Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cleaning tool which is applied to a rotary electric razor and can automatically clean the blade groove and the like while rotating an inner blade.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-34773 is a rotary electric shaver cleaning tool, which has a scraping ring fixed to one end of a hollow case, and the scraping ring is externally fitted to the inner blade. By inserting and fitting in the shape and reciprocating along the axial center, it is possible to forcibly scrape off dust and sebum adhering to the blade groove and the like. The scraping ring is formed with a blade hole that matches the cross-sectional shape of the inner blade.
[0003]
In the cleaning tool of the present invention, a cylindrical brush supported rotatably is circumscribed on the inner blade, and the inner groove is driven to clean the blade groove and the like. This type of cleaning method is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 60-7653. It is known in the gazette. However, the cylindrical brush is incorporated in the razor head together with the inner blade, and cannot be removed unless the inner blade is separated from the frame.
[0004]
Other than the above, a cleaning tool in which a brush for cleaning an inner blade is arranged on the inner surface of a cap or a U-shaped holder that is replaced with an outer blade holder is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Nos. 58-174068 and 59-40078. It is well known. All of these correspond to reciprocating electric razors, and the brush itself cannot rotate or reciprocate.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since the cleaning tool of the type that scrapes off fluff and the like is cleaned with the outer blade holder removed and the inner blade exposed, it is dangerous when the motor start switch is turned on by mistake.
[0006]
In this regard, the electric razor with a built-in cleaning brush does not pose a safety problem because the outer surfaces of the inner blade and the cleaning brush are always covered with the outer blade holder. However, there is a sanitary problem because the cut flakes are splashed off by the cleaning brush that is always in sliding contact with the inner blade and scattered outside from the blade hole of the outer blade. Since the whisker is cut on the sliding surface between the inner and outer blades, it is necessary to place the cleaning brush in a state of circumscribing the lower half surface of the inner blade. It takes. Since the cleaning brush is always circumscribed with the inner blade, there is a disadvantage that the brush is easily consumed and the motor power is wasted.
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to provide a cleaning tool for a rotary electric razor that can automatically clean the blade surface and the blade groove while rotationally driving the inner blade only by mounting on the razor head instead of the outer blade holder. There is to do. [Action]
When the cleaning tool is used, the holder body 25 is attached to the razor head 7 and the cleaning brush 26 is circumscribed on the inner blade 15. When the switch knob 4 for starting the motor is turned on in this state, the inner blade 15 is driven to rotate, and at the same time, the cleaning brush 26 rotates with the inner blade 15 while slipping. At this time, the fluff and sebum adhering to the blade surface and the groove are forcibly scraped off by the relative sliding between the brush bristles and the inner blade 15. After replacing the holder body 25 with the outer blade holder 16, the inner blade 15 can be cleaned simply by turning on the switch knob 4 for starting the motor, so that the cleaning operation can be performed easily and quickly. During normal use, the outer blade holder 16 is attached to the razor head 7 and cleaning is performed by replacing the cleaning tool with the razor head 7 only during cleaning, so that the wear of the cleaning brush 26 can be suppressed and an extra load is applied to the motor 8. Can be eliminated.
[0015]
When the cleaning brush 26 can be attached to and detached from the holder body 25, the cleaning brush 26 can be removed from the holder body 25, the brush itself can be cleaned and the holder body 25 can be cleaned, and the brush can be replaced when the cleaning brush 26 is worn out. Can be done easily with little effort. The consumable parts are limited to the cleaning brush 26 only, and the cost required for maintenance of the inner blade 15 can be reduced.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 4, when the operation unit 32 that holds the safety switch 19 in the safety ensuring state is provided in the holder body 25, the safety switch 19 is turned on unless the holder body 25 is properly attached to the razor head 7. Since it is not possible to switch to the safe state, the motor 8 does not start even when the switch knob 4 for starting the holding motor is turned on, so that the cleaning operation can be performed safely.
