Description
【0001】
また、図1における血液分析装置1のA−A断面図を図2(a) に、B−B断面図を図2(b) に示す。

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a blood analyzer capable of analyzing a substance to be detected contained in blood such as a blood sugar level, and more particularly to a blood analyzer including all of a blood collection mechanism, a puncture member, an electrode, and a display unit.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, when measuring blood sugar levels, etc., the fingertip is scratched using a puncture device (lancet), blood droplets are squeezed out from the packaging material, and the blood droplets are attached to the electrodes attached to the sensor after being removed from the packaging material. It was done by letting. However, when the puncture device and the sensor are separated as described above, many processes are required for performing a series of operations.
[0003]
Therefore, a medical system in which a puncture needle, a capillary tube and a sensor are integrated (see Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 61-286738), a blood collection device in which a puncture needle, a suction device and a blood reservoir are integrated (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 5-111476). No. 6, JP-A-6-311980, JP-A-6-327655, and JP-A-7-51251) and a blood collection device in which a puncture needle, a suction tool, a blood reservoir, and a sensor are integrated (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-95937 and JP-A-5-95938) have been proposed.
[0004]
However, the blood collection methods in these instruments are all based on a method of sucking blood by reducing the pressure with a syringe or a syringe, and in the former, the pressure cannot be reduced unless the bottom surface of the cylinder is brought into close contact with the skin. When a cylinder of 5 mm or less was used, there was a drawback that blood blocked the hole and bleeding stopped, and the latter had a drawback such as a complicated syringe structure.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a convenient blood analyzer that has a mechanism for collecting blood by a method that does not depend on suction, and includes a puncture member, an electrode, and a display unit.
[0006]
[Means for solving the problems]
As a result of diligent research in view of the above problems, the present inventors have been able to easily collect blood without using a suction method by adopting a blood collection mechanism having means for congesting, and can easily analyze blood. The present invention has been completed by finding that it can be performed quickly.
[0007]
That is, the present invention is a blood analyzer including a blood collection mechanism, a puncture member, an electrode, and a display unit, and the blood collection mechanism has means for causing congestion.
The present invention is also the blood analyzer described above, wherein the puncture member and the electrode are of a cartridge type.
Furthermore, the present invention is the blood analyzer described above, wherein the electrode is installed at a position in contact with the blood that has bleed when the blood analyzer is attached to a human body.
[0008]
Furthermore, the present invention is characterized in that the base of the cartridge has a plate shape, a puncture member is slidably provided on one side, and an electrode is provided on the other side. The blood analyzer.
[0009]
[Action]
In the blood analyzer of the present invention having a mechanism for collecting blood by means of congesting and having a puncture member, an electrode, and a display unit, a problem with the method of collecting blood by suction, that is, decompressing unless the bottom surface of the cylinder is in close contact with the skin It is possible to solve problems such as inability to do so, blood clogging holes when a cylinder of φ1.5 mm or less is used, bleeding stops, and complicated syringe structure In addition, the general user can easily and quickly collect blood and analyze the substance to be detected without requiring skill.
[0010]
In addition, if the puncture member and the electrode in the blood analyzer of the present invention are made cartridge-type, they can be made disposable, so that bacterial infection and the like can be prevented.
Furthermore, by installing the electrode in the blood analyzer of the present invention at a position in contact with the blood squeezed from the skin due to congestion, and disposing the puncture member on the back side of the base provided slidably, Since the bleeding blood immediately contacts the enzyme and the electrode, it is not necessary to provide a means for bringing the blood into contact with the electrode or the like, and a series of operation steps required for analysis can be reduced and the test can be completed with one touch.
