【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、床面の収納用凹部に配設され、使用時に配線器具本体が床上に突出し、不使用時に配線器具本体が床下に収納可能な上下動型床用配線器具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来より、使用時にコンセント等からなる配線器具本体4’が床上に突出するとともに、不使用時に配線器具本体4’を床下に収納可能な上下動型床用配線器具が用いられている(例えば特許文献1乃至6参照)。この従来の上下動型床用配線器具は、図11に示すように、開口部10’を有する取付プレート1’と、取付プレート1’の開口部10’を開閉する蓋部2’と、蓋部2’とともに上下動する器具保持部3’とで主体が構成される。

取付プレート1’は、床面に凹設された収納用凹部の周縁の床上面に載置固定され、中央部に収納用凹部と床上とを連通する開口部10’が形成してある。蓋部2’は、取付プレート1’の開口部10’を閉塞可能な板状のもので、その一端部を取付プレート1’の一端側に軸支するとともに他端部を自由端20’として回動自在としてあって、取付プレート1’の上側に蓋部2’が上下動自在となるようにして開口部10’を開閉するものである。

蓋部2’の下面側には、器具保持部3’が固定される。器具保持部3’は、コンセント等の配線器具本体4’を保持可能なように枠状等に形成されるものであるが、形状としては様々なものがある。この器具保持部3’には、配線器具本体4’の差込面40’が蓋部2’の自由端20’付近から下側に該蓋部2’とほぼ直交する状態となるように固定される。

この従来の上下動型床用配線器具は、使用時には、蓋部2’を上動させることで蓋部2’の下面側に器具保持部3’を介して取り付けてある配線器具本体4’の差込面40’を床上に突出させ、プラグ等の接続部を差し込んで配線器具本体4’を使用するものである。また、不使用時には、蓋部2’を下動させて取付プレート1’の開口部10’を閉塞するとともに、配線器具本体4’を床下の収納用凹部に収納するものである。

このような従来の上下動型床用配線器具にあっては、配線器具本体4’は上述したように差込面40’が蓋部2’とほぼ直交するように器具保持部3’を介して固定されるため、不使用時に蓋部2’を下動させて配線器具本体4’を床下の収納用凹部に収納した際、配線器具本体4’の差込面40’の上下長さhが長い場合には、差込面40’の下端部(即ち、蓋部2’に取り付けられている端部と反対側の端部)が床下深くに位置することとなり、このように大きな差込面40’を有する配線器具本体4’の場合には収納可能な収納用凹部を設けることができず、またスラブ高さの低い床スラブの場合にも収納用凹部を設けることが困難で、配線器具を配設することができないものであった。

そこで、蓋部2’と器具保持部3’とをそれぞれ取付プレート1’に回動自在に配設したものが考えられた(例えば特許文献7、特許文献8参照)。

このものは、蓋部2’と器具保持部3’とをそれぞれ取付プレート1’に回動自在に且つ上方にばね付勢した状態で配設してあり、使用時には蓋部2’と器具保持部3’とを上動して互いに対向するように斜め上方に起立した状態で上端部同士が係止して保持されるものである。

しかしながら、このような従来の上下動型床用配線器具は、蓋部2’と器具保持部3’は、ばね力にて上方に回動するものであるためばねが破損すると起立不可能となるものであった。また、使用状態における蓋部2’と器具保持部3’との係止は、器具保持部3’が上方に回動するのを規制するような係止であり、器具保持部3’が下方に回動するのを抑止するのはばね力であるため、プラグを器具保持部3’の差込面に差し込もうとすると器具保持部3’はばね力に抗して押し下げられてしまってプラグの差し込みがし難いものであり、また、プラグの差し込み方向への不測の力が加わると破損する惧れがあった。また更に、使用状態での器具保持部3’の支持は器具保持部3’の軸支部分のみで為されるため、プラグの差し込み方向への不測の力が加わったような場合には力がこの軸支部分に集中して特に破損し易いものであった。また、使用を終えて蓋部2’と器具保持部3’とを閉じようとする場合、蓋部2’と器具保持部3’とは連動していないため器具保持部3’を下動した後で蓋部2’を下動して閉じることとなり、操作が面倒であった。

