テレビ放送機は図1に示す通り、複数のPAユニット2が送信機1に実装されて構成される。

PAの嵌合は図2に示す通り、PA2の側面に設けられたガイド3を、送信機筐体に保持されている受けレール4の上をすべらせることで行う。また水冷コネクタ6,7に対し2本のガイドピン5を設け、PA受け金具8のガイド穴9にガイドピン5を挿入することによりコネクタの位置決めを行う。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
下記(1)(2)を実現することを目的とする。

(1)PAガイド3と受けレール4の取付寸法の誤差を1本の接続コネクタに対し1本のガイドピンで吸収しコネクタ嵌合部の部品費の低減を図る。

(2)PA部コネクタと送信機コネクタの嵌合の際にPAが傾斜した場合でもコネクタが平行に嵌合する構造とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため、下記(1)(2)に示す構造となるようにする。

(1)コネクタ取付板の固定はフローティング構造とする。
(2)PA受け板とコネクタ取付板の間にボールプランジャを取付けプランジャの伸縮を活用し傾斜角度を吸収させる。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施例を図3に示す。PA2は送信機に挿入する場合、PA側面のガイド3が受けレール4に保持され垂直方向の位置決めが可能である。また水平方向はガイドピン5を用いて位置決めする。

PA2のコネクタ6と送信機側コネクタ7の嵌合時は図4に示す通り水平、垂直方向の誤差吸収のためコネクタ固定板10にカラー11を挿入し、ねじ12で固定する。コネクタ固定金具10の加工穴とカラー11の寸法差でフローティングすることでPAとPA受け板の位置の誤差を吸収する。

PA受け板8にボールプランジャ14を固定し、コネクタ固定金具10のV溝15で保持し垂直方向を位置決めする。また、水平方向はコネクタに対し1本のガイドピン5を用いて位置決めする。
