Description
【0001】
表示される例文は「look」と「up」が組み合わさって(連語又は成句として)使われる例文であり、例えば▲1▼「They look up to him as their leader.」等のような場合である。
【0005】
しかし、例文中の「look」と「up」が直接結びつかない単語として存在する例文も表示される。例えば▲2▼「She came up for a look at the new boy.」
表示画面11は、LCD(Liquid Crystal Display)やELD(Electronic Luminescent Display)等の素子であって、単数または複数の素子の組み合わせによって実現される。
【0037】
例えば「I」の場合「you、we、he、she、they」等、「yourself」の場合「oneself、myself、yourselves、ourselves、himself、herself、themselves」等が対応付けて記憶される。
【0064】
そしてステップC2において例文データテーブル2662より例文番号“00197”に対応する例文「She is an adult, so you should treat her accordingly.」とその訳文が読み出される。
【0093】
続いて、読み出された例文に区切り文字が含まれているか否かが判断される。読み出された例文にはカンマが含まれているため、ステップC3において当該例文は「She is an adult」と「so you should treat her accordingly」とに分割され、それぞれの文について「adult」と「accordingly」が含まれるか検索される。
【0094】
しかし、「She is an adult」と「so you should treat her accordingly」共に、「adult」と「accordingly」の両方を含まない。
【0097】
ここで「get an A in English」は「for」と「English」の両方を含まないが、「get an A for English」は「for」と「English」の両方を含む。
【0100】
ここで「in aberration」は「moment」と「of」の両方を含まないが、「in a moment of aberration」は「moment」と「of」の両方を含む。

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an information display control device and a program for searching for an example sentence including a designated search word.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a dictionary database (Data Base; hereinafter referred to as “DB”) is provided, and a search word consisting of a plurality of words is input to search for a search word corresponding to the search word from the dictionary DB. An electronic dictionary is known as a kind of information display control device that displays the meaning of a headword and related information such as example sentences, phrases, pronunciations, and explanations using the headword (for example, Patent Document 1). .
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2001-134567 A (page 2-4, FIG. 1)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the screen for inputting a search word in the conventional electronic dictionary, for example, when “look & up” is input, all example sentences including “look” and “up” are searched and displayed. The displayed example sentence is an example sentence in which “look” and “up” are combined (as a collocation or phrase). For example, ▲ 1 ▼ “They look up to him as their leader.” .
[0005]
However, example sentences that exist as words in which “look” and “up” in the example sentences are not directly connected are also displayed. For example, (2) “She came up for a look at the new boy.” Here, the example sentence (1) is an example sentence that has a special meaning because “look” and “up” are related, but the example sentence (2) has no relation between “look” and “up”. It can be said that “look” and “up” exist in the same example sentence without any plan.
[0006]
Therefore, even when it is desired to search only an example sentence that uses “look” and “up” in combination, an example sentence that is not directly related to “look” and “up”, such as (2), is similarly searched. Since it is displayed in a mixed state with the example sentence ▼, it is necessary for the user to check the contents of the displayed example sentence to determine whether or not it is an original example sentence that the user wants to search, which is inconvenient.
[0007]
The objective of this invention is providing the information display control apparatus and program provided with the example sentence search function which searches an appropriate example sentence.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To solve the above issues,The present inventionExample sentence storage means for storing a plurality of example sentences (for example,
[0009]
Also,As another invention,Example sentence storage function (for example,
[0010]
These inventionsAccording to the above, it is possible to search for an example sentence by automatically transforming a word input as a search word according to a grammatical rule. As a result, it is also possible to search for and display example sentences that contain the words input as search words in a deformed form.
[0011]
As another invention,Example sentence storage means (for example,
[0012]
Alsoin this case,The example sentence storage means further includes word-example sentence storage means (for example,

In addition,Example sentence storage function for storing a plurality of example sentences according to a predetermined dictionary description rule (for example,
[0014]
theseAccording to the invention, the example sentences stored in the example sentence storage means are expanded into a plurality of example sentences in accordance with the dictionary description rules, so that, among the plurality of expanded example sentences, only example sentences including all words input as search words are displayed. Search and display. That is, among the plurality of developed example sentences, words that do not include all the words input as search words are not displayed, so that only the example sentence intended by the user can be displayed.
[0015]
AlsoThe invention described aboveThe example sentence storage means stores word-example sentence storage means (for example,
[0016]
thisIfAn example sentence including any of the plurality of words input by the first search means is searched, and an example sentence including all the input words can be searched from the searched example sentences.