本発明は上記の点に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、スラブ高さの低い床スラブであっても床下に配線器具本体を収納可能であるうえ、使用状態において配線器具本体を堅固に固定できて破損し難く操作が容易な上下動型床用配線器具を提供することを課題とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために本発明に係る上下動型床用配線器具は、開口部10を有し床面に配設される取付プレート1と、取付プレート1に上下動可能なよう配設されて開口部10を開閉する蓋部2と、取付プレート1の開口部10に配設されて蓋部2とともに上下動する器具保持部3と、器具保持部3に保持される配線器具本体4と、で主体が構成され、取付プレート1の一端側に蓋部2の一端部を軸支するとともに、蓋部2の他端部を自由端20として取付プレート1の他端側から上側に上下動自在となるように配設し、蓋部2とは別体の器具保持部3の一端部を取付プレート1の前記蓋部2の自由端20が配設される側に軸支するとともに、器具保持部3の他端部を取付プレート1の前記蓋部2の一端部が軸支される側に自由端30として上下動自在となるように配設し、配線器具本体4の床下への収納時に蓋部2を下動して取付プレート1の開口部10を閉塞した際にこれに連動して器具保持部3が下動して蓋部2の下側に収納されて該器具保持部3に取り付けられた配線器具本体4の差込面40が上向きに略水平となるとともに、配線器具の使用時に蓋部2を上動した際にこれに連動して器具保持部3が上動するような連動手段5を設けた上下動型床用配線器具において、連動手段5として蓋部2と器具保持部3のうちの一方に被係合部を設けるとともに、他方に前記被係合部内に摺動自在に係合されて被係合部側の変位に応じて所定位置に位置決めされる係合部を設け、被係合部は、蓋部2の上下動に連動して器具保持部3を上下動させるように係合部を誘導する誘導部51aと、蓋部2が使用状態まで上動した際に器具保持部3の自重によって係合部が下降して蓋部2および器具保持部3を使用状態に保持するように形成した位置決め部51bと、を設けてなることを特徴とするものである。このような構成とすることで、床下への収納時に器具保持部3に取り付けられる配線器具本体4の差込面40が上向きに略水平となって収納され、差込面40の上下長さhが長い場合でも差込面40の下端部が床下深くに位置することがないため、床下深さを深くとることができないスラブ高さの低い床スラブであっても上下動型床用配線器具を配設することが可能となるうえに、蓋部2と器具保持部3とが連動するため操作が容易となるとともに、蓋部2と器具保持部3とが係合して連動しているため使用状態を堅固に保持するとともに破損し難いものとすることができる。また、被係合部は、蓋部2の上下動に連動して器具保持部3を上下動させるように係合部を誘導する誘導部51aと、蓋部2が使用状態まで上動した際に器具保持部3の自重によって係合部が下降して蓋部2および器具保持部3を使用状態に保持するように形成した位置決め部51bと、を設けてなるので、器具保持部3の自重によって係合部が下降して位置決め部51bにより位置決めされて、蓋部2と器具保持部3とを使用状態で保持することが可能となる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を添付図面に示す実施形態に基づいて説明する。

本発明の上下動型床用配線器具は、図1に示すように、開口部10を有する取付プレート1と、取付プレート1の開口部10を開閉する蓋部2と、蓋部2とともに上下動する器具保持部3と、器具保持部3に取り付けられる配線器具本体4とで構成される。

取付プレート1は、図3に示すように、中央部に矩形状の開口部10が形成される枠状のもので、本実施形態では、略正方形状をした板部材の中央部に矩形状の凹段部11を凹設し、この凹段部11の一端辺から小幅の部分を後述する情報用配線器具本体4bの取付部12として残すとともに、凹段部11の前記取付部12以外の部分を開口して開口部10を形成してある(図1参照)。この取付プレート1は、床面に凹設された収納用凹部の周縁の床上面に載置されて固定され、このとき開口部10を介して収納用凹部と床上とが連通される。取付プレート1には、蓋部2と器具保持部3とが配設される。

