250mm/min
本発明においては、積層体の剥離強度を0.1Kg/25mm〜5.0Kg/25mm、好ましくは1Kg/25mm〜3Kg/25mmとするとよい。

【0045】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention provides a volume hologram laminate containing a transparent hologram image or a volume hologram laminate formed on the surface of a photo or information column attached to an identification card, examination card, passport, etc. for the purpose of ensuring security In particular, the present invention relates to a volume hologram laminate or a volume hologram laminate-forming label that can prevent intentional replacement for the purpose of alteration or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, a hologram has been added to the photo surface for the purpose of preventing intentional replacement for the purpose of alteration, etc. in order to match the person carrying the ID with the person described on the ID. Techniques for preventing counterfeiting by sticking are disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-48215, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-201181, and the like.
[0003]
In the techniques described in these publications, the image-containing hologram utilizes the fact that the image has a function equivalent to a stamp or the like in a conventional identification card, etc. For the purpose of tampering, etc., the protective film is peeled off by using the softness of the hologram layer to destroy the hologram layer and make it impossible to reproduce the hologram image even if it is reattached. It is also intended to prevent.
[0004]
However, in particular, in the technique disclosed in the latter publication, when a rigid plastic film is used as the surface protective film, the hologram layer may follow the surface protective film and peel off cleanly. Traces such as pasting and falsification of information may become ambiguous, and for the purpose of ensuring security, it is required to ensure the function of preventing forgery.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention determines whether or not the volume hologram display bonded to the certificate with the photo and information column attached has been destroyed and prevents forgery of the identification card. It is an object of the present invention to provide a hologram laminate and a label for producing the hologram laminate, which can reliably destroy the volume hologram display when the column is tampered with and prevent forgery.

[Means for Solving the Problems]
The volume hologram laminate of the present invention is obtained by sequentially laminating a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having re-adhesiveness on a substrate such as a certificate, a volume hologram layer having a thickness of 5 to 50 μm recorded as a Lippmann hologram, and a surface protective film. The peel strength when peeling the laminate comprising the volume hologram layer and the surface protective film from the substrate is the breaking strength of the laminate comprising the volume hologram layer and the surface protective film, or 1% elongation in the laminate. It is characterized by being larger than the tensile strength.
[0007]
Moreover, in said volume hologram laminated body, the peeling strength at the time of peeling the laminated body which consists of a volume hologram layer and a surface protection film from the base material (for example, photograph) is 0.1kg / 25mm-5.0kg / 25mm. In addition, the breaking strength in a laminate formed by sequentially laminating a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having re-adhesive properties, a volume hologram layer, and a surface protective film, or a tensile strength of 1% elongation in the laminate is 0.01 kg. / Mm 2 ~ 5.0Kg / mm 2 It is characterized by being.
[0008]
Further, the volume hologram laminate is characterized in that the volume hologram layer and the surface protective film are laminated with an adhesive layer having re-adhesive properties interposed therebetween.

The volume hologram laminate of the present invention has the above-mentioned layer structure, and is intended to reliably destroy the volume hologram layer when, for example, an attempt is made to peel off a surface protective film or the like in order to prevent counterfeiting such as renewal of photographs and the like. And For this purpose, first, when the peel strength between the

The peel strength (Kg / 25 mm) of the laminate from the substrate is measured by a 180 ° peel test defined by JIS Z0237 {manufactured by Imano Seisakusho, model SV-201-E tensile compression tester}. The measurement conditions are as follows.
[0032]
Measurement atmosphere: 20 ° C x 65% RH
Test piece: 25mm width
Bonding; 2Kg rubber roller 1 reciprocating
Bonding time: 60 minutes after bonding
Peel angle: 180 °
Peeling speed: 250 mm / min
In the present invention, the peel strength of the laminate may be 0.1 kg / 25 mm to 5.0 kg / 25 mm, preferably 1 kg / 25 mm to 3 kg / 25 mm. When the peel strength of the laminate is lower than 0.1 Kg / 25 mm, it is unavoidable to use a laminate that is insufficient in strength as a laminate to be coated on a photograph due to a relationship such as breaking strength in the laminate described later, Not practical. The upper limit of 5.0 kg / 25 mm is the upper limit of the adhesive strength of the pressure-sensitive adhesive having re-adhesiveness.
[0033]
Moreover, in the volume hologram laminated body of this invention, when peeling a laminated body from a base material, this laminated body needs to fracture | rupture or to extend | expand 1% or more. The breaking strength of the laminate to be peeled or the tensile strength at 1% elongation is measured by a model SV-201-E tensile compression tester manufactured by Imano Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in accordance with the provisions of JIS K7127-1989. . The measurement conditions are as follows.
[0034]
Measurement atmosphere: 25 ° C, RH 50%
Test piece: 25mm width
Tensile speed: 200 mm / min
In the volume hologram laminate of the present invention, the pulling direction is illustrated by an arrow in FIG. 4 to illustrate its breaking state, and the pulling direction is illustrated by an arrow in FIG. 5 to illustrate its extension state. Furthermore, the breaking strength of the laminate to be peeled or the tensile strength at 1% elongation is 0.01 kg / mm 2 ~ 5Kg / mm 2 , Preferably 0.03Kg / mm 2 ~ 3Kg / mm 2 belongs to. Breaking strength or tensile strength with 1% elongation is 0.01 kg / mm 2 If it is lower, the laminate to be peeled is too brittle, the strength as a laminate laminated on the photograph is insufficient, and the upper limit is 5.0 kg / mm. 2 If it exceeds 1, the volume hologram layer follows with the peeling of the surface protective film, and the destruction of the volume hologram layer cannot be ensured.
[0035]
That is, in the volume hologram laminate of the present invention, the peel strength when peeling the laminate composed of the volume hologram layer and the surface protective film from the substrate is 0.1 kg / 25 mm to 5.0 kg / 25 mm. In addition, the breaking strength in a laminate formed by sequentially laminating a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having re-adhesiveness, a volume hologram layer, and a surface protective film, or a tensile strength of 1% elongation in the laminate is 0.01 kg / mm. 2 ~ 5.0Kg / mm 2 And the peel strength when the laminate comprising the volume hologram layer and the surface protective film is peeled from the substrate is the breaking strength of the laminate comprising the volume hologram layer and the surface protective film or 1 in the laminate. The tensile strength is greater than the% elongation, and when the laminate composed of the volume hologram layer and the surface protective film is peeled off from the substrate, the laminate is broken or the hologram recording is destroyed by elongation of 1% or more. Is. That is, it is only necessary that either the breaking strength or the tensile strength of 1% elongation in the laminate to be peeled is included in the range.
[0036]
Since both the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the volume hologram layer in the laminate are extremely soft, the breaking strength of the laminate or the tensile strength at 1% elongation is the breaking strength of the surface

General formula data is referenced as necessary. In the table, MD is a value in the length direction of the film, and TD is a value in the width direction. In addition, the table also shows values of polyimide film (PI), polyethylene terephthalate film (PET), and polyether ether ketone film having high breaking strength or 1% elongation and high tensile strength as reference examples.
