【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、利用者がネットワークを利用して各種証明書，チケットを任意の場所で入手することが可能な証明書発行システムに係わるものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、チケット及び商品券の購入は、利用者がそれぞれチケット販売店，デパートの所定の窓口へ行き、直接に購入するか、電話及びインターネット等の通信手段により予約した後、印刷された正規のチケットを所定の場所やコンビニエンスストアにおいて受け取る方法が一般的である。
また、上述したような方法において、各自治体の各種証明書（例えば、住民票）の発行も、役所の窓口に行かなくとも入手できるようになっている。

上述した方法においては、発行された各種証明書，チケットのセキュリティをいかに確保するかが問題となるが、特開2000-326672号に提案されているように、印刷される用紙にRF-ID（Radio Frequency-Identification：電波方式識別システム）を付けて、発行したセンタ（印刷して発行する代行会社など）側で発行した証明書やチケットのIDを管理することで、印刷して発行した証明書やチケットの信頼性の保持及び偽造防止を実現しようとしている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上述したシステムにおいては、利用者が所有するプリンタの種類や使用している紙の種類を判別することができないので、あらかじめ印刷する紙の種類やプリンタ種類が判っている場所に出力するため、固定の場所へ出向いて印刷物を受領することとなり、直接窓口に行くのと変わりがない。
すなわち、このシステムには、利用者としてはパーソナルコンピュータが自宅にあれば、インターネットにより発注した場合、このパーソナルコンピュータに接続されたプリンタから出力してもらいたいが、発行するセンタ側が利用者の印刷環境（紙の種類やプリンタ種類）を特定できないという問題がある。

また、上記システムにおいては、各利用者のプリンタの種類を特定しなくとも良いように、センタ側が利用者の要求する証明書やチケットなどに印刷する印刷データを、各利用者のパーソナルコンピュータへ送信して、各利用者がプリンタにより印刷データを印刷するようにした場合、利用者がこの印刷データを保有することとなり、証明書やチケットのセキュリティの確保が困難となる。

本発明は、このような背景の下になされたもので、利用者のプリンタで各種証明書（公的証明書，チケット，商品券などの金券）を出力することが可能であり、かつ、印刷される上記各種証明書のセキュリティを確保することが可能な証明書発行システムを提供する。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、受信する印刷要求に応じた証明書の印刷データを提供し、前記印刷データの情報を含む印刷結果の管理を行う印刷物提供サーバと、前記印刷物提供サーバから前記印刷データを受信し、印刷先の端末にて実行されることで当該端末の印刷環境を検出する印刷環境確認オブジェクトを印刷先の端末へ送信して前記端末にて検出される印刷環境を前記端末から受信し、受信した印刷環境に応じて、前記端末にて実行されることで前記印刷データの印刷と印刷結果の送信とを行い印刷終了時に自身の消去動作を行う印刷オブジェクトを生成して前記端末へ送信し、前記端末から送信される印刷結果を受信し、受信した印刷結果を前記印刷物提供サーバへ送信する印刷物管理サーバとを具備することを特徴とする証明書発行システムである。
また、本発明は、上記に記載の発明において、前記印刷物提供サーバは、前記印刷データを前記印刷物管理サーバに送信する際に、前記印刷データとともに、前記端末にて当該印刷データが印刷される紙媒体に付加される固有のＩＤを前記印刷物管理サーバに送信し、前記印刷物管理サーバから受信する印刷結果に含まれる前記固有のＩＤを読み出し、読み出した前記固有のＩＤに対応付けて前記印刷結果に含まれる情報をデータベースに記憶させ、前記印刷物管理サーバは、前記印刷物提供サーバから受信した固有のＩＤを前記印刷オブジェクトとともに前記端末に送信し、前記固有のＩＤが含まれる印刷結果を前記端末から受信して前記印刷結果を前記印刷物提供サーバに送信することを特徴とする。
また、本発明は、上記に記載の発明において、前記印刷物管理サーバは、前記紙媒体の情報として、前記印刷データを印刷する用紙の用紙サイズ、紙質、用紙の色を検出する印刷環境確認オブジェクトを生成することを特徴とする。
これにより、本願発明は、印刷物管理サーバが印刷環境を確認することが可能なため、複数の利用者が指定する多様な機種のプリンタにおける証明書の印刷を可能とすることができる。
また、本発明の証明書発行システムは、印刷が終了した後端末において、印刷オブジェクトが自身と、印刷データ及び印刷環境確認オブジェクトを消去するため、利用者の複製を防止してセキュリティを確保することが可能である。

