Description
【0001】

[Field of the Invention]
In particular, the present invention relates to a roll net door net for synthetic resin fiber yarns and a net for synthetic resin fiber yarns formed by knitting synthetic resin fiber yarns.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Recently, nets for screen doors knitted using synthetic resin fiber threads instead of wire mesh nets (for the purpose of insect protection, shading, shielding, etc.) have been developed and pleated using plastic deformation of synthetic resin fiber threads. A type that can be folded or a type that can be rolled up has been developed.
[0003]
For example, as a screen door using conventional Russell knitting, as shown in FIG. 7, a net of two
At the same time, even if 75 denier yarn is used, it is knitted, so there is also a problem that the looseness of the knitted structure is attached and it is difficult to stabilize the form in terms of strength.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As a means for solving such a problem, first, in order to reduce the diameter when rolled, for example, it is conceivable to reduce the yarn to be used to 50 denier. However, the net has problems in terms of tensile strength, tearing, and elongation. That is, as a result, when the screen door is opened, it is difficult to maintain the shape of the net (flatness, etc.) and a state of bending or slackness appears.
[0005]
In the present invention, a roll screen door net formed by knitting synthetic resin fiber yarns is made thin so as to have a sufficient shape retaining property (flatness, etc.) while being able to reduce the winding diameter. The purpose is to allow the net to be heat-processed with good shape retention.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the synthetic resin fiber yarn roll screen door net according to the present invention uses a core-sheath synthetic resin fiber yarn having a low melting point resin coated on its peripheral surface as a warp yarn. This is a net for roll screen doors of synthetic resin fiber yarns in which the same quality yarn or ordinary synthetic resin fiber yarns are knitted into a net shape by raschel knitting, and the intersections of the raschel knitting are joined by heat welding ,
At least one of the front warp, middle weft, and back weft is 50 denier or less in thickness,
Three middle weft yarns are knitted with three jumps from the right to the left with respect to the warp yarns at a predetermined interval at the front, and two back weft yarns.
Each of the warp yarns at a predetermined interval, which is the front, is knitted with two jumps from left to right. Between the two warp yarns, the three weft yarns of the middle and the two weft yarns of the back are mutually connected. It is configured to intersect.
[0007]
Further, in order to achieve the above object, the synthetic resin fiber yarn roll screen net according to the present invention uses a core-sheath synthetic resin fiber yarn having a low melting point resin coated on the peripheral surface as a warp yarn. This is a roll screen door net of synthetic resin fiber yarns, in which the same quality as warp yarn or normal synthetic resin fiber yarn is knitted into a net shape by raschel knitting, and the intersection of the raschel knitting is joined by heat welding There,
At least one of the front warp, middle weft, and back weft is 50 denier or less in thickness,
There are two middle weft yarns, each of which is knitted with three jumps from the right to the left with respect to the warp yarn at a predetermined interval as the front,
The back weft yarns are two, each of which is knitted with two jumps from the left to the right with respect to the warp yarn at a predetermined interval as the front,
Between the two warp yarns, the three weft yarns of the middle and the two weft yarns of the back cross each other.
[0008]
In addition, the synthetic resin fiber yarn net according to the present invention uses a synthetic resin fiber yarn having a core-sheath structure with a low melting point resin coated on the peripheral surface as a warp yarn, or a yarn of the same quality as the warp yarn or a normal synthetic resin A synthetic resin fiber yarn net in which the fiber yarn is knitted into a net shape by raschel knitting, and the intersection of the raschel knitting is bonded by thermal welding,
At least one of the front warp, middle weft, and back weft is 50 denier or less in thickness,
Three middle weft yarns, each of which is knitted with three jumps from the right to the left with respect to the warp yarn at a predetermined interval at the front,
Two back weft yarns, each knitting with two jumps from the left to the right with respect to the warp yarn at a predetermined interval at the front,
Between the two warp yarns, the middle three yarns and the back two yarns intersect each other,
And the knitting net is coated with a thermosetting resin,
Therefore, it is possible to form pleats by thermal processing after the finishing.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the present invention, as the synthetic resin fiber yarn having a core-sheath structure in which the above-described peripheral surface is coated with a low melting point resin, for example, a heat-welded filament in which polyester is used as a core and low-melting modified polyester is used as a sheath (Kanebo's Bellcouple: trade name) can be used by twisting (or bundling), and any other known yarn (filament) can be used as long as the material has substantially the same function as this. it can.
Moreover, as the above-mentioned normal synthetic resin fiber yarn, it is preferable to use an appropriate thermosetting resin fiber yarn, but these fibers and other synthetic resin fibers, natural fibers, glass fibers, etc. are used in combination. Also good.
[0010]
The front warp yarn is preferably 75 denier, the middle weft yarn is 50 denier, and the back weft yarn is preferably 50 denier.
Preferably, the front warp yarn is 50 denier, the middle weft yarn is 75 denier, and the back weft yarn is 50 denier.
Alternatively, in the present invention, the front warp yarn is preferably 50 denier, the middle weft yarn is 50 denier, and the back weft yarn is preferably 75 denier.
Further, it is preferable that the front warp yarn, the middle weft yarn and the back weft yarn are all composed of 50 denier.
[0011]

Further, as shown in FIG. 6, conversely, the
[0019]
The synthetic resin fiber yarn net according to the present invention uses a core-sheath synthetic resin fiber yarn having a low-melting-point resin coated on the peripheral surface as a warp yarn, or a yarn of the same quality as the warp yarn or a normal synthetic resin. The fiber yarns are weft yarns and knitted into a net shape by raschel knitting, and the intersections of the raschel knitting are joined by heat welding.
[0020]
The specific knitting is substantially the same as the above-described roll screen door net. That is, although not shown, at least one of the front warp, the middle weft, and the back weft has a thickness of 50 denier or less, the middle weft is three, and the front warp has a predetermined interval. Each of the yarns is knitted in three jumps from the right to the left, two back yarns are knitted, and each of the warp yarns at a predetermined interval at the front is knitted in two jumps from the left to the right. Between the two warp yarns, the three weft yarns of the middle and the two weft yarns of the back cross each other.
[0021]
The only difference is that the knitted net is coated with a thermosetting resin. As the coating of the thermosetting resin, an appropriate method, for example, a method of immersing in a liquid such as melamine, epoxy, or polyamide resin is employed.
As a result, pleat molding or the like can be performed by heat processing after glazing, and it can be used as a pleated curtain or for other uses.
[0022]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, a roll screen door net formed by knitting synthetic resin fiber yarns is thinly formed using thin count yarns, and predetermined as five weft yarns including a middle weft yarn and a back weft yarn. By knitting, the remarkable effect that the roll winding diameter at the time of opening and closing the screen door can be reduced while giving the net sufficient strength and sufficient shape retention when the screen door is opened can be obtained. It is what led to play.
[0023]
Further, by coating the knitted net with a thermosetting synthetic resin, the above-mentioned advantages can be obtained, and pleating or the like can be performed by subsequent heat treatment.
Other advantages of the present invention are as described in the above-mentioned embodiment section and embodiment section.
