Description

【0001】
なお、容器体17は、例えばLLDPE(直鎖低密度ポリエチレン)で一体成形される。
【0016】

Conventionally, as a stool collection container for collecting a certain amount of stool for occult blood test or the like, a gripping part is provided on one side, a stick part is provided on the other side, and a stool collection part is provided on the tip side of the stick part. A stool collection rod; a container body into which the stool collection rod is inserted; and a fitting body fitted into the container body and having a through hole; The thing of the structure which inserts the stool collection part in the liquid hold | maintained by the fitting body and the container body by making it fit in a through-hole is used.
When the stool collection container having such a structure is used, when the stool portion of the stool collection rod is inserted into the through hole of the fitting body, the stool adhering to the tip of the stool passes through the through hole as it is and enters. Occasionally, the amount of feces collected may be more than necessary.
For this reason, the fitting body does not have a through hole before use, and the rod portion of the stool collection rod, which is a separate body, is penetrated while making a hole in the fitting body at the time of use, and the stool collection portion is connected to the fitting body. The thing of the structure inserted in the liquid hold | maintained with the container body may be used.
Since the stool collection container having such a structure makes a hole in the fitting body at the rod portion of the stool collection rod during use, the stool adhering to the tip of the rod portion is fitted by the contact of the rod portion with the fitting body. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the amount of collected feces from being increased more than necessary.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the stool collection part of the stool collection rod is generally composed of a groove part recessed from the outer surface of the rod part, and the stool that protrudes outward from the groove part of the rod part is passed through the fitting body through the fitting body. By scraping with coalescence, it is left only in the groove portion, thereby making the amount of feces constant.
However, when using a structure that removes feces adhering to the tip of the rod portion by making a hole in the fitting body with the rod portion of the stool collection bar as described above, the fitting body enters the groove portion when passing, and the groove portion There is a possibility of scraping the feces inside. As a result, the amount of feces collected becomes insufficient.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a stool collection container that can keep the amount of collected stool constant.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]

[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A stool collection container according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the stool collection container 11 of this embodiment has a gripping portion 12 on one side and a rod portion 13 on the other side and a stool collection tube on the distal end side of the rod portion 13. A stool collection rod 15 provided with a portion 14, a container body 17 in which the stool collection rod 15 side of the stool collection rod 15 is inserted and a buffer solution (liquid) (not shown) is stored, and fitted into the container body 17 The fitting body 18 is provided.
[0009]
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the gripping portion 12 of the stool collection rod 15 forms a pair of surface portions 20 and 21 that are parallel to each other at an equal distance from the axis on both sides of the center axis. It is a plate-like thing cut off. As shown in FIG. 3 (a), one end of the grip portion 12 in the length direction of the stool collection rod 15 (left and right direction in FIG. 3) is from the thickness direction (the direction perpendicular to the paper surface in FIG. 3 (a)). A chamfer 22 is formed so as to form a semicircular shape when viewed. Further, the other end portion of the grip portion 12 in the length direction of the stool collection rod 15 is, as shown in FIG. 3 (b), double-sided portions 20 when viewed from the width direction (the direction orthogonal to the paper surface in FIG. 3 (b)). It rises in a circular arc shape from 21 and continues to a cylindrical portion 23 having the same diameter as that of the cylinder.
A large number of protrusions 20a and 21a projecting in a hemispherical shape are formed on both surface portions 20 and 21 of the grip portion 12, respectively.
[0010]
A disc-shaped flange portion 25 having a diameter larger than that of the cylindrical portion 23 is provided coaxially on the opposite side of the cylindrical portion 23 with respect to the grip portion 12, and with respect to the cylindrical portion 23 of the flange portion 25. On the opposite side, a cylindrical portion 26 having a smaller diameter than the flange portion 25 is provided coaxially. A concave portion 27 that is annularly formed and recessed in one step is formed coaxially at a predetermined intermediate position in the axial direction on the outer peripheral side of the cylindrical portion 26, and an annular shape is formed between the concave portion 27 and the flange portion 25. Thus, a convex portion 28 that protrudes one step is formed coaxially.
On the opposite side to the flange portion 25 of the cylindrical portion 26, a substantially conical connecting portion 29 having a large diameter side that is substantially the same diameter as the cylindrical portion 26 and having a smaller diameter as the distance from the cylindrical portion 26 decreases. It has been.
[0011]
On the opposite side of the connecting portion 29 to the cylindrical portion 26, a cylindrical portion 30 having the same diameter as the small diameter side of the connecting portion 29 is provided coaxially.
On the opposite side of the connecting portion 29 of the cylindrical portion 30, a substantially conical connecting portion 31 having a large diameter side that is substantially the same diameter as the cylindrical portion 30 and having a smaller diameter away from the cylindrical portion 30 is coaxial. Is provided.