[0017]
If a plurality of water inlets 27 are opened in the peripheral wall of the holder body 25 formed in a cap shape, the cleaning water is introduced into the holder body 25 from the water outlet 27 and added to the scraping action by the brush hair. Thus, the fluff and sebum etc. can be washed away also by the flowing action of the washing water, and the fluff adhering to the inner blade 15 and its peripheral part can be effectively removed. If the water outlets 27 are opened in a pair of opposed peripheral walls, running water is poured from one of the water outlets 27, and the cleaning water containing the debris is discharged from the other water outlet 27, and the cleaning brush 26 and the running water are discharged. It is possible to prevent the hair chips removed in step 1 from reattaching. The cleaning brush 26 at the time of washing with water causes the washing water to splash around to the surroundings or generate a water flow around the brush, so that the fouling adhered to the wall surface and corners around the inner blade 15 is also reliably cleaned. it can.
[0018]
According to the cleaning tool composed of the holder body 25 that can be washed with water and the cover 42 attached to the holder body 25, all the water flow ports 27 can be closed by attaching the cover 42 to the holder body 25. Therefore, when it is difficult to perform water washing, it is possible to prevent the dust and the like from scattering from the water outlet 27 to the outside of the holder by performing the cleaning using the cover 42 together. The cost of the cleaning tool can be reduced as compared with a case where a cap-like holder body dedicated to dry cleaning in which the water passage 27 is not formed is separately provided.
[0019]
According to the cleaning tool provided with the cleaning brush 26 and the connecting portion 49 using the frame provided with the brush hairs 47 and 48 for manual cleaning, the holder body 25 is attached to the razor head 7. By cleaning while rotating the inner blade 15, the inner blade 15 can be easily cleaned.
[0020]
【Example】
1 to 11 show an embodiment of a cleaning tool according to the present invention. FIG. 2 shows a rotary electric razor to which the cleaning tool is applied, which has a cylindrical main body case 1 that also serves as a grip, and assembles the razor unit 2 into the main body case 1 from the upper assembly opening side. The connector unit 3 at the lower end and the razor unit 2 are fastened with screws, and the three parties 1 to 3 are integrated. A switch knob 4 for starting the motor and a switching knob 5 for raising and lowering the shaving blade are provided on the front and rear surfaces of the main body case 1. The connector unit 3 is provided with a connector plug for charging.
[0021]
The razor unit 2 is roughly divided into a chassis unit 6 and a razor head 7. Electrical components such as the motor 8, the secondary battery 9, and the circuit board 10 are collectively arranged on the chassis unit 6 side. The razor head 7 includes an inverted portal head frame 12 and a swing frame 14 supported by the head frame 12 so as to be swingable back and forth about a shaft 13. A pair of front and rear inner blades 15 rotating around the horizontal axis are pivotally supported on the upper part of the swing frame 14, and a gear transmission mechanism for transmitting the rotational power of the motor 8 to both inner blades 15 is provided in the head frame 12. Is housed inside.
[0022]
Between the swing frame 14 and the head frame 12, a vibrator for driving the sharp shaving blade is disposed. The outer blade 17 is circumscribed to each inner blade 15 by fitting the outer blade holder 16 to the swing frame 14 from above. In order to allow the razor head 7 to be washed with water, a waterproof seal 18 is provided between the razor head 7 and the chassis unit 6. Although not shown, another waterproof seal is disposed between the output shaft of the motor 8 and the bottom wall of the head frame 12.
[0023]
When the outer blade holder 16 is removed from the swing frame 14, the two inner blades 15 are exposed. If the previous switch knob 4 is turned on in this state, the inner blade 15 is rotationally driven, which is dangerous. In order to avoid such a situation, as shown in FIG. 3, a safety switch 19 is provided on the chassis unit 6 side, and an interlocking piece 20 and a relay piece 21 that move up and down in conjunction with the attaching / detaching operation of the outer blade holder 16 are provided. Via, it can be switched between an on state and an off state.
