【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a portable videophone having a camera and a monitor and transmitting and receiving images and sounds using a wireless public network.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The videophone device includes a camera and a monitor serving as an image input / output unit, and a microphone and a speaker serving as an audio input / output unit, and the image information input by the camera to the communication partner via the public line network Each of the audio information input by the microphone is encoded and transmitted, and the image information and audio information transmitted from the communication partner are received and decoded, the image is displayed on the monitor, and the sound is output from the speaker. It is possible to talk while watching images from the side. A portable videophone device is used without choosing a place indoors or outdoors because of the feature of a wireless public line network that can communicate anywhere within a radio wave reach. For this reason, the camera serving as the image input unit must be able to obtain the image regardless of the location. In other words, it must be able to be used in the same way both in the sun and in sunny weather and indoors under fluorescent light. However, there is a difference in the wavelength characteristics of light indoors and outdoors, and images are bluish when photographed in the same manner as sunny weather under fluorescent light. In a normal stationary type videophone apparatus, the place of use is limited to being indoors, so color correction in an image processing unit including a camera is set in accordance with an indoor fluorescent lamp or the like. On the other hand, video cameras and the like used both indoors and outdoors can perform shooting according to the shooting environment by performing auto gain control, auto iris, auto white balance, color temperature correction processing, and the like. For example, in the case of shooting in fine weather, the amount of light passing through the light receiving part of the camera can be reduced by reducing the aperture or increasing the shutter speed, or color temperature correction can be performed under indoor fluorescent lamps. Alternatively, blue is reduced by adding a correction filter in front of the lens.
[0003]
[Problem to be Solved by the Invention]
In the case of using this filter, there is no need for a color temperature conversion processing unit, that is, no power consumption is required. Therefore, it is advantageous for a portable videophone that requires a long continuous call time. it is conceivable that. When a filter is used, a single-lens reflex camera usually has a filter fitted to the lens tip each time according to the purpose of use. However, in portable videophones where portability is important, carrying a replacement filter separately from the main body is difficult to lose. For this reason, the filter needs to be built in the portable videophone main body. In a compact camera that requires portability like a portable videophone, the aperture that is built into the main body and is selectively used, like the filter, is made parallel to the front of the camera by creating a hole in the flat plate according to the aperture value. By changing the aperture. However, in the portable videophone device, it is assumed that a telephone call is made in the same way as a normal portable phone without a television, so that the shape thereof is close to that of a portable phone device. When trying to replace two filters by moving them in parallel, the width must be at least three times the width of a single filter (Fig. 4), and the width is too large to hold when speaking against the ear. Come.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is intended to solve these problems, and is fixed to a cylindrical outer casing in a portable videophone device that transfers image information and audio information taken indoors or outdoors to a partner terminal. A camera, an internal housing that rotates inside the external housing and rotates around the camera, a plurality of filters provided in the internal housing, and these filters by rotating the internal housing A portable videophone device comprising a filter rotation operation means for selecting a desired filter from the above is provided.
In addition, in a portable videophone device that transfers image information and audio information taken indoors or outdoors to a partner terminal, the camera is fixed to a cylindrical outer casing, and rotates inside the outer casing. An internal housing that rotates around the camera, a zoom lens provided in the internal housing, and an operation unit that selects a desired lens from these lenses by rotating the internal housing. A portable videophone device is provided.
Furthermore, in a portable videophone device that transfers image information and audio information taken indoors or outdoors to a partner terminal, a camera fixed to a cylindrical outer casing, and rotating inside the outer casing An internal casing that rotates around the camera, an aperture window according to a specific aperture value provided in the internal casing, and a desired aperture window from these aperture windows by rotating the internal casing Provided is a portable videophone device including an operation means for selecting.
