Abstract
Description
【0001】

[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the tube connecting device according to the present invention, a plurality of flexible tubes are held by a first tube holder and a second tube holder, and the tube is interposed between the first tube holder and the second tube holder. In the tube connection device for welding and connecting different tube cut surfaces, the tube is held by the first tube holder and the second tube holder after being cut by heating and melting with the heated cutting plate (6). The cutting plate is loaded in a direction orthogonal to the tube, and has a holder that moves up and down in the orthogonal direction to cut the tube, and the holder includes a fixing plate that clamps the loaded cutting plate from both sides, and Opening and closing plate And a base plate for fixing the fixing plate The opening / closing plate so that the opening / closing plate opens and closes the upper side with respect to the fixed plate. The base plate And is provided with a convex line that opens the open / close plate by being applied with an operation rod before loading the cutting plate into the holder. It is characterized by that.
Therefore, loading of a new cutting plate into the holder and replacement by pushing out a used cutting plate in the holder at the same time are performed each time, but the opening / closing plate is opened with a pressing piece in advance during the loading and replacement. Since the gap with the fixed plate is opened, the cutting plate can be loaded and replaced smoothly.
[0009]
The tube connecting device according to the present invention is the above-described device, wherein both of the cutting plates are such that the insertion side cutting plate inserted into the holder and the discharge side cutting plate loaded in the holder overlap each other. It has a positioning spring which urges and positions to the fixed plate side.
Therefore, both cutting plates urged to the fixed plate side by the positioning spring are loaded with the discharge-side cutting plates on the path of the insertion-side cutting plate and the ends overlap each other. Extrusion and replacement with the insertion-side cutting plate can be performed reliably.
[0010]
In the tube connecting device according to the present invention, in the above-described device, the guide unit pushes out one cutting plate from a cassette including the plurality of cutting plates and loads the cutting plate along the guide groove, and the guiding unit A retraction preventing spring disposed by fixing a leaf spring obtained by folding the front end side in the feed direction of the cut plate to be fed to the holder so that the front end portion overlaps the path of the cut plate The retraction preventing spring is bent by the cutting plate when the cutting plate is inserted to open a path, and is elastically restored after the cutting plate passes to cut off the retreating path of the cutting plate.
[0011]
In the tube connecting device according to the present invention, a plurality of flexible tubes are held by a first tube holder and a second tube holder, and the tube is interposed between the first tube holder and the second tube holder. A device for welding and connecting different tube cut surfaces to each other, the tube being held by the first tube holder and the second tube holder A holder for loading the cutting plate in an orthogonal direction, and the holder slides on a reference surface formed on the first tube holder or the second tube holder so as to be orthogonal to the tube. It is characterized by.
Therefore, when the holder slides on the reference surface, the cutting plate loaded in the holder can surely move on an orthogonal plane orthogonal to the tube without shaking when the tube is connected.
Therefore, the cut surfaces of the tubes cut by the cutting plate are all equally orthogonal, and the different tube cut surfaces are accurately matched to each other so that a reliable connection can be made.
[0012]
In the tube connecting device according to the present invention, in the above device, the holder is pivotally supported so as to swing on an orthogonal plane orthogonal to the tube, and slides on the reference surface to swing. It is characterized by moving.
Therefore, the cutting plate is advanced by the swinging holder so as to slide obliquely with respect to the tube.
Therefore, the cutting plate itself is thin and does not have a heat storage capacity, but the cutting portion of the cutting plate applied to the tube is shifted in the process of cutting, and heat radiation of the cutting portion in the cutting plate is suppressed, and the cutting is melted and cut. A sufficient amount of heat is maintained.
[0013]
In the tube connecting device according to the present invention, a plurality of flexible tubes are held by a first tube holder and a second tube holder, and the tube is interposed between the first tube holder and the second tube holder. A device for welding and connecting different tube cut surfaces to each other, the tube being held by the first tube holder and the second tube holder On the other hand, the cutting plate is loaded in the orthogonal direction, and the cutting plate is moved up and down in the orthogonal direction to cut the tube, and one cutting plate is pushed out from the cassette having the plurality of cutting plates along the guide groove. And a guide means for loading the holder.
Therefore, since the guide means loads a new cutting plate into the holder and replaces the used cutting plate at the same time, the tube can be cut with a hygienic cutting plate.