On the opposite side of the connecting portion 31 to the cylindrical portion 30, the cylindrical rod portion 13 having the same diameter as the small diameter side of the connecting portion 31 is provided coaxially. The part 32 has a coaxial hemispherical shape.
[0012]
The stool collection portion 14 is provided on the distal end side of the rod portion 13 and slightly inside the distal end portion 32.
The stool collection portion 14 includes a groove portion 33 that is recessed from the outer peripheral surface 13 a of the rod portion 13, and a rib 34 that extends in the length direction of the rod portion 13 within the groove portion 33.
The groove portion 33 extends on the one side in the radial direction of the rod portion 13 in the direction perpendicular to the length direction with the same width in the length direction of the rod portion 13, and in the thickness direction of the grip portion 12. It is formed so as to be disposed on one side, in this case, on the surface portion 21 side.
The groove 33 is preferably formed only within a continuous range of 180 ° in the circumferential direction of the rod 13.
[0013]
The rib 34 is formed at a central position in the extending direction of the groove portion 33, and an outer surface 34 a extending over the entire width of the groove portion 33 entirely coincides with the outer peripheral surface 13 a of the rod portion 13.
The bottom side of the groove 33 is inclined so that the opposite sides to the rib 34 are bottom surfaces 33a and 33a located in the same plane, and the rib 34 side is located closer to the outer surface 34a side of the rib 34 as it is closer to the rib 34. The inclined surfaces 33b and 33b are formed.
The stool collection rod 15 is integrally formed of, for example, ABS resin.
Here, since the groove part 33 is formed in the direction orthogonal to the length direction of the rod part 13 on one side in the radial direction of the rod part 13 as described above, there is an advantage that manufacture is easy.
In this case, one rib 34 is formed in the groove 33, but a plurality of ribs 34 may be formed.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 5, the container body 17 has a substantially bottomed cylindrical shape in which an opening portion 35 is provided on one end side and the other end side is closed by a disc-shaped bottom portion 37, and the outer diameter side extends over the entire length. The diameter is substantially the same. On the inner diameter side, a large-diameter inner peripheral portion 39 having a large diameter is formed on the opening 35 side, and a small-diameter inner peripheral portion 40 having a smaller diameter than the large-diameter inner peripheral portion 39 is formed on the bottom 37 side of the large-diameter inner peripheral portion 39. A shape formed coaxially with the large-diameter inner peripheral portion 39 is formed. And between these large diameter inner peripheral parts 39 and the small diameter inner peripheral parts 40, the step part 41 extended in the direction orthogonal to an axial direction is formed in cyclic | annular form. Note that the small-diameter inner peripheral portion 40 is tapered so as to become smaller in diameter toward the bottom portion 37 side. In addition, on the opposite side of the opening portion 35 of the bottom portion 37, a tapered hole portion 42 having a tapered shape so as to have a smaller diameter toward the bottom portion 37 side is formed coaxially with the large-diameter inner peripheral portion 39 and the like.
[0015]
Here, at a predetermined intermediate position of the large-diameter inner peripheral portion 39, a convex portion 43 projecting in an annular shape is formed coaxially. The large-diameter inner peripheral portion 39 is fitted with the cylindrical portion 26 of the stool collection rod 15 when the stool collection rod 15 is inserted into the container body 17 from the side of the rod portion 13. When the flange portion 25 is brought into contact with the end surface 44 on the opening 35 side, the convex portion 43 enters the concave portion 27 of the cylindrical portion 26. Here, the inner diameter of the convex portion 43 is smaller than the outer diameter of the cylindrical portion 26 and larger than the groove bottom diameter of the concave portion 27, so that when the convex portion 43 enters the concave portion 27, Is prevented from coming off. Further, the outer diameter of the convex portion 28 is larger than the inner diameter of the large-diameter inner peripheral portion 39, and the convex portion 28 is positioned in the large-diameter inner peripheral portion 39 with the convex portion 43 entering the concave portion 27. This also prevents the stool collection rod 15 from coming off from the container body 17.
The container body 17 is integrally formed of, for example, LLDPE (linear low density polyethylene).
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 6, the fitting body 18 has a substantially bottomed cylindrical shape in which an opening 46 is provided on one end side and the other end side is closed by a disc-shaped bottom portion 47, A shape in which a large-diameter outer peripheral portion 48 having a large diameter is formed on the opening 46 side, and a small-diameter inner peripheral portion 49 smaller in diameter than the large-diameter outer peripheral portion 48 is formed coaxially with the large-diameter inner peripheral portion 48 on the bottom 47 side. I am doing. The fitting body 18 is fitted to the opening 35 side of the container body 17 from the bottom 47 side, and the step portion 50 that extends between the large-diameter outer peripheral portion 48 and the small-diameter outer peripheral portion 49 in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction. Is brought into contact with the step portion 41 between the large-diameter inner peripheral portion 39 and the small-diameter inner peripheral portion 40 of the container body 17, and the axial positioning with respect to the container body 17 is performed. In this positioning state, the large-diameter outer peripheral portion 48 of the fitting body 18 is fitted to the large-diameter inner peripheral portion 39 of the container body 17, and the small-diameter outer peripheral portion 49 of the fitting body 18 is fitted to the small-diameter inner peripheral portion 40 of the container body 17. The fitting body 18 is fixed to the container body 17 by these fitting forces.
