【0069】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a high-frequency circuit including a strip line, and in particular, a structure for enhancing the shielding performance of the strip line to suppress the influence of ambient electromagnetic noise and electromagnetic interference such as crosstalk, and the strip line structure. The present invention relates to a magnetic field detector.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a high-frequency circuit, interference of electromagnetic waves may occur between a plurality of circuit elements and transmission lines connecting the circuit elements, which may cause deterioration of circuit characteristics. As for circuits and circuits that are easily affected by external electromagnetic waves, various countermeasures such as electromagnetic shielding using a metal casing or a metal pattern of a printed circuit board have been taken.
[0003]
In addition, in order to improve the shielding performance of the transmission line, the microstrip line with the metal strip exposed on the surface layer may be changed to a triplate strip line sandwiched between the upper and lower ground layers with the metal strip as an inner layer. . By changing to the triplate strip line, at least the influence of the direct electromagnetic radiation from the mounted circuit element and the external electromagnetic wave can be suppressed, which contributes to suppressing the characteristic deterioration of the entire circuit.
[0004]
However, the shielding performance of the triplate strip line and the shield is not perfect. For example, there is a problem such as crosstalk between adjacent strip lines formed in the same layer. In that case, as shown in FIG. The upper and
[0005]
Although the triplate strip line is disadvantageous when circuit elements are mounted compared to the microstrip line, when the circuit elements are separated from each other and a relatively long distance needs to be connected, the triplate strip line is highly shielded. It is useful to apply a plate strip line. Therefore, it is useful to use a microstrip line in the vicinity of the mounting circuit, and to use a triplate strip line for a relatively long circuit connection.
[0006]
In addition, when connecting a high-frequency circuit module composed of one multilayer circuit board or the like to a high-frequency circuit module composed of another multilayer circuit board or the like separated from each other, a coaxial line or the like is used between the transmission / reception terminals. Often, a high-shielding transmission line is used.
[0007]
FIG. 12 shows the simplest method of connecting a coaxial line to the aforementioned strip line formed on a multilayer circuit board.
[0008]
In the
[0009]
Further, a patent application has been filed for an invention related to a shielded loop type magnetic field detector constructed using such a strip line of a triplate (Japanese Patent Application No. 10-346030). FIG. 13 shows an example of a shielded loop type magnetic field detector using a triplate strip line disclosed in the above patent application specification.

[0014]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, the triplate strip line has an inner conductor sandwiched between the upper and lower ground layers, so the shield performance is high in the vertical direction due to the ground layer, but the horizontal direction is open, so the shield is The performance is not high, and even when used as a strip line connecting circuit elements, the shield is not perfect electromagnetically. For this reason, it has been conventionally considered effective to widen the upper and lower ground layers in order to improve the shielding performance against the inner conductor of the strip line.
[0015]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 11, the upper and lower grounds are connected via vias so as to surround the inner conductor on both sides of the inner conductor, thereby improving isolation from adjacent strip lines, thereby forming the same layer. The problem of crosstalk between adjacent strip lines can be solved to some extent, but there is still a problem that electromagnetic interference occurs with each other when electromagnetic field disturbance exists in the vicinity of the via. The isolation between adjacent strip lines was not always sufficient.
[0016]
Further, as shown in FIG. 12, when the strip line and the coaxial line are connected, the
[0017]
Further, when a PCB is arranged on the right side of a shielded loop type magnetic field detector having a conventional stripline configuration as shown in FIG. 13 and a magnetic field near the PCB wiring is detected by this magnetic field detector, In particular, the electromagnetic field in the vicinity of a PCB on which a large number of circuit elements are mounted and densely wired is not uniform and is often very disturbed. Therefore, the magnetic field detector is arranged in such a disturbed electromagnetic field. In some cases, it is difficult to detect only the target magnetic field, even though the shielded loop structure is used.
[0018]
Furthermore, the shielding performance is high because the vertical direction of the inner conductor of the strip line is grounded, but the shielding performance is low because the lateral direction is open. When there is a turbulent electromagnetic field such as the vicinity of the PCB, an unnecessary electromagnetic field other than the target magnetic field is detected, and there is a problem that measurement accuracy deteriorates.
[0019]
An object of the present invention is to enhance the shielding performance of a strip line, particularly in a high-frequency circuit including a strip line, to suppress the influence of ambient electromagnetic noise and electromagnetic interference such as crosstalk.