蓋部2は、図1に示すように、取付プレート1の開口部10を閉塞可能なように平面視において前記開口部10とほぼ同じかそれより若干大きく形成される板状のもので、本実施形態では上述した凹段部11(即ち開口部10と情報用配線器具本体4bの取付部12とを合わせた部分)と同じ形状に形成してあり、凹段部11に嵌入した時に蓋部2の表面2a(即ち開口部10を閉塞した時の上面)と取付プレート1の上面1aとが面一となるように形成してある。蓋部2及び取付プレート1は、配線器具の不使用時には床面の一部となるため、床面として耐え得る強度を有するように形成されるもので、材質は金属、合成樹脂、木材等特に限定されない。

蓋部2には、対向する一対の端辺からそれぞれ側片21が垂下してあり、この側片21には後述する被係合部としての長孔51が形成される。この蓋部2は、一端部が取付プレート1の一端側に軸支されるとともに、他端部が自由端20として取付プレート1の他端側より上側に上下動自在となって(即ち軸支された部分を中心として回動自在となって)、蓋部2が上下動することで取付プレート1の開口部10を開閉するものである。更に詳述すると、蓋部2は、取付プレート1の開口部10の上記情報用配線器具本体4bの取付部12が形成される端辺と隣接して直交する一端辺側に軸支される。蓋部2から垂下される側片21は、開口部10の情報用配線器具本体4bの取付部12が形成される側の端辺とこれに対向する端辺とに対応する端辺からそれぞれ連設してあり、この両側片21において軸支される側の側端部から軸支用片23を側方に延設するとともに、この軸支用片23に軸部24を突設してある。一方、取付プレート1には、前記軸部24に対応する部分(即ち蓋部2の一端部を軸支する側の端部)に軸受片13を垂下するとともに、この軸受片13に軸受孔14を穿設してあり、蓋部2の軸部24を取付プレート1の軸受孔14に嵌入して回動自在に軸支してある。

このように蓋部2は、自由端20を下動すると取付プレート1の凹段部11に嵌まり込んで開口部10を閉塞し、自由端20を上動すると開口部10が開口されるようになっている。蓋部2には、自由端20に取付プレート1の開口部10の縁部に係止可能な係止爪22が設けてあり、一方、取付プレート1の前記係止爪22に対応する部分には開口部10内に向けて突没可能な係止片(図示せず)が操作部17にて突没されるように形成してあり、蓋部2で開口部10を閉塞した状態でロックすることができる。また、蓋部2は、図5の符号18に示すばねにて上方に回動する向きに付勢してあり、操作部17にて係止爪22による係止を解除することで蓋部2及び器具保持部3が自動で開くようになっている。なお、このばね18を設けずに手動で蓋部2を回動させてもよい。

配線器具本体4は、図1等に示すように、器具保持部3を介して取付プレート1に配設されるもので、コンセント等の電力用配線器具本体4aと、モジュラジャック等の情報用配線器具本体4bとがあるが、以下において特に断わりがない場合には電力用配線器具本体4aを指すものとする。電力用配線器具本体4aは、栓刃が突出したプラグ6が差し込まれるコンセント4a1(図6参照)や、ソケットが差し込まれるコンセント4a2(図7参照)等特に限定されず、また、スイッチ41が付加されていてもよい(図6参照)。情報用配線器具本体4bは、後述するが、情報用器具保持部を介して取付プレート1の取付部12に取り付けられる。電力用配線器具本体4aは、以下に説明する器具保持部3を介して配設される。

器具保持部3は、図1に示すように、蓋部2とは別体に形成され、中央部にコンセント等の配線器具本体4(4a)を保持するもので、形状は板状のものやロ字形等をした枠状のもの等、特に限定されない。配線器具本体4(4a)は器具保持部3内に嵌まり込み、差込面40が上向きに露出可能となる。そして器具保持部3は、一端部を取付プレート1の上記蓋部2の自由端20が配設される側に軸支するとともに、他端部を取付プレート1の上記蓋部2が軸支される側に自由端20として配設するものである。更に詳述すると、器具保持部3には、蓋部2の自由端20が配設される側の端辺部の両側に軸部(特に図示せず)が突設してあり、一方、取付プレート1には、前記器具保持部3に突設した軸部に対応する部分に軸受片(特に図示せず)を垂下するとともに、この軸受片に軸受孔(特に図示せず)を穿設してあって、蓋部2と同様にして器具保持部3の軸部を取付プレート1の前記軸受孔に嵌入して回動自在に軸支したものである。

