Description

【0001】

Leads to reject box 43. A flapper 44 that opens and closes the front end of the dispensing transport belt 34 is disposed at the front end of the dispensing transport belt 34.
[0026]
Note that the coin depositing and dispensing machine is operated using an operation unit such as an ATM on which the coin depositing and dispensing machine is mounted.
[0027]
Next, the configuration of the coin deposit / withdrawal unit 14 will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2.
[0028]
The coin deposit / withdrawal unit 14 has a coin deposit / withdrawal space 51 in which deposited coins and withdrawal coins are received, and a coin dispensing slot 15 is formed at the upper left position on the rear surface of the coin deposit / withdrawal space 51, and at the upper right position. A coin deposit slot 18 is formed. On both sides of the coin deposit / withdrawal space 51, a guide surface 52 is formed which narrows in a tapered shape and guides the coin to the center, and this guide surface 52 swells slightly upward rather than on a smooth slope to prevent the coins from sticking. It is formed in a convex curved surface shape. In the lower left part of the coin deposit / withdrawal space 51, a receiving port 19a of the collection chute 19 leading to the forgetting collection unit 20 is arranged.
[0029]
A tray member 53 as a receiving member is attached to the center of the coin depositing / dispensing space 51 so as to be pivotable about a pivot shaft 54 extending in the front-rear direction (along the longitudinal direction of the deposit feeding belt 16). The tray member 53 has a coin storage portion 55 that stores coins, and a side surface portion 56 that is tapered toward the center of the coin storage portion 55 around the coin storage portion 55 (front, back, left, and right sides). Is formed.
[0030]
Residual detection sensor transmission holes 57 are formed in the left and right side portions 56 so as to face each other in the vicinity of the bottom of the coin storage portion 55. A coin guide surface 58 is formed on the outer surface of the side surface portion 56 on one side (right side) to guide the coins onto the deposit feeding belt 16 disposed on the bottom one side of the coin deposit / withdrawal space 51.
[0031]
As shown in FIG. 1 (c), the tray member 53 is centered on a pivot shaft 54 extending in the front-rear direction, and the coin storage portion 55 faces directly upward and cooperates with the guide surface 52 to receive and dispense coins. 1st rotation position (first movement position) covering the entire bottom of the space 51, and as shown in FIG. 1 (a), it rotates about 130 degrees counterclockwise from the first rotation position. Thus, the coin storage section 55 faces the lower left and the coin guide surface 58 faces the upper side, and the second feeding position (the second rotation position) at which the deposit feeding belt 16 disposed on the bottom side of the coin deposit / withdrawal space 51 is exposed. (Moving position) and is rotatably supported by a receiving member driving mechanism having a driving motor (not shown).
[0032]
Residual detection sensors composed of, for example, photointerrupters are disposed on both the left and right sides of the coin deposit / withdrawal space 51 across the tray member 53, and the tray member 53 has a first rotation position (FIG. 1 (c)). When taking, the detection line passes through the bottom of the coin storage part 55 through the residual detection sensor transmission hole 57, and the presence or absence of coins or the like is confirmed.
[0033]
Further, the deposit payout belt 16 is disposed on the bottom side of the coin deposit / withdrawal space 51 adjacent to the receiving member 53, and is stretched between the front and rear rollers 60, 61, and from the coin deposit slot 18. It is stretched from the front. A support member 62 that supports the conveyance surface is disposed below the conveyance surface on which the coins of the deposit feeding belt 16 are placed.
[0034]
Above the deposit feeding belt 16, a reverse rotation roller 17 is disposed oppositely and a guide member 63 is disposed. The guide member 63 guides coins on the deposit feeding belt 16 and guides coins fed toward the coin deposit port 18 by the deposit feeding belt 16.
[0035]
A plurality of optical sensors 64 and 65 for detecting the presence or absence of coins or the like on the deposit feeding belt 16 are disposed so that the detection line crosses immediately above the deposit feeding belt 16. One optical sensor 64 is arranged such that a projector and a light receiver face each other. The other is an optical sensor 65, a projector and a light receiver arranged in parallel on one side of the guide member 63, and a prism member 66 that allows light from the light projector to enter and exit toward the light receiver on the other side of the guide member 63. The light projector, the light receiver, and the prism member 66 are configured as one set, and a plurality of sets are disposed along the longitudinal direction of the deposit feeding belt 16. With the configuration of the optical sensor 65, the number of sensors can be reduced, and the wiring of the projector and the light receiver can be simplified. The guide member 63 is provided with sensor passage holes 67 corresponding to the detection lines of the optical sensors 64 and 65.
