Z=m・v2/r
【0047】

【The invention's effect】
The present invention has the following effects.
[0068]
In the present invention, The upper part is a separation chamber, the lower part is a collection chamber, and the center of the separation chamber is equipped with a cyclone dust collector with an exhaust pipe arranged, Dust is sucked from the suction port by the air flow generated by the operation of the electric blower, and the sucked air flow is passed through the intake passage communicating with the suction port. Said Separation chamber of cyclone dust collector Tangential to the inner wall Introduced into the Inside the separation chamber and collection chamber Rotate the airflow to separate the dust and remove the separated dust. Said In the vacuum cleaner that accumulates in the accumulation chamber, a shielding member is disposed at the boundary between the separation chamber and the accumulation chamber, and the shielding member has a shape that creates a predetermined gap between the outer periphery and the inner wall of the accumulation chamber. At the edge In the direction of the separation chamber Since the protruding loop-shaped barrier was formed, The airflow swirling along the shielding member in the separation chamber becomes an ascending airflow at the barrier and excludes dust that extends from the accumulation chamber and tries to approach the center of the separation chamber. Thereby, it is possible to prevent dust in the collection chamber from entering the separation chamber. .
[0069]
If a loop-shaped barrier projecting toward the bottom surface of the accumulation chamber is formed at the edge of the shielding member, the swirling airflow generated in the separation chamber enters the accumulation chamber through the gap between the shielding member and the accumulation chamber wall. When returning to the separation chamber after dropping dust into the accumulation chamber, if dust is contained in the swirling airflow to be returned to the separation chamber, the dust will be separated when the airflow changes direction to cross the barrier. , Stay in the accumulation room. This improves dust separation efficiency. .
[0070]
On the outer periphery of the shielding member, A plurality of ribs are formed at predetermined intervals so as to block the swirling airflow returning from the accumulation chamber to the separation chamber. if When the swirling airflow generated in the separation chamber enters the accumulation chamber through the gap between the shielding member and the inner wall of the accumulation chamber, drops dust into the accumulation chamber and returns to the separation chamber, If dust is contained, the dust is separated when the air current collides with the rib and changes direction, and remains in the accumulation chamber. This improves the dust separation efficiency.
[0071]
Of the shielding member A plurality of separating blades extending toward the bottom surface of the stacking chamber Establishment These separation blades The Radial from the center of the shielding member toward the inner wall of the collection chamber To place And a shape in which a predetermined gap is formed between the edge and the inner wall of the accumulation chamber. if Dust is separated when the swirling airflow generated in the separation chamber and entering the accumulation chamber through the gap between the shielding member and the accumulation chamber wall collides with the separation blade in the accumulation chamber and changes its direction. This improves the dust separation efficiency.
[0072]
The accumulation chamber, Shape that is narrowed down into an inverted truncated cone from the entrance to the bottom age , And the shape of the separating blade is if Even if the swirling airflow approaches the bottom surface of the accumulation chamber, the swirling speed is maintained and the decrease in centrifugal force is covered. Thereby, the centrifugal separation function is maintained over a wide area of the accumulation chamber, and the dust separation efficiency is improved.
[0073]
One of the separating blades, The gap with the inner wall of the accumulation chamber is narrower than other separation blades if In this narrow gap, dust is caught and stays, and the accumulation of dust is propagated using this as a core. Thereby, dust forms a mass with a high density, and the dust accumulation capability of the accumulation chamber is improved.
[0074]
Said The accumulation chamber wall located on the opposite side of the separation blade having a narrow gap with the accumulation chamber wall is set as a see-through portion, and a dust disposal guide mark is provided on the see-through portion. If Dust disposal time by observing the amount of dust at locations other than where dust has accumulated and accumulated Can judge Therefore, the difference between the judgment and the actual accumulation amount can be reduced.
[0075]
Said A grid-like exhaust port is provided on the peripheral wall of the exhaust tube, and a filter is attached to the exhaust port. A cleaning tool that slides in contact with the filter is arranged outside the exhaust tube, and the lattice of the exhaust port is provided. The crosspieces forming the shape are in a plane that obliquely intersects the axis of the exhaust stack; if When the cleaning tool gets over the crosspiece, no load is generated at one time, and the resistance when sliding the cleaning tool is reduced. As a result, the suction force can be recovered with a small amount of labor.