[0017]
The inner diameter side of the fitting body 18 is formed with a tapered hole portion 51 having a tapered shape so that the diameter decreases from the opening 46 side to the bottom portion 47 side toward the bottom portion 47 side.
The surface 47a of the bottom 47 on the opening 46 side has a tapered shape having a larger angle than the tapered hole 51, and a recess 52 that is recessed in the opposite direction to the opening 46 is formed on the central axis on the small diameter side. Has been. A notch 53 is formed from the recess 52 through the bottom 47.
Here, the notch 53 is closed by the resilience due to the elastic properties of the rod 13 and the fitting body 18 in the inserted state, and the rod 13 of the stool collection rod 15 can be inserted. Even in a state where the bar portion 13 of the bar 15 is removed, the fitting body 18 is closed by the restoring property of the fitting body 18 itself. The fitting body 18 is integrally formed of an elastic material such as natural rubber or TPE (thermoplastic elastomer).
[0018]
According to the stool collection container 11 having the above-described configuration, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 from the opening 35 side after the buffer solution is put into the container body 17 from the opening 35 at the time of manufacture. Then, the fitting body 18 is fitted until the step portion 50 abuts on the step portion 41 of the container body 17. Then, the stool collection rod 15 is inserted through the fitting body 18 while the rod portion 13 is inserted into the cut portion 53 of the fitting body 18, and the cylindrical portion 26 is fitted to the opening 35 side of the container body 17. The annular convex portion 43 of the container body 17 is inserted into the annular concave portion 27 and the flange portion 25 is inserted until it comes into contact with the opening side end surface 44 of the container body 17. In this state, the stool collection portion 14 of the bar portion 13 is located in the portion surrounded by the container body 17 and the fitting body 18, that is, the portion filled with the buffer solution, while the bar portion 13 is collected. A portion closer to the grip portion 12 than the toilet portion 14 is fitted into the cut portion 53 of the fitting body 18. Here, in a state in which the rod portion 13 is fitted, the cut portion 53 of the fitting body 18 is closed by the restoring property of the rod portion 13 and the fitting body 18 itself, and thus the buffer solution Leakage is prevented and the container body 17 is securely held.
As described above, the container body 17 and the fitting body 18 and the stool collection rod 15 can be integrated in a state after manufacture and before use, which is convenient in handling.
[0019]
Next, in use, the both sides 20 and 21 of the gripping part 12 are gripped by the thumb and index finger or middle finger, and the stool collection rod 15 is removed from the container body 17 and the fitting body 18. At this time, the fitting body 18 closes the cut portion 53 with its own restoring property even after the rod portion 13 is completely removed. Therefore, the state in which the buffer solution is held in the container body 17 while preventing the leakage is maintained.
[0020]
The stool collection rod 15 extracted in this way is in a state in use, that is, the stool collection portion 14 including the groove 33 and the rib 34 is directed toward the front side in the wrist bending direction. Here, since the forming direction of the stool collection portion 14 is set on one side in the plate thickness direction of the gripping portion 12, the stool collection portion 14 is in front of or behind the wrist in the state of gripping the gripping portion 12. Will be located in either. Therefore, it is possible to obtain an optimum state at the time of use by an easy operation of reversing and holding it when it is positioned in the back as it is when it is positioned on the near side.
[0021]
In this state, the stool collection rod 15 is moved so that the stool collection portion 14 is rubbed against the surface of the stool.
As a result, feces adhere to the vicinity of the stool collection portion 14 of the stool collection rod 15 and also enter the groove 33 of the stool collection portion 14.
Here, in this case, as described above, since the groove portion 33 is formed only in a range within 180 ° in the circumferential direction of the rod portion 13, the groove portion is formed over the entire circumference of the rod portion 13. There is no need to pierce the stool like the conventional one, and the surface side of the stool can be collected by rubbing the stool collection part 14 on the surface of the stool as described above.
Then, while the stool collection rod 15 is inserted into the cut portion 53 of the fitting body 18 while the rod portion 13 is inserted into the opening portion 35 side of the container body 17, The annular convex portion 43 of the container body 17 is inserted and inserted until the flange portion 25 is brought into contact with the opening side end surface 44 of the container body 17.