[0036]
In addition, a deformed coin locking member 68 having a space slightly larger than the thickness of the coin is disposed between the reverse rotation roller 17 and the rearward position of the reverse rotation roller 17 with respect to the conveyance surface of the deposit feeding belt 16. The deformed coin locking member 68 locks the coin at that position when, for example, the tip of the coin bent into a substantially square shape passes under the reverse rotation roller 17. The deformed coins are collected by the clerk by hand after stopping the driving. If the deformed coin enters the deposit conveyance path 21 as it is, not only is it difficult to collect it, but it also leads to damage around the path.
[0037]
In the standby state shown in FIG. 1 (a), the tray member 53 takes the second rotation position, and the upper shutter member 13 is in the closed position.
[0038]
When the execution of the deposit process is instructed, the shutter member 13 is opened, and coins can be inserted by the user. The inserted coins are placed on the coin guide surface 58 of the tray member 53 or the deposit feeding belt 16. Next, the deposit feeding belt 16 and the reverse rotation roller 17 are driven, and coins are taken into the machine from the coin deposit slot 18 one by one. At the same time, the tray member 53 is gradually rotated toward the first rotation position, and the coins on the coin guide surface 58 of the tray member 53 are fed onto the deposit feeding belt 16. When all the coins are paid out and no coins remain on the deposit feeding belt 16 for a predetermined time, the driving of the deposit feeding belt 16 and the reverse roller 17 is stopped and the tray member 53 is moved to the second rotation position. Returned.
[0039]
At the time of dispensing, the tray member 53 takes the first rotation position, and the coins paid out from the coin dispensing port 15 are received by the coin storage part 55 of the tray member 53. When the shutter member 13 is opened, the user takes out a coin. Since both side surface portions 56 of the coin storage portion 55 are formed in a tapered shape, the paid out coins are brought to the center and are easily taken out. When a predetermined time elapses from the payout of coins, the shutter member 13 is closed and the tray member 53 is rotated to the second rotation position. At this time, if coins remain in the coin storage unit 55 (the residual detection sensor 59 does not enter a light-transmitting state), it is determined that the coin has been forgotten, and the coin is used to rotate the tray member 53. Along with this, it is collected by the forgetting collection unit 20 via the collection chute 19.
[0040]
Next, in FIG. 4, the structure of the deposit conveyance path 21, the coin reject path 25, and the coin sorting path 29 will be described.
[0041]
The deposit conveyance passage 21 and the coin rejection passage 25 are composed of a passage bottom plate 71 that forms a bottom surface, a first passage side plate 72 and a first passage side plate 72 that are disposed with a gap slightly larger than the diameter of the largest diameter coin that is formed by forming both side surfaces. There are two passage side plates 73, and a first conveyor belt 74 is stretched above.
[0042]
An introduction portion 72a is formed at the front end of the first passage side plate 72 so as to incline toward the inside of the passage, and the coins fed one by one to the deposit conveyance passage 21 always come into contact with the introduction portion 72a and the first passage side plate 72 It is conveyed along 72.
[0043]
The first conveyor belt 74 is stretched from the start end of the deposit transfer path 21 to the end of the coin reject path 25, and is inclined at a slight angle so that the downstream side approaches the first path side plate 72. Is stretched. By the first conveying belt 74, the coin is pressed against the passage bottom plate 71 and conveyed while being pressed against the first passage side plate 72.
[0044]
The first and second coin reject mechanisms 23 and 24 arranged in the coin reject passage 25 are basically formed in the same structure, although the rejected coins are discharged to different destinations.