[0024]
The relay piece 21 is disposed inside the head frame 12 and is supported so as to be movable up and down, and is urged to move upward by a compression spring (not shown). The interlocking piece 20 is supported by the side end wall of the swing frame 14 so as to be slidable up and down. When the outer blade holder 16 is mounted on the swing frame 14, both shoulders are the lower end of the side wall of the outer blade holder 16. It is received at 16a. Only in this state, the safety switch 19 is in the ON state (safety ensuring state). Therefore, when the outer blade holder 16 is removed, the relay piece 21 and the interlocking piece 21 slide upward to the position indicated by the imaginary line, and as a result, the safety switch 19 is switched off and the motor 8 is energized. Stop. The relay piece 21 and the passive probe of the safety switch 19 are separated by the waterproof seal 18 described above.
[0025]
In order to make it possible to wash the peripheral wall portion of the swing frame 14 covered with the inner blade 15 and the outer blade holder 16 with the use of motor power, the cleaning tool is suitable for the electric shaver. In FIG. 2, the cleaning tool includes a holder body 25 mounted on the swing frame 14 of the razor head 7 instead of the outer blade holder 16, and a cleaning brush 26 disposed on the inner surface of the holder body 25.
[0026]
4 to 8, the holder body 25 is made of a cap-shaped plastic molded product that opens downward, and has water passages 27 that allow the washing water to enter and exit at a plurality of locations on the peripheral wall. The water inlet 27 is composed of two groups. One of them is a group of upper water inlets 27a that are opened along the front and rear shoulders of the holder body 25 and are divided by comb-shaped ribs, and the other is a pair of upper and lower openings that are opened on the front and rear peripheral walls of the holder body 25. Lower water inlets 27b and 27c.
[0027]
The holder body 25 is engaged and attached to the swing frame 14 using the engagement structure of the outer blade holder 16. For this purpose, as shown in FIG. 4, a pair of front and rear engaging recesses 28 are provided in the lower part of the inner surface of both side walls of the holder body 25. The engaging recess 28 engages with holding claws 29 protruding from the outer surfaces of both side walls of the swing frame 14 to maintain the mounting state of the holder body 25. The four holding claws 29 are retracted by pushing a release button 30 provided on one outer surface of the head frame 12, and the holder body 25 can be detached from the swing frame 14 only in this state. .
[0028]
When the holder body 25 is properly attached to the swing frame 14, the previous interlocking piece 20 is pushed down against the spring biasing force by the operation portion 32 at the lower end of the side wall of the holder body 25. As in the case where the holder 16 is attached to the swing frame 14, the safety switch 19 can be held in a safe state. As shown in FIG. 2, the vertical height of the holder body 25 is set to be larger than that of the outer blade holder 16, and the cleaning brush 26 is attached to the inner blade 15 in a state where the holder body 25 is attached to the swing frame 14. Can be circumscribed on the upper half of the surface. The protective wall 33 provided between the pair of upper and lower lower water inlets 17b and 17c is positioned on the front and rear outer surfaces of the inner blade 15 (see FIG. 1) to reliably prevent accidental contact with the inner blade 15 during cleaning. It is out.
[0029]
In FIG. 5, the cleaning brush 26 is formed in a cylindrical shape by sandwiching and fixing a group of brush hairs between a plurality of twisted stainless steel wires, and the stainless steel wire is used as a core shaft 34 to freely rotate to the holder body 25. To support. For this purpose, a bearing portion 35 is provided at the center of the upper inner corner of the holder body 25, and a bush (shaft portion) 36 that is externally fitted and fixed to both side ends of the core shaft 34 is pivotally supported by the bearing portion 35.
[0030]
6 and 7, the bearing portion 35 includes a pair of front and rear holding arms 37 that protrude downward from the inner surface of the upper wall of the holder body 25, and a positioning protrusion 38 that bulges on the inner surface of the side wall of the holder body 25. The holding arm 37 can be elastically deformed in a direction away from each other, and is provided with a holding claw 39 that holds the lower half peripheral surface of the bush 36 at the lower end of each facing surface. The cleaning brush 26 can be pivotally supported by holding the three peripheral surfaces of the bush 36 with the pair of holding claws 39 and the positioning projections 38. When the bush 36 is engaged with and disengaged from the bearing portion 35 against the elasticity of the pair of holding arms 37, the cleaning brush 26 can be attached to and detached from the holder body 25.
