【0001】
I(g)=√(2×1/g−1)[倍]
I(1/2)=√(2×2−1)≒1.73[倍]
I(1/4)=√(2×4−1)≒2.65[倍]
J(g)=Log(1−0.9)/Log (1−g)[
J(1/2)=Log(1−0.9)/Log (1−1/2)≒3.3
J(1/4)=Log(1−0.9)/Log (1−1/4)≒8.0

g1=g+W(f−g)
g1=g+(f−g)=f

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention, for example, relates to X-ray image processing apparatus for processing image data portion of a subject collected by Oite measuring unit to the X-ray image diagnostic apparatus for displaying on the image display unit, temporally especially moving object The present invention relates to an X-ray image processing apparatus capable of improving the resolution when displaying continuously collected image data as a moving image and improving the S / N ratio of the image.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional image processing apparatus is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 6-169920 filed by the same patent applicant as the present application. The table memory shown in FIG. 1 of this publication stores data for converting a difference signal into an output signal, and the conversion ratio is set by the gradient of the conversion coefficient. From this slope, the number of sheets where the S / N ratio improvement rate and the amount of change in the output signal when the magnitude of the input signal changes reaches a value corresponding to 90% of the amount of change in the input signal (hereinafter referred to as “90% achieved number”). Is required). The S / N ratio improvement rate I is expressed as follows:
[Expression 1]
I (g) = √ (2 × 1 / g−1) [times]
It is represented by That is, when the slope of the conversion coefficient is halved,
[Expression 2]
I (1/2) = √ (2 × 2-1) ≈1.73 [times]
If the slope of the conversion coefficient is 1/4,
[Equation 3]
I (1/4) = √ (2 × 4-1) ≈2.65 [times]
Thus, it can be seen that the S / N ratio is improved as the slope of the conversion coefficient increases. In addition, the 90% achieved number of images reaches the output image at 90% of the amount of change in the data size at a certain point of the input image that sequentially changes the followability when displaying the image as a moving image. It is shown. If the 90% achieved number is J and the slope of the conversion coefficient is g,
[Expression 4]
J (g) = Log (1-0.9) / Log (1-g) [sheet number]
It is represented by That is, when the slope of the conversion coefficient is halved,
[Equation 5]
J (1/2) = Log (1-0.9) / Log (1-1 / 2) ≈3.3
2 [sheet] If the slope of the conversion coefficient is 1/4,
[Formula 6]

It can be seen that the resolution in moving image display deteriorates as the number of sheets becomes 0 [the number of sheets] and the gradient of the conversion coefficient becomes smaller as it changes only gradually. That is, when the gradient of the conversion coefficient is small, the S / N ratio is improved, but the resolution in moving image display is deteriorated. On the other hand, when the gradient of the conversion coefficient is increased, the resolution in moving image display is improved, but the S / N ratio is deteriorated. As described above, regarding the change in the slope of the conversion coefficient, there is a problem that one of the S / N ratio and the resolution in moving image display is improved, but the other is deteriorated. For this reason, in the prior art, the table function stored in the table memory is set so that the slope of the conversion coefficient of the output signal is smaller than the value of the straight line of