また、本発明は、上記に記載の発明において、前記固有のＩＤは、前記紙媒体に添付された記録媒体に記録されることを特徴とする。
また、本発明は、上記に記載の発明において、前記印刷物提供サーバが、前記データベースに記憶される前記固有のＩＤに基づいて印刷された証明書の管理を行い、前記固有のＩＤに基づいて前記証明書が提供した前記証明書であるか否かの照会処理を行うことを特徴とする。
これにより、本発明の証明書発行システムは、発行者が印刷を行った用紙を特定することが可能になり、データベースを検索することにより、いずれの種類の証明書であるか、いずれの利用者に対して発行した証明書であるかの認証を行うことができ、不正な利用及び不正な複製を防止してセキュリティを確保することが可能である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面を参照して本発明の実施形態について説明する。図１は本発明の一実施形態による証明書発行システムの構成例を示すブロック図である。
この図において、印刷物管理サーバ１，印刷物提供サーバ２，端末３各々は、公衆通信網，専用通信網及びインターネット等からなる情報通信網Ｉにより接続されている。
ここで、端末３は、利用者の自宅、またはコンビニエンスストアや公共の場所等に設置されている。
印刷物提供サーバ２は、利用者からの証明書印刷の印刷リクエストに基づき、この印刷リクエストに対応した印刷データとともに、印刷リクエストに含まれる、プリンタ４の接続された端末３のアドレスなどの印刷先情報と、印刷する日時を示すスケジュール情報と、利用者を識別する利用者ＩＤ番号とからなる印刷情報を印刷物管理サーバ１へ出力する。

印刷物管理サーバ１は、印刷環境確認オブジェクト生成部１１と印刷オブジェクト生成部１２とを有している。
印刷環境確認オブジェクト生成部１１は、端末３に接続されているプリンタの機種及び印刷に使用する用紙の紙媒体情報を確認する印刷環境確認オブジェクトを生成して、上記印刷先情報に基づいて端末３へ送信する。
印刷オブジェクト生成部１２は、上記印刷環境オブジェクトにより端末３側で確認される、プリンタ４の機種情報（機種番号，製品番号，モデル番号など）及び紙媒体情報に基づいて、最適な印刷を実行する印刷オブジェクトを生成し、この印刷オブジェクトを上記印刷データとともに端末３へ送信する。

端末３は、プリンタ４が接続されており、上記印刷環境オブジェクトに基づき記憶部に構成される印刷環境オブジェクト実行部３１と、上記印刷オブジェクトに基づき記憶部に構成される印刷オブジェクト実行部３２とが、印刷データの印刷実行時に設けられ、印刷が終了した時点において、印刷オブジェクトが自身と印刷環境オブジェクトとを消去し、印刷環境オブジェクト実行部３１と印刷オブジェクト実行部３２とが記憶部から消去される。
すなわち、印刷オブジェクトは、印刷データの印刷が終了した時点で、端末の記憶部から、自身と印刷環境オブジェクトと印刷データとを消去する処理機能を有している。

プリンタ４には、用紙５に添付された記憶媒体（RF-ID(Radio Frequency Identification )，磁気記録媒体，バーコード等の用紙を一意に特定できるＩＤ情報を保存できれば何でも良い）５１の用紙データを読みとるセンサ４１が設けられている。
用紙５の記録媒体５１に記録された上記用紙データは、紙媒体情報、すなわち用紙サイズ，用紙の紙質，用紙の色と、この用紙を識別する固有の用紙ＩＤ番号とを含んでいる。