[0031]
When the razor head 7 is to be cleaned, the outer blade holder 16 is removed, and the dust attached to the swing frame 14 and the inner blade 15 is shaken off, and then the holder body 25 is attached to the swing frame 14. At this time, as shown in FIG. 10, the peripheral surface of the cleaning brush 26 is in contact with the entire length of the upper half peripheral surface of both inner blades 15, and the tips of the brush bristles are partially bent at the blade surface and the groove. In contact. In this state, when the switch knob 4 is slid upward and the motor 8 is started, each inner blade 15 rotates in the direction indicated by the arrow in FIG. Accordingly, the cleaning brush 26 receives a rotational force opposite to that of the inner blades 15 and rotates vigorously while partially slipping. At this time, by the relative sliding between the brush bristles and the peripheral surface of the inner blade 15, the fluff, sebum, etc. (see FIG. 10) adhering to the blade groove or the tip or the base end corner of the small blade 15a are swept away. Can be dropped. When cleaning is performed by pouring running water or by turning the electric razor upside down and immersing the razor head 7 in water, the hair can be washed away by the flow of water, so that more effective cleaning can be performed.
[0032]
Since the water passages 27a to 27c are opened on the upper surface and the front and rear surfaces of the holder body 25, the direction in which running water is poured can be arbitrarily selected. However, preferably when the entire razor is held sideways as shown in FIG. 9 and cleaning is performed, freshly washed water is always introduced into the holder body 25, and the washed-off hairs are removed from the lower side water passage. 27b and 27c can be quickly discharged together with the washing water, so that it is possible to surely prevent the dust from reattaching to the surface of the swing frame 14 and the like. More specifically, the upper and lower water inlets 27b and 27c of the holder body 25 correspond to the upper half of the inner blade 15 and the shavings receiving surface of the razor (upper surface of the swing frame 14) as shown in FIG. A pair of front and rear are arranged in an opposing manner. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 9, if a method of cleaning with either one of the water inlets 27b and 27c provided on the front and rear surfaces as the upper surface is adopted, the water passed through the upper upper water inlet 27b rotates. While cleaning the scraps of the inner blade 15 and the cleaning brush 26, the other upper water flow outlet 27b is discharged. Further, the water passed through the lower water inlet 27c on the upper surface is discharged from the lower water inlet 27c on the lower surface while washing off the hair accumulated on the hair receiving surface. At this time, if the holder body 25 is shaken up and down together with the swing frame 14, the collision position of running water changes variously, so that cleaning and cleaning can be performed more effectively.
[0033]
At the time of cleaning using water together, the rotating inner blade 15 and the cleaning brush 26 cause the water mass adhering to the respective surfaces to splash around. These scattered water droplets are useful for improving the cleaning effect, and the debris and sebum adhering to the depressions and corners of the wall surface are surely washed away by the impact of the water droplets. When cleaning is performed by immersing the razor head 7 in water, an unsteady state water flow in which the direction and strength of the flow changes all around the inner blade 15 and the cleaning brush 26 is generated. As with the previous splashed water droplets, it also helps to increase the cleaning effect. In addition, after completion | finish of cleaning, the inner blade 15 is rotated in the air, the water droplet adhering to the cleaning brush 26 is splashed off, and the drying can be accelerated | stimulated.
[0034]
There is a case where it is desired to clean the razor head 7 in a situation where water cannot be used. At this time, if the cleaning tool for washing as described above is used as it is, the hairs swept off by the cleaning brush 26 are ejected from the water flow port 27 and scattered around. In preparation for such a case, a cover 42 for drying and cleaning is provided. In FIG. 11, the cover 42 is formed of a plastic molded product having a U-shaped cross section, and includes an engagement piece 43 for preventing the removal on the inner surface of the lower end of the front and rear walls. The engaging piece 43 engages with a hooking rib 44 projecting from the lower part of the front and rear walls of the holder body 25. When the cover 42 is inserted and attached from the upper surface side of the holder body 25 and the engaging piece 43 is snapped into the retaining rib 44, the inner surface of the cover 42 is brought into close contact with the peripheral surface of the holder body 25, and the upper and lower portions It is possible to close all the water flow ports 27a to 27c from the outer surface side.
