【0001】

L=(n+1/2)λ ・・・・(1)

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 1B, the
The canned linear motor configured in this way acts on the magnetic field created by the permanent magnets of the stator by flowing a predetermined current in the position of the mover itself through the armature winding, and thrusts the mover. The armature winding that is generated and generates heat due to copper loss is cooled by a refrigerant, and the temperature rise on the surface of the mover is kept low.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, according to the prior art, there are the following problems.
The
(1) When a certain thrust is to be obtained, even if a predetermined armature current is applied, it is reduced by the amount corresponding to the viscous braking force, so that a further armature current must be applied. As a result, the copper loss of the armature winding increased, and the temperature rise on the can and header surface increased.
(2) Eddy current is converted to heat at the place of occurrence as so-called eddy current loss. In other words, the can, the winding fixing frame, and the header, where they were generated, generated heat and caused further temperature rise. In applications where the temperature rise is very limited, the specifications may not be satisfied due to this heat generation.
(3) In recent years, an increase in speed is being demanded, and the viscous braking force tends to increase. This viscous braking force is generated in the direction opposite to the moving direction of the mover, and the viscous braking force fluctuates. As a result, the speed fluctuation of the linear motor is caused. The influence of the viscous braking force on the speed fluctuation of the linear motor is relatively small with respect to the generated thrust, so it has not been regarded as important so far. With higher precision, there is an increasing demand for reducing speed fluctuations. Therefore, it has been required to suppress the fluctuation of the viscous braking force while maintaining the mechanical strength and to reduce the speed fluctuation of the linear motor without changing the material of the component parts.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and can suppress the temperature rise of the mover, reduce the viscous braking force, and suppress the fluctuation rate thereof. An object is to provide a linear motor.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problem, according to the first aspect of the present invention, a field yoke in which a plurality of permanent magnets having different polarities are alternately arranged next to each other, and the permanent magnet row are arranged to face each other via a magnetic gap. And an armature having an armature winding, wherein the armature includes a winding fixing frame in which the armature winding is mounted on both sides along the longitudinal direction of the armature, and the armature winding. A can that has a refrigerant passage for accommodating a wire and the winding fixing frame and allows a refrigerant to flow around both members, and a refrigerant supply port at one end of the can, and a refrigerant discharge at the other end. A header having an outlet disposed therein, and either the field yoke or the armature is used as a stator and the other as a mover so that the field yoke and the armature travel relatively. In the canned linear motor,
The can is provided with a plurality of elongated slits, and a sheet-like leakage prevention sheet is pasted so as to cover the slit inside the can, and a resin is poured into the slit.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the canned linear motor according to the first aspect, the plurality of elongated slits extend parallel to each other in the traveling direction.
Further, according to a third aspect of the present invention, in the canned linear motor according to the first aspect, the plurality of elongated slits are divided in parallel with each other in the traveling direction.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the canned linear motor according to the first or third aspect, the plurality of elongated slits are arranged every 3 × λ (λ = pole pitch) in the traveling direction. It is said.
[0005]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the canned linear motor according to the first, third, or fourth aspect, the plurality of elongated slits are parallel to each other and divided in the traveling direction, and in a direction perpendicular to the traveling direction. It is characterized in that there is a shift of 1.5 × λ (λ = pole pitch) between adjacent slits.
Furthermore, according to the invention of
And according to invention of Claim 7, in the canned linear motor of any one of Claims 1-6, the elongate slit extended in parallel mutually was provided in the said winding fixed frame, It was characterized by the above-mentioned. Yes.
Further, according to the invention described in claim 8, the field yoke in which a plurality of permanent magnets having different polarities are alternately arranged next to each other, the permanent magnet array and the magnetic gap are arranged to face each other, and the armature An armature having a winding, and the armature includes a winding fixing frame in which the armature winding is mounted on both sides along the longitudinal direction of the armature, the armature winding, and the winding A can that has a fixed frame and has a refrigerant passage for flowing refrigerant around both members, and a header that has a refrigerant supply port at one end and a refrigerant discharge port at the other end of the can In a canned linear motor in which the field yoke is used as a stator and the armature winding is used as a mover, the field yoke and the armature are relatively driven. L is defined as follows To have.
Can total length: L,
Permanent magnet pole pitch: λ,
When integer: n, L = (n + 1/2) λ
With the configuration as described above, the number of eddy current generation locations is constant, and fluctuations in the viscous braking force are greatly reduced, so that fluctuations in the speed of the linear motor can be reduced.

Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

FIG. 7 shows a mover position-viscous braking force characteristic (unit: N) in a canned linear motor having a thrust of about 400 N (Newton) and a speed of 0.2 m / s. According to this, the viscosity braking force of the prior art is about 9 N, whereas the viscosity braking force of the present invention is about 3 N, which is about It can be seen that 1/3 is also reduced.
In the above embodiment, it has been described that only the

Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described.
4A and 4B show a mover according to the second embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4A is a side view of the mover, and FIG. 4B is an eddy current generation diagram on the side of the mover.
The difference from the first embodiment is how to insert a slit. That is, as shown in FIG. 4A, elongated slits extending in parallel to each other and in the traveling direction are continuous in the traveling direction in the first embodiment, but are divided here. Other points are the same as in the first embodiment.
In this figure, the distance between the end of the
FIG. 4B shows how the eddy current ie is generated in the mover having such a slit.
As can be seen from the figure, the flow path of the eddy current ie is cut off by the
However, since the eddy current ie 'is slightly longer in the vertical direction than the eddy current ie at the discontinuous portion of the slit, compared with the first embodiment using only the eddy current ie, it is slightly less in terms of reducing the viscous braking force. Although it is inferior, the mechanical strength is remarkably increased due to this discontinuous portion, and the overall strength exceeds that of the first embodiment.
Others are the same as those in the first embodiment. That is, the
In the above description, the one provided with the permanent magnet is the stator and the one provided with the armature winding is the mover. Conversely, the one provided with the permanent magnet is the mover and the armature winding is provided. Needless to say, the present invention can be established even if the stator is used as a stator.
[0009]
Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 9 shows a perspective view of the entire linear motor having a cooling can in the third embodiment of the present invention. In the third embodiment, the total length L of the
L = (n + 1/2) λ (1)
Where n is an integer,
λ: Permanent magnet pole pitch Except for such a definition, the structure is not different from that of the conventional apparatus, and the description is omitted. Further, the shape and structure of the
FIG. 10 schematically shows the state of the linear motor according to the third embodiment as viewed from above (movable element side). The eddy current is changed depending on the position (A, B, C, D) of the movable element can 14. It is the schematic showing the mode of a generating location (dashed circle).
In the figure, it can be seen that there are four places where eddy currents are generated when the mover can 14 is at position A. Similarly, it can be seen that there are four places where eddy currents are generated even when the movable element can 14 is at position B, and there are four places where eddy currents are generated even at positions C and D. That is, by defining the total length L of the mover can 14 as shown in the equation (1), the eddy current generation location is always stable at 4 locations regardless of the position of the mover can 14. If the can total length L becomes longer, the number of eddy current generation points increases, but the number does not fluctuate.
On the other hand, FIG. 11 schematically shows a state of an eddy current generation location at a mover position in a conventional linear motor. FIG. 11 shows a case where the total length L of the mover can 14 is L = nλ. In the figure, there are three eddy current generation locations at the position A of the mover can 14, but there are four locations at the position B, three again at the position C, and four again at the position D. . That is, by defining the total length L of the mover can 14 to L = nλ, the eddy current generation location varies depending on the position where the mover can 14 is placed.
[0010]
A comparison of fluctuations in viscous braking force between the prior art and the present invention is shown in FIG.
FIG. 12 shows the fluctuation of the viscous braking force at a speed of 0.2 m / s in a linear motor having a rated thrust of about 450 N. The conventional product is our linear motor with the total length of the mover can being an integral multiple of the permanent magnet pole pitch. In the figure, in the case of the conventional product, the minimum value of the viscous braking force is about 11N, and the maximum value is about 13N, so that the fluctuation is 2N. On the other hand, in the case of the product of the present invention, the minimum value of the viscous braking force is about 11N and the maximum value is about 12N, so the variation is 1N. Therefore, according to the present invention, the fluctuation of the viscous braking force is changed from 2N to 1N, and is reduced to about ½.
Further, in the movable magnet type linear motor having the mover as the field side, the can always exists in the magnetic flux, and the amount of eddy current generated does not change, so that the fluctuation of the viscous braking force does not occur. Therefore, it is not affected by the present invention.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
The canned linear motor according to the first and second embodiments as described above has the following effects.
(1) By subdividing the flow of eddy currents, the viscous braking force can be reduced to 1/3.
(2) Since it is not necessary to generate a thrust force corresponding to the viscous braking force, the copper loss is reduced, and the temperature rise of the mover can be reduced.
(3) Since the eddy current loss is reduced, the heat generation of the can, header, and winding fixing frame, which are the generation locations, can be reduced.
The canned linear motor according to the third embodiment has the following effects.
(4) It is possible to reduce the fluctuation of the viscous braking force generated from the linear motor can. Also,
(5) By reducing the viscous braking force fluctuation, there is an effect of reducing the speed fluctuation which is an important characteristic of the linear motor.
(6) In the present invention, since the material of the component is not changed at all, the conventional mechanical strength characteristics are not deteriorated.
