Description

【0001】
【0021】

[0005]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an absorbent article such as a sanitary napkin that has a sufficient fit and leakage prevention property and also has an excellent wearing feeling.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention relates to a substantially vertically long absorbent article comprising a liquid-retaining absorbent layer and a liquid-impermeable leak-proof layer, and a stretchable sheet on each of the left and right sides in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent layer. The leak-proof layer is formed of a sheet material, and the stretchable sheet and the sheet material are absorbed at both ends in the width direction of the excretory part contact part of the absorbent article. Extending outward in the width direction of the absorbent article to form a trapezoidal extension, and the extension is folded back to the non-skin contact surface side of the absorbent article and the width of the extension It is fixed to the leak-proof layer at a portion outside the center line of the skin, does not form a wing, and protrudes toward the skin contact surface side at both end portions in the width direction of the excretion portion contact portion. and the convex curved surface portion is formed of said absorbent article, concavely curved on the skin contacting side in the longitudinal direction, and excretion portion By providing an absorbent article having a narrow neck portion in plan view to the side of the contact portion is obtained by achieving the above object.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described.
A sanitary napkin 1 as an absorbent article of the present invention comprises a liquid-retaining absorbent layer 2 and a liquid-impermeable leak-proof layer 3 as shown in FIGS. It is.
[0008]
The leak-proof layer 3 is formed of a leak-proof sheet 31, and the absorbent layer 2 is a liquid-permeable absorber 22 and a liquid-permeable absorber disposed so as to cover the skin contact surface 51 side of the absorber 22. And a top sheet 21. And the surface sheet 21 forms the skin contact surface 51, and the leak-proof sheet 31 forms the non-skin contact surface 52.
Further, the non-skin contact surface 52 is provided with a slip stopper 7 for fixing the sanitary napkin to the undergarment by applying an adhesive.
The absorber 22 includes a second absorber 24 located on the leak-proof sheet 31 side and a first absorber 23 smaller than the second absorber 24 placed on the second absorber 24. The 1st absorber 23 is distribute | arranged so that it may be located in the excretion part contact part 9 of the sanitary napkin 1, and, thereby, the solid-shaped part 25 is formed.
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 2, the leak-proof groove | channel 6 is each formed in the position surrounding the solid-shaped part 25, the right-and-left both sides of the excretion part contact part 9, and the outer periphery side part along an outer periphery.
[0009]
Thus, in the sanitary napkin 1 of the present embodiment, the elastic sheets 41 are stretched on the left and right sides of the absorbent layer 2 in the longitudinal direction, respectively, and the leak-proof layer 3 is a sheet material as described above. The elastic sheet 41 and the leak-proof sheet 31 are formed in the width direction of the sanitary napkin 1 at both ends in the width direction of the excretory part contact part 9 of the sanitary napkin 1. The extension part 4 is formed by extending outward. The extension part 4 is folded back to the non-skin contact surface 52 side of the sanitary napkin 1, and the tip part 4a of the extension part 4 is fixed to the surface of the leak-proof layer, and does not form a wing. At both end portions in the width direction of the excretory portion contact portion 9, convex curved surface shape portions 8 that are convex on the skin contact surface 51 side are formed by the stretching force of the stretchable sheet 41.
Here, the excretory part contact part 9 means the part which contacts a wearer's excretion part at the time of wear, and the part located in the periphery.
[0010]
More specifically, the elastic sheet 41 is arranged with its base end 41b fixed to the top sheet 21 positioned on the side of the absorber 22, and is extended and leak-proof. The sheet 31 is bonded to the tip 41a side. The base end 41 b of the stretchable sheet 41 is along the longitudinal direction of the sanitary napkin 1.
In the present embodiment, the extending portion 4 is fixed to the surface of the leak-proof layer via an adhesive 42.
[0011]
Further, the convex curved surface portion 8 is formed such that the stretchable sheet 41 is raised on the skin contact surface 51 side between the base end 41 b fixed to the topsheet 21 and the folded portion of the extension portion 4. A space is formed between the elastic sheet 41 and the leak-proof sheet 31.
The height of the convex curved surface portion 8 (height from the top sheet positioned on the second absorbent body) is preferably 3 to 25 mm, more preferably 5 to 20 mm, in terms of leakage prevention effect and wearing feeling. The height is a height in a natural state.