[0045]
A coin discharge hole 75 is formed in the passage bottom plate 71 from the first passage side plate 72 to a position below the second passage side plate 73 leaving the remaining bottom plate portion 71a. A driving means (not shown) between a position (normal position) where the coin discharge hole 75 is blocked about half of the second passage side plate 73 side and a position (open position) where the second passage side plate 73 is retracted below. A movable bottom plate 76 that is moved forward and backward by is arranged.
[0046]
A chute 26 disposed below the coin discharge hole 75 of the first coin reject mechanism 23 is communicated with the cylindrical guide member 36 of the bucket transport mechanism 35 and below the coin discharge hole 75 of the second coin reject mechanism 24. The chute 27 disposed in the communication is communicated with the dispensing conveyor belt 34.
[0047]
Sensors 77 and 78 for detecting the passage of coins are disposed on the passage bottom plate 71 at upstream positions of the coin identifying unit 22 and the respective coin reject mechanisms 23 and 24.
[0048]
The coin sorting passage 29 has a passage bottom plate 81 that forms the bottom surface, and first and second passage side plates 82 and 83 that form both side surfaces, and the second conveyor belt 84 is stretched above the passage bottom plate 81. It is installed.
[0049]
The second conveyor belt 84 is stretched from the beginning to the end of the coin sorting passage 29, and is inclined at a slight angle so that the downstream side approaches the first passage side plate 82. Yes. By this second conveyor belt 84, coins are pressed against the passage bottom plate 81 and conveyed while being pressed against the first passage side plate 82.
[0050]
The passage bottom plate 81 is formed with three coin sorting holes 28 for sorting coins into denominations (three denominations of 1 yen, 10 yen, and 100 yen) based on the diameter difference. A sensor 85 for detecting the passage of coins is disposed at an upstream position.
[0051]
Next, the operation of the present embodiment will be described.
[0052]
This coin depositing and dispensing machine can deposit 6 denominations (1, 5, 10, 50, 100, 500 yen) and 3 denominations (1, 10, 10, and 100 yen) coins can be withdrawn. In addition, 1-yen, 10-yen, and 100-yen coins are recycled (used deposit coins are used for withdrawal coins), but 5-yen, 50-yen and 500-yen coins are not recycled.
[0053]
First, in the standby state, each type of coin storage unit 31 stores coins for dispensing. Replenishment coins are also stored in the replenishment cassette 32 and loaded into the machine body 12. The shutter member 13 of the coin deposit / withdrawal unit 14 is closed. Each movable bottom plate 76 of the first and second coin reject mechanisms 23, 24 is in a normal position. The bucket 37 of the bucket transport mechanism 35 is in the lower standby position, and the sorting member 40 is in the first sorting position for guiding coins to the first collection passage 38 that leads to the collective collection unit 42 of the collection cassette 41.
[0054]
Next, the deposit process will be described.
[0055]
When the deposit process is instructed, the shutter member 13 of the coin deposit / withdrawal unit 14 is opened, and coins can be inserted. The coins inserted into the coin deposit / withdrawal unit 14 by the user are placed on the deposit / delivery belt 16 and the coin guide surface 58 of the tray member 53. A guide surface 52 formed of a curved surface is formed on the inner wall surface of the coin deposit / withdrawal unit 14, and the coin is guided downward without being attached.
[0056]
When the closing operation is completed, the deposit feeding belt 16 is driven after the shutter member 13 is closed. The coins coming into contact with the deposit feeding belt 16 are sequentially fed into the coin deposit slot 18 and taken into the deposit conveyance path 21 one by one while being further regulated by the reverse rotation roller 17. The taken coins are transported by the first transport belt 74, and the authenticity and denomination are identified by the coin identifying unit 22.
[0057]
As a result of the identification, if it is determined that the coin is a deposit reject coin (fake coin, unidentifiable coin), the movable bottom plate 76 of the first coin reject mechanism 23 moves to the open position, and there is no support by the movable bottom plate 76. The deposit reject coin falls into the coin discharge hole 75, is guided by the chute 26, and is fed into the cylindrical guide member 36. At this time, the bucket 37 is in the lower standby position, and the deposit reject coin is held on the bucket 37.
