Description

【0001】

[Technical field to which the invention belongs]
The present invention relates to a connection structure in a case where frame members constituting a frame of a door body provided in furniture, joinery or the like are connected to each other.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a conventional frame member connection structure, a structure in which adjacent frame members are connected to each other via a connecting member is often used (for example, see Patent Document 1). A typical example of such a structure will be described with reference to the one disclosed in Patent Document 1 (FIGS. 6 and 7).
In this example, when the vertical frame 100 and the horizontal frame 101 are connected as a frame member of the door body, the longitudinal grooves 100a and 101a formed in the vertical frame 100 and the horizontal frame 101 are provided in the frame shown in FIG. The connecting pieces 103a and 103b of the corner connecting member (connecting member) 102 are inserted, and the inclined surface plate 102a is interposed between both end faces as shown in FIG. Then, the screws 104 are fixed by screwing in from the outside of the vertical frame 100 and the horizontal frame 101, and the screws 104 are also screwed into the through holes 102b formed in the front end portion of the inclined surface plate portion 102a to securely fix the butt end portion. I am doing so.

[0015]
How to connect the frame members 1 and 2 when this connection structure is used will be described. In the case of the door body W according to the present embodiment, this connection structure is used at the four corners of the door body W. Here, one of the four corners will be described.
The side surface 1a 2 provided with the groove 4a and the side surface 2a 2 provided with the groove 4b of the first frame member 1 and the second frame member 2, and the side surface 3a provided with the protrusion 10 of the connecting member 3 1 , 3 b 1 and the first connecting piece 3 a of the connecting member 3 with respect to the first frame member 1, and the second connecting piece of the connecting member 3 with respect to the second frame member 2, so that 1 and 3 b 1 are on the same side. 3b is loosely inserted. In this loose insertion, the gap between the horizontally long frame 1a of the first frame member 1 and the first connecting piece 3a and the gap between the vertically long frame 2a of the second frame member 2 and the second connecting piece 3b are widened. So it can be inserted easily. However, with this loose insertion, the projection 10 of the connecting member 3 is fitted into the slit groove 4a of the first frame member 1 and the slit groove 4b of the second frame member 2, while the first frame member 1 and the second frame member. 2 approach each other. When the cutting surface 1c of the first frame member 1 and the cutting surface 2c of the second frame member 2 come into contact with each other (at this time, the cutting surfaces 1c and 2c have the two-dot chain line AA. The projection 10 is engaged with the closed groove formed by the slit groove 4a and the slit groove 4b so that the first frame member 1 is loosely inserted in the direction of the first connecting piece 3a and Positioning is performed in the vertical direction, and the second frame member 2 is positioned in the slow insertion direction of the second connecting piece 3b and the direction perpendicular thereto. Thereby, the play which arises between the frame members 1 and 2 can be suppressed, and the position shift which arises between the frame members 1 and 2 can be suppressed. After positioning is performed in this manner, the set screws 5 are screwed into the screw holes 12a and 12b through the insertion holes 6a and 6b, and the connection between the first frame member 1 and the second frame member 2 is completed. Similarly, the remaining three corners may be performed.
[0016]
By the way, in the connection method mentioned above, the method of performing the slow insertion of the 1st connection piece 3a with respect to the 1st frame member 1 and the slow insertion of the 2nd connection piece 3b with respect to the 2nd frame member 2 was taken simultaneously. For example, the first connecting piece 3a is first loosely inserted into the first frame member 1 and a part of the protrusion 10 is fitted into the slit groove 4a, and then the second connecting piece 3b is loosely inserted into the second frame member 2. The remaining portion of the protrusion 10 is fitted into the slit groove 4a, and finally the protrusion 10 is locked in the closed groove formed by the slit groove 4a and the slit groove 4b, so that the first frame member 1 and the second frame member 2 are engaged. Of course, the positioning may be performed.
[0017]
Next, a connection structure according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. However, in FIG. 4, the same members as those in FIGS. 1 to 3 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted. Moreover, in the same figure, the 1st frame member equivalent to the 1st frame member 1 of FIGS. 1-3 is abbreviate | omitted.
This connection structure is different from the connection structure according to the first embodiment in that the connection member 20 is used instead of the connection member 3 because the protrusion 22 is used instead of the protrusion 10. Further, in response to the change from the protrusion 10 to the protrusion 22, for example, the second frame member 21 is used instead of the second frame member 2 as shown in FIG.
[0018]
The protrusions 22 are symmetrical with respect to the alternate long and two short dashes line A-A in such a manner as to straddle the first connecting piece 3 a and the second connecting piece 3 b of the connecting member 20, so It protrudes near the Q. The outer peripheral shape of the projection 22 (= the inner peripheral shape of the closed groove formed by the slit groove 22a of the second frame member 21 and the slit groove of the first frame member, which will be described later), is similar to the shogi piece. None, the portion corresponding to the apex of the acute angle portion of the shogi piece is located on the external position P side of the L-shaped bent portion of the connecting member 20 on the two-dot chain line AA in the present embodiment.
On the other hand, the slit groove 23 is a substantially center of the side surface 2a 2 of the second frame member 21 is provided in a manner open to the cut surface 2c at the vicinity to the cutting surface 2c, such slit groove 23 As described above, the inner peripheral shape of the closed groove formed by the slit groove 23 and the slit groove of the first frame member is formed to be equal to the outer peripheral shape of the protrusion 22.
[0019]
How to connect the first frame member and the second frame member 21 when this connection structure is used will be described.