[0012]
The sanitary napkin 1 of the present embodiment is curved in a concave shape toward the skin contact surface 51 in the longitudinal direction due to the stretching force of the stretchable sheet 41.
The curved state may be substantially an arc shape, or may be a boat-shaped shape having a central portion in the longitudinal direction as a bottom portion and front and rear portions in the longitudinal direction as normal portions. In the case of an arc shape, the curvature radius is preferably 50 to 300 mm, and more preferably 100 to 200 mm, in terms of the fit to the body and the wearability to the underwear. In the case of a boat-shaped shape, the angle formed between the bottom and the lawn is preferably 100 to 170 °, and more preferably 120 to 150 ° in terms of fit to the body and wearability to underwear. The angle formed between the front part and the bottom and the angle formed between the rear part and the bottom may be different.
[0013]
Moreover, it has the narrow part 11 narrow in planar view at the side part of the excretion part contact part. In the present embodiment, the constricted portion 11 is provided at a position substantially from the front in the longitudinal direction. The constricted portion 11 is a portion that is narrower in the central direction with respect to the outermost tangent line on both sides.
The constricted part 11 has a minimum width part of the absorbent article, and the width of the minimum width part is 60 to 95% with respect to the maximum width of the absorbent article in terms of wearability between the crotch parts. Preferably, it is 70 to 85%. In addition, the length of the constricted portion is preferably 10 to 70%, more preferably 30 to 50% with respect to the entire length of the absorbent article in terms of wearability with the crotch portion. .
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 4, the extending portion 4 is formed in a trapezoidal shape, the width W is preferably 10 to 40 mm, and the length L is preferably 30 to 160 mm.
The extension part 4 formed by the elastic sheet 41 and the leak-proof layer 3 is folded back and fixed to the leak-proof layer 3, so that the contraction force of the elastic sheet 41 of the extension part 4 acts and is being attached. In addition, the absorbent article can be prevented from entering the inside due to the stress from the body and the convex curved surface shape from collapsing. In this case, sticking of the extending portion 4 of the leakage-preventing layer 3, contractile force of the stretchable sheet 41 in order to act sufficiently, we row in outward from the center line of the width w of the extending portion 4, in particular, as shown in FIG. 3, it is good preferable to carry out by fixing the distal end portion of the extending portion.
And in the side edge part of the sanitary napkin 1, the front edge part 12 located in front of the sanitary napkin 1 rather than the extension part 4 is located in the inward side of the sanitary napkin 1 toward the extension part 4. In the side edge portion of the sanitary napkin 1, the rear edge portion 13 located behind the sanitary napkin 1 with respect to the extension portion 4 is inward of the sanitary napkin 1 toward the extension portion 4. Is located. Thereby, as above-mentioned, the constriction part 11 is formed favorably and fit property can be improved more. Here, “front” and “rear” are words used for convenience, and the use form and the like are not limited thereby.
[0015]
The thickness of the second absorbent body 24 used in the sanitary napkin of the present embodiment is preferably 0.3 to 7 mm, and more preferably 0.5 to 5 mm, from the viewpoint of fit and three-dimensional shape retention. Moreover, 3-25 mm is preferable and, as for the thickness of the solid-shaped part 25 whole, 5-13 mm is still more preferable. The width of the absorbent body is preferably 40 to 80 mm from the viewpoint of excreta absorbability and fit to the body.
Moreover, 30-200 mm is preferable from the fitting property with a crotch part, 30-200 mm is preferable, 60-160 mm is more preferable, 10-50 mm is preferable, and width is more preferable 20-40 mm.
[0016]
Next, the preferable forming material of each member of the sanitary napkin of this embodiment is demonstrated.
As the material for forming the surface sheet, leak-proof sheet, and absorbent body, generally known materials can be used without any particular limitation.
In addition, a laminated sheet of an elastic film and a nonwoven fabric is preferably used as the stretchable sheet from the viewpoint that the touch is good.
Examples of the elastic film include natural rubber, polybutadiene, polyurethane, styrene-butadiene copolymer, styrene-isoprene copolymer, ethylene-α olefin copolymer such as ethylene and 1-octene copolymer, and ethylene and acrylic acid. Examples thereof include a film made of a stretchable material made of a copolymer with ethyl and the like.