[0058]
As a result of the identification, when it is determined that the coins are 5 yen, 50 yen and 500 yen coins, the movable bottom plate 76 of the second coin reject mechanism 24 moves to the open position, and no support is provided by the movable bottom plate 76. Yen and 500-yen coins fall into the coin discharge hole 75 and are guided by the chute 27 to be held on the dispensing conveyor belt 34. At this time, the withdrawal / conveyance belt 34 is stopped and the outlet side of the withdrawal / conveyance belt 34 is closed by the flapper 44, so that no coins fall into the cylindrical guide member 36.
[0059]
As a result of the identification, if it is determined that the coin is a 1 yen, 10 yen or 100 yen coin, it passes through the coin reject passage 25 and is sent to the coin sorting passage 29, falls into the corresponding coin sorting hole 28, and is temporarily held. Suspended at 30 However, when the number of stored sheets of the temporary storage unit 30 is exceeded or when the denominated coin storage unit 31 is full, it is discharged from the second coin reject mechanism 24 and is stored on the dispensing transport belt 34.
[0060]
As the deposit feeding belt 16 is driven, the tray member 53 starts to rotate toward the first pivot position, and the coins on the coin guide surface 58 of the tray member 53 are gradually fed onto the deposit feeding belt 16. It is. When the tray member 53 reaches the first rotation position, the tray member 53 is stopped. When all the coins are fed through the coin depositing port 18 and the light transmission state of the optical sensors 64 and 65 on the deposit feeding belt 16 continues for a predetermined time or longer, the driving of the deposit feeding belt 16 is stopped.
[0061]
When the sorting of all coins is completed, the bucket 37 of the bucket transport mechanism 35 is moved to the upper standby position. When there is a deposit reject coin, the deposit reject coin on the bucket 37 is paid out to the coin deposit / withdrawal unit 14 from the coin dispensing slot 15. At this time, the tray member 53 remains in the first rotation position, and the paid-out deposit reject coin is received by the coin storage unit 55.
[0062]
If foreign matter that cannot be fed out is thrown in when coins are thrown in, the foreign matter etc. remains on the deposit payout belt 16 all the time. If the optical sensor 64, 65 on the deposit feeding belt 16 is shielded from light and nothing is fed out for a predetermined time or longer, the driving of the deposit feeding belt 16 is stopped and the shutter member 13 is opened. The user himself takes out the residue directly from the deposit feeding belt 16. Further, when the deformed coin is locked by the deformed coin locking member 68, it is recovered by being similarly extracted by the user.
[0063]
When a deposit approval operation is performed by the user, the withdrawal conveyor belt 34 is driven, and the coins (5 yen, 50 yen and 500 yen coins, 1 yen, 10 yen and 100 yen exceeding the temporary storage capacity) A coin or the like) is fed into the cylindrical guide member 36. At this time, since the bucket 37 is positioned at the upper standby position, the coins fed into the cylindrical guide member 36 are flowed downward in the cylindrical guide member 36, and the collective cassette 41 is collectively collected through the distribution member 40. Collected by the collecting unit 42.
[0064]
Further, the coins held in the temporary holding unit 30 are also stored in the denominated coin storing unit 31 below. When there is no storage space in the denominated coin storage unit 31, the coins held in the temporary storage unit 30 are discharged onto the dispensing transport belt 34 and collected into the collective collection unit 42 of the collection cassette 41.
[0065]
In addition, when the user performs a deposit non-approval operation, the coins stored in the temporary storage unit 30 are released onto the dispensing transport belt 34. Next, the bucket 37 is moved to the lower standby position, and the withdrawal / conveyance belt 34 is driven, and the retained coins (including the coins previously retained on the withdrawal / conveyance belt 34) are stored in the cylindrical guide member 36. Is sent to. The coins fed into the cylindrical guide member 36 are retained in a space surrounded by the inner surface of the cylindrical guide member 36 and the bucket 37. When all the reserved coins are fed into the cylindrical guide member 36, the bucket 37 is moved to the upper standby position, and the coins are paid out from the coin dispensing port 15 to the coin deposit / withdrawal unit 14. At this time, the tray member 53 is rotated to the first rotation position, and the dispensed coin is received by the coin storage portion 55 of the tray member 53.
[0066]
After the bucket 37 moves to the lower standby position, the shutter member 13 of the coin deposit / withdrawal unit 14 is opened, and the user takes out the returned coins to complete the transaction.