In addition,The search means is means for searching, from the example sentences expanded by the expansion means (for example, the
[0018]
In this case,It is possible to search for example sentences continuously including words input as search words. Thereby, only the example sentence continuously including the word designated by the user can be displayed on the example sentence display means.
[0019]
In addition,The expansion unit determines whether or not the example sentence includes predetermined delimiter data (for example, “, (comma)”), and if it determines that the example sentence includes the delimiter data, the expander divides the example sentence before and after the delimiter data The dividing means (for example, the

in this caseBy dividing the example sentence including the delimiter data stored in the example sentence storage means before and after the delimiter data, only the example sentence including all the words input as the search words is searched and displayed among the plurality of divided example sentences. Can be made. In other words, among the plurality of divided example sentences, words that do not include all the words input as search words are not displayed, so that only the example sentence intended by the user can be displayed.
[0021]
In addition,The expansion means determines whether or not the example sentence includes a predetermined word replacement symbol (for example, “[] (square brackets”)). There is a replacement expansion means (for example,

The example sentence identification information is information for identifying example sentences stored in an example sentence data table 2662 described later, and is represented by an example sentence number or an address. The example sentence number and the address are synonymous example sentence identification information for indicating the same example sentence, and either one may be stored as the example sentence identification information. Hereinafter, description will be made using example sentence numbers as example sentence identification information.

First, the
[0068]
Here, for example, when searching for an example sentence including a collocation or phrase that uses the words “adult” and “accordingly” in succession, the user enters a space between “adult” and “accordingly”. On the other hand, when searching for an example sentence in which “adult” and “accordingly” are included in any order in the example sentence, the user inputs “&” between “adult” and “accordingly”. A space or “&” may be used as another predetermined symbol. In addition, even if “adult accordingly” or “adult & accordingly” is input, the search
[0069]
Then, the example sentence number corresponding to the first search word of the input search word is extracted from the word example sentence data table 2663 (step A2). For example, when “adult accordingly” is input in step A1, example sentence numbers (00197,...) Including “adult” are extracted from the word example sentence data table 2663 in step A2.
[0070]
Next, the example sentence number corresponding to the search word next to the input search word is extracted from the word example sentence data table 2663 (step A3). For example, when “adult accordingly” is input in step A1 as described above, example sentence numbers (00197,...) Including “accordingly” are extracted from the word example sentence data table 2663 in step A3.
[0071]
The
[0072]
In the present embodiment, a case where a plurality of search words including two search words is input in step A1 will be described. However, two or more search words may be input. In that case, CPU21 extracts the example sentence number of the example sentence containing the said search word about each search word, and extracts the common example sentence number at the end.

The delimiter is a character such as “, (comma)”, “= (equal)”, “. (Period)”. A comma in the example sentence indicates a break in meaning. The equals in the example sentences indicate that the sentences before and after are almost synonymous. A period marks the end of the sentence. Therefore, when a delimiter is included in an example sentence, sentences before and after the sentence can often be used independently.

FIG. 12A is a diagram illustrating an example of the storage contents of each storage area when “adult accordingly” is input in step A1 of the example sentence search process. In this case, the example sentence number “00197” of the example sentence including “adult” and “accordingly” is stored in the first example sentence
[0093]
Subsequently, it is determined whether or not a separator is included in the read example sentence. Since the read example sentence includes a comma, in step C3, the example sentence is divided into “She is an adult” and “so you should treat her accordingly”, and “adult” and “ It is searched whether "follow accordingly" is included.
[0094]
However, neither “She is an adult” nor “so you should treat her accordingly” includes both “adult” and “accordingly”. Accordingly, no example sentence is stored in the first example

FIG. 12B is a diagram illustrating an example of storage contents of each storage area when “for English” is input in step A1 of the example sentence search process. In this case, the example sentence number “00566” of the example sentence including “for” and “English” is stored in the first example sentence
[0096]
Since no delimiter is included in the read example sentence, it is determined in step C4 whether a bracket is included. Since the read example sentence includes square brackets, two synonymous sentences “get an A in English” and “get an A for English” are created from the example sentence in step C5. "For" and "English" are searched for.
[0097]
Here, “get an A in English” does not include both “for” and “English”, but “get an A for English” includes both “for” and “English”. Accordingly, “get an A for English” and its translation are stored in the first example

FIG. 12C is a diagram illustrating an example of the storage contents of each storage area when “moment of” is input in step A1 of the example sentence search process. In this case, the example sentence number “00320” of the example sentence including “moment” and “of” is stored in the first example sentence
[0099]
Since the read example sentence does not include a delimiter or a bracket, it is determined in step C6 whether a parenthesis is included. Since the read example sentence includes parentheses, two synonymous sentences “in aberration” and “in a moment of aberration” are created from the example sentence in step C7. "And" of "are searched.
[0100]
Here, “in aberration” does not include both “moment” and “of”, but “in a moment of aberration” includes both “moment” and “of”. Accordingly, in step C9, “in a moment of aberration” and its translation are stored in the first example

As described above, when searching for example sentences with a space between the search words, only the example sentences containing the input search words are searched. For this reason, it is possible to search and display example sentences suitable for the purpose. It also searches for example sentences using variations of the search word. Therefore, the example sentences converted to the changed form and used can be displayed as search results. Thereby, it is possible to automatically search for an example sentence in which the search word is used in both the original form and the modified form.
[0116]
In addition to the example sentences displayed as search results, identification marks are displayed in order according to the degree of matching of the input search terms. This makes it easier for the user to recognize example sentences close to the target example sentence.
[0117]
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited only to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention. .
[0118]
For example, an input search word is converted into a search form, and a search is performed. For example, a personal pronoun is changed, and the search word is further rearranged so that an example sentence of a question sentence can be searched. You may comprise.