[0035]
FIG. 12 shows another embodiment of the cleaning tool, in which the cleaning tool is configured using a brush for manual cleaning. Specifically, a band plate-like frame body having a grip portion 50 at one end is used as the holder body 25, a U-shaped cutout portion 51 is provided on the lower surface side of the long side portion, and cleaning is performed between the opposite side surfaces of the cutout portion 51. The brush 26 is disposed, and the bushes 36 at both ends are rotatably supported by the side walls of the notch 51. Connecting portions 49 project from the lower portions on both sides of the notch 51. These connecting portions 49 are fitted on the upper ends of both side walls of the head frame 12 to position and hold the holder body 25. Brush hairs 47 and 48 for manual cleaning are implanted at the tip and upper long side of the holder body 25, respectively.
[0036]
In use, the holder body 25 is attached to the razor head 7, the cleaning brush 26 is circumscribed on the inner blade 15, and the inner blade 15 is rotationally driven with the grip 50 held by one hand, mainly the inner blade 15. Wipe off the hair adhering to the surface. The other parts are manually cleaned using vertical and horizontal brush hairs 47 and 48 provided in the holder body 25 while the motor is stopped. In addition, when the cleaning tool of this embodiment is applied to the electric razor with the safety switch 19 described in the previous embodiment, a bar-like operation portion 32 is provided at the lower portion of one connecting portion 49, and the interlocking piece. The safety switch 19 can be held in a safe state via the relay piece 20 and the relay piece 21. Or you may provide the switching tool which hold | maintains the safety switch 19 in an ON state in the electric razor side.
[0037]
In addition to the above, the cleaning tool of the present invention can take the following embodiments. As shown in FIG. 13, the holder body 25 is formed in a cap shape, and the front and rear walls and the upper wall thereof are opened without a break to form a water inlet 27. The cleaning brush 26 is disposed at the upper center of the water flow port 27, and the shaft portions 36 at both ends thereof are rotatably supported by the bearing portions 35. The holder body 25 can be used by fitting the holder body 25 to the swing frame 14 in the same manner as the cleaning tool of the previous embodiment.
[0038]
The cleaning brush 26 does not need to be formed in a cylindrical shape, and can be formed in a flat plate shape, a polygonal cross section, an elliptical cross section, or the like. If necessary, a plurality of cleaning brushes 26 can be arranged on the inner surface of the holder body 25. The bearing portion 35 is formed of a cylindrical body, and is supported by the holder body 25 so as to be slidable in the axial direction, so that the shaft portion 36 can be attached and detached. The cover 42 may be fitted into the holder body 25. The cleaning tool of the present invention can be widely applied to an electric razor having only one inner blade 15 or an electric razor not having a swing function.
[0039]
【The invention's effect】
The cleaning tool of the present invention comprises a holder body 25 and a cleaning brush 26 rotatably supported by the holder body 25. After the holder body 25 is mounted on the razor head 7 instead of the outer blade holder 16, By rotating the blade 15, the cleaning brush 26 is rotated with the inner blade 15, so that dust and sebum adhering to the blade groove can be automatically cleaned. Therefore, the inner blade 15 can be easily cleaned as compared with the conventional cleaning tool, and the labor for cleaning can be reduced. Since the cleaning brush 26 can be attached to and detached from the holder body 25, the cleaning brush 26 itself can be easily cleaned and replaced.
[0040]
Since the safety switch 19 can be held in a secured state when the holder body 25 is attached to the razor head 7, the inner blade 15 cannot be driven to rotate unless the holder body 25 is properly attached. The inner blade 15 can be prevented from being inadvertently driven in a state where is exposed or in a state where the holder body 25 is not sufficiently attached, and the safety during cleaning can be improved. If the water passage 27 is provided in the holder body 25 so that the washing water can be introduced into the holder body 25, the dust and sebum adhering to the inside of the razor head 7 can be washed away by the flow of water. The inner blade 15 and the razor head 7 can be cleaned more effectively in a short time.