[0020]
Another object of the present invention is to constitute a shielded loop type magnetic field detector using a strip line with enhanced shielding performance.
[0021]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the high-frequency circuit of the present invention, the strip line of the triplate formed on the multilayer circuit board has a finite width wider than the pattern width of the inner conductor, and the width direction of the two grounds sandwiching the inner conductor Two grounds are short-circuited at both ends of the via vias, etc., and a plurality of vias are provided in the longitudinal direction as the transmission direction of the strip line, and therefore, in the cross section including the via, one inner conductor sandwiches the two grounds and both sides It is characterized by being surrounded by vias.
[0022]
As a result, the adjacent strip line does not interfere with the ground current, electromagnetic interference is suppressed, and the shielding performance is improved. For example, it is possible to suppress the resonance phenomenon that occurs over the entire multilayer circuit board, which is often found in conventional multilayer circuit boards, and generates a solid power supply or ground as a resonator.
[0023]
Further, in the high frequency circuit of the present invention, the strip conductor is formed with the central conductor exposed at the tip of the coaxial line with respect to the electrical connection between the strip line including the strip line of the triplate and the coaxial line. Inserted into the through hole of the via that is electrically connected to the inner conductor of the strip line on the uppermost layer of the multilayer circuit board, electrically connected by soldering etc., and exposed near the end of the coaxial line The outer conductor is electrically connected to a metal pattern such as a pad electrically connected to the ground of the strip line by soldering or the like.
[0024]
As a result, it is possible to reduce poor connection between the strip line and the coaxial line, and because it is close to the state where the central conductor of the coaxial line and the inner conductor of the strip line are directly connected, it has excellent high frequency characteristics and consistency over a wide band. High connection can be achieved.
[0025]
The high-frequency circuit according to the present invention provides a center of the coaxial line exposed together with the ground pattern provided on the uppermost layer of the multilayer circuit board in electrical connection between the strip line including the strip line of the triplate and the coaxial line. A metal casing that shields the conductor is in close contact with the ground of the strip line and the outer conductor of the coaxial line and is electrically connected by soldering or the like, and the metal casing is fixed with bolts and nuts from both sides of the multilayer board. It is characterized by that.
[0026]
As a result, since the periphery of the exposed central conductor of the coaxial line is surrounded by the conductor, the shielding performance is improved. Moreover, it becomes mechanically strong and can maintain a stable connection state against stress on the multilayer circuit board and the coaxial line.
[0027]
The shielded loop type magnetic field detector of the present invention is characterized in that the strip line of the lead part or the loop part of the shielded loop type magnetic field detector configured by a triplate strip line is configured by the strip line of the present invention. To do.
[0028]
As a result, when the output from the magnetic field detected in the loop part propagates to the lead part as the strip line mode, the shielding performance of the strip line is improved, so the influence of the propagation mode leakage and ambient noise is suppressed. .
[0029]
In addition, even when a loop that is a magnetic field detection unit approaches a measurement object that exhibits a complex electromagnetic field distribution, the shielding performance of the loop unit is improved, so unnecessary electromagnetic field components other than the target magnetic field This makes it possible to measure the magnetic field with high reliability.
[0030]
Further, the shielded loop magnetic field detector of the present invention is the above shielded loop magnetic field detector, further comprising the two above-described two center patterns in the center in the width direction of the two ground patterns opposed to the half circumference of the loop having no inner conductor. A via that electrically short-circuits two grounds is formed, and a plurality of the vias are provided over the half circumference of the loop.
[0031]
As a result, the output by the magnetic field detected in the loop part propagates to the lead part as the stripline mode, but the shield performance of the stripline is improved, so that the influence of the propagation mode leakage and ambient noise is suppressed. Contribute. In addition, even when a loop that is a magnetic field detection unit approaches a measurement object that exhibits a complex electromagnetic field distribution, the shielding performance of the loop unit is improved, so unnecessary electromagnetic field components other than the target magnetic field It is possible to measure the magnetic field with high reliability and to make a short circuit by connecting the both ends and the center of the two grounds in the width direction of the loop half circumference that do not have an inner conductor with vias. Thus, the magnetic field can be measured with high reliability. Further, it is possible to suppress unnecessary electromagnetic fields from the measurement object from entering between the two grounds and causing unnecessary modes to deteriorate the characteristics.