[0067]
Next, the withdrawal process will be described.
[0068]
When the withdrawal process is instructed and the withdrawal amount is input, the coins are paid out from the corresponding coin type coin storage unit 31 onto the withdrawal transport belt 34. The withdrawal is made by combining three types of coins of 1 yen, 10 yen and 100 yen.
[0069]
When the instructed coin is paid out onto the withdrawal conveyance belt 34, the withdrawal conveyance belt 34 is driven, and the withdrawal coin is fed into the cylindrical guide member 36. The bucket 37 is in the lower standby position, and the withdrawal coin is stored in a space surrounded by the inner surface of the cylindrical guide member 36 and the bucket 37. When all the withdrawal coins are fed into the cylindrical guide member 36, the bucket 37 is moved to the upper standby position, the withdrawal coins are dispensed from the coin dispensing slot 15 to the coin deposit / withdrawal unit 14, and the first It is stored in the coin storage part 55 of the tray member 53 that takes the rotation position. Then, after the bucket 37 moves to the lower standby position, the shutter member 13 of the coin deposit / withdrawal unit 14 is opened, and the user takes out the dispensed coin and the transaction is completed.
[0070]
When a predetermined time elapses after the coin is discharged, the shutter member 13 of the coin deposit / withdrawal unit 14 is closed, and the tray member 53 is rotated to the second rotation position. When coins remain on the tray member 53 (forgetting to remove etc.), the coins are collected by the forgetting collecting unit 20 through the collecting chute 19. This coin is taken out by an attendant during maintenance or the like.
[0071]
Further, when the coin as instructed is not thrown out due to a coin jam or the like, the bucket 37 in the cylindrical guide member 36 is moved to the upper standby position, and the sorting member 40 is used as an operation reject box for the collection cassette 41. The coin is led to the second sorting position for guiding the coin to the second collection passage 39 leading to 43. Thereafter, the withdrawal conveyor belt 34 is driven, and the withdrawal coins are fed into the cylindrical guide member 36 and collected in the operation reject box 43 of the lower collection cassette 41.
[0072]
After all the coins on the withdrawal conveyor belt 34 have been collected, the bucket 37 is in the lower standby position, and the sorting member 40 is in the first sorting position that guides the coins to the first collection passage 38 that leads to the collective collection unit 42. If possible, the withdrawal operation is performed again if possible. If the withdrawal is impossible, the mechanism is down.
[0073]
As described above, as shown in the embodiment, at the time of depositing, the tray member 53 is moved to the second rotation position where the deposit feeding belt 16 is exposed, whereby the coins to be fed into the coin deposit / withdrawal space 51 are deposited / delivered. Even if foreign matter that cannot be fed out can be fed to the coin deposit port 18 with the belt 16, the foreign matter remains on the deposit feeding belt 16, so that the foreign matter etc. can be confirmed through the coin deposit / withdrawal space 51, It can be easily returned, and no special return mechanism is required. Further, at the time of withdrawal or return, the tray member 53 is moved to the first rotation position where the coin storage portion 55 faces upward and covers the entire bottom portion of the coin deposit / withdrawal space 51, so that the coin withdrawal port 15 Since the coins to be fed are received by the coin storage unit 55, the coins are not placed on the deposit feeding belt 16, and the coins can be easily taken out.
[0074]
Further, at the first rotating position of the tray member 53, the tapered side surface portion 56 of the coin storage portion 55 can be easily taken out by being brought to the center of the coin storage portion 55, and the coin standing or the like can hardly occur. Further, at the second rotation position of the tray member 53, the coin guide surface 58 faces upward, and the coins inserted into the coin deposit / withdrawal space 51 can be guided onto the deposit feeding belt 16 by the coin guide surface 58.
[0075]
Also, since the receiving port 19a of the recovery chute 19 leading to the forgetting recovery unit 20 is disposed below the coin storage part 55 that is retracted by the movement of the tray member 53 to the second rotational position, Coins can be collected.
[0076]
The tray member 53 is configured to slide, and is configured to move to a first movement position corresponding to the first rotation position and a second movement position corresponding to the second rotation position, respectively. Also good.