このように、蓋部2と器具保持部3は、取付プレート1の対向する端部にそれぞれ軸支されて上下動自在となっているが、蓋部2と器具保持部3の上下動は連動手段5によって連動するもので、以下に説明する。

連動手段5は、蓋部2と器具保持部3のうち、一方に被係合部を設けるとともに、他方に被係合部内に摺動自在に係合されて被係合部側の変位に応じて所定位置に位置決めされる係合部を設けて構成するもので、本実施形態では、図1に示すように、被係合部として長孔51を形成するとともに、係合部として長孔51内を摺動する突部52を形成してある。

被係合部としての長孔51は、図4,図5に示すように、蓋部2の側片21にそれぞれ形成してあり、蓋部2の表面2aとほぼ平行となる直線状の誘導部51aと、誘導部51aから連設される位置決め部51bとからなる。誘導部51aは、側片21の軸支側の端部近傍から自由端20側に向けて形成されるもので、本実施形態では自由端20側の端部は側片21の略中間部に位置している。また、位置決め部51bは、誘導部51aから下側(即ち、蓋部2の表面2aから離れる側)に連設されるもので、本実施形態では誘導部51aの自由端20側の端部から軸支側の斜め下方に向けて連設される。一方、係合部としての突部52は、器具保持部3の自由端30側の端辺の両側に突設してあり、この突部52が蓋部2の長孔51にそれぞれ挿入してある。

なお、本願のように長孔51を側片21を貫通して形成してあると、長孔51への突部52の係合状態が外側より視認できて好ましいのであるが、側片21の内側を凹設して長溝としてあってもよいものである。またなお、このような係合部と被係合部は、一方が蓋部2に且つ他方が器具保持部3設けてあればよいものである。

連動手段5による動作について説明する。図2または図5(c)に示すように、蓋部2が下動した状態では、器具保持部3の突部52は長孔51の誘導部51aの軸支されている側の端部近傍に位置することとなって、器具保持部3の突部52が設けてある自由端30は下動されて蓋部2の下側に収納され、器具保持部3に取り付けられた配線器具本体4(4a)の差込面40が上向きに略水平となる(以下、この状態を収納状態とする)。

次に、上記収納状態から図5(b)に示すように蓋部2を上動していくと、蓋部2の変位に伴って長孔51も軸支部分を中心に自由端20側の端部が上方に回動して変位していく。このとき、長孔51内に挿入されている器具保持部3の突部52は長孔51によって押し上げられることとなって、長孔51の変位に応じてその内部での突部52の係合位置が位置決めされる。

そして、図5(a)に示すように蓋部2を所定の位置まで変位させたとき、器具保持部3の突部52は長孔51の誘導部51aの自由端20側の端部にまで移動し、器具保持部3の自重によって位置決め部51bへと下降する。蓋部2の回動は突部52が位置決め部51bの側壁に当接して規制され、この状態(即ち使用状態)にて蓋部2及び器具保持部3が保持される。この使用状態では、図5(a)に示すように器具保持部3に取り付けられた配線器具本体4(4a)の差込面40が斜め上方を向くため、プラグ6を差し込み難い机の下等に設置された場合でも、差込面40が見えて差し込み易く、床上にこぼれた水分等が配線器具に浸入し難いとともに、位置決め部51bを誘導部51aから下側に向けて連設してあるため、プラグ6の差込面40への差し込み方向が位置決め部51bの連設方向と同じとなり、プラグ6を差込面40に差し込む際に配線器具本体4に下向きの差し込み力が加わっても突部52が位置決め部51bの底部にて支持されて器具保持部3が下方に押し下げられてしまうことがなく、プラグ6の差し込みがし易いとともに、プラグ6の差し込み方向への不測の力が加わっても破損し難い。また、器具保持部3の支持が器具保持部3の軸支部分と係合部及び被係合部の係合部分とで行われるため、器具保持部3の軸支部分に力が集中せず分散させることができて、一層破損し難くすることができる。