It becomes. In addition, the standard deviation P of the signal data variation is assumed to be 100 X-ray particles per pixel.
[Equation 8]
Standard deviation P = √ (100) = 10
It becomes. As described above, in the prior art, the image processing is performed only by the difference signal between the old and new data for the output value with respect to the input to the table memory, so that the image signal data is large and the image signal data partial standard deviation is large variation enters the larger area of the differential signal, Te - since the slope of the transform coefficients Bull function becomes large, can not improve the required S / N ratio, the noise is noticeable I understood. Further, the portion where the image signal data is small and the standard deviation of the variation of the image signal data is small enters the region where the difference signal of the old and new data is small, and the slope of the conversion coefficient of the table function is necessary. / N ratio improvement rate will be smaller than . For this reason, for example, in a portion where the image signal data is small , moving a part where an image with a small signal level difference is obtained, obtaining each image, and switching and displaying the obtained images Since the difference signal between the old and new data is small, it takes time to change the old data to the same value as the new data, and as a result, the resolution of the moving image display in the X-ray image may be significantly deteriorated. understood.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above prior art, the S / N ratio and dynamic resolution of the average brightness portion of the X-ray image are improved, but compared with this, the improvement rate of the S / N ratio of the bright portion of the X-ray image is improved. There is a problem that the resolution of the moving image display in the dark part of the X-ray image is low.
[0004]
The invention has been made to solve the above problems, its object is to improve the S / N ratio improvement of the bright portion of the X-ray image, the video display resolution dark portion of the X-ray image An X-ray image processing apparatus is provided.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The object is to input a buffer memory (4) having a two-dimensional spread measured by the X-ray measurement unit (1) and temporarily storing X-ray image data that is temporally continuous, and the buffer memory ( 4) The previous time-phase old data g read from 4) and the next time-phase new data f sequentially output from the X-ray measurement unit (1) are input, and a difference is obtained for the X-ray image data at the same address. A subtracter (5) and a plurality of table functions (T1, T2, T3) stored in advance in the table memory (7) according to the size of the previous time phase old data g read from the buffer memory (4). A table memory switching circuit (6) for outputting a signal necessary for switching one of them to the table memory (7), and a difference signal (f−g) from the subtracter (5) are used as the table memory switching circuit. 6) a table memory (7) that converts using one table function switched by the signal from (6) and sends out output data W (f−g); and output data W (f) from the table memory (7). -G) and an adder (8) that performs cumulative addition by adding old data g of the previous time phase from the buffer memory (4), and the output data g1 from the adder (8) is X In the X-ray image processing apparatus which is transmitted to the line image display unit (3) and stored in the buffer memory (4), the table memory switching circuit (6) is stored in the table memory (7) in advance. Among the plurality of table functions (T1, T2, T3), when the old data g of the previous time phase read from the buffer memory (4) is small, only in the region where the difference signal (f-g) is small Strange When a signal necessary for switching to a table function with a small coefficient gradient is output to the table memory (7), and the old data g of the previous time phase read from the buffer memory (4) is medium, the difference A signal necessary for switching to a table function having a small gradient of the conversion coefficient from a small region of the signal (fg) to a medium region is output to the table memory (7) and read from the buffer memory (4). If the previous data g of the previous time phase is large, a signal necessary for switching to a table function having a small gradient of the conversion coefficient from a small region to a large region of the difference signal (f−g) is transmitted to the table memory (7). ) To achieve this.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of an X-ray image processing apparatus of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 is a block diagram showing one embodiment of an X-ray image diagnostic apparatus employing the image processing apparatus of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a block diagram of the image processing apparatus of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a table memory of FIG. It is the graph which visualized this relationship in the example which shows the relationship between the magnitude | size of the difference signal memorize | stored and the magnitude | size of an output signal.

It can be expressed.
In the equation of (Equation 9), if the slope of W is a straight line of 1 as an example,

[0010]
As a result, the difference signal (fg) and the old data g (x, y) are discriminated whether the X-ray image signal data varies or the object has moved. When the output value of the table memory 7 is decreased with respect to -g) and the object moves, the difference signal can be increased or output as it is.
[0011]
Next, the signal converted and output by the table memory 7 is input to the adder 8. At the same time, the old data g (x, y) read from the buffer memory 4 is input to the adder 8 and added to the output signal from the table memory 7. That is, the calculation shown in the equation (9) is performed, and the processed new data g1 is output. The new data g1 after this processing is obtained by changing the output by paying attention to the difference between the old and new image data and the size of the image data whose time phase changes. The addition process is performed. The output data from the adder 8 is sent to the image display unit 3 and displayed as an image with improved S / N ratio and moving image display resolution. At the same time, the output data from the adder 8 is fed back to the buffer memory 4 and stored. As a result, the new data g1 after the above processing becomes the old data g (x, y) in the next processing. Then, the new data of the current time phase from the measuring unit 2 - entered data f (x, y), since the above-described operation is repeated.
[0012]
Further, the table functions stored in the table memory 7 are not limited to the three types of curves T1 to T3 shown in FIG. 3, and more detailed control is performed using many curves. Is also possible. Further, in each of the curves T1 to T3, the inclination of the conversion coefficient and the inflection point may be changed to change the noise removal effect and the difference signal enhancement.
[0013]
In this embodiment, the value of the image data is the old data g (x, y), but the same effect can be obtained with the new data f (x, y). Further, although the output data sent to the image display unit 3 is the output of the adder 8, the same effect can be obtained by the output of the buffer memory 4.
[0014]
Although the present invention has been specifically described above based on the embodiments of the present invention, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made within the scope of matters that can be derived directly or uniquely. Needless to say.
[0015]