[0022]
Here, immediately before the rod portion 13 of the stool collection rod 15 is inserted into the notch portion 53, the rod portion 13 comes into contact with the fitting body 18 in a state where the notch portion 53 is closed, and the rod portion The feces adhering to the tip of 13 is scraped off by the fitting body 18. Further, stool adhering to the outer periphery of the bar portion 13 due to the insertion of the bar portion 13 into the notch portion 53 is also scraped off by the fitting body 18, while the ribs 34 are formed in the groove portion 33, so The combined body 18 is prevented from entering the groove 33, and therefore, after passing through the fitting body 18, stool remains only in the groove 33 and is inserted into the buffer solution.
As described above, it is possible to prevent both the amount of collected stool from becoming unnecessarily large and insufficient, and thus the amount of collected stool can be made constant.
Then, the stool collected as described above is inspected by inserting the needle of the syringe from the tapered hole portion 42 side of the container body 17 to the bottom portion 37 and extracting the liquid with the syringe.
[0023]
Here, as the fitting body 18, a member that exhibits a stable restoration property even when there is a temperature change, and the temperature condition as a storage condition of the stool collection container 11 can be expanded by widening the allowable range of the temperature change. Therefore, handling can be further facilitated.
Table 1 below shows a polystyrene elastomer (commercial name: Elastomer AR-1040 (Aron Kasei Co., Ltd.)) having a compression set of 12% generated by a test at 70 ° C. for 22 hours according to JIS K 6301. ), And a groove portion 33 recessed from the outer surface at 180 ° in the circumferential direction of the rod portion 13 of the stool collection rod 15 shown in FIG. 3 and a rib 34 extending in the length direction of the rod portion 13 at substantially the center thereof. The result of the amount of stool collection in the case of having a stool collection container (Example) and in the case of a stool collection container having no rib 34 in the groove 33 (Comparative Example) is shown.

The procedure for this measurement is as follows.
(1) Insert the bar portion 13 of the stool collection rod 15 into the fitting body 18.
In addition, as the stool collection rod 15, a rod portion 13 having a diameter of 1.5 mm is used.
(2) Remove the stool collection rod 15 from the fitting 18 and measure the weight.
(3) Immerse the stool collection rod 15 in a buffer solution.
(4) The feces are collected with the stool collection rod 15. Use normal stool as feces.
(5) The stool collection rod 15 is passed through the fitting body 18 in the same direction as in use to remove excess feces.
(6) Measure the weight after stool collection.
In the weight measurement, first, the weight of the stool remaining in the groove 33 and the tip 32 is measured, and then the stool remaining in the groove 33 is measured after wiping the stool of the tip 32 with paper. .
[0026]
From the measurement results, in the case of the comparative example, the average amount is 0.34 mg, whereas in the example, the average is 0.44 mg, and the fitting body 18 is prevented from entering the groove portion 33 by the ribs 34, There will be no shortage of stool collection.
[0027]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 7, the bottom side of the groove part 33 is good also as the bottom face 33a and 33a located in the same plane entirely except the rib 34. As shown in FIG.
Further, the cut portion 53 may not be formed in advance, but may be broken by insertion of the rod portion 13.
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 8, it is also possible to use a gripping portion 56 that has a cylindrical shape and is formed with a plurality of annular recesses 55. 13 is provided with a substantially conical connecting portion 57 that is substantially the same diameter as the proximal end side of 13 and decreases in diameter as it is farther from the proximal end side, and is further provided on the distal end side of the rod portion 13 of the connecting portion 57. It is also possible to form a columnar part 58 having substantially the same diameter as the small diameter side of the connecting part 57 and arrange the stool collection part 14 on the columnar part 58. It is also possible to form a tapered cone.
[0028]
【The invention's effect】
According to the stool collection container of claim 1 of the present invention, since the stool collection part has the rib extending in the length direction of the rod part in the groove part, the rib passes through the fitting body. The fitting body is prevented from entering the groove at the time. Therefore, the amount of feces collected can be kept constant without being deficient.
In addition, since the stool collection portion is formed with a groove that is recessed from the outer surface only within a range of 180 ° in the circumferential direction of the rod portion, the fitting body does not enter the groove when passing through the fitting body. Therefore, the amount of collected feces can be kept constant without being deficient. Moreover, it is not necessary to pierce the stool like the conventional one in which the groove is formed over the entire circumference of the rod part, and the surface side of the stool can be collected by rubbing the stool collection surface on the surface of the stool as described above. I can .
According to the stool collection container of claim 3 of the present invention, when the grip portion is gripped by the thumb and the index finger, the plate thickness direction of the grip portion becomes the wrist bending direction. Then, since the groove portion is positioned either on the front side or the back side in the wrist bending direction, it becomes easy to position the groove portion on the front side in the wrist bending direction, that is, in an optimum state during use.