また、誘導部51aの自由端20側の端部を側片21の両端部間の途中(特に本実施形態では略中間部)に位置させているため、差込面40の上方を蓋部2の上半部が覆う状態となって、プラグ6や配線器具本体4が上方から踏み付けられるのを防止してプラグ6、配線器具本体4を保護することができる。

更に本実施形態では、図4に示すように、長孔51の位置決め部51bに係止部53が設けてある。係止部53は、長孔51の誘導部51aから位置決め部51bへと落下した突部52が容易に誘導部51aへ戻されてしまうことがないように、位置決め部51bの下端部から蓋部2の軸支側に切欠して形成してある。このようにすることで、使用状態において蓋部2と器具保持部3とがともに自重で下動しようとする際に突部52が係止部53に嵌まり込んで係止されて(図4(a)参照)、使用状態を確実に保持することができる。また、床上の歩行者が蓋部2を踏み付けたり蹴躓いたりして蓋部2の表面2aに下方側への力が加わっても使用状態が不用意に解除されるのを防止することができるとともに、前記のように力が加わった場合でもプラグ6や配線器具本体4が破壊されるのを防止できて安全性を確保することができる。また、配線器具本体4にスイッチ41が付加してあるものにあってはスイッチ41が誤ってON、OFFされるのを防止できる。

使用状態から収納状態とするには、蓋部2と器具保持部3とを手で掴んで係止部53に係止されている突部52を位置決め部51bを介して誘導部51aへと戻し、蓋部2を下動すると突部52が誘導部51aにて誘導されて器具保持部3も連動して下動し、配線器具本体4が床面の収納用凹部に収納されることとなる。このとき、蓋部2と器具保持部3とは係合部及び被係合部にて係合された状態で連動しているため、蓋部2を下動するだけて器具保持部3が下動されて操作が容易である。

上述したように、蓋部2と器具保持部3とが連動手段5によって連動するため、配線器具本体4(4a)の収納時において、器具保持部3が蓋部2の下側に略水平に位置することとなって、器具保持部3に取り付けられる配線器具本体4(4a)がその差込面40が上向きに略水平となって収納されるため、差込面40の上下長さhが長い場合でも従来例のように差込面40の下端部が床下深くに位置することがなく、床下深さは配線器具本体4(4a)の差込面40から裏面側の厚みに依存するのみとなり、スラブ高さの低い床スラブであっても従来より浅い収納用凹部を設けるだけで上下動型床用配線器具を配設することが可能となり、本発明においては特に、被係合部及び、該被係合部内に摺動自在に係合されて被係合部側の変位に応じて所定位置に位置決めされる係合部にて連動手段を構成してあるため、操作が容易となるとともに、使用状態を堅固に保持することができて且つ破損し難い。

このような上下動型床用配線器具は、配線器具本体4のうち特に電力用配線器具本体4aの差込面40の上下長さhが長いため器具保持部3に取り付けて上下動自在とするもので、配線器具本体4のうち情報用配線器具本体4bにあっては、差込面40が小さいため上下動させる必要がないうえに、電力用配線器具本体4aのものと比べて情報用配線器具本体4b自体や、裏面側に接続されるリード線等が破損し易いため、取付プレート1に固定して非可動とする方が望ましいものである。

情報用配線器具本体4bは、図2に示すように、取付プレート1の凹段部11に形成した取付部12に情報用器具保持部を介して取り付けられる。情報用器具保持部は、図10に示すように、上方に開口する略コ字状をした本体71と、本体71の両方の上端部から外側に連設される取付鍔部72とからなり、本体71の底部には情報用配線器具本体4bが取り付けられる開口部73が形成してある。この情報用器具保持部は、取付鍔部72に穿設してある固着孔を介してねじ等の固着具75にて取付プレート1の凹段部11に形成した取付部12の下面側に取り付けられ、情報用配線器具本体4bの差込面を取付プレート1の開口部10より露出させるものである。

情報用配線器具本体4bとしては、モジュラジャック接続部4b1(図8(a)参照)や、BNCケーブル等の接続部4b2など特に限定されず、様々なものが付け替え自在に取り付けてある。