In addition, one or more, preferably two or more, thread-like or narrow stretchable materials made of the above-mentioned stretchable material are arranged in the width direction in the stretched state, and bonded and fixed to a nonwoven fabric, film, fabric or the like to give stretchability. A sheet may be used. Nonwoven fabrics, films, and woven fabrics to be bonded to this thread-like or narrow stretchable material include the above-mentioned stretchable materials, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, and composite materials such as polyethylene-polypropylene composites that are conventionally known. Examples thereof include a material, a nonwoven fabric made of polyethylene-polyester composite material, and a film.
The stretchable sheet can be formed of a stretchable net-like material or a plurality of stretchable thread-like or belt-like members.

The sanitary napkin of this embodiment can be used in the same manner as a normal sanitary napkin.
According to the sanitary napkin 1 of the present embodiment, due to the stretching force of the stretchable sheet 41, a concave curve is formed on the skin contact surface side in the longitudinal direction, which is favorable with respect to the bending in the front-rear direction of the body. Since it fits, a front leak and a back leak can be prevented.
And according to the sanitary napkin 1 of this embodiment, since it is comprised so that a convex curve shape part may be formed as mentioned above, there exist the following effects.
(1) Since it fits without creating a gap between the curved and curved surface of the base of the foot, it has excellent fit and side leakage prevention.
(2) The contraction force of the stretchable sheet is maintained at the part where the extension part is folded back, and even if the wearer applies external force by opening or closing the leg, the external force is buffered by the convex curved shape part, so the absorber No deformation until. Moreover, since it is excellent in deformation | transformation recovery power, it follows the motion of a wearer's body and always fits both sides without a gap.
(3) Since the extending portion is folded back, the outer peripheral seal portion does not touch the skin, and the wearing feeling is excellent.
(4) Since the extending portion is fixed to the leak-proof layer, the shape of the convex curved surface is excellent.
(5) Since the extension part is formed of the stretchable sheet and the leak-proof layer and is fixed to the leak-proof layer, the leak-proof layer should always be present on the side in the width direction of the absorber. And the side leakage prevention property can be further improved.
(6) Since the extension part is folded and fixed, it is manufactured by changing the shape or changing the shape of the absorbent article, such as forming the constricted part or changing the width of the napkin before and after the extension part. Is easy.
[0018]
In addition, as in the present embodiment, when the concave curved shape and the convex curved surface shape form the constricted portion 11, it becomes a shape that more easily fits the curved and curved surface of the base of the foot, and more It is excellent in wearing feeling and can improve the side leakage prevention property.
In addition, by combining the convex curved surface shape, constricted part, and concave curved surface shape as described above, there is no gap between the curved body surface and the fit, and the fit is further improved. Absorbent articles can be provided.
In addition, since the constricted part is formed, it is particularly excellent in fit and side leakage prevention, and even if wrapped individually in three or four folds, the convex curved surfaces do not face each other. Can be kept stable without being crushed, enabling compact packaging. Furthermore, since it is concavely curved, the fit to the curve of the body is improved.
[0019]
And in order to manufacture the sanitary napkin of this embodiment, first, as shown in FIG. 4, the sanitary napkin 1 in which the extension part 4 was formed is manufactured. That is, the absorber 22 is covered with the top sheet 21 according to a conventional method, and the absorber 22 covered with the top sheet 21 is fixed to the leak-proof sheet 31 with an adhesive or the like. Next, the stretchable elastic sheet 41 is fixed to a predetermined portion of the surface sheet 21, the periphery is heat-sealed, and embossing is performed so that the leak-proof groove 6 is formed at the predetermined portion.
Next, the extension part 4 shown in FIG. 4 is folded back to the non-skin contact surface 52 side and adhered to the surface of the leak-proof sheet 31 of the extension part 4 via the adhesive 42, whereby the physiological function of the present embodiment. Napkin 1 for use can be obtained.
The stretchable sheet and the leakproof sheet are fixed and the stretchable sheet and the leakproof sheet of the absorbent layer are fixed by using a hot melt adhesive or using ultrasonic waves in addition to heat sealing. .
[0020]
In addition, the absorbent article of this invention is not restrict | limited to the above-mentioned embodiment, A various deformation | transformation is possible in the range which does not deviate from the meaning of this invention.
For example, the absorbent article of the present invention can be applied to disposable diapers, incontinence pads, etc. in addition to sanitary napkins .
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
