, and more particularly to a character input conversion device used in a mobile terminal device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally, a portable terminal device such as a mobile phone has an e-mail transmission / reception function. When a user inputs a kana character using a character input conversion device when transmitting an e-mail, the character input conversion device uses a kana character. When a character string such as a word corresponding to a kana character is sequentially displayed on the display unit with reference to a dictionary or the like in response to the input of the character, and the user selects a desired one from the displayed kana character string, the kana character Is converted to the selected character string (normal character conversion function).
[0003]
By the way, in the character input conversion device, the display order of the character strings to be displayed in response to the input of the kana characters is defined in advance, and therefore, a desired character string may not be displayed on the display unit easily. Makes it difficult to search for a character string. To deal with such problems, the character string selected by the user is automatically registered as a conversion candidate in association with the input kana character, and the same kana character is input when a new kana character is input. Then, there is what is called a learning function that reduces the troublesomeness of character input conversion by making the display order of registered conversion candidates faster so that a desired character string can be searched early. There is also a usage frequency conversion function that increases the counter value each time a conversion candidate is used, and displays the conversion candidates in descending order of conversion candidates with the same counter value when the same kana character is input next time. . Furthermore, there is a predictive conversion function that predicts a character string and displays conversion candidates when a part of a kana character is input.
[0004]
On the other hand, when an e-mail is transmitted, a signature such as an address, name, or e-mail address is added to the e-mail and transmitted. For example, signature data is added or not added when character information is transmitted. If set, there is one that notifies / not-notifies the caller ID according to the addition / non-addition setting of the signature data. As this signature data, the address, name, email address, company name, title, age There is one that includes at least one of hobbies (see Patent Document 1).
[0005]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2001-318858 A (paragraph (0005) to paragraph (0009), FIGS. 1 and 2)
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the character strings whose conversion candidate display order is handled earlier by the learning function or the use frequency conversion function, these conversion candidates are character strings that are frequently used by the user. Even if the display order of a specific character string is accelerated by the learning function or the use frequency conversion function as described above, the search itself is easy, but it is easily displayed as a conversion candidate for humans other than the user. Therefore, there is a problem that the character string is browsed and information on the privacy of the user is easily leaked.
[0007]
Such a leakage of privacy has a function of sending at least one of address, name, e-mail address, company name, title, age, and hobby as signature data to the other party as in Patent Document 1. Of course, this also occurs in the terminal device. In other words, Patent Document 1 does not protect against leakage of signature data, and there is a problem that signature data related to user privacy may be leaked to a person other than the sender and the receiver.
