【0001】

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention takes the following technical means.
[0010]
An image forming apparatus provided by the present invention develops an electrostatic latent image on a surface of a charged photoconductor so as to be visualized, transfers the image onto a recording sheet, and then cleans the surface of the photoconductor. An image forming apparatus that removes excess toner peeled off by a blade by a removing unit, the image forming apparatus including a photosensitive unit that supports the photosensitive member and detachably supports the removing unit, and the removing unit includes the photosensitive member A cleaning brush for moving the surplus toner to a predetermined site, and a loose brush rotatably mounted in the vicinity of both ends of the cylindrical member, which are implanted on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical member rotatably supported by the body unit. it and a mounting member provided so as to extend toward the axial direction of the tubular member relative to the support member and the support member extending from the annular member and the annular member radially The mounting portion is supported by a position that bites into the cleaning brush by the mounting member, and is configured by a lubricating member for reducing friction between the cleaning blade and the photoconductor. A stopper is provided in contact with the lubricating member for suppressing the rotation of the lubricating member accompanying the rotation of the cylindrical member.
[0011]
According to a preferred embodiment, a conical first member receiver that is loosely fitted to the cylindrical member is provided on a side surface that supports one end of the cylindrical member of the photosensitive unit. An opening for attaching and detaching the removing means is provided on a side surface supporting the other end of the cylindrical member, and the opening is a conical second member receiver that is loosely fitted to the cylindrical member on the inside. It is good to close so that opening and closing is possible by the cover provided.
[0013]
According to the present invention, the removing means is detachably supported by the photoreceptor unit, and the removing means is loosely fitted in the vicinity of both ends of the cylindrical member and a cleaning brush for moving the excess toner to a predetermined portion. A mounting portion comprising: an annular member formed; a supporting member extending in a radial direction from the annular member; and a mounting member provided so as to extend in the axial direction of the cylindrical member with respect to the supporting member ; It is supported by a position that bites into the brush, and is constituted by a lubricating member for reducing friction between the cleaning blade and the photosensitive member. Therefore, when the cleaning brush is replaced, the lubricating member is also removed from the photoconductor unit at the same time, so that the lubricating member can be easily replaced. Normally, the replacement period of the cleaning brush is shorter than the replacement period of the photoconductor, so that if the lubricating member is replaced together with the cleaning brush, it is replaced at an appropriate time before it is too worn by the cleaning brush. Therefore, it is possible to satisfactorily maintain a state in which the friction between the cleaning blade and the photoconductor is appropriately reduced. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent a cleaning failure due to a chipping of the cleaning blade, to improve the printing quality, and to provide a highly reliable image forming apparatus.

FIG. 5 is a diagram comparing the relationship between the number of printed sheets and the remaining amount of the lubricating member in the prior art and the present invention. According to this figure, conventionally, since the lubricating member is replaced at the same time when the photosensitive unit is replaced, the remaining amount of the lubricating member gradually increases as the number of printed sheets increases unless the photosensitive unit is replaced. Decrease. For this reason, there may be a case where the remaining amount of the lubricating member necessary and sufficient for reducing the friction between the cleaning blade and the photosensitive member cannot be obtained.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, the removing means is detachably supported on the photosensitive unit, and the removing means is loosely fitted in the vicinity of both ends of the cylindrical member and a cleaning brush for moving the excess toner to a predetermined portion. A mounting portion comprising: an annular member; a supporting member extending in a radial direction from the annular member; and a mounting member provided so as to extend in the axial direction of the cylindrical member with respect to the supporting member; And a lubricating member for reducing friction between the cleaning blade and the photosensitive member. Therefore, when the cleaning brush is replaced, the lubricating member can be replaced at the same time, and the lubricating member can be replaced at an appropriate time before being excessively worn by the cleaning brush. Therefore, it is possible to satisfactorily maintain a state in which friction between the cleaning blade and the photosensitive member is appropriately reduced. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent a cleaning failure due to a chipping of the cleaning blade, to improve the printing quality, and to provide a highly reliable image forming apparatus.