次に、図１および図２を参照し、一実施形態の動作例を説明する。図２は、図１の証明書発行システムの動作例を示すシーケンス図（左端のフローが印刷物提供サーバ２の動作を、中央のフローが印刷物管理サーバ１の動作を、右端のフローが端末３の動作を各々示している）である。
以下、証明書発行システムの動作例を、住民票の取得処理として説明する。
利用者が携帯端末や端末３により住民票の印刷リクエストを印刷物提供サーバ２へ送信する。
これにより、印刷物提供サーバ２は、ユーザの印刷リクエストが入力されることにより、証明書の印刷リクエストの発生を検出し（Ｓ２１１）、印刷物管理サーバ１に対する印刷要求を生成し（Ｓ２１２）、この印刷要求とともに、印刷リクエストに対応した印刷データ及び印刷情報を付加して、印刷物管理サーバ１へ送信し、印刷結果の入力待ちの状態となる（Ｓ２１３）。

次に、印刷物管理サーバ１は、印刷物提供サーバ２からの印刷要求を受信し（Ｓ２２１）、利用者が印刷先として指定した端末３のプリンタ４の印刷環境の確認を行うための印刷環境オブジェクトを生成して端末３へ送信する（Ｓ２２２）。
次に、端末３は、印刷環境オブジェクトを受信し（Ｓ２３１）、この印刷環境オブジェクトを記憶部に展開し、印刷環境オブジェクト実行部３１を構成し、印刷環境オブジェクト実行部３１がプリンタ４から読み込む機種情報、及びセンサ４１の読み込む紙媒体情報を入力し（Ｓ２３２）、この印刷環境データを印刷物管理サーバ１へ送信する（Ｓ２３３）。

このとき、端末３は、印刷環境オブジェクト実行部３１が入力するトナーやインクの残量、及び用紙５がプリンタ４にセットされているか否かの情報を、印刷物管理サーバ２へ送信する。
これにより、印刷物管理サーバ１は、トナーやインクの残量が十分で無い、または用紙５がプリンタ４にセットされていない等の印刷が行えない状態を検出して、端末３に対して、印刷可能な状態にすることを指示するアラーム出力を行う。

そして、印刷物管理サーバ１は、印刷環境データを受信し（Ｓ２２３）、プリンタ４の機種情報に基づき、図示しない内部のデータベースから検索される、このプリンタ４がトナーまたはインクリボンのいずれを使用しているか、使用可能な色の種類、印刷の解像度等と、紙媒体情報とに基づき、印刷データの印刷に用いられる色や文字のフォントに合わせて、プリンタ５の印刷品質などを制御する印刷アルゴリズムを含む印刷オブジェクトを生成し、印刷データ及び印刷情報とともに端末３へ送信する（ステップＳ２２４）。

次に、端末３は、印刷オブジェクト受信して記憶部に展開し、印刷オブジェクト実行部３２を構成し（Ｓ２３４）、印刷環境オブジェクト実行部３２が、印刷情報に基づいた日時に、印刷オブジェクトに規定された条件（印刷アルゴリズム）にプリンタの印刷状態を設定して、印刷データを用紙５に印刷する（Ｓ２３５）。

また、通常、記録媒体５１を書き換え不能のものを用いるが、印刷物提供サーバ２が管理しやすい用紙ＩＤ番号を付加したい場合、記録媒体５１に書き換え可能のものを用い、Ｓ２１３において、印刷情報に用紙に書き込む用紙ＩＤ番号を印刷物管理サーバ１に対して送信し、Ｓ２２４において、印刷物管理サーバ１がこの用紙ＩＤ番号を印刷オブジェクトとともに送信し、Ｓ２３５においてプリンタ４に設けられた書き込み装置によりこのＩＤ番号を印刷媒体に書き込む（バーコードの場合には印刷される）ようにしてもよい。

そして、端末３は、印刷オブジェクト実行部３１の出力する印刷結果を、印刷物管理サーバ１へ送信し（Ｓ２３６）、印刷オブジェクト実行部３１の制御により、記憶部にある印刷環境確認オブジェクトと印刷オブジェクトと印刷データとを消去することにより、印刷環境確認オブジェクト実行部３１と印刷オブジェクト実行部３２とを消去する。
ここで、印刷結果は用紙ＩＤ番号及び利用者ＩＤ番号とを含んでいる。

