【0001】
【0004】
XML(eXtensible Markup Language)アプリケーションであるSMIL(Standard Multimedia Integration Language)は、複数のマルチメディアオブジェクトのレイアウトと時間的な同期を定義するSMILプレーヤによってインターネット上のマルチメディアオブジェクトを結び付け、同期再生することができる。

The present invention relates to a remote control method and system for an application program in computer software, and more particularly, a use capable of simultaneously providing an application program for accessing contents provided on the Internet to a plurality of users. The present invention relates to a remote control method and system for a person terminal.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there is an automatic Internet patrol technology that periodically searches for information with a predetermined URL (Uniform Resource Locator) and collects information having a hierarchical structure.
According to this technology, it is possible to reduce the time and collection waiting time of the Internet collection by allowing users to accumulate content on the terminal, but only a part of the services provided on the Internet can be used and distributed in real time. It was not possible to satisfy the request to use the service.
[0003]
In addition, there is a technique for performing remote control via the Internet by causing a user terminal to execute a specific program.
However, in this technique, every operation on the terminal can be executed remotely. However, since this is a one-to-one remote operation and a large amount of information is exchanged between an operator and a non-operator, a plurality of users can The request to share access to content in a portable environment could not be met.
[0004]
SMIL (Standard Multimedia Integration Language), an XML (eXtensible Markup Language) application, can connect multimedia objects on the Internet and synchronize them by a SMIL player that defines the layout and temporal synchronization of multiple multimedia objects. it can.
However, it is not a description language used to synchronize the access of multiple users to multimedia objects. In addition, it is difficult to control content and services that require user interaction.
[0005]
On the other hand, there is a collaboration technology in which a plurality of users share a web screen using the Internet and support collaborative work. However, this technology only allows users to share web operations and screens with each other, and it does not allow users to access Internet content in a specific process. The request to share access to multiple contents over time could not be satisfied.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, in the conventional technology, it is not possible to access a regular or irregular real-time information transmission service or a content and service provided by a distributed content server in synchronization among a plurality of users in time series. It was difficult.
In order to realize using the Internet collaboration technology, it is necessary for a specific person to perform an access operation to the content and share the operation with other users. This means that a specific person manages the access time and the access method to the contents all at once, and imposes a heavy burden on the person. Further, even if the multimedia object integration technology is used, it is not possible to synchronize content access of a plurality of users.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and a user terminal, a content server, and a guide server for controlling the user terminal by a navigator for guiding the content server are connected via the Internet network. In the communication network system, the access time and access method to the content server and the access method of the user are managed, and a plurality of users can simultaneously access the content according to the operation instructions of the navigator. It is an object of the present invention to provide a user terminal remote control method and system capable of dynamically controlling content access.
[0008]
In addition, the remoteness of a user terminal that gives added value by simply organically linking content and services that are continuously provided, or multiple contents and services that are effective by providing them in a series of flows. Another object is to provide a control method and system.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and a user terminal, a content server, and a guide server that controls the user terminal are connected via an Internet network, and navigation information to the content server is provided. The guide server distributes a program sheet in which is described to the user terminal, Received access permission from the content server The guide server notifies the user terminal of the progress of the program, and when receiving the notification of the progress of the program, the user terminal accesses the content server according to the program sheet. Remote control method. In the present invention, the guide server receives and stores notification of state information from the user terminal, and detects that the state of each user terminal participating in the same navigation is in a program progress waiting state. Each of the user terminals participating in the same navigation when it is determined that the program to the user terminal can be progressed and the program progress trigger is received from the guide management client that has notified that the program progress is possible This is characterized in that the program progress is notified to. As a result, the user's terminal is remotely controlled via the guide server that manages and controls the user by the navigator for guiding to the content server. It is possible to manage the access time and access method to the content server and the access state of the user, and allow a plurality of users to access the content at the same time according to the operation instructions of the navigator. Further, it is possible to add value by simply and organically connecting a plurality of contents and services that are continuously provided, or a plurality of contents and services that are effectively provided by a series of flows.
[0010]
According to the present invention, in the above-described remote control method for a user terminal, the guide management client notifies the guide server of information on a changed portion of the program sheet, and the guide server performs the navigation by using the program sheet. The information on the changed part is transferred to each participating user terminal, and the user terminal that has received the information on the changed part changes the program sheet stored based on the information on the changed part. And According to the present invention, in the above remote control method of a user terminal, the client acquires the program sheet by accessing the guide server, and the content is based on navigation information described in the program sheet. One of a process of accessing the server and a process of accessing the content server in synchronization with the plurality of clients according to the control of the guide management client is performed. As a result, changes in irregular content and services can be dealt with by the guide server by changing the program sheet in real time, and contents and services provided under irregular time management are guided from the content server. The program proceeds by giving an access trigger to the server. This makes it possible to realize Internet navigation using a plurality of users distributed on the Internet and using Internet contents or services distributed according to the progress of the navigator.
[0011]
In the user terminal remote control method described above, the content server gives an access trigger to the guide server, the guide server triggers an access from the content server, and the guide management. When receiving a program progress trigger from a client, the user terminal is notified of the program progress. Also, the present invention is the above-described remote control method for a user terminal, wherein the program sheet describes, in time series, access timings, access methods, and explanation information of contents and services provided by the content server, and the guide management It is created in a client and managed on the guide server. Thus, the program sheet on the guide server is registered in the client, and the navigator instructs the guide server to proceed with the program, so that a plurality of clients can sequentially access the content server. The user of navigation can easily access the desired content from the content overflowing on the Internet by selecting a program. In addition, the content provider can control access to the content and service, so that reliable demand can be expected in advance, and effective content can be provided to navigation users.
[0012]
In addition, the present invention delivers a content server that provides content and services and a program sheet in which navigation information to the content server is described to a user terminal, Based on receiving access permission from the content server A guide server for notifying the user terminal of the program progress, and the user terminal for accessing the content server according to the program sheet upon receiving the notification of the program progress are connected via an Internet network. This is a remote control system for a user terminal. With this configuration, the user's terminal is remotely controlled via the guide server that manages and controls the user by the navigator that guides to the content server. In addition, a client that operates a user terminal, a guide server that communicates with a plurality of clients to control content access, and a guide management client that instructs navigation to the guide server are provided on the guide server. By registering the program sheet in the client and instructing the progress of the program to the guide server by the navigator, it is possible to provide a user terminal remote control system in which a plurality of clients can sequentially access the content server.
