この発明はパチンコ機の図柄表示装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
パチンコ機の遊技盤にはゲームに関連する各種の図柄情報を表示する図柄表示体が取付けられる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
図柄表示体の前側に、レンズを配設することがある。レンズが配設された遊技盤の場合、打ち出された球はこのレンズにも衝突するため、破損時の交換はもとより、メンテナンスも必要である。
本発明は、遊技盤に取付けられる図柄表示装置のメンテナンスを容易にすることを課題とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明のパチンコ機は、図柄表示装置を備えたパチンコ機である。前記図柄表示装置は、遊技盤の透孔の背後に設置した図柄表示体と、その図柄表示体の前側正面に所定の間隔を隔てて設置されたレンズと、図柄表示体とレンズとの間に設置されてレンズの周縁部に沿って枠状をなしておりレンズの周縁部に固定されているレンズ取付け枠と、レンズを介して図柄表示体を臨む窓を有しておりレンズの周縁部の前側に固定されて遊技盤の透孔の孔縁の近傍の前側に固定されているベースフレームとを備えている。そして、レンズとレンズ取付け枠とベースフレームはアッシー化されており、そのアッシーと図柄表示体はそれぞれ独立してパチンコ機に取付けられている。そして、そのアッシーは遊技盤の前側から脱着可能に取付けられている。

【作用】
本発明によれば、図柄表示装置を構成する部材のうち、図柄表示体の前側に配設されている部材（レンズ、レンズ取付け枠、ベースフレーム）がアッシー化されており、図柄表示体とは独立してパチンコ機に取付けられている。さらに、このアッシーは遊技盤に前側から取付けられている。このため、このアッシーを遊技盤の前側から容易に脱着することができる。

【発明の効果】
図柄表示体の前側に配設される部材の中で、特にレンズは交換頻度が高い。本発明によれば、図柄表示体を取外すことなく、図柄表示体の前側に配設される部材を遊技盤の前側から容易に脱着することができる。従って、レンズの交換や点検等のメンテナンスが容易となる。

【実施例】
次に、本発明の１実施例を図面にしたがって説明する。
パチンコ機の遊技盤１の中央部付近には図柄表示装置が設置されるとともに、遊技盤１にはその中央部付近に配設されて図柄表示装置が挿通された透孔２と、この透孔２の回りに配設されて入賞口付き役物がそれぞれ挿通された複数個の役物取付け孔３とが開設され、さらに、遊技盤の裏面１ｂの下部には左右１対の横長状の位置決め孔４，４が凹設されている。

図柄表示装置は遊技盤１に一部が透孔２に貫挿された状態で取付けられた前表示ユニット１５と、遊技盤１の裏面１ｂに装着されて前記入賞口付き役物の入賞口に落入して裏面１ｂへ転動した入賞球を誘導する入賞球誘導樋５に取付けら、前表示ユニット１５の背後に隣接して設置された後表示ユニット１６とに分割されている。

入賞球誘導樋５において、その中央部に形成されて遊技盤１の裏面１ｂの若干後方に垂立された中央壁部５ａには遊技盤１の透孔２の後方に隣設された開口部５ｂが開設され、中央壁部５ａの回りには上樋部５ｃと、左右の側樋部５ｄ，５ｄと、左右の下樋部５ｅ，５ｅとが形成され、中央壁部５ａの斜め後下方には図示しない中継基板が取付けられる中継基板取付け部５ｆが形成されている。

中央壁部５ａの左右両端部の下方にそれぞれ垂直状に形成されて遊技盤１の裏面１ｂに当接された左右の下壁部５ｉの前面には遊技盤１の位置決め孔４内に嵌め込まれて入賞球誘導樋５を遊技盤１の裏面１ｂに対して位置決めする左右１対の位置決め突片９が突設されている。
中央壁部５ａの上下端、上樋部５ｃの基端、左右の側樋部５ｄの外端、下樋部５ｅの外端にそれぞれ連接された取付け片５ｊには遊技盤１の裏面１ｂに各取付け片５ｊにそれぞれ対向して穿設されたねじ孔１０にねじ込まれる取付けビス１１がそれぞれ貫挿され、入賞球誘導樋５は両位置決め孔４および両位置決め突片９によって位置決めされた状態で各取付けビス１１によって遊技盤１の裏面１ｂに取付けられる。

図柄表示装置の前表示ユニット１５において、この前表示ユニット１５のベスフレーム２０は遊技盤１の透孔２の孔縁の近傍で遊技盤面１ａに穿設されたねじ孔にねじ込まれた複数個のビス１９によって遊技盤面１ａに結合されている。

続いて、上記した構成をもつ実施例の作用と効果を説明する。
本例の図柄表示装置は、表示窓２４が開設されたベースフレーム２０および天入賞口３１を有する前表示ユニット１５と、液晶表示パネル４６および前後制御回路基板４８，５２が収納された収納ボックス４０を有する後表示ユニット１６とからなる。
前表示ユニット１５は、ベースフレーム２０が遊技盤面１ａに結合された状態で、図柄表示装置用の透孔２が開設された遊技盤１に装着されている。液晶図柄表示体４６ａの正面に設置され、液晶図柄表示体４６ａが表示する画像を拡大して映し出す凸レンズ３２は、前表示ユニット１５のレンズ取付け枠３３とともにベースフレーム２０に結合されている。即ち、前表示ユニット１５のレンズ取付け枠３２とベースフレーム２０と凸レンズ３２はアッシー化されている。前表示ユニット１５は、ベースフレーム２０が遊技盤面１ａに前側から取付けられることによって、パチンコ機に取付けられている。
後表示ユニット１６は、収納ボックス４０を入賞球誘導樋５に結合して液晶図柄表示体４６ａを表示窓２４の背後に設置した状態で、遊技盤１の裏面１ｂに位置決めされて取付けられた入賞球誘導樋５に装着される。
即ち、前表示ユニット１５と後表示ユニット１６とはそれぞれ独立してパチンコ機に取付けられている。

レンズ取付け枠３２とベースフレーム２０と凸レンズ３２からなる前表示ユニット１５と、液晶図柄表示体４６ａを有する後表示ユニット１６とは独立して取付けられており、前表示ユニット１５はアッシー化されている。このため、ベースフレーム２０を遊技盤面１ａの前側から脱着することによって、ベースフレーム２０と結合しているレンズ取付け枠３２と凸レンズ３２を遊技盤面１ａの前側から容易に脱着することができる。繊細な配線がなされた液晶図柄表示体４６ａを脱着する煩わしさを回避して、表表示ユニット１５を遊技盤１の前面１ａから容易に脱着することができる。このため、凸レンズ３２の交換や点検等のメンテナンスが容易となる。

また、図柄表示装置を遊技盤１の透孔２内およびその後方の空きスペースを有効に活用してコンパクトに設置することができるとともに、図柄表示装置を、前表示ユニット１５および後表示ユニット１６を入賞球誘導樋５を介して相互に位置合わせした状態で遊技盤１に対して位置ずれを無くして正確にセットすることができる。
さらに、液晶表示パネル４６の液晶図柄表示体４６ａが表示する画像を凸レンズ３２によって拡大画像にして明示することができ、液晶図柄表示体４６ａによる図柄情報を遊技者が見易い状態にして遊技者に伝達することができる。