Also in this connection structure, the first connection piece 3a of the connection member 20 is connected to the first frame member and the connection member 20 is connected to the second frame member 21 in exactly the same manner as the connection structure according to the first embodiment. The second connecting piece 3b is loosely inserted. In this loose insertion, the gap is widened as described above, so that it can be inserted easily. However, with this loose insertion, the projection 22 of the connecting member 20 is fitted into the slit groove of the first frame member and the slit groove 23 of the second frame member 21, while the first frame member and the second frame member 21 are fitted together. Approach each other. And when both contact | abut, the said protrusion 22 is latched by the closed slot formed by these slit grooves 23 grade | etc., And about the 1st connection piece 3a about the 1st frame member, and perpendicular | vertical to this The second frame member 21 is positioned in the direction in which the second connecting piece 3b is slowly inserted and in the direction perpendicular thereto. Thereby, the play which arose in the 2nd frame member 21 grade | etc., Can be suppressed, and the position shift which arises in the 2nd frame member 21 grade | etc., Can be suppressed. After the positioning is performed in this manner, the connection between the first frame member and the second frame member 21 is completed by fixing with a set screw. In this connection structure, since the fitting of the protrusions 22 to the slit grooves 23 and the like is performed in a mode guided to both side walls of the slit grooves 23 and the like, the backlash and the backlash are less than those of the connection structure according to the first embodiment. Misalignment can be suppressed more reliably.
[0020]
Also in this connection structure, for example, the first connecting piece 3a is first loosely inserted into the first frame member, and a part of the protrusion 22 is fitted into the slit groove of the first frame member, and then the second frame member 21 is fitted with the second frame member 21. 2 The connecting piece 3b is loosely inserted and the remaining portion of the protrusion 22 is fitted into the slit groove 23, and finally the protrusion 22 is locked in the groove formed by the slit groove 23 or the like, and the first frame member and the second frame Of course, the frame member 21 may be positioned.
[0021]
Next, a connection structure according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. However, in FIG. 5, the same members as those in FIGS. 1 to 3 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted. Moreover, in the same figure, the 1st frame member equivalent to the 1st frame member 1 of FIGS. 1-3 is abbreviate | omitted.
This connection structure is different from the connection structure according to the first embodiment in that the protrusions 32a and 32b are provided independently on the first connection piece 3a and the second connection piece 3b, respectively. Instead, the connection member 30 is used. Further, in response to such changes to the protrusions 32a and 32b, for example, the second frame member 31 is used instead of the second frame member 2 as shown in FIG.
[0022]
The protrusions 32a and 32b are short cylindrical members, and are independent of the first connecting piece 3a and the second connecting piece 3b of the connecting member 30 as described above with respect to the two-dot chain line AA. It is provided in a symmetrical position and near the inner part Q of the L-shaped bent part. In addition, the small hole 34 provided with the center thereof on the two-dot chain line AA is an attachment hole for a door stop member (not shown).
On the other hand, the slit groove 33 is formed at the approximate center of the side surface 2a 2 of the second frame member 31 and in the form close to the cutting surface 2c so as to open to the cutting surface 2c. It is provided as an oblong hole groove parallel to the gentle insertion direction. Although not shown, the slit groove of the first frame member is also provided as an oblong hole groove having the same mode as the slit groove 33 of the second frame member 31.
[0023]
How to connect the first frame member and the second frame member 31 when this connection structure is used will be described.
In this connection structure, since the protrusions 32a and 32b are independently provided on each of the first connection piece 3a and the second connection piece 3b of the connection member 30, for example, first, the protrusions 32a and 32b are formed on the second frame member 31 first. The second connecting piece 3b of the connecting member 30 is loosely inserted. In this loose insertion, the gap is widened as described above, so that it can be inserted easily. However, with this loose insertion, the protrusion 32b of the connecting member 30 is brought into contact with and locked to the closed end 33a of the slit groove 33 while being fitted into the slit groove 33 of the second frame member 31. When reaching the locking state, overlaps a plane perpendicular to the side surface 3b 1 of the connecting member 30 cut surface 2c of the second frame member 31 comprises a chain line A-A two points of the connecting member 30. Next, the first connecting piece 3a of the connecting member 30 is loosely inserted into the first frame member, and the projection 32a of the connecting member 30 is fitted into the slit groove of the first frame member. The end is brought into contact with and locked. When the locked state, and at the same time cut surface of the first frame member overlaps with a plane perpendicular to the side surface 3a 1 of the connecting member 30 comprising a chain line A-A two points of the connecting member 30, the second frame member 31 The cut surface 2c of the first frame member comes into contact with the cut surface of the first frame member. When both are in contact with each other, the first frame member is positioned in the slow insertion direction of the first connection piece 3a and the direction perpendicular thereto, and the second frame member 31 is in the slow insertion direction of the second connection piece 3b and Positioning in a direction perpendicular to this is performed. Thereby, the play which arose in the 2nd frame member 31 grade | etc., Can be suppressed, and the position shift which arises in the 2nd frame member 31 grade | etc., Can be suppressed. After the positioning is performed in this manner, the connection between the first frame member and the second frame member 31 is completed by fixing with a set screw.
[0024]
By the way, it replaces with the connection method mentioned above, and the 1st connection piece 3a of the connection member 30 is loosely inserted in the 1st frame member, and the 2nd connection piece 3b of the connection member 30 is loosely inserted in the 2nd frame member 31 simultaneously. Needless to say, the first frame member and the second frame member 31 may be connected.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
According to the connection structure of the frame member of the present invention, the positioning of the first frame member and the second frame member is performed by locking the protrusion to the closed groove formed by both slit grooves or the closed end of each slit groove. Since this is performed in the above-mentioned directions by locking the protrusions to the frame, it is possible to suppress rattling between the frame members, and to suppress positional deviation between the frame members. The first frame member and the second frame member can be in direct contact with each other.