次に、印刷物管理サーバ１は、上記印刷結果を受信し（Ｓ２２５）、この印刷結果を印刷物提供サーバ２へ送信する（Ｓ２２６）。そして、印刷物提供サーバ２は、印刷結果を受信し（Ｓ２１４）、図示しないデータベースにおいて、印刷結果の用紙ＩＤ番号に対応して、利用者ＩＤを含む利用者情報及び印刷データの情報（用紙５に印刷されたのかを示す、印刷データの内容情報，または印刷データそのものでも良い）を格納して、印刷物管理データを作成する（Ｓ２１５）。

これにより、本発明の証明書発行システムは、印刷物管理サーバ１が印刷環境を確認することが可能なため、利用者が指定したプリンタ４における証明書の印刷を可能とし、かつ、印刷が終了した後端末３において、印刷オブジェクトが自身と、印刷データ及び印刷環境確認オブジェクトを消去するため、複製を防止してセキュリティを確保することが可能である。

また、本発明の証明書発行システムは、利用者が印刷された住民票が所定の機関に提出された際、担当者が任意の端末により印刷物提供サーバ２にアクセスして、この住民票に添付された記録媒体からセンサ４１により印刷結果情報を読み取り、照会することにより、証明書が確実に所持している利用者に提供されたものか否かの判定が行えるため、セキュリティが確保される。
上述してきた端末３としては、パーソナルコンピュータ，ホームゲートウェイ，プリンタサーバやルータでも良い。
また、プリンタ４そのものが、端末３の機能を有するものであっても良い。

次に、本発明の実施の形態によるコンピュータが実行するためのプログラムについて説明する。
図１における証明書発行システムの動作におけるコンピュータシステムのＣＰＵが実行するためのプログラムは、本発明によるプログラムを構成する。
このプログラムを格納するための記録媒体としては、光磁気ディスク、光ディスク、半導体メモリ、磁気記録媒体等を用いることができ、これらをＲＯＭ、ＲＡＭ、ＣＤ−ＲＯＭ、フレキシブルディスク、メモリカード等に構成して用いてよい。

また上記記録媒体は、インターネット等のネットワークや電話回線等の通信回線を介してプログラムが送信された場合のサーバやクライアントとなるコンピュータシステム内部のＲＡＭ等の揮発性メモリのように、一定時間プログラムを保持するものも含まれる。
また上記プログラムは、このプログラムを記憶装置等に格納したコンピュータシステムから伝送媒体を介して、あるいは伝送媒体中の伝送波により他のコンピュータシステムに伝送されるものであってもよい。上記伝送媒体とは、インターネット等のネットワーク（通信網）や電話回線等の通信回線（通信線）のように情報を伝送する機能を有する媒体をいうものとする。

また、上記プログラムは、前述した機能の一部を実現するためであってもよい。さらに、前述した機能をコンピュータシステムに既に記録されているプログラムとの組み合わせで実現できるもの、いわゆる差分ファイル（差分プログラム）であってもよい。

従って、このプログラムを図１のシステム又は装置とは異なるシステム又は装置において用い、そのシステム又は装置のコンピュータがこのプログラムを実行することによっても、上記実施の形態で説明した機能及び効果と同等の機能及び効果を得ることができ、本発明の目的を達成することができる。

以上、本発明の一実施形態を図面を参照して詳述してきたが、具体的な構成はこの実施形態に限られるものではなく、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲の設計変更等があっても本発明に含まれる。
実施形態では、住民票において証明書発行システムの説明を行ったが、芝居，スポーツ観戦，コンサートや映画のチケット、各種クーポン券、各種金券の発行に用いることも可能である。
ここで、印刷データの情報は、チケットであればチケットの種類、座席番号、使用日時などのデータであり、クーポン券や金券であれば、引き替えの対象となる金額や品物の名称、発行者、使用可能な期間などのデータである。

また、本発明の証明書発行システムは、コンビニエンスストアで支払う電話料金等の公共料金やクレジットの支払い請求書に用いることにより、請求している会社などの照会を行うことができ、支払い時点において、請求書が本物か偽物かの判定を容易に行うことができる。

【発明の効果】
本発明の証明書発行システムによれば、印刷物管理サーバが印刷環境を確認することが可能なため、利用者が指定したプリンタにおける証明書の印刷を可能とし、かつ、印刷が終了した後端末において、印刷オブジェクトが自身と、印刷データ及び印刷環境確認オブジェクトを消去するため、複製を防止してセキュリティを確保することが可能である。
